Karnataka CM DK Shivakumar Meets Amit Shah, Urges Home Minister To Support State's Key Initiatives

[music] According to reports coming in, the Chief Minister of Karnataka, Mr. D.K. Shivakumar, urged Union Home Minister Amit Shah to support some key initiatives of the state government which are aimed at strengthening the state's security infrastructure and police capabilities.

[00:00:28]>> Well, the Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar is uh what you call it, come to Delhi for a meeting and he has met the Prime Minister, the President, and several other dignitaries including the Deputy Minister over the Mekedatu project.

[00:00:39]Today, uh in the evening, he met the Home Minister Amit Shah. He submitted a memorandum. Key demands of it is to have a President's color honor for Karnataka police. 200 I also demanded 200 crore 80 crore rupees for command and control center and 278 crore rupees for CCTV upgradation in police in police stations. So, several other demands he's met while meeting the Home Home Minister Amit Shah in Delhi today. Uh Chief Minister is also meeting several other dignitaries today, but he has to meet Amit Shah and submitted these part of memorandum and demands to the Home Minister in Delhi.
