Moments When Dirty Cops Get INSTANT KARMAAdded:
And you keep approaching me. I'm trying to get information from you. That's why I need to hear.
>> What information do you need?
>> Good morning. I'm off with the G Police Department. Any reason you ran that stop sign right there?
>> What stop sign?
>> Uh one right there.
>> Well, I sat there for like 5 minutes wait for the traffic go through.
>> Uh you have license.
>> I do.
>> I get it.
>> That's fine.
>> And we're going to go ahead and conduct an investigation as soon as another unit gets here.
>> Understood.
>> Okay. What crime have I committed? Like I said, your plate wasn't displayed on the back as it's required by law.
>> It is actually.
>> From ICE agents getting publicly humiliated after abusing their authority to auditors shutting down cops who literally make up laws on the spot, these are the moments scumbag officers overstepped their power and got instant karma.
>> You need to calm down and get out of my face.
>> Tell me to calm down. I'm here investigating.
>> A YouTube auditor from the channel Wolf Gang Audits was lawfully recording in a public space, doing exactly what the Constitution allows. But once officers from Southern Pine State PD arrived at Fort Liberty, common sense was no longer to be seen and the encounter quickly spiraled.
>> Doing pretty obvious, huh? Taking some pictures of video.
>> Were you on the property of the bank?
>> Did you see me on the property of the bank?
>> I'm asking you a question.
>> I'm asking you a question.
>> I asked you a question. Were you on the property of the bank?
>> I'm on the sidewalk, sir.
>> I know where you are now.
>> Sir, deescalate. Deescalate. Calm down.
>> Don't tell me what to do. I need you to answer my question.
>> I was not on the property. I've been on the property.
>> They said you were in the parking lot.
>> Okay, that's fine. They can say what they want to.
>> You need to calm down and get out of my face.
>> Tell me to calm down. I'm here investigating. And if you get that any closer to my face, >> you came up to me. I'm going to >> I'm investigating. I'm going to do this.
>> I'm investigating. Can you >> I'm investigating. And if you get that, >> what's your badge number, Barry?
>> If you get What's your badge number, Barry? You're going in handcuffs. I'm going in handcuffs because you keep walking up to my camera >> and I'm investigating >> and I'm going to take a step back.
>> As soon as the officer arrived on the scene, he repeatedly got too close with the auditor without respecting the auditor's private space, then went on pinning it on him.
>> Were you Were you on the property or not?
>> You can go do your investigation.
I've been recording this whole time.
>> I'll talk to you.
>> You need to do better.
>> No, no, no. I'm conducting investigation. Quit approaching me.
>> Sir, I have to be able to hear you.
There's >> Oh, you can't >> I have to be able to hear you. There's >> way you're cute, Mary.
>> You don't know how well I hear and well I don't hear.
>> All I said was you're cute and you keep approaching me.
>> I'm trying to get information from you.
That's why I need to hear.
>> What information do you need?
>> I asked if you were on the property >> and I've already told you no.
>> Okay, then they want you to stay off the property.
>> Okay. Hey, I want you toinging stay out of my face, but you keep coming in it >> because I need to hear you and you're wearing a mask.
>> Okay.
>> Which makes it hard to hear.
>> Does it?
>> Yeah, it does.
>> Well, how about this? I'll talk louder from over here.
>> All right, then.
>> Officer Barry jumped in to escalate the situation, skipping the basic investigative steps. Instead of assessing the situation, he chose confrontation, turning a routine encounter into a needless conflict.
>> You need to check your attitude.
>> I do not.
>> You do not?
>> No, I know what I'm doing.
>> Do you? Yeah, I do.
>> What's your badge number?
>> 877.
>> Okay. Can I get the CAD number for this?
>> No, there there's nothing to be given.
>> There's not there wasn't a dispatch call. Nobody called.
>> Yeah, there is.
>> So, let me get the number for the CAD.
>> That's not important.
>> It is to me.
>> Okay, then call the PD and ask for it.
>> I bet. All right, Barry, you're dismissed.
>> You're not dismissing.
>> You're dismissed.
>> When I'm done with my investigation, I >> You're dismissed.
>> You come on this property. I have I been on the property?
>> I'm telling you, sir.
>> Have I been on the property?
>> I don't know. I'm going to go ask.
>> You can go ask all you want.
>> Yeah. And I'm going to And I don't need your permission to do so.
>> I didn't. Okay. You're dismissed.
>> Only after escalating the encounter and infringing the auditor's rights did the officer realize he should have started by speaking with the bank. That >> got me heated. I was out here being calm. I was trying to enjoy the nice weather today, but Barry's aing [ __ ] Oh, you don't have to use that kind of language.
>> I'm allowed to though.
>> I mean, you are >> right.
>> But >> no, it it's on him, man. I I meet what I get. He came to me stupid. I'm going to be stupid back.
>> Is it just like a hobby of yours? Just >> I like to take pictures. I like to take video. Uh >> this if you look at this on Google Maps, it's all woods.
>> So, I was coming by. Happened to uh He ain't going to say [ __ ] He's just going to leave.
>> Um basically, they were saying they just don't want to come. Yeah, I had no intention. I told I actually told the lady that came out. She was super sweet, man. I thought she I thought she understood, but next thing I knew, I looked inside and three of them's on the phone staring out the glass. I mean, I She came out and talked. I told her I had no intentions of going in or on the property. I'm taking pictures of video from public. I didn't I didn't expect to turn around and see him sitting there.
She asked. I told her. I don't know what more I can do, but >> he's just typing up a couple things. We got to do it for It's not like we're got to do everything.
>> The officers fail to realize that their own actions are exactly why the camera is there. And they're handing the auditor the content on a silver platter >> before I head down to uh the PD.
>> All right.
>> All right. I got you call 20. It's 2500.
I know my handwriting is not all that great.
>> Appreciate it. Appreciate it.
>> Yeah. You too. Thanks.
The officers then realized that they had completely overstepped their authority and left the scene. In the pre-camera phone era, this likely would have ended very differently with force and questionable charges instead of accountability. What happens when an officer oversteps and meets people who actually know the law. Pure humiliation.
And you are about to witness that in the next case.
>> Any reason you ran that stop sign right there?
>> Well, I sat there for like 5 minutes waiting for traffic. You know, I got death cam, right?
>> That's fine. On February 21st, 2023, Andy Harville stopped for gas and noticed a Gaitton police vehicle watching traffic. After waiting near a stop sign, he safely rejoined traffic, passing the officer he had seen earlier.
