So I think that was widely reported all over the press. As a result of that, we initiated and opened up a criminal investigation with the FBI. This is an example of election fraud and this is not merely an allegation. She has admitted guilt. She will be appearing in court at 10:00 this morning and uh she has agreed to uh enter a plea of guilty at the appropriate time. So this is not an allegation. This not a theory. This is a admitted form of election fraud.

And yesterday, O'Keeffe Media Group actually delivered the promises that they made. The Department of Justice confirmed that election fraudster Brenda Brown has been indicted under federal law. O'Keeffe Media Group caught Brenda Brown on camera exchanging cash for petition signatures. She's now facing potential charges of up to 5 years in prison and up to a $10,000 fine or both. Announcing the indictment is assistant attorney general for the civil rights division of the DOJ Dylan. Let's check her out. The Department of Justice has charged a longtime California signature gatherer under 52 USC section 10307 subsection C with one count of paying another person to register to vote in a federal election. The defendant, Brenda Lee Brown Armstrong, has signed a plea agreement and has admitted her guilt on this charge. According to the plea agreement, she worked as a petition circulator, aka signature gatherer, here in Los Angeles for approximately 20 years. Miss Brown Armstrong had a practice of going down to Skid Row here in Los Angeles, getting homeless people to sign these signature petitions that had to do with qualifying ballot measures and etc. Um, she would sometimes find that the signatures would be disqualified because the people signing these signature petitions weren't actually registered to vote. So to remedy this flaw in her uh business arrangements, she would then gather starting in 2025 stacks of voter registration forms from the Los Angeles County registar voters and then go to Skid Row in downtown Los Angeles to have homeless people first sign the voter registration forms and then sign the signature petitions. And she did this in exchange for cash and other items of value inducements both for the voter registration and for the signature petitions. These were often small sums of cash, just a few dollars, as well as cigarettes and phone cards. On several occasions, when the homeless person had no formal address to enter on the voter registration form, Miss Brown Armstrong provided them with a fake address, namely her own former address in Los Angeles, to write on the voter registration form. Now, the potential charges uh and sentence rather would include five years in prison, three years of supervised release, and a fine of up to $10,000. This case is important because it shows how easy it is under California law to corrupt the state's voter roles and thereby corrupt the state and federal elections administered by the state.

[00:04:03]>> The petitioner, Brenda Brown, hands cash money to the homeless person. Not only for signing the California ballot initiative, but also as payment for them to register to vote.

[00:04:13]>> Now, because you haven't registered, I need to register you so I can get paid, too.

[00:04:17]>> I'm paying you guys. I need to get paid.

[00:04:20]>> That is a federal felony. And it didn't just happen once. It happened over and over and over again. We personally witnessed and covertly filmed this happening at least 28 times over the span of our investigation and that is just in Los Angeles. Many of the homeless have zero understanding of what it is that they're actually signing.

[00:04:43]>> But what what is that petition for? You know >> the petition for >> the petitioners instruct the homeless to enter madeup addresses like Pinocchio Lane.

[00:04:54]>> What do I put in my address?

[00:04:56]>> Yeah, just put up. You live on your name.

[00:05:00]>> Oh, good.

[00:05:01]>> And all of this occurring just outside the front doors of shelters and NOS's such as Weine Guard Center.

[00:05:09]>> In that snippet, we can see Brenda Brown handing over cash for ballot petition signatures. That's a federal crime. And yesterday, the DOJ publicly confirmed our suspicions, a violation of 52 US Code 10307, Subsection C. Here are the charge papers themselves.

[00:05:27]It says, "On or about January 30th, 2026 in Los Angeles County within the Central District of California, defendant Brenda Lee Brown Armstrong, also known as an Anakah, knowingly and willfully paid and offered to pay another person to register to vote in a federal election.

[00:05:45]Let's go through all of our Brenda Brown footage. Here's the first snippet. This woman named Brenda Brown acknowledges that if the person signing isn't a registered voter, she won't get paid $7 for the signature.

[00:06:00]>> Is this additional money?

[00:06:01]>> No, because you have a register. I need to register you so I can get paid, too.

[00:06:06]>> Okay, you guys. I need to get paid.

[00:06:11]>> Pretty bad stuff. And in this next one, we actually see the cash exchange.

[00:06:16]>> Brenda Brown also has a stack of voter registration forms. so she can get the homeless people to first register to vote.

[00:06:25]>> The petitioner, Brenda Brown, then hands cash money to the homeless person, not only for signing the California ballot initiative, but also as payment for them to register to vote. That is a federal felony. 52 USC 10307. Whoever knowingly or willfully pays or offers to pay or accepts payment for registration to vote shall be fined not more than $10,000 and imprisoned not more than 5 years. You can pay workers to circulate petitions, but you cannot give someone cash money to make them register to vote. You can actually see in the hands of the fraudster a copy of the California voter registration card. And this didn't just happen once. It happened over and over and over and over again. We witnessed it 28 times on video.

[00:07:18]Now, this report dropped two months ago, and we want to personally thank the DOJ and Harit Dylan for actually taking action. The first assistant US attorney, Bill Esley, makes it clear to reporters that this is indeed fraud and gives credit to James O'Keeffe.

[00:08:22]Um those in power like to say, well of course there's some fraud, but it's not widespread. The truth is, and I can tell you haven't been up there, they have no idea. They have no idea how spread the fraud is because they do nothing to detect it, prevent it, or to prosecute it. Nothing. They have no interest.

[00:08:39]Well, in in this department under Todd Blanch and Hari, we're not putting up with it. We are going to aggressively prosecute election fraud. This is an ongoing active investigation. Miss Brown is simply the first person that we are announcing charges for in this investigation resulting from some undercover videos that took place at Skid Row.
