All right, but there's some pretty serious topics considering what this man did. Okay, let's continue. You know, it's not going to be that great when even the content warning prior to me actually getting into the video has to be censored itself. So, we're talking about Chud the Builder today. All right. Now, who is this man? This nuisance, this racist streamer? Chad the Builder lives in Clarksville, Tennessee, and he is a IRL streamer in real life for us employed people. He's 28 years old. His government name is Dalton Levi Etherly.

[00:01:11]Pretty sure I'm butchering that last name, but who cares? He doesn't deserve that respect. His nickname Chud is a little play on the children's show Bob the Builder, but he replaced Bob with Chud, which is slang for a fool, jerk, or a troll. Dalton, we're calling him by his real name, who has a lengthy criminal history, is known for rage baiting and frankly hate speech, specifically using racial slurs when confronting people while he's streaming in public and in private spaces. And we'll get into his criminal history and current criminal charges later in this video. Listen, I'm usually not going to tell you how to feel or what to do or anything like that. And I want everyone who watches my videos to obviously do their own research. Not to sound like an antivaxer, trust doctors, okay? Watch Dr. Mike. However, I want to make it extremely clear that what this man is doing and has done and unfortunately most likely is going to continue to do in his public life is disgusting and vile and horrible. and he needs to be held accountable and be subjected to like just like words escape me all the time first of all but especially with this because it's just like so gross like what are you doing what are you doing it's disgusting it's disgusting and I really hope that he is able to just stay in prison stay in prison just stay there or maybe go into an active volcano actually I'm speaking in a very hyperbolic manner and throughout this entire video I will be continuing to do so because otherwise I'm just going rage and no one wants that. [00:04:38]Dalton, and I say that very disrespectfully, began streaming on Kick in 2025. Kick is a dumpster fire of a platform where people who have been banned or are too horrible to stream on normal platforms typically end up. He streamed racist ragebait content that's quite shocking in an attempt to get a reaction from people that he was confronting or just frankly attacking.

[00:04:59]He regularly uses the n-word and calls black people chimps and uses the phrase chimp out when he's trying to attempt to get a response from people that he's harassing. He streams himself shouting these slurs at black people and challenging them into physical altercations. Turns out that Dalton's behavior was too intense for Kick, which honestly that is shocking and he was indefinitely banned from the platform in late April 2026. Dalton then began streaming on a platform called Pump.

[00:05:27]Pump is a cryptocurrency and trading platform. The platform recently brought back live streaming for 5% of its users after the feature was taken away five months ago for several incidents involving harmful content. Per an article in Lemon written by Michael Sidcowski, he says, "Unsurprisingly, horrific and disturbing scenes have once again appeared on this site." He continues and says, "These scenes are not nightmares, but real videos that were broadcast on live stream on pump.fun fun in September 2025. The site is a cornerstone for so-called humorous cryptocurrencies known as memecoins or coins launched on the Solana blockchain which is one of the most popular cryptocurrency ecosystems. Some of these broadcasts are illegal in many countries including France. Yet pumpf fun services and footage remain fully accessible. In recent weeks, known users have dressed up as lamps, burned their hands holding fireworks, pulled out a fake gun in front of the home of a controversial influencer, Andrew Tate, faked a plane crash, and erected a gold statue of Donald Trump in front of the White House. All of these performances are linked to live streams and tokens to promote. The goal to convince as many people as possible to watch the live video and drive up the value of the memecoin through purchases. A portion of fees collected from each memecoin transaction ranging from 0.05% to.3% depending on the case is then paid directly to the streamer. Now pump also create I hate saying pump I hate it but they also create a loophole for themselves in their new moderation policy for live streaming.

[00:07:04]Perradingview.com pump.f fun is a Solana based memecoin launchpad. The platform only recently brought back live streaming after the feature was taken away 5 months ago. The co-founder Alain Cohen has added moderation to the live streaming feature which is only available for 5% of the users. The moderation policy is in place to quote cultivate a social environment on pump.fun that preserves creativity and freedom of expression and encourages meaningful engagement amongst users free of illegal harmful and negative interactions. The moderation policy also states that the policy prohibits certain types of content including violence, animal abuse, pornography and youth endangerment. However, it also creates ambiguity by claiming that pump.f fun does not intend to universally define what content is appropriate or inappropriate. There is an explicit assumption that some content perhaps much of the content is generally defined as not safe for work will in fact appear on pump.f fun. Overall, it sounds like a disgusting cesspool of a place that I never want to venture on to. However, that's where Dalton lives basically.