Seconds later, officer Marcus Parker pulled him over despite Harville's careful and lawful driving, raising questions about the reason for the stop.
>> Good morning. Officer, the guy department. Any reason you ran that stop sign right there?
>> What stop sign?
>> Uh, one right there.
>> One sat for like 5 minutes wait for the traffic. Uh, you have driver's license.
>> I do.
>> I get it.
>> That's fine.
>> Just give me a second.
>> After taking Harville's ID illegally, officer Marcus Parker returned to his cruiser to run the details.
>> Goes back to a 2015 Toyota black and color.
>> All right, here you go, Mr. Harel.
Please be more careful at stop signs.
Okay, >> I got Hey, man. You know I got a dash cam, right?
>> That's fine.
>> Okay, >> it's a stop sign right there. You have a dash cam. I show you front of the stop sign.
Okay. Have a good day. You >> even after being shown dash cam footage, officer Marcus Parker maintained his false accusation against Harville. But this incident may be part of a larger pattern. Parker previously served with the Ringome Police Department, where in January 2022, he discharged firearms at a Mexican restaurant while off duty and then used a patrol car to drive home. He repeatedly lied about the incident to his superiors, resulting in multiple violations. He was allowed to resign and was soon after hired by the Gton Police Department. This officer walked in confident and smug and walked out all embarrassed and exposed.
>> I want to make it very clear. I do not consent to any searches or seizures on my property.
>> That's nice, but you're not moving until I get another unit.
>> Things got heated fast when an auditor named Jeffrey from YouTube channel Honor Your Oath Civil Right Investigations decided to openly carry his firearm. and Sergeant Dogget of the Orund Beach Police couldn't resist turning a completely legal move into a full-blown showdown.
>> Hey, how you doing?
>> Those on you?
>> I'm sorry.
>> Yeah, I got my 45.
>> You got a pistol permit?
>> No, sir.
>> No.
>> Okay. I want you to set that thing down.
Will I want the >> pull down?
>> Okay.
>> Put your hands up over your head.
>> Okay. I want to make it very clear. I do not consent to any searches or seizures on my property.
>> That's nice. But you're not moving until I get another unit with you. Understand?
>> Understand?
>> You do not have a pistol permit.
>> Not for open carry. Now I'm fishing and open carrying.
>> At this point, you're detained until I determine what's going on here. Do you understand that?
>> I understand.
>> All right.
>> The irony here is hard to ignore as Sergeant Dogget ordered the auditor to hide his legally carried firearm so as not to make people nervous. All while he casually strolled around fully armed himself.
>> Do you have identification on you or >> uh I do? It's in my pocket.
>> All right.
>> Don't go for it.
>> I'm not I'm not >> Somebody called you in wearing the gun and suspicious.
>> Okay.
>> And we're going to go ahead and conduct an investigation as soon as another unit gets here. Okay.
>> Understood. Are you with uh >> I'm with the city of War.
>> Okay. You have a name and badge number?
>> Yes, I do. I'll give you my business card at the conclusion of this.
>> Okay. Can I go ahead and get your name and badge number?
>> Yeah. My badge number 14.
>> Sergeant dog.
>> Okay.
>> We don't use those. I'll give you my computer ID.
>> Understood.
>> Do you live in the area?
>> Um, I'm not answering any questions.
>> Okay.
>> More officers showed up at the scene acting like the auditor wasn't exercising his rights, but committing a largecale crime.
>> What type of weapon is it?
>> I'm not answering any questions, sir.
I'll give you my name since I'm being detained. My name is Jeffrey Marcus Gray.
>> I'm sorry. Jeffrey Marcus Gray.
>> Yes, sir. Born January 8th, 1970. Other than that, I'm not answering any questions.
>> That's your constitutional right.
>> Okay.
>> Is your ID through the state of Florida?
>> Uh, sir, I'm not answering any questions.
>> Well, that question is not subject to any criminal act, >> right?
>> That is just to identify.
>> I'm a resident of Florida.
>> Okay.
>> No, you don't have to you don't have to selfinccriminate under the fifth amendment. But there are there is information that you'll have to provide me that has nothing to do with that.
>> I'm just going to Can I just adjust this camera strap cuz it's kind of pulling on my >> You don't take your hands off your head.
>> Okay. You do have your gun out of your holster.
>> Yes, I do. At my side.
>> Okay.
>> I'm not pointing it at you, but I have it at the low ready in case you were to do something offensively against me.
>> Understand? I do not consent to any searches or seizures on my property.
>> Okay. Until we get this taken clear of, I'm going to remove this from you. Sir, >> do you have any other firearms or weapons on you that we need to be concerned about?
>> I have one that's in a concealed concealed weapon.
>> It's in my right side and inside the waistband holster.
>> Okay. You got one on there.
>> I do not consent to any searches or seizures on my property. They are locked and caught. Be careful.
>> Officer Evans arrived at the scene and she didn't waste a second. Before anyone could blink, she was already trampling his rights. Do you have any other weapons that we need to be aware of?
>> I have two magazines in my left pocket.
Other than that, there's no weapons.
>> Left pocket.
>> Cargo pocket.
>> Yes, sir. Any knives or anything that's going to stick me?
>> Uh, regular pocket.
>> At this point, we're going to place you in handcuffs. You are detained for an investigation. You're not under arrest, but this is for your safety and honor.
Do you understand that?
>> I do understand.
>> Your wallet is in your cargo pocket.
>> My wallet? Yes, sir. And you you said you had identification in that.
>> It's in my this pocket here.
>> We appreciate your cooperation.
>> Where's your ID at in here?
>> Uh it should be in that front slip.
>> This one?
>> No, right up there where your fingers are. Tip of your fingers are >> right here.
>> No, right there where your thumb is.
Yes.
>> Officer Evans went straight for Jeffy's pistol, which leaves you wondering why even bother with open carry if it's just going to be taken away. Officer Evans, would you read him his constitutional rights before before we proceed any further? He's already invoked, but I want him to be aware of what his constitutional rights are and then he can make an informed decision. He probably already know.
>> You have the right to remain silent.
Anything you say can be used as evidence against you. You have the right to talk to attorney. Have him or her with you now at any time during questioning.
>> If you cannot attorney, one will be appointed to represent you. If anytime you wish to stop talking or have an attorney present, all questions will be stopped at your request. Do you understand these rights, sir?
