Is it really for God?

[00:00:00]You know, you you probably been an incredible integrous person your whole life, but um there were moments where I was >> [laughter] >> you know, in in in my less saved days and in order to for me to like get back at someone who had wronged me, you put something in their gas tank cuz they wouldn't know that there was [laughter] something that was going to make the car not run as well because they was running playing games in my face. You know, we'll talk about that later. And so, you know, I put a little something in their gas tank. They didn't know that the fuel had a pollutant in it. And I think that that's what happens to us. We start off sometimes and maybe we're pursuing things from a place of purpose. Maybe we are driven by our insecurities and our fears and so we start building the kind of life that we want people to love and people like, but we label it ministry.

[00:00:41]And we [clears throat] put that label on it because we're going to tell God what we are going to do for God not really realizing that we're actually doing it to feed ourselves.