[00:08:11]Unsurprisingly, it seems like 99% of the population agrees and strongly dislikes Dalton. Again, I'm going to keep calling him Dalton in the most disrespectful way possible. You know, like when someone says something and then in parenthesis it says like on screen it says like derogatory or like threat. Every time I say Dalton, just imagine. I'm not going to tell my editors to put that there, but just imagine it. If they want to, they can, but like Dalton derogatory, you know? There you go. If your name is Dalton, if your kid's name is Dalton, if your husband's name is Dalton, it's not about you. It's okay. I love that name for you. I'm going to make fun of this man any chance I get. I'm going to make fun of his earlobes. Like, it doesn't matter. Nothing's off the table. He's a disgusting disgrace of a human and harmful. He's disgusting. 6 months ago, Austin Hayward created a change.org petition to address Dalton's dangerous and hateful behavior and currently has 3,181 verified signatures. The petition calls for reporting of Dalton's streams and much more, but we're going to go over that in a moment. And now listen, I do think that change.org petitions can be helpful for like spreading the word, getting information out there, but it's like does any good actually like come from that? Do platforms actually like look at it? If the action that you are wanting to be taken, if it's specifically like for a platform to do something like if it gets enough attention, then maybe. But a lot of times, and this seems a little bit different, but a lot of times I feel like what we see is just people and for it to just be like to remove this person from the internet and it's like, okay, well, who does that? Who are you trying to get like what entity are you trying to get the attention of? And who can actually make that happen? Right? But on this one, it says, "The issue, marginalized communities, specifically African-Americans, are unfortunately falling victim to harassment and hate speech in my community of Clarksville, Tennessee. Due to our current political environment giving space for racists to spread their bigotry comfortably, it's a fear and anxiety that no one should have to experience in their daily lives.

[00:10:05]Unfortunately, it is a reality for many African-Americans, people of color, and other marginalized communities in Clarksville. And they're facing this due to the actions of a man named Dalton.

[00:10:15]derogatory. He is actively harassing and targeting African-Americans in Clarksville. His methods involve using hate speech and derogatory language to provoke free actions. It doesn't end there. He's recording these disturbing interactions and posting them on social media. It's not only a form of harassment, but an exploitation for monetary gain at the expense of targeting individuals dignity, integrity, and safety. He's using all of these factors to collect donations from a website called Give Send Go that is connected to his ex-profile under the username Chud the Builder. The Clarksville Police Department has taken notice after months of harassment and claims to investigate what legal actions can be done to address the incidents on their Facebook page. With that being said, Clarksville Police Department stated on their Facebook page, and I quote, "The department will be seeking legal advice to determine what type of action, if any, can be taken. We also recognize and support the rights afforded to all citizens under the United States Constitution, including the First Amendment right to freedom of speech." This petition's purpose is to light a fire of action on behalf of the community's law enforcement. His actions are clearly targeted harassment with the intent to provoke and disrupting the peace. We cannot stand by and allow this behavior to go unchecked. It is crucial that the local authorities in Clarksville recognize the gravity of the situation before someone is seriously injured. We urge the Clarksville Police Department to investigate these incidents very thoroughly and bring Dalton to account for his actions. our community's well-being and harmony will depend on it. Additionally, we are calling for local government and social media platforms to take action against the monetization of hate and harassment.

[00:11:54]Our neighborhoods should be places where everyone feels safe and respected, not where individuals live in fear due to someone else's discriminatory and harmful behavior. Let's stand together to protect the rights and ensure every marginalized community in Clarksville can live without fear of harassment.

Not a giant fan of him, but hey, does not matter if we like someone if the piece of content is good and helpful to a situation. Love it. Now, regarding what I said before about change.org, you know, that was just me riffing, right? But I do want to make it clear, I do love how this one is set up and phrased and all the information that it shares. I do feel still that a lot of them fall short, but I think this one is actually a good resource. And yes, we've gotten to the point where this guy has been charged and arrested, detained, charged, all that, and awaiting I think trial or something.