>> I understand.
>> Thank you, sir. You care to tell me what's going on today while you're walking around with all these guns sticking out everywhere?
>> Uh, I'm fishing and I'm open carry while fishing, which is perfectly legal in the state of Florida. And other than that, I'm not answer any other questions.
>> You guys check out Florida statute 790.25.
>> What statute?
>> 790.25.
>> What does it say?
>> Subsection H. while hunting, fishing, camping, or traveling are two or from such an event, it is legal to open carry in the state of Florida.
>> We'll confirm that. And I think you're right. And >> I don't know that it's open carry though. I know you can carry. I don't know that it's open carry, but >> Well, we're going to we're going to review the statute, but along with that, you're also concealed carrying a firearm.
>> Correct.
>> Which is not legal going to >> Do you have Did you see my permit in my wallet?
>> No, you didn't go through your wallet.
We haven't gone through. I asked you if you had a pistol permit and you said you were not going to answer. If you have a pistol permit, that's perfectly legal, >> right? You were referring to the open carry then.
>> No, no. I was refer I asked you if you had a pistol permit in general.
>> The moment Jeffrey started citing the statutes, the sergeant's whole attitude shifted. Suddenly, the confident, tough cop looked a lot less sure of himself.
>> I didn't know. I misunderstood your question.
>> Okay, then that's fine. We're here to conduct the investigation. If you have a pistol permit and you're coming to and from fishing, we'll verify all that. If everything is uh all right, we'll return your firearms to you and let you be on your way.
>> Where's your permit at? It's in that wallet. Again, understand I'm not consenting to any searches or anything.
So, where's your >> behind the picture of my wife? Which one? This one? Yes, sir.
>> Yes, but you are subject to produce the permit upon demand. And I asked you if you had one and you wouldn't even answer that. Is that not correct?
>> I said I do not have an open carry permit.
>> I asked you if you had a pistol permit.
I didn't ask about open. You'd think cops would know the law. Apparently, that's too much to ask. Sometimes you actually have to spell it out just to stop an unlawful arrest.
>> And you do understand that we have the right as police officers detaining you to relieve you of your firearms until we're conclude the stop.
>> I disagree with that. Like I said, >> for our safety, >> not answering that.
>> Okay. Well, that's uh >> other than I disagree.
>> That's fine. I mean, you're it's America. You have the right to agree and disagree, >> right? got my business card and my ID number for you, sir.
>> Understood. Thank you. Everything affirms out. As I said before, we'll go ahead and release you. If I might make a recommendation, I'm not asking you a question. I'm making a recommendation since you have a concealed weapons permit in the future. Again, I would say that you might want to however many guns you carry is your business, not mine.
But if no statutes were violated, I would say that common sense would dictate you might want to wear them all concealed. Not say you have to if that's how the statute bears out. I would say that common sense so that you don't run into situations like this. I mean, I am a firm believer of the ownership of firearms, your first amendment right.
Are the cuffs too tight on you?
>> No, they're they're fine. It's just my arm kind of cramped up.
>> Okay. So, the cuffs are fine. They're not tight or anything.
They aren't even legally allowed to do this, which means qualified immunity could be off the table. When officers step this far outside the law, they can be held personally accountable in court.
This wasn't policing. It was unlawful detention, an illegal search, and an unjustified weapon seizure. I'm a firm believer of the First Amendment, and I would try always to do anything to cut into your rights on that. At this point, we're just, as I said, we're detaining you. If everything checks out, we'll be on your way. I but I would I myself wear my firearm off duty and I always we're required by policy to have a jacket or something over it but I would recommend the same for you because then you don't make other people in the area nervous you know statutoily that may not be a prerequisite but common sense just to save yourself having the police officers call to check you out every single time.
>> Hey Sergeant if you would uh can you return my firearm? We are about to >> um just can you just put it in my car for me? I don't want to have it in my hand.
>> I'd like to do it that way too.
>> My business card, sir.
>> As soon as you reclaim your property and then we'll escort you over with your firearms to your vehicle. We appreciate your cooperation.
>> Yes, sir.
>> It's ironic how many officers claim to support the First Amendment until someone actually exercises their rights.
The moment a lawful carrier shows up, that support seems to disappear fast and suddenly their personal opinions become part of the encounter. People aren't used to people walking around with like that like >> they're going to call just so you know >> especially at a fishing gear like this.
Now if it was out in the middle of the woods that's one thing you're talking about you're in residential area.
>> It's not like you have to worry about bears coming try to steal your fish.
>> Jeffrey remained calm and composed throughout the encounter handling the situation professionally. Ultimately, his firearm was returned and he was permitted to leave without charges. The incident also served as a necessary reminder to the sergeant regarding the state's open carry laws. What this officer does next completely backfires.
>> Get the OUT OF OUR CITY, YOU PIECE OF NUMBER ONE, I'M NOT GOING TO NUMBER ONE, I'M NOT GOING TO GET OUT OF YOUR CITY because I live here.
>> First off, we have an ICE agent who appears to have skipped due process entirely. No investigation, no patience, just assumptions. And he's already decided who the guilty ones are.
>> Are you US citizen or you got a natural US? You're a naturaliz.
>> Get the out of our city.
>> I'm not going to get out of your city.
Number one.
>> Yes. Get the out.
>> Yes. You clearly OH, WHAT DOES THAT SAY?
WE'RE IN PATROL. YEAH. YOU'RE a You work for the orange fascist.
YEAH. YEAH. GET THE OUT OF OUR CITY, YOU PIECE OF NUMBER ONE, I'M NOT GOING TO NUMBER ONE, I'M NOT GOING TO GET OUT OF YOUR CITY BECAUSE I >> OH, YOU want me?
>> You want to make good for you? GOOD FOR YOU. YOU wanted the irony here is impossible to ignore. A masked individual carrying an automatic weapon in a neighborhood gas station is asking a man questions whose only apparent action was pumping gas. These cops underestimated the power of strategy and ended up outplayed in a way he never saw coming.
>> At the police department train you >> that's messed up.
>> Now you know the third amendment, sir.
>> You don't. That's fine. I'm not going to bash you for it. Do you know the third amendment? In January 2024, Enrique was casually filming on the streets of Las Vegas when he crossed paths with two female officers. Their response was so over the top it left everyone wondering whether this was law enforcement or a poorly rehearsed excuse.
>> Excuse me. Can I get your name and badge number, please?
