The Real Reason Everything Triggers YouAdded:
Do you find yourself emotionally reacting at work? And it's giving you stress and there's a lot of conflict.
You are burned out and exhausted. Sometimes you don't even want to go to work because you're like, >> [snorts] >> "Do I have to deal with that again?"
Probably you have had these long email conversations of back and forth of these emotional emails going around.
And this is affecting your health, your well-being.
And it's only because this emotional intelligence or what we call this emotional resilience is not developed.
And I'm saying that today because I have had this email this morning and this lady was reacting.
And sometimes those emails go a lot back and forth and some like unnecessary conversations are exchanged. And this is affecting everyone in that room of conversation bit by bit because our body with emotional and hormonal reasons or the [clears throat] signals that are going throughout your body, these chemicals are affecting every bit of your organs. Okay? It manifests on your skin, it manifests on your organ, and eventually over the years what are we facing? A lot of major health care issues.
So, take back. Step back. Just like any other training and fitness and muscle and everything, our behavior and our emotional intelligence needs a little bit of training. Okay? Without overwhelming, one thing you can do is to take back this emotional intelligence resilience is before reacting, breathe. Okay? Step back.
It doesn't have to be even answered right now.
Let it be answered later. Take your time.
And I've prepared this emotional intelligence and resilience development checklist and just so we can evaluate and what are these little activities that we can take to change that. Okay?
Comment below EQ and I'll send you this checklist.