Now as we stated before Dalton derogatory has a pretty lengthy criminal history. So let's go ahead and go over that. Per the Montgomery County online court record system, Dalton has acrewed 12 cases since late 2015. That's a lot. Nine of these cases have been disposed. Per my rights.law. The legal definition of disposed is as follows. In legal proceedings, disposed means the court has reached a final order and the criminal case or civil matter has been resolved. The judge has taken action to close the case, whether through dismissal or plea deal. Once a case is disposed of, no further court involvement is required unless there are probation periods, modification requests, or appeals. Now, this is important, okay? So, listen up. not me being like traumatized by my current legal situation. It's fine. It's just gonna make me better at my job. Does deposed mean guilty or not guilty? It's kind of just like when someone says, "Oh, I won a lawsuit." And it's like, "You didn't win. You settled with that specific case they settled." It's like, "No, it wasn't dismissed, right?" Like, "No, you settled. You came to an agreement." Anyways, was that settlement in your favor? Probably not. Maybe. I don't know. Anyway, so many common misunderstandings arise about what disposed means in criminal justice. It does not always mean a guilty verdict or conviction. Instead, it reflects one of the several potential outcomes that led to the case's end. A disposed case may result from a not-uilty verdict, dismissal with prejudice, or court-ordered diversion. It can also mean that the charges were dropped due to insufficient evidence or exculpatory evidence. So again, doesn't mean you're innocent, just means it's over. And then one of the cases was closed. However, her protection solutions, case closed doesn't always mean what you think. The phrase case closed gives off the illusion of completion like a book has been shut. But in many instances, especially in the criminal justice system, it only means that the matter is concluded in that particular court. It doesn't mean the charges are dropped or that the person was found not guilty. It could just mean the court has done all it can do at that stage. Now, literally the same thing as the thing before, but I mean, not really. Anyways, who am I, a lawyer? No, I'm not. So, one of the cases was listed as bound over. What the hell does that mean? Don't worry, I'm going to tell you. Bound over is a legal term that refers to a court's authority to require a person accused of a crime to adhere to specific conditions often related to bail. This process typically occurs when a preliminary hearing determines that there is sufficient evidence to proceed with a felony case.

[00:16:03]In such instances, the case is transferred from a lower court known as the associate division to a higher court, often referred to as circuit court. And the most recent case, which is currently ongoing and we will go over in this video and then continue to go over if and when there are ultimately updates, that's listed as open. I don't need to explain that she's open. You know, open, shut them, open, shut them.

[00:16:25]My toddler moms, you get it. If we look at some of the cases prior to 2026, we can see that Dalton has been charged with several crimes ranging from simple possession, casual exchange to speeding to harassment, and two orders of protection that have been filed against him. And here's one of his mug shots.

[00:16:41]He's so smug I could scream. After the simple possession charge, he was then arrested just 4 days later for not wearing a seat belt and failing to show his driver's license. Then the next two cases are for traffic infractions, speeding and following too closely, basically tailgating someone. And those were on the same day it looks like. So he could have been doing a little bit of road rage. We don't know. We weren't there. In 2019, Dalton was alleged to be in violation of financial responsibility, but the case was allegedly dismissed. In 2022, a woman named Heather took out an order of protection against Dalton. And now we looked into this and found the following. In 2022, an exparte petition was filed on behalf of a woman he had a romantic relationship with. Her order was granted on emergency basis and then was renewed for a year. Now, y'all know that I cover a lot of instances where there are temporary restraining orders, temporary orders of protection, things like that. And I've said many times, and I hope you know watching my channel by now, that it's quite easy to get a TTRO, a temporary restraining order, protective order, whatever. And that's basically so that the courts and the judge and whatever can have time to actually see like, okay, do we need to actually make this, for lack of official phrasing, a fullon restraining order or order of protection right now. A lot of people will sling around, oh, I got a restraining order, I got a TTRO, blah blah blah, and it's like, okay, well, that's pretty easy to get. Was it renewed? Was it like actually like a order of protection? They're not going to renew it if it's baseless, right?

[00:18:17]Which there could be like a tiny little sliver of a chance that that could happen. There's things that fall through the cracks in our justice system. I get that. So, I just wanted to mention that because one of the comments on this post on Twitter, this goober of a burner account said, "This screenshot does not show whether the allegations were proven, whether a permanent order was ultimately granted, criminal guilt/conviction, final outcome of the case." And the person responded who it's actually from their real account said it does. The exparte order would not have been extended if there were not a prepundance of evidence. They are based on a prepoundonderance of evidence, not true/ untrue. There is not an innocent/guilty verdict in a protective order case. Dum dum. That's not how they work. Love you, Melissa. Love you. And she continued and said, "I not only do protective orders for a living, I have a 5-year order against my ex-husband. You do not know what you're talking about. Melissa, you don't know me, but I love you." Now, back to the long list here of cases, charges, things, right? In 2024, Dalton was given a civil summon, and it looks like it was from a debt buying collection agency type of investment firm. So, looks like someone's having money problems. Monkey problems. I don't have monkey problems. Also, though, listen, collections agencies, they get blocked. Just kidding. But no, really, they do. Yeah, we've all I don't want to be like we've all been there, but like I am going to make fun of them for it because that's what I do, right?

