Brianna Olsen's Custody Lawyer Just Quit On Her!

[00:00:00]Y'all, it is becoming like weekly updates over here of Breonna Olson and Santos because damn, y'all. Breonna Olson got out there and said that her lawyer is quitting on her, which Can I tell you guys something? I Okay, I know I have a problem, okay? Um I I told you guys before, I was like, you guys can just go ahead and diagnose me in the chat, okay? I was talking to my homegirl Cynthia, I'm talking about you, recently, and there's something about us that we just feel like we're like fixers, which I guess maybe that is part of the reason why I just feel bad because I look at somebody like Breonna Olson, and yeah, like she really has proven to be, you know, not the best person in the world, and obviously not the best mom in the world, especially not seeing her own child for months on end. And I know that obviously she has a lot of flaws. However, I look at that, I'm like, "Wow, like you could change that though. You could grow. You could be better and like grow up, you know what I'm saying?" And I obviously say that from firsthand experience because I openly always talk about how like I feel like when I was younger, damn, like I look back and I was like, "Oh, I think I was kind of a piece of shit." You know what I'm saying? Like I just didn't know how to process my feelings, and I would just lash out, and especially anybody that was like close to me, like I have lashed out on several people in my life because I didn't know how to process my emotions. But I was given that grace, and I was given that opportunity to change as a person, and I look back, and I think, "Damn, you know, thank God for the people around me to call me out and be like, 'Hey, it's not okay to talk to somebody like that.'" Because I don't think I would have ever learned if I surrounded myself with yes people, you know what I'm saying? So, this is why I look at some people, and I don't look at it in this um You know how they say like, "Oh, don't throw stones when you live in a glass house." Like I'm not living in like a freaking, you know, What's the word I'm looking for? I'm not throwing stones while living in a glass house is what I meant to say, you know?

[00:01:27]So, I look at people like Breonna Olson, I'm like, "You know what? Like I do think that she could change and like grow, you know? However, it's, you know, not really It's not coming to fruition yet. However, there's still hope. So, I look at her, and I'm like, "Oh my gosh, when she was talking about the situation to her lawyer fees being so crazy, and her lawyer obviously quitting because apparently she wasn't getting paid." I'm sitting over here like, "Damn, I kind of feel bad for her." You know what I'm saying? But can I just point this out there, you guys?

[00:01:51]And maybe this is um a little messed up of me to say, but I'm just speaking facts here.

[00:01:55]She hasn't seen her son in so long. So, the fact that she was even like spending that amount of money to actively try to get at least 50% custody over her son is kind of crazy. It's kind of telling, you know? And I hate to be that person, you know, of saying like, "Oh, well, clearly she don't care to be a mom." But she's obviously making it be that way. People have this perception of her because of her not seeing her child for 4 months.

[00:02:18]And you guys saw my video to where I sat there and I said, "This is really crazy that this just came out of her mouth right now that she literally said, 'Oh, you guys act like 4 months is a long time.'"

[00:02:26]Uh every single person that I know could not go 4 months without seeing their child, especially that young. It's like she's obviously so clearly disconnected from her child, and I think that's why people have like such a negative, you know, um image of her in their minds of her being like a horrible mom, you know what I'm saying?

[00:02:42]So, I think it is kind of crazy that all along she's over here spending tens of thousands of dollars on a lawyer, but then it's like, "Whoa, at the same time you're not even making an effort to see your son." She gave up her rights, you know, to obviously go visit her son.

[00:02:56]And yeah, she blames it on a high-risk pregnancy, but everybody, including so many of you guys, have said, "I don't give a [ __ ] what like I'mma make the drive out there. I'll fly over there."

[00:03:04]As soon as You guys, as soon as I heard her say that she could fly, I was like, "What? What?" Like I thought all along I was giving her the benefit of the doubt.

[00:03:13]I was like, "Oh, she can't get on a plane or whatever because of the altitude, like something with her pregnancy is going to" No, she said she could fly. I was like, "Okay, well, girl, like clearly you just don't give a [ __ ] then, you know what I'm saying?"