>> Sure.
>> Tomaso 9488.
>> And you, ma'am?
>> Sergeant Zerby number 8106. Have a great day.
>> You too.
>> That's kind of weird though. Supposed to say, yeah, how can I help you? Not say have a great day. That's at the end.
>> That's at the end.
>> Let me ask you something. How much do does your sergeant train you guys or at the police department train you guys?
>> That's messed up.
>> That's the real great service that they Hey, so if I walk in here right now, would I be breaking the law?
>> Would I Hey, would I be breaking the law if I come right here right now? I wouldn't. You're not You guys not going to enforce that, right? This not Is this a crime scene? Is this a crime scene?
Why is this here? I could come in, right? It's not it's not a restricted area.
>> Enrique asked them simple questions which the officers ignored before walking away. An alarming display of disregard. And shockingly, this all happened in the presence of the sergeant.
>> You're a sergeant, right?
>> Uh I approached these uh ladies over here in a nice manner.
>> Officers >> officers actually are respectful people and nice people. She uh walked away when I when I asked that simple question.
Well, actually, she didn't even give me the time of the day. So, I think that's disrespectful. You just did that to the wrong camera guy. Say hi, Mom.
>> You see, you guys are police officers and by the way that your sergeant is behaving, it shows it shows poor leadership. Okay? So, you're a sergeant, too. I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt. I'm not going to go ahead and bash officers >> just for just just because you guys are cops. I'm not going to go ahead and bash every single one of you for no reason.
That's the walk of shame. what she just did in front of thousands. Thousands.
Okay.
>> Instead of staying silent, Enrique went straight to another sergeant to report the officer's behavior. When he did, the female officer quietly walked away. This time, it was a clear walk of shame.
>> You guys ever heard of Auditing America with over 100 million combined views on the internet, which is 3 million hits last week at the post office over here in Vegas. You see, we do not. We We're pretty much doing the same thing you guys are doing. We're out there checking up on you guys. you guys are out there checking up on us, making sure that we send that that we follow all these laws that we need to remember uh from the state of Nevada. Make sure guys that you don't impede the flight of a pigeon because that's a crime over here.
Recently, they just removed the jaywalking uh offense as a an as an arrestable offense. Ha. Make sure you go to Auditing America and subscribe and check out the uh Las Vegas police officers tackling me on the ground for jaywalking. The only charge crossing other than crosswalk. Did you guys ever do that to any citizens? You guys ever taken people to jail for being free?
It's pretty wild.
>> These power-hungry cops act like they can do whatever they want, but they forget one thing. That more and more people know their rights now.
>> I'm giving $100 to your choice of charity if anybody gives me the Third Amendment. right now and I'll walk away and I'll praise you because we've gone viral many times for praising good cops.
Do you do you know the third amendment, sir? You don't. That's fine. I'm not going to bash you for it. Do you know the third amendment?
>> We're not going to provide a statement to get your narrative, sir.
>> It's not a narrative.
>> Thank you very much for speaking.
>> This is literally concerning. This is literally the specific the main thing about your job is the oath you took to protect. So, you don't want to talk about it. That's weird. That's very weird. So, the third amendment, Sergeant, do you know it? Uh, >> please. You must know it.
>> Troops.
>> Thank you.
>> You got it.
>> Thank you, Sergeant. Thank you.
>> These cops refused to respond because they were not aware of their Third Amendment. Their lack of knowledge speaks volumes. Surprisingly, the only one who did know the law was the sergeant.
>> Sergeant, you got to make sure you refresh the memory to these people because you cannot be out there enforcing the law if you don't know the basics of our of our civil civil liberties.
>> That's very true.
>> We praise good cops all the time. Ma'am, can I have your name and batch number for the record?
17269.
>> Thank you. I appreciate it. So, we're courteous, professional, loving, caring, but whenever the guy with the snapback and the face tattoo arrives with a camera, most police officers behave like your sergeant did earlier. That was that was out of control. That was uncalled for. There's no reason why she should be offended about a camera guy when you guys are actually you sometimes you wear body cams.
>> It's 2024. Lots of cops have flat packs and lots of tattoos as well too, right?
So, we're not going to discriminate against that anymore.
>> I got I I I understand that. Well, there's something wrong with that person, then. Well, I'm just trying to figure it out. And maybe if I was wearing a pound of makeup and I had a and I had a bigger camera and and and a bunch of lies, then maybe if I was a fake news, then maybe I'll I'll get a little bit of respect. You guys will bring me into the police department right along. You guys do all that for these people.
>> Enrique was determined to hold these corrupt cops accountable. Instead of respecting the law, they went after someone who knew it inside and out and regretted it instantly. When arrogance meets brains, even a badge can't save you. And he learned that the hard way.
>> It's one of those things where if you're going to do this, you have to go through the city to get special permits so you can be out here so you can, you know, if you're receiving money for whatever reason, cuz obviously the city wants, you know, their portion. On November 13th, 2024, an auditor from Honor Your Oath: Civil Rights Investigations showed up in Crystal River, Florida, just to peacefully exercise his rights when suddenly officers swooped in like it was a crime. And you won't believe how.
>> How you doing, gentlemen?
>> Good.
>> God bless veterans, y'all. What's going on?
>> All right, man. So, it's a city park.
The park rangers called. They don't want you here. So, we got to we got to come trespass.
>> I'm being trespassed?
>> Yes, sir.
>> All right. Can I get y'all's names real quick? My name is Jeff.
>> Yeah. Do you have an ID on you, Jeff?
>> Yeah. I'm going to leave. So, I don't need to give you my ID if you if you trespass me, I'll leave. I don't need to give you ID.
>> Got you. All right. Yeah. So, it's Albertson South, 1676, 1856.
>> All right. And I'm going to leave. Don't get me wrong, but I just want to let you know I'm engaged to freedom of speech on a traditional public forum, so I have a right to be here.
>> Yeah. Um, but unfortunately, it's a city park, so you can be trespassed for any reason whatsoever per park.
>> All right. Is there like a written trespass that I can get?
>> Yeah, it's it's in there, but I can't print out.
>> All right. How long is the trespass? He said it was going to be forever >> and that's a mighty long time.
>> That that's a year long. Typically it's a year long. All right. So >> you guys, come on. You sure you want to do this? I'm engaged in free speech.
>> I I promise you, dude, that's that's what I have for you. Like if I didn't have to be out here, I wouldn't. All right. If I could tell him that ain't too bad, but unfortunately we have to trespass you.