[00:19:49]Meanwhile, I literally got an email for a medical bill yesterday, so that has is about to be turned over to a collection agency. Cheers. And people say I didn't need a GoFundMe. I ain't rolling in cash. I don't know what people think. I don't know why they think that. Anyways, enough with the side quest. Let's continue. In 2025, Dalton was charged with harassment and contempt of court while in court. That's my favorite.

[00:20:11]Also, in 2025, it's been reported that another woman took out a order of protection against him. In February of 2026, it seems maybe he possibly is having some monkey problems again because Midland Credit Management, I've heard of that one. I've heard of that one. Have y'all heard of that one? Maybe it's just that I've seen it so many times in like court records and stuff and like when searching for things.

[00:20:33]Maybe it's because they're calling me and I've blocked them. Just kidding. I don't know. Anyways, that place, your best friend in mine, Midland, I'm on one today. Oh my god. Midland Credit Management Inc. brought him to court.

[00:20:43]So, I feel like they're not going to do that for a little amount. Do they do that? I don't know. I have no idea.

[00:20:48]Either way, doesn't matter because we can see that this man who isn't as old as he looks in his photos, he at least in my opinion, I feel like he looks older than he actually is. I don't know, maybe that's just me being delusional.

[00:21:00]However, he's been consistently breaking the law since he turned 18 years old.

[00:21:05]And his latest actions are some of the most serious. So, that leads me to believe in my own opinion that it really seems like he's just escalated. Dalton, where's your mom? Where's your dad? Do you have mommy issues? I would love to know that. Where is your family? Someone doesn't have older siblings that bullied the out of them when they were little.

[00:21:22]Then it shows. Now, let's get into why this turd is even on my radar and why we're here today.

[00:21:28]>> Nucent streamer Chud the Builder was arrested on Saturday night after causing a scene in a Nashville steakhouse.

[00:21:34]According to cops, he was streaming inside the restaurant after being asked not to. And once he was confronted, he started yelling and making racial statements and causing a scene.

[00:21:45]>> Hey, sir. You're under arrest.

[00:21:47]>> What did I do?

[00:21:50]>> Okay.

[00:21:51]>> Can you lock it?

[00:21:52]>> New details, including the name of the man that he got into an altercation with and is alleged to have shot that he's facing this very serious charge of attempted murder. Etherly turned toward Fox and then reached for his firearm and then a physical fight ensued. Etherly, according to this affidavit, then shot Fox multiple times. Fox was then airlifted over to Vanderbell Hospital where he underwent emergency surgery.

[00:22:18]Now, Etherly live streamed himself. This is a live streamer who's made a name out of himself out of essentially rage baiting, of saying vile content, of going up to people, especially minorities and black people, calling them the n-word, calling them chimps.

[00:22:32]Um, so there's been a major backlash from the community about this individual for a long time before this happened.

[00:22:38]Per the Tennessian, on May 9th, Dalton Levi Etherly, Etherly, whatever, went to a restaurant in Nashville called Bob's Steak and Chop. Per the arrest affidavit, he was asked by the restaurant's manager and security manager to stop live streaming. The affidavit states, "The defendant is a live streamer who filmed content, including racially charged content, on Broadway for social media. Broadway is the main strip in Nashville. He ordered two entre, cocktails, and appetizers totaling $371.

[00:23:09]According to the affidavit, when the restaurant realized he had been live streaming, they asked him to stop his actions. He became disruptive and started making racial statements, yelling, screaming, and otherwise creating a scene at the location. Dalton then said, "I'm not paying if you're kicking me out," the affidavit said. And then he left the restaurant. Police later found him walking on Broadway near 2nd Avenue South when officers tried to take Dalton into custody. He quote pulled his arm away but was otherwise arrested without incident. The affidavit said Dalton was charged with theft of services, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. I can't help but think, could you imagine if he was a black man? This would be a completely just that right there would have been a completely different story. Not to be morbid, but they've died for less, right? Not to be morbid, but extremely right or left. Am I right? Okay, sorry.

[00:24:02]Anyways, now that restaurant incident on Broadway was on the 9th of May, and that was a Saturday. And then on the 12th of May, which was a Tuesday, and the day before, the main crux, the climax, if you will. I hate using the word climax, not only in this situation, but anything in reference to him, cuz this was the day before he was streaming this.