[00:03:22]Still, after all that said and done, like I still do feel bad because to me, it's just kind of going to show that like she's not going to be able to have that legal representation to obviously fight to get her 50% custody. And yes, obviously this court case should have been ended already, you know what I'm saying? However, it's still getting, you know, dragged on. You guys, I'm sure have learned before like throughout all these court cases like, "Damn, I hear some people's divorces be taking like 5 to 6 years, you know what I'm saying?"

[00:03:45]If they're like complicated. Same thing with custody battles. Like obviously this has been going on for over for years now. So, I think that it's really, really crazy, but I do think that it sucks. And I'm just kind of like, "Oh, I kind of feel bad for her because say for example, if she obviously can't afford to have like legal representation, like obviously like things are going to go in 2K's favor. Do you know what I'm saying?

[00:04:04]Because if he's having that legal representation, like she doesn't stand a fight, you know?" You guys are going to see too that she's sitting there saying like, "Oh my gosh, like I don't even know what to do. Like do I just show up to court by myself without legal representation?" And I'm like, "Damn, y'all.

[00:04:17]I think that this really really does suck, but overall, I'm just kind of like, "Well, girl, were you really even fighting for it all along?" Or like was she just fighting for it just because she like hates 2K that much? You know what I'm saying? The reason why I'm asking that is because I think that if you cared so much to have, you know, custody of your child, you would have been there and you wouldn't have been making comments like, "You guys act like 4 months is really that long." Like that's crazy that's crazy to me. But we'll talk about that in a little bit, okay? There was um something else that I wanted to talk about before jumping into that because if you guys did not see, I had made a video to where um Santos was like saying I guess apparently allegedly that he wanted to go live with Astro Vino, okay? And you know what's so crazy is I really do feel like business-wise that they should be going live with each other because if you guys don't recall, when Breonna Olsson, Santos, and Astro Vino were going live like damn, that's when their views were like at an all-time high because the messiness that was going on with them, it was just crazy. Like if you guys don't recall, like Santos had like yanked her by the hair or whatnot.

[00:05:12]Like damn, that clip blew up. It had millions of views. And obviously them collaborating with each other and like spending time underneath one roof gets everyone to watch y'all. And myself included cuz I'm like, "Damn, these [ __ ] are just all so messy that I'm just like, whoa, like I can't take my eyes away from this." I guess apparently he had hit her up because he wanted to collaborate with her again.

[00:05:32]That's what she's saying, but now hearing him, I'm kind of like, "Oh yeah, I guess maybe he really did say that."

[00:05:35]You know what I'm saying? And she said that she refuses to do that and they are not on the same level, okay?

[00:05:41]I think that it's so crazy because Astro Vino literally is always thinking that she is above everybody else. Like she thinks that she's above Kim Kardashian.

[00:05:46]You know what I'm saying when it comes down to social media and it's like, "Girl, humble yourself a little bit. You know what I'm saying? Like, damn. Like, girl, they got more followers than you do. You know what I'm saying? Like, you're like banned every other week from TikTok. So, it's just kind of like, okay, girl, like, get it together. You know what I'm saying? However, she said that she would never collaborate with them again. Um and she likes to say that it's because like I guess her chat was talking [ __ ] about her daughters. But, you know, to me and even roasting her as well, too. But, to me it's kind of like, girl, you know the name of the game. Like, like, you know that you're going to get hate online.

[00:06:15]Like, Ash Trevino is obviously hate-watched by so many people. It's not like so many people like love her so much and like, "Oh my god, I love Ash Trevino. Let me watch her." It's like, no, Ash Trevino's a hot damn mess. Let me watch. You know what I'm saying? So, like, you know that.

[00:06:26]Well, I guess apparently now Santos is getting out there and he was saying that, which I think this is a lie, too.