>> All right. So me I'm trespassed at this moment. If I and I'm not refusing to leave. If I refuse to leave, what will happen?
>> You'll be arrested.
>> Be arrested. All right.
>> All he was doing was standing there showing support from homeless veterans.
But these officers decided that showing kindness apparently counts as trespassing and decided to put on their own show.
>> So I understand you're homeless vet.
>> Uh no, I'm not homeless vet.
>> Okay. Well, I see your card there.
>> Yeah.
>> Oh, okay. So, um so here's the deal, boss. All right. Obviously, the park rangers. All right. They're they manage or oversee both these parks.
>> Okay.
>> Okay. So, biggest it's not an issue. All right. I completely understand where you're coming from. I'm a vet myself.
>> All right.
>> Okay. Um I understand your cause and all that stuff, but unfortunately when it comes to the parks per the city, can't have you out here where if you're going to do this, you have to go through the city to get special permits so you can be out here so you can you know if you're receiving money for whatever reason cuz obviously the city wants, you know, their portion, you know, especially if it comes down to any sort of profits or anything like that. Okay.
So apparently, according to this officer's logic, you need a permit just to exercise your basic rights in public because nothing says freedom like filing forms before stepping outside.
>> Outside the park areas, listen, you're not going to get any grief from me, okay? But when it comes to the park areas, it's a public place. I get it.
You know, if you were just here, you know, enjoying the park, but when it comes down to cardboard sign and all that, unfortunately, it's a nogo.
>> Okay. So, I need to leave this park as well.
>> Yeah, you're not being trespassed. All right. I'm just I'm just asking you to politely, kindly, you can just take it outside the park and you're good to go.
>> I believe I'm engaged for my rights. So, if y'all want if I'm trespassed, I'll leave. If not, then I'll just I'll go ahead and stay.
>> Okay. Listen, I don't want to trespass you. All right? Because if that if I if I do trespass you, all right? If there's at any point in time you decide that you want to come back to the park and enjoy the park for, you know, for any specific reason. All right. Unfortunately, you will not be able to do that. Okay? So, I would I'm trying to alleviate that. All right. So, again, like I said, you want to go do it outside the park, cool.
>> Yeah, you got it. 110%. I I I support you in that. But at the same time, like I said, it comes down to city ordinances.
>> It's terrifying how little some cops actually know about the law, yet they're still out there enforcing it. Ignorance isn't a free pass, unfortunately.
>> Just stand here with a sign saying, "Hey, has the render talked to like the city manager, the mayor, or the city attorney or somebody like that about this?" I we've had plenty of, you know, conversations and meetings and stuff like that.
>> I would like to stay because I believe I'm engaged in constitutional protect activity. I >> understand that. But the park rangers, they're direct representative of the city of Crystal River. Okay? So, if they if if they don't want you here, I have to ask you to leave. Obviously, if they want you trespass, then at that point, then I have I will have to instill a trespass.
>> Okay? Then I get a chance to leave.
>> I have a chance to leave when you >> Okay. Well, I'll take the trespass. It's mind-blowing that our so-called law enforcement officers treat constitutionally guaranteed rights like a minor annoyance, something they can step on without hesitation, and no one seems to hold them accountable.
>> If you're saying you want an official trespass, I'll I'll do the official trespass.
>> Okay.
>> All right.
>> And then I have a chance to leave and I'll leave >> because at that point, you do understand if you do come back, then you are subject to an arrest.
>> What I'll do is I'll do a trespass appeal uh hearing. I I'll request a trespass appeal hearing and get the trespass overturned. But I'll leave if I'm trespassed. But I I'm not going to leave if I'm not trespassed.
>> Well, you do understand that's going to require a lot of time, effort, work. You know, you have to go through the city, all that stuff.
>> I understand it's worth it.
>> I mean, it's >> it's worth my civil rights are worth it.
My my free speech rights are worth it.
>> They've already advised that they do not want, you know, that like I said, it's nothing against you.
>> What exactly is it that they don't want?
I mean, I'm could ask you that instead.
What What exactly am I doing that's not allowed? making some patrons feel uncomfortable by uh soliciting.
>> I am soliciting. I'm soliciting goodwill will and compassion for the homeless vets.
>> Yeah.
>> Once again, the feelings police take the stage. They put emotions over the law and empathy over justice. And people's rights are the ones that suffer in the end.
>> And I'm not sure if you're aware, but this park, you have to pay to park here.
>> Yeah, I got I did.
>> You did? Yeah. Okay. And we just have a no solicitation policy. Got the inside the park thing right here.
So, am I trespassed from the part? If I'm trespassed, I'll leave. If not, I'm going to stay.
>> Yes. All right.
>> The auditor then moved to another location where the same Crystal River City employees and deputies approached him with the same baseless excuses and forced him to go.
>> So, this is a private event. You have not paid to be here. You do not have a wristband. I'm asking you to leave, please.
>> And if I don't leave, am I trespassing?
>> You are trespassing cuz this is a private event. I've rented this space.
>> Mhm.
>> And it is called the untapped event. You have to purchase a ticket to be part of this event.
>> This is Town Square.
>> It is, but I have rented it from the city. I paid as Chris River Main Street is a nonprofit organization to use the space.
>> Is it open to the public?
>> No, it's not. It's a ticketed event.
>> Am I trespassing from the park?
>> I am asking for you to leave because you are not part of this event.
>> Okay. I'll leave if I'm trespass, >> sir. So, you can't be trespassed from the park.
>> All right. I'll take a trespassing.
>> Okay.
>> And then I'll leave.
>> All right. Do you have your ID on you?
>> I don't give ID for trespass. It's a civil matter.
>> Okay. So, your trespass if you don't start walking out out of the park onto the sidewalk or somewhere over there, then I'm going to take you to jail.
>> I'm leaving. What's your name? Smith.
>> Yep.
>> All right.
>> They are unlikely to change until lawsuit settlements come directly from the paychecks of the officers and judges who permit these constitutional violations. As long as taxpayers bear the cost, no meaningful lessons are learned.
>> So, how long am I trespass?
>> You were trespassing? Well, for a year.
>> For a year. Okay. Can I get that trespass in writing?
>> No. Okay.
>> It's audio and visually recording on my body.
>> All right.
>> So, if I go back into the public park, where am I allowed and not allowed in the public park?