[00:24:31]Somebody could come up and try to kill me right now. There's nothing I could do about it, but I'm protected by the Lord and I believe in his divine protection.

[00:24:56]On May 13th, which was just 4 days after his arrest for theft, Dalton was scheduled to appear in court over $3,300 in debt he owed to Midland Credit Management, which was filed in February.

[00:25:09]Prior to attending court, Dalton live streamed himself being racist and trying to evoke a reaction from a 31-year-old veteran named Joshua Fox. Dalton allegedly reached for his firearm before a physical altercation broke out. Dalton then discharged his firearm multiple times, striking Joshua Fox in the stomach and the arm, apparently, and I could be wrong here, but apparently shooting himself in the arm as well. You loser. What are you doing? Obviously, what are you doing in general, you dork?

I mean, I think it takes a specific type of person to do that anyways. I don't know who would want to do that. I guess that makes sense. It's that stupid and bad people do it. I haven't seen like any good people do it.

[00:26:55]There's a there's like a there's a little tiny few who are like good that do it, but the majority and obviously the ones we hear about, of course, you know, you're going to hear about bad news over good news are just awful people. I guess it's good that you're so dumb because you know you get caught and there's evidence of it because you are live streaming it and of course people are going to screen record it or like go back and save it. Like of course they are. Duh. I just I can't like I just can't fathom. Anyways, obviously this man's not very bright and we I mean we can clearly see that from his content and just the the pattern of behavior that he you know has now in that video as well. You can see the victim Joshua Fox. Also Josh Fox. What a cool name.

[00:27:36]But you can see the victim Josh Fox laying on the ground. And keep in mind this is all happening outside the courthouse. What? I guess that's a little bit more convenient. At least there's cops there so so they could get him and like help Josh and get him to a hospital faster, I guess. But like, oh my god. O, but also good news is yes, he was in critical condition. But the update now, as of Friday, May 22nd, which, hey, it's my husband's birthday.

[00:28:02]Say happy birthday to offscreen Tony in the comments below. But amazing. Joshua Fox is now in stable condition and receiving care at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. So, thank God. Thank God. So, like I said, Chad is a complete loser and shot himself in the in the elbow during the altercation. What a loser. Again, I'm going to make any joke at this man's expense that I can. Like, shot himself in the elbow. That's embarrassing. Not only is shooting yourself embarrassing, but being this guy with that mustache looks like he's about to rob a bank in the 1930s. Now, Robbie Harvey has been really on, you know, heavy on the case, which I do I do appreciate and I do love because he's been giving real good updates. Good not just meaning like positive. Good meaning like all-encompassing, but then also he does have a huge platform. So, him bringing, you know, more attention to this is absolutely wonderful. So, Robbie put out it said breaking, according to the arrest warrant, Chud the Builder, Dalton pulled his weapon before the altercation. The arrest warrant specifically states that Dalton stood in a bladed stance and reached for his firearm. Thereafter, a physical altercation ensued. And Robbie said, "Translation, Joshua Fox saw Chud pull his weapon and acted in self-defense."

And so, if you are like trying to get them away from you or something and like protecting yourself like proactively, yeah, I guess that wouldn't be like necessarily self-defense. But of course that changes when you see that someone one has a firearm is acting this way and that a bladed stance means like you know like you're ready to go which obviously with like a firearm it could mean that you like are cocked back depending on where he has it on him. I assume that Joshua Fox and rightfully so I would have too in that situation was fearing for his life and that's clearly valid with what has happened.

So, there's attempted first-degree murder, possession of a firearm, intent to go armed, dangerous felony, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment involving a deadly weapon.

If you don't know what happened, long story short, he approaches a black man in Clarksville, Tennessee, and he allegedly starts walking away, but says something like, "Are you going to chimp out?" The man, according to reports, starts hitting him. By the way, we don't even know if that's what happened. Okay. Have we heard from the victim since he got out of surgery? What exactly went down?

[00:33:38]Isn't Chud a streamer? Release the stream. That should answer any questions. But what we do know happened is Chud shot the man and he also shot himself in the arm. Yes, he cherbed himself. Now, a lot of people online are saying, "Oh, well, it was self-defense."

[00:33:55]Was it? Here's my thing. You walk around with a gun and pepper spray on purpose.

