[00:00:15]A year and a half ago, I got a call from my former police commissioner, Bernie Kerik, and he said, "Would you go talk to him and tell him that, you know, they're eventually going to try to kill him."

[00:00:27]I said, "Bernie, I think I have told him." He said, "No, no, no, no, no.

[00:00:30]I want you to sit down with him and have a heart-to-heart talk the way you can." I said, "Why don't you" He said, "No, I'll talk to him later.

[00:00:37]You're his friend. He really loves you, and he's going to listen to you."

[00:00:42]So, he he told me why he thought that.

[00:00:44]>> Okay.

[00:00:44]>> It really was just based on the fact they've done everything else.

[00:00:48]He said, "Look, they they've three or four times >> [snorts] >> done things that only horrible criminals do. Tried to frame somebody. But just You just think about the Russian collusion, which Every bit of this now is proved.

[00:01:03]Hillary Clinton went out and paid for that.

[00:01:05]She paid him over a million dollars to get people to say that he was getting illegal help from Russia when he had no connection with Russia at all. She had that Steele affidavit written, which says he urinated on a Russian bed, and he was never there.

[00:01:21]And has Cohen in Prague on a day in which Cohen is watching his son in a baseball game in Los Angeles. The whole thing is a piece of junk.

[00:01:32]They went with that for 3 years.

[00:01:35]First they tried to stop him being president, and then they went ahead with that phony story and tried to unseat a duly elected president. To me, that's pretty close to treason.

[00:01:46]That pretty You pay somebody to do a false story to get rid of a president, that's like treason.

[00:01:51]Then that didn't work. They did the the the the Ukrainian thing. Then they they hid the hard drive when nobody honest would hid the hard the hide the hard drive?

[00:02:02]So, Bernie said, "Tell me, if people would do that much, are you telling me you don't think they committed murder?"

[00:02:09]>> Right.

[00:02:10]>> And I said, "You were a prosecutor. Come on, put your prosecutor hat on."

[00:02:14]I said, "Okay, Bernie."

[00:02:16]He said, "B- And then Bernie got really worried about it as their strategy backfired on them.

[00:02:24]I mean, the whole strategy this time was to lock him up or to tie him up. You don't indict somebody four times in 1 year. I've never heard of that.

[00:02:33]I mean, if I were representing someone, if God forbid you were indicted four times and I was your lawyer and they wanted to try you all 1 year, I'd go to a judge and say this is a violation of due process. How can I get ready for four trials in 1 year? And how come they picked the year that he's running for president?

[00:02:48]And every one of these could have been indicted years ago or a year from now.

[00:02:55]They do all that.

[00:02:58]All that does is put him ahead by eight points.

[00:03:01]What's left?

[00:03:05]We're careful. We try very hard to be careful, but I'm not going to let them stop me."