>> You guys stay on the sidewalk.
>> Can I go stand in the uh Veterans Memorial?
>> No. No. So, this whole area is theirs for now.
>> So, I can't even hang out in the Veterans Memorial.
>> How How are you?
>> I'm good, thank you. How about you?
>> Awesome. They come in regards about you.
In regards to you, I explained to them you're not doing anything wrong.
>> Okay. And obviously this part of the easement kind of explain that to them also.
>> Yeah. I'm not going to give anybody.
>> Yeah. The only only thing they want is like don't go through the property and you're not impinged the traffic. So you have a good day. Anything.
>> All right. You too, Officer. Uh I'm sorry, Deputy River.
>> Deputy Re. Yeah.
>> Okay. Uh no, thank you. Uh the uh the one thing that's a problem though if they won't be coming on the property is I have a have family in there and I'm going to invite a guest.
>> So but but that's that's another issue.
Okay.
>> Yeah. Other than that. Homeless vets.
>> God bless our homeless veterans. Please pray for homeless.
>> All right, sir.
>> Have a good day, man.
>> You stay safe out there. Thank you.
>> These officers could fulfill their oath by protecting rights and enforcing the law rather than infringing on rights, breaking laws, and mistreating the free public. We can only hope that Jeff gets the justice that he deserves because not one department honored their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution that day. Up next, what started as a power trip quickly turned into a disaster >> because any [ __ ] [ __ ] would do that.
That's a [ __ ] trap. Don't even tell me it's not. You're a cop and you know the [ __ ] it is.
>> On February 5th, 2020, these officers roll up to a routine car accident only to realize the driver they're about to investigate is one of their own. The internal chaos hits the scene and things get awkward real fast.
>> What's going on?
>> Nothing. I was working today.
I'm a cop too, but I work side and I work at the barn.
>> Okay.
>> And I was getting ready to leave and this guy like pulls in while I'm about to back out and his front passenger light gets shattered cuz he pulls into me as I'm backing out and he's going to be like, "Oh, well, she backed into me." But no, he pulled in. So, you were backing up and he was pulling in. Well, no. While I was about to back out, he pulled in to the driveway.
>> This guy?
>> Yeah. How you doing?
>> Great.
>> Well, what's going on?
>> So, anyway, I'm leaving the barber shop.
>> Turns out the suspect was none other than Officer Amanda Myers, claiming she was just minding her business backing out of a parking lot when another driver rear ended her. But, spoiler alert, the other driver's story didn't quite match her version.
>> You were backing up this way? No.
>> Yeah.
>> So, you're back. Okay. Yeah. I'm about here, right? About right here. Car.
>> Got it.
>> And she just moved. But she had come out the bar and somebody said, "Stop and she just come off."
>> Okay. So, she was backing up as you were still parking right here.
>> No. Right. She wasn't up there cuz it was a there was a red pickup truck. all that. I think she was only on the side cuz all this was full at the time when she when she came out. Well, I'm going to say when she she was talking to some guy after she got out the car. So, and then when she get out, she said, "Well, I'm going to go 50 hours." But, you know, I can tell she had a couple drinks cuz she was trying to get She said he was coming outside.
Stanley said he was already parked when Amanda kept backing up straight into his car. And as the cops started questioning both parties, it quickly became clear the offduty officer was a little too tipsy for driving.
>> Somebody talk to me over here.
>> Somebody over there was telling her to stop.
>> Okay.
>> Okay. She did.
>> Okay. She got >> Did you call or did she call? You call.
>> I got you. I mixed that up. So, I'll see. I give you $50.
>> And I think he was pulling in and he's like, "Oh, my car." I know like >> Yeah, you're police officer.
>> Yeah.
>> What happened?
>> Well, here, which my chief knows, which is this like extra shift just to make some extra cash and I was backing up to leave and he's pulling in. So, I'm like backing up and he's like, >> he was saying he was backing out.
>> Well, that's what he says. And like he >> Okay, can you step back a little bit, please?
>> Okay. He pulled in and I'm like I was backing up. He's like like he looked at my car. I'm like he pulled in while I'm backing up.
>> Okay. Did you offer to give him money just to get him to be quiet about all this or cuz that's what he's also claiming. How much are we talking about drinking?
>> No. Not a lot. No.
>> What's not a lot?
>> Like two or three drinks like throughout the day.
>> I work 12 to 7 and it was all before 4:30. I have to go home. I have a baby.
And just when you think it couldn't get any messier, Amanda allegedly tried to bribe Stanley with $50 to let it slide.
Stanley wasn't having it. And suddenly, the offduty officer's little accident was about to turn into a full-blown disaster.
>> Where did you with your vehicle? Where did you hit his?
>> I mean, I backed up and >> Okay. So, yeah. So, >> he obviously like if he like I hit his but >> Well, there is something there. I don't know if that's from someone's fingers or this little stuff right here. So, this is probably the damage that what you're looking at right here.
>> That's not even the right side. Like, I don't even know. Like, this wasn't even there.
>> How would that be there?
>> How would that even hit like his passenger side?
>> Well, I don't know, but there are cameras here.
>> Okay, so this is the cameras. Are you disputing the fact that there's an accident at all?
>> I mean, yes and no. Like, I feel like >> Why don't you call and verify that?
>> I don't think it was what he's saying it is.
>> Okay.
How much did you drink today?
>> Not a lot.
>> What's not a lot?
>> I would say like maybe two or three drinks. It was all before >> what though? two or three shots before lockdown.
>> Okay.
>> Amanda insisted she hadn't had a drink in 8 hours, but her slow movements and slurred speech told a very different story when the officer asked her to do a few field sobriety tests. What she said next left everyone stunned.
>> Would you object to doing any standardized field sobriety tests?
>> Yes.
>> You would?
>> Yes.
>> You know that'd be a refusal, right?
>> Yeah.
>> Okay. And you know the penalties that go with that, right?
>> Yes.
>> Okay. So, why would why would you want to refuse?
>> Because I'm an officer and I don't know how this works.
>> Amanda was clearly drunk and she claimed that the field sobriety tests were a trap. Even the responding officers were shocked at her ignorant demeanor being an officer.
>> Do anything illegal again?
>> No.
>> Okay. Turn around.
Your feet >> slide over this way. You slide over this way.
My police ID is in there, too.
>> What's that?
>> My police ID is in there, too.
>> I understand that. But >> you do know what comes with a refusal, correct?