[00:06:31]He is saying that he like knows people up in um Snapchat. Like, he knows the CEOs. And like, he's basically saying that Ash Trevino should be indebted to him because he helped her get monetized.

[00:06:43]And I guess now he's kind of like, "Oh, well, screw her because I helped her get monetized on these platforms." And he's also alleging that, which I'm like, how would he even know this? You know what I'm saying? He's alleging that Ash Trevino has like a manager or something like that who takes like 60% of her revenue. So, I'm really curious to know about this. But, I do have to say, too, on top of everything, I really do feel like they probably should collab together. I really do think that like if they, you know, come together like they'll get paid. And I'm thinking right now that maybe Santos is trying his hardest to obviously, you know, outreach back to what was getting him money before because obviously look at all the situation that Bree is going through.

[00:07:17]And if you guys didn't see, they were homeless there for a hot minute living out of freaking casino. You know what I mean? So, I do think that he's kind of struggling and he's trying to get out there. And maybe he is a little bit pressed now that Ash Trevino is denying that, which low-key I think is stupid on her behalf, too. Maybe she is just comfortable with the amount of money that she's making. But, I'm like, I just know that if they go back to collaborating, damn, people will be like, "Oh [ __ ] these fools are back together." Do you know what I'm saying?

[00:07:38]After so many months. I want to say it's probably been like, what, nine nine months? Maybe maybe even 10 months since they've collaborated. It's been a long time. So, I think it's kind of dumb, but um anyways, here what Santos has to say here. I'm going to invite her in. Wait, wait, hold on DK. Actually talk about it. Go and invite her in. I put her on to Snapchat, bro. Bro, but the thing is like she'd be talking [ __ ] bro. You put her on to Cameo, too? Cameo, yeah. Oh my god, I put her on to Cameo, Snapchat. Oh my god, this lady like literally is so ungrateful, bro. The most ungrateful lady I've ever met in my whole entire life, bro. Imagine, I come all the way from LA, bro, come and change your life, bro, and I help you get monetized on so many [ __ ] platforms. I help you build your career up. I help you get your clippers. I help you protect your account. I help I comfort you when everybody's hating on you. Like I'm doing so much for you, right? I'm paying for Airbnbs. You're getting me fines here and there. You're getting me hated on. Like I have a lot of cons like just being around you. And then apart from that, she doesn't want like I should have gotten a little cut from her. She told me she wasn't going to give me a cut. And she didn't give me [ __ ] And now she's giving some random old lady 60% of her money. I'm like, what in the world, bro? Like And her Cameo, all of it. Friends dollars a Cameo. Friends What? A lot of CEOs on [ __ ] Snapchat, man. Like I don't care, bro. Like really don't care anymore, bro. Ashleigh, when you mess with the wrong one, I asked you to go live with me, you're charging me 20 bucks, man.

[00:08:41]There y'all saw from right there. He was saying that somebody takes a big chunk of her money and yeah, I don't know. He basically was getting at that as like, oh, it's messed up of her, you know. And he is saying, too, that he feels like he deserves a portion of that money, but you guys want I don't think he knows no damn CEOs at Snapchat, first of all.

[00:08:56]Second of all, um I think that if you're helping somebody out like that, I don't think that you're entitled. Like say for example, if like I'm always encouraging if you guys watch the podcast, I'm always encouraging Genevieve like, do YouTube videos, do little vlogs, or whatever. Like if I help her, you know what I'm saying, get monetized and everything like that and show her the steps, like I don't feel like I deserve a portion of her monetization or her AdSense. You know what I'm saying? Like you just helped somebody else and I feel like that's what he did. He showed her the steps and like I don't think that he is owed a part of that. Like that's kind of messed up. You know what I'm saying?

