Stadium construction involves simultaneous multi-phase development where structural elements like compression rings, radial beams, and cantilever systems are installed while facade preparation, false ceiling anchor systems, and interior finishing work progress concurrently across different zones, with each phase building upon previous installations to create the final structure.

The New Camp Nou Is Rising FAST! Roof Rising, Facade & Third Tier TransformingAjouté :
Welcome back to another stadium construction update for the future home of FC Barcelona.
The progress on site is moving at a serious pace right now, [music] and multiple key structural areas are changing the look of the stadium almost every single day.
From the compression ring expansion and radial beam installations to third tier development and facade progress, everything is coming together in a way that clearly shows how close this project [music] is getting to its final form.
So, make sure you stay with us till the end >> [music] >> because today's updates are full of important movements across the entire stadium.
The compression ring [music] continues advancing rapidly as another massive structural box segment was successfully lifted and positioned into place today.
[music] With this latest installation, the total number of completed box sections has now reached 26 out of the planned 124 segments that will eventually form the entire circular ring around the stadium roof structure.
This compression ring remains one of the most important engineering components of the entire [music] project because it will ultimately support the future roof system of the stadium.
Construction crews are now working continuously across multiple sections in order to speed up the installation process before the intense summer construction phase begins.
The lateral side of the compression ring now appears almost fully connected, giving a much clearer visual understanding of the final circular roof design that will surround the stadium [music] once completed.
Work across the third tier continues progressing rapidly, especially around the north goal and tribune sections.
[music] Crews were actively installing more seating steps while also applying ceiling materials between concrete joints for waterproofing and finishing [music] preparation.
Large portions of the upper bowl now appear almost fully concreted, creating a much more complete [music] look throughout the stadium.
Additional finishing works are also ongoing below the seating areas where future [music] fan facilities, restaurants, and service zones are being prepared.
The third tier is now beginning to resemble its final structure more clearly [music] with every passing week.
Construction activity also remains visible around [music] the stadium cores and VIP sections.
Workers continue advancing structural works [music] around the vertical circulation areas where future elevators, stair systems, and internal access points [music] will be located.
Several scaffolding systems and work platforms remain active as crews push upward toward the higher levels of the stadium.
In the VIP ring sections, [music] support walls, framework installations, and preparation works continue progressing steadily as these premium areas slowly begin taking shape inside [music] the structure.
Work continues to move forward in the south goal corner area where crews were seen operating elevated platforms around the [music] steel structure.
Workers are currently preparing connection points where missing structural unions still need to be installed. [music] Several beams already have these metal connection pieces in place while remaining sections are [music] now being prepared for installation.
At the same time, anchor installation work [music] has advanced extremely quickly across this sector.
Most of the anchor points for the false ceiling and facade support [music] system now appear to be fully installed.
These anchors are critical because they will later support the guide systems and alignment structure required before the llamas can finally be mounted into place.
Behind the main structure, additional preparation work is still required before facade installation can fully begin. Several rear beams still need repainting and protective finishing.
White markings and exposed bolts can still be seen across multiple sections showing that anti-corrosion coating work is ongoing.
Some workers were also inspecting [music] materials and reviewing alignment points in this sector.
Although no new llamas have yet been installed here.
Activity [music] in the specific facade section remains slower compared to other areas of the stadium. But preparations clearly continue behind the scenes.
As the construction route moves from the south goal toward the lateral side of the stadium, the structural configuration begins to change [music] noticeably.
Radial beams, pillars, and flange [music] structures follow a different alignment compared to the central lateral sections, especially near [music] the goal areas where the compression ring geometry becomes more complex and the structural elements move deeper toward the interior of the stadium.
On the lateral side, crews continue preparing large structural support platforms that will later assist with compression ring assembly and upper structure connections.
Multiple steel work platforms and scaffold [music] systems are already assembled across this section, while additional structures are still being prepared on the ground.
Even though this area appeared slightly calmer today, activity continues steadily in the background, especially around support preparation and upper structure access [music] systems.
One of the most impressive developments can currently be seen in the corner diamond structure, where progress has accelerated rapidly.
Large amounts [music] of rebar have already been installed. The first visible formwork panels are now in place, and concrete operations continue [music] in the upper sections using pumps, wheelbarrows, and manual placement tools.
After remaining inactive for a long period, this area is now advancing at a very fast pace and becoming increasingly visible from the exterior of the stadium.
One of the biggest updates is the installation of the first llamas in a new corner sector behind [music] the tower crane area.
After several days of alignment work, guide [music] preparation, and anchor inspections, crews have finally begun placing the first visible llamas in this section.
The installation process is highly technical and requires precise alignment before every panel can be mounted correctly.
Workers are currently using guidelines and positioning [music] systems to ensure every anchor point remains perfectly aligned before additional [music] llamas are added.
A second nearby sector is also being prepared simultaneously, [music] meaning installation activity will likely expand very soon into adjacent sections.
Trucks carrying additional llamas have already arrived on site, confirming that installation work will continue intensively in the coming days.
In the North Goal area, work continues [music] on additional facade supports and false ceiling systems.
New support structures for the llamas are actively being installed, while several completed sections already show fully mounted anchor systems [music] ready for future alignment and installation phases.
Multiple elevated platforms are operating simultaneously in this area, with workers performing painting, inspection, and finishing [music] tasks around the rear beam sections.
Some crews were using spray systems, [music] while others continued manual finishing work with brushes and detailed touch-up operations.
This area now appears highly advanced in terms of [music] preparation work, especially regarding the support systems that will later carry the false ceiling llamas.
Higher up in the stadium structure, workers continue [music] operating across the second and third cantilever levels.
Cranes remain active in the upper sections, [music] while crews continue adjustments, inspections, and structural preparation work around the radial beam connections.
Although much of the interior activity is difficult to see from outside the stadium, visible exterior movement confirms that work is continuing [music] simultaneously across multiple hidden interior levels.
Several workers were also seen performing polishing and finishing work on structural pillars, while others handled scaffold components and support materials throughout the upper stand areas.
Additional sandwich panels can now be seen stacked near the north goal sectors.
These panels are expected to be installed soon around the mobility core areas where elevator and staircase structures are located. [music] At the moment, some of these core sections still remain uncovered, but the arrival and storage of these materials strongly suggests that installation [music] work could begin very soon in these areas.
Near the tribune corner, crews continue [music] working on vertical connection pieces and support systems that will later connect with the facade [music] structure.
Elevated platforms remain active across this zone, with sparks visible [music] from welding and grinding operations on the upper cantilever sections.
Interior ceiling finishing is also becoming more visible [music] from certain exterior angles.
While support alignment work continues around the lower structural zones, overall, this section remains highly active.
Even if a much of the detailed work is happening deeper inside the stadium structure where visibility is limited from outside.
>> [music] >> Camp Nou continues showing major progress across multiple construction sectors.
>> [music] >> The compression ring is advancing rapidly.
New lammas are being installed in additional areas, and structural [music] preparation work continues moving forward around both the goal and lateral sections.
The stadium is becoming more complete with every phase of construction, with even more visible developments [music] expected across the facade, compression ring, and upper structure systems.