>> Yes.
>> And I know that.
>> Dude, maybe you want to rethink that decision.
>> No, I don't.
>> She told me she's been drinking, but uh she stopped after 4:30 roughly. I told her, I said, "You know what a refusal means, right? And all you have to do is just, you know, you know what the penalties go with a refusal, right? So, I didn't I didn't I didn't call it over.
But >> the officer gave Amanda another chance to cooperate, but she kept on being defiant.
>> Okay. I'm going to explain something to you one last time. Okay. You know what comes with a refusal, correct?
>> I'm a cop. Yes, I know. It's an automatic one-year suspension, and that's fine.
>> I'm not at fault here. And if I can make >> I don't know. I don't know about the accident, but you know, you did slur a little bit of your words.
>> That's fine.
>> You're telling me you drank. You're coming out of a bar.
>> That's fine. And I'm working a side job, and we can refute that in court. That's fine.
>> Okay. All right.
>> I mean, does it have to go that far?
>> Does it have to go that far? I'm a cop, too. I know how this works. Okay. Thank you. I'm sorry. I'm not trying to be >> You're a cop at Kelly's Island.
>> Yes. And I don't know how the process worked.
>> Okay.
>> I was number three of Parmos. I was almost it. So, okay.
>> And the owner of this bar is Melly. His brother's a prosecutor.
>> Amanda acted like she was untouchable, instantly named dropping every influential contact she knew. Clearly trying to intimidate the cop and hoping her connections could save her from actually facing the consequences.
>> Just so you do understand so we're on the same page, you are getting arrested for an OBI refusal at this time. Okay.
>> Okay.
>> Thank you for making my life more difficult. You did it to yourself?
>> No, I didn't do it to myself.
>> A chance. I gave you a chance to do the test >> to do SFSTs.
>> Yes, >> because any [ __ ] would do that. That's a trap.
>> Don't even tell me it's not. You're a cop and you know the it is. We all know it is. That's more evidence that you'reing drunk. Are you kidding me? You >> say you'll have your name?
>> And I will, but to tow my car and do this to me like you're an officer. Like what the [ __ ] So are you your husband?
>> Yes.
>> Just like I am.
>> I know you guys are trying to do your job or whatever. Like I get it.
>> I do the same thing.
>> Amanda was finally taken into the station and hit with charges for OVI, refusing a BAC test and physical contact. She pleaded not guilty to everything, but in the end, she couldn't survive the fallout and resigned from the force. If you thought that was enough, wait until you see how this next cop thought he could bully his way through the law. But Karma had other plans. If you push back me again, I will pull back.
>> Relax.
>> Stop.
>> No.
>> In December 2024, Khaled was on a long-d distanceance drive when he began to feel tired and decided to pull over to the side of the road to rest for a while. A 911 call prompted a response from the New York State Police, joined by officers from the town of Lloyd. Upon arrival, Khaled was instantly removed from his vehicle, handcuffed, and subjected to a search.
>> Fire your feet.
Yeah.
>> Yep.
>> I do.
>> Yep.
>> Please >> spread your feet. Spread your feet. I'm not going to tell you again. Spread your feet. That's not >> Khaled had provided his documents when requested and was complying with their commands. Despite this, during the search, a female trooper repeatedly kicked the inside of his ankles while instructing him to spread his feet. And what happened next was nothing short of shocking.
>> Why you do that, man?
>> Relax.
>> Do what she says.
>> I do that.
>> I don't have nothing. Why do you want to do that?
>> Stop.
I can't >> you push back me again, I will fall on the ground.
>> This this is your ride, you know.
>> Relax.
>> But you know what?
>> Relax.
>> Rather than attempting to address Khaled's questions about why he was being pushed and pulled, the officer's actions escalated into a clear instance of excessive force.
>> Get him out.
uh started becoming combative burn to her.
Get her out of here.
Tell her to call in.
>> Hey.
>> Hey.
>> Khaled was rendered unconscious during the incident and woke up several days later in the hospital with a broken elbow and multiple injuries to his hands, shoulder, face, and head. The attack has resulted in lasting effects including balance issues, memory loss, and permanent loss of function in both arms. 3 months after the incident, Khaled filed a claim with the city which went unanswered. In August 2025, he filed a lawsuit against officer Funus and the town of Lloyd, alleging excessive force, assault, and battery, seeking $27 million in damages. This cop thought she could make up all the laws she wanted until she got schooled the hard way.
>> Okay. What crime have I committed?
Like I said, your plate wasn't displayed on the back as it's required by law.
>> It is actually cuz I have not committed a crime and I have not been suspected of committing an actual crime. No, you do not.
>> Next up, we have Colorado State Patrol activating emergency signals to stop a citizen traveling in a private capacity and committing no crime, but this cop was clearly on a power trip.
>> How's it going?
>> Good. How are you?
>> I'm good, thanks. Do you mind rolling down the window?
>> Uh, it's good right here.
>> All right, sir. I'm trooper away with the Colorado State Patrol. Reason contacting you. I didn't see it. You had a plate.
>> Yeah, it's on the front. Well, you did.
You didn't see it from the backside because you weren't following me.
>> You came from the front.
>> That's the only reason to contact you.
>> Okay.
>> Okay. Where you headed to?
>> Uh, that's none of your concern.
>> All right. I'll need to see your license, please.
>> Okay. What crime have I committed?
>> Like I said, your plate wasn't displayed on the back as it's required by law.
>> It is actually back bumper.
>> And is that by law?
>> Yes, sir.
>> And where does it state that? And what statute is that?
>> The statute. I'll write it down so you have it.
>> This is an actual crime. This is a law fraction without that.
>> Look, I'm not trying >> that's secondary. I'm I'm not trying to either. I'm saying that reporting as well.
>> I am too with without actually committing a crime, without having been seen, suspected, or making >> infraction, which I have every right to contact you based off of what my job description is. I need to see your driver's >> That's not actually an emergency. And you're using your emergency lights >> to identify yourself.
>> What's that?
>> Is there a reason you're refusing to give me any identification? because I have not committed a crime and I have not been suspected of committing an actual crime. No, you do not call the supervisor. That's fine.
>> You can call a supervisor and we will sit here and wait. Immediately after stopping, the trooper starts flexing her authority, making up laws on the spot, claiming that Colorado is a stop an ID state when it's not.
>> Again, you may run the tags. I'm not identifying myself and I'm not going to answer your questions. You may call a supervisor and have them come out here.