[00:09:24]Anyways, y'all, moving on. He was live with Perez Hilton, okay? And I guess Perez Hilton was asking him about this court case and everything that they're going through and mediation and all this stuff. You guys, I was reading the the from this drama channel on Tik Tok about this specific Tik Tok and so many people were on Bree's side. I was really surprised to see this and a lot of people were saying that like, oh, this is really messed up on Winter or sorry on 2K's behalf because Winter should be able to go back and forth and whatnot and I guess all along 2K has specifically been fighting to keep Winter in the state of Texas meanwhile Breonna lives here in California. So, a lot of people were on Bree's side about this and they were saying it is messed up of 2K and they were like, no, it's clear to see that he obviously just wants to win no matter what. He's not really looking forward or looking out for Winter's, you know, best interest at heart and like going back and forth and whatnot. But, this is where I was just kind of like, well, one, wouldn't it still be a custody battle no matter what? Like, cuz I have seen people go through custody battles living in the same state. So, I don't really think that's like the big like deal of it all. I obviously think it's for the majority of the custody.

[00:10:25]But, then on top of that, too, please correct me if I'm wrong. Obviously, I don't know jack diddly [ __ ] about this.

[00:10:29]I've never been through any type of custody battle. But, if say for example, if Bree were to win 50% in in in court, like wouldn't you be able to have like split custody? You know what I'm saying?

[00:10:39]Like, I do have one friend who had a kid and then like the mom ironically enough ended up moving to Texas and they split custody and the kid goes back and forth. Do you know what I'm saying? So, I'm just kind of like, if in the court system they had an agreement, like wouldn't that be the case regardless? So, I didn't really quite understand how so many people in this specific you guys are going to see in this specific Tik Tok comment section, how so many people were anti-2K in there. I was like, wait, what? Like, maybe I'm just not getting it cuz they were saying that like, oh, he's the one that's making everything so much more difficult than it needs to be and that like, oh, Santos has a very valid point of like, okay, they live there in the state of California, which yeah, I get like if you don't want to live in Texas anymore, like I get all of those things. However, I still feel like at the end of the day, one, right now clear it's clear that, you know, Bree doesn't even want like custody of her son. She don't care to go visit him. You know what I'm saying? Two, obviously, if 2K has, you know, primary custody right now, he's obviously Winter is going to be in the state of like Texas. You know what I'm saying? So, I'm like I'm just not getting these things right here. I'm just kind of like, "Okay." Like and can I point this out there to you guys? Me, okay, obviously I'm not even a parent, but if I was a parent and I was like, "Oh damn, I'm high-risk pregnancy." I would go look for a place to rent that's closest to my kid even if I could only see them for like once a week or whatever. Like to me, oh well, like you know, unfortunately we're going through this custody battle right now and the judge gave my ex primary custody. Okay, but at least that I could be there that once a week that I'm allowed to see my kid. Do you know what I'm saying? So, like to me just all of these things don't make sense and I was like, "Why is everyone on Bree's side in this comment section?" I was like, "Maybe I'm just not getting it." You have to be smart. You have to be like, "No, I can't go with her. He just can't be around Winter.

This family like Winter's already here. He's going to be he's going to come and visit her no matter what. He's going to go up with her, too. I mean, I know that the other side isn't bad. I know he's not wanting to express his mother and he can't express his dad. I'm pretty sure that he from not experiencing that, he doesn't understand what it is to not have a parent. Assuming that he's going to want to have the mother in his child's life, too. I want peace here. I don't know if you know this. I want peace. I want everybody to just be able YOU KNOW YOU KNOW WHAT? I might actually believe YOU.

Like, he's just trying to win his court case. And no, it's true. Like, if Bree's in California, like, that's where Winter should be. And I'm like, you guys, right now, legally speaking, 2K has primary custody of Winter. So, I'm like, I'm not really getting this. But you guys have to educate me on that cuz I was like, it's clear that I'm just not getting it.