>> To identify yourself requires further action. I don't want to do that to you today. Yeah, I simply >> So today is a stop in So Colorado is a stop in ID state now.
>> Yes, it is, sir.
>> No, it is not. It is not a stop in ID state. No, it is not. Get your supervisor out here.
>> I will.
>> The veteran wastes no time in pressing the trooper to site a real law that requires identification without any crime involved. Something she unsurprisingly fails to produce.
>> Mr. Anderson, >> I'm not answering any of your questions.
>> I understand that. My supervisor is on the phone if you'd like to speak with him.
>> No, they need to come out here physically. understand that, but he's in a different county. I'm going to need you to try to talk on the phone with him. If that's not sufficient, I'll let him know. But he is on the phone right now.
>> No, I need to be able to see your supervisor here because you had told me this is a stop in ID state, which it's not. So, that was a lie. Your first one.
>> You're failing to present any identification, sir. That is an infraction.
>> No, it is not because I have not been suspected of committing an actual crime.
My tag is clearly displayed in the back.
>> You need to have it mounted.
>> No, it is not. Show me the law where it states that you said you were going to get it.
>> Speak with him.
>> No, I would like to see the law first of all that you told me that. And then second of all, I would like your supervisor here, present here.
>> The situation escalates as a supervisor is brought into the call. What should have deescalated the stop only adds more fuel to the fire?
>> Serge, do you want to talk to him?
>> Cuz right now this is a fourth amendment and a 14th amendment violation. You have committed kidnapping.
>> Statute 423202.
Number plates to be attached. Okay, that's a Colorado revised statute. You need to show me a law.
>> Front and the very rear of the vehicle.
>> Yes, the very front and the very rear.
Ask your trooper right now where my tags are. My front and my rear.
>> He's already been advised.
>> And the back window is not the rear most of the vehicle, sir.
>> That and what is wrong with my bump? Ask your trooper what happened to my bumper and what my bumper looks like and why my license plate is not a fixed to my bumper.
>> Ability to mount that plate onto the back. Negative. I do not call my sergeant via voicemail if you'd like or via video call. Show me in the constitutional law cuz revised statutes are for government authorities only and that is a Supreme Court law abiding by state laws. If you're drawing a vehicle on a public maintain roadway state laws do not apply to a human creator. I absolutely you can call me a constitutionalist because the United States Constitution is the supreme law of the land. It is the only law which I need to abide by. I have not hurt anybody.
>> Show me. No, you need to show me an injured party is what you need to do.
>> Show me an injured party.
>> Decide that you wish to fail to identify yourself.
>> I don't need to. I've not committed a crime.
>> How are these officers expected to enforce the law when they clearly don't understand it? This raises serious questions about the entire department's training. Officers carry authority and weapons, so when they get the basics wrong, it's not just sloppy policing.
It's a real public safety issue. You will be removed from your vehicle and you will be transported to the jail so they can identify you.
>> So you're saying right now that I'm going to be arrested if I do not present my identification and that is again before you answer this I need to ensure that you understand that that is a law for you not me a law for you. So you're saying you are going to arrest me and violate my fourth amendment right?
>> Say that again. The laws of the state of Colorado apply to every driver within the state.
>> I'm not driving. I am traveling.
>> I am in a privatelyowned vehicle.
>> Operating motor vehicle upon a highway in the state of Colorado. I try to play the semantics game of traveling versus driving.
>> I know you're trying to play a game of contract over >> state of Colorado. Sir, >> again, so you're saying that I am going to be arrested. You're going to violate my fourth amendment right, my 14th amendment right if I do not provide identification.
>> Sir, you have committed a crime in the state of Colorado.
>> I have not committed a crime because I have clearly displayed license plate tags in my vehicle.
>> She is probably not even going to be issuing a citation unless there is a problem with your registration or your insurance or what have you.
>> Okay. So, I can give you >> likely you will be on your way. If you do fail to identify yourself, yes, sir, you will be taken into custody, transported to the jail. They will identify you.
>> They actually won't because I do not consent to any searches and seizures. I do not consent to any of this. However, since you're going to violate my rights, I'm going to have the officer fill out my form for her Miranda rights because this is >> She is not going to be filling out your fort. So, you your form so you can try to her in some kangaroo court. It's not going to happen.
Identify yourself. This makes it easy.
>> Okay. You just need me to identify myself. Is that it?
>> That's what I was asking you to do. I need your identification. I need your insurance and your registration.
>> I'm reaching for my wallet. I'm reaching for my wallet. Okay.
>> It's easy.
>> Officers like them shouldn't be out on the streets harassing the citizens.
They'd be far better off staying at the station until called for service rather than enforcing the law based on ignorance.
>> And can I get your badge number, too?
>> My badge number is 2841. and I'll write it on the paper that I hand you when I'm done.
>> You asked for ID.
>> I need your identification.
>> Stand by.
This is my governmentissued identification.
>> Do you have a driver's license?
>> I do, but I've not committed a traffic infraction. You asked to run my ID.
There is my ID.
>> I know this is a military ID. I also need to see a driver's license. Do you >> That's not what you said. You just said you needed to ID me. I asked you for a driver's license, a registration, and insurance information. I've asked multiple times. May I please see your driver's license?
>> The cop clearly violated the veteran's Fourth Amendment rights. He provided his ID when he wasn't legally required to. A plate that's visible, even if not perfectly mounted, does not create a safety issue for anyone.
>> Next time, specify cuz I have it on recording.
>> He is the registered owner.
>> It's going to be really difficult after cuz I'm going to file suit for this. I need to pull up my insurance on my phone.
>> That's fine. Why don't you go and do that, please? My information, if you have any questions, like I said, state statute. If you're going to be driving on public roadways, make it easy for you. Okay.
>> Thank you.
>> Have a better day.
>> Am I free to go?
>> Sorry.
>> Am I free to go?
>> Yes, sir. You're free to go.
>> Thank you. Have a good day.
>> Encounters like this are exactly why public trust in police keeps getting weaker. Officers need to improve both their understanding of the law and their people skills. We can only hope he sued them as he said and got the justice he deserved. Well, that brings us to the end of this video. Today we witnessed several shocking moments where scumbag cops abused their authority and were hit with instant karma for their actions. No badge should ever give someone the right to intimidate, harass, or misuse their power against innocent people. These situations serve as a reminder that accountability matters and that no one is above the