And I was like, why do I actually feel kind of bad for Bree? Like, I I I know that obviously she's made her bed and now she's lying in it. You know what I'm saying? And I think that she obviously messed up from the beginning. She has done so many things wrong when it comes down to her custody battle. But then I'm like, oh damn, like, if she can't afford to pay for these lawyer fees and, you know, legal fees in general, like, she's not going to stand a chance. You know what I'm saying? And I was like, oh, that kind of does make me feel bad. But I guess maybe I shouldn't feel bad because obviously it's been proven all along that she doesn't really give a [ __ ] to like be an active mom to her son.

[00:14:22]So, I guess I shouldn't feel bad. But I guess like, oh damn, like, maybe this is just like, you know, like, I don't know. This is just showing that obviously she won't stand a chance. And that's why I'm just like, oh, that kind of sucks then. You know what I'm saying?

[00:14:32]Check out this clip. Guys, you will not believe what email I just got. It's like the middle of the [ __ ] night. So, y'all know that my lawyer fees rack up every time we go to court. It's like 500 an hour plus retainers and things like that. So, it's just been building. I used to pay them. When I first got them, my first retainer was like, I think 13K.

[00:14:47]And then we had a few trials and then it would kind of go like it would add like another 10, 15. And for a few months last year when I was like right before I was pregnant, I was consistently paying them like 10,000 a month. This is how I paid my bills. I would pay my lawyer 10,000 a month. It was like around 30, 40 my balance. But I was still paying them in large amounts every month. And then starting like this year, that was just not coming becoming sustainable.

[00:15:03]And we just had so many [ __ ] court dates that it just kept adding up. My current lawyer bill is 93K. 93K. Yes.

[00:15:10]Even though I've paid them 10 here, 10 there, 20 there. And then I started doing um 4,000 a month recently. Um and it's just it's just not enough. It just keeps adding up. So, guys, my lawyer literally is saying I'm not paying her enough or not fast enough. And it's just not sustainable for me or my life with the new baby coming and everything. So, I don't know what should my next step be? My lawyer's quitting with trial in August. We also have the trial readiness conference. I think it's like May 20th. I don't even know what that means. Do I just show up to court by myself? This is insane. And I think it's kind of shady how they made me pay them.

[00:15:36]Um they made me start a payment plan last month. So, the 4,000 a month plus they're like, "Oh, but we still needed like a good amount." And so, I paid them 10. I paid them 14k last month thinking that they weren't going to quit and they didn't anyways. So, I'm like, "Oh my [ __ ] god. What should I do? Should I handle this myself? Try and hire new counsel? Like will new counsel even take me if I have this big lawyer bill? Like file for bankruptcy? Like what should I do?" So, there you guys heard it from right there that her lawyer is quitting, you guys. These lawyer fees though, I have heard it before. Woo! Are astronomical. I know this is why like lawyers are rich, you know? And I know obviously they got to go through so much schooling and I know it's like super hard. But like to hear the amount of money that they charge, I think it's absolutely insane. You know what I'm saying? Like to charge that amount of money to where she's having to pay like $10,000 a month in legal fees, I'm like, "Whoa." And it's like you guys I actually do believe her when it comes down to that only because I know other people who have gone through like divorces and had divorce attorneys and one person through a custody case or whatever and just to like file and stuff like that. It's like, "Whoa, this [ __ ] is so expensive." So, I'm like, "It really does suck." And obviously, you know, especially moving forward now she like she doesn't really stand a chance, you know what I'm saying? And I do know that like 2K had mentioned before just how much these legal fees are and I'm like, "Damn, this sucks." Like you know what really sucks is that they just couldn't come to agreement. Do you know what I mean? Like they couldn't just come to an agreement of like 50/50 and like, "Okay, like for my 50% he's going to be staying in California for 2 weeks and you know, back and forth type of thing." Because like now it's kind of like, "Whoa, at the end of the day like obviously Winter's going to grow up and you know, just have like a really difficult relationship with his mom." You know what I'm saying? Because obviously she's going to be over here, he's going to be over there and it's just I don't know. I just think overall it's just a really shitty situation and I really do wish that they could have figured out. But obviously, they didn't.