[00:33:59]You go out and provoke people on purpose. You entice them on purpose. You want them to come at you on purpose so that you can shoot them. At least that's the argument the prosecution is going to make. But you know what, guys? You're right. If you are a Chud the Builder fan, I am probably reaching. I mean, it's not like there's tweets and videos of him saying that he cannot wait to harm someone.

Even if we take it at face value, that he was scared when he was getting punched in the face. I'm sure, right? But do you then pull out a gun and shoot someone and fire off multiple shots? I don't know. And there could definitely be someone on the jury who's like, "Well, if somebody was punching me, I mean, I would shoot them, too." And that person could find Chud not guilty. Sure. But I think it's also just as likely for someone to say, "If you walk up to me with the purpose of provoking me and you get the reaction that you asked for, why do you then get to SAY, "NO, NO, NO.

[00:35:00]You got this." It's the natural progression of your actions. It's literally the consequences of your actions. I don't see how it can end anywhere else for these nuisance streamers. And I'm trying not to be a Karen about this. I just don't see how we can continue to function as a society where people get views for harassing other people who are just trying to exist. Like beyond saying the n-word and what happened in this case, you could literally just be a mom going to Walmart with your kids and you're going to get harassed by a nuisance streamer and all of a sudden you're going viral. Like I don't know what needs to be done, but I don't see how we can continue like this class. Anyway, next case.

[00:35:39]Joshua Fox not only has a stellar name that is so fabulous, Josh Fox. He's a 31-year-old veteran, he served 6 years in the US Army, and it's been reported that Joshua Fox suffers from PTSD. While Joshua does have a criminal record which includes domestic violence, rumors are being spread on the internet that he's also a child predator. He is not. He is a father and a husband and I am seeing now that his wife has set up a GoFundMe for them. So, we will be donating to that and we will have it linked below as well. Also, my GoFundMe is down below, too. But it's always going to be down below because this court case is ongoing. I will have a video up about that very soon, unfortunately. Anyways, let's watch this video that goes over a lot of information that is good.

[00:36:54]Now, this Joshua Fox is a disabled Army veteran who suffers from a list of mental health conditions, and he was arrested for domestic violence after threatening his wife with a screwdriver.

[00:37:04]So, did he deserve to get shot? [ __ ] no.

[00:37:06]I did a list of [ __ ] to people. Got five felonies to prove it. And now I'm trying to give a message on the internet to tell kids to stay out the [ __ ] streets. Stop giving excuses for Chud.

He is also a repeat offender who has made his brand off of yelling racial slurs at people, initiating physical conflicts, and then hiding behind a police department he's not affiliated with or other people. And because there's so many other mediocre folks in this country who want so badly to be extraordinary because the only thing they're extraordinary in is how embarrassing they are. He has a following and makes money being a racist piece of garbage. Now, they also claim to be Christians, many of them, and I'm assuming white Jesus because they would never serve someone that they deem lesser than them. But there's a very important timeline with Chud here that we need to go over. First of all, in November of last year, he was arrested for harassment. He is also in a conflict with the Clarksville Police Department that he claimed he had an affiliation with to protect himself from his actions. The police department had to release a statement saying, "We're not affiliated with this guy at all." He is also the defendant in a civil lawsuit with a credit management company. And then on May 7th comes our most important part of the story. On XC Chud here posted, "Serious finale is the on the pavement and you rioting when I walk free. Stay tuned." That ladies and gentlemen is intent. And then on May 9th, he gets arrested for theft of under $1,000, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest when he goes into a Nashville steakhouse, orders a couple entre and some drinks, gets loud because he's an entitled prick. The restaurant asks him to leave, he refuses to pay.

[00:38:45]The police get called, he resists arrest. He's not controversial. He's a [ __ ] loser. And then we get to the day in question, which is May 13th, where he outside of the Clarksville courthouse initiates another one of his racial confrontations when the man responds to him, pulls a gun, shoots him. The man has to be lifellighted to Vanderbilt and then he also accidentally shoots himself which is divinely ironic.

[00:39:08]And remember May 7th he said he was going to walk free but good for us he is being charged attempted employing a firearm during a dangerous felony.

[00:39:15]Aggravated assault and reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon. Bail was set at 1.25 million and good. And there's already a bunch of people in his comments saying where's his GoFundMe? is just saying what we want to say and freedom of speech because while they pretend to be patriots or nothing but bootlickers.

[00:39:32]Apparently those two a rights weren't to defend against a dictator but to defend the dictator but also they don't understand laws and they've never read the founding fathers because freedom of speech guarantees you protection from prosecution from the government for what you say. It does not guarantee you protection from the consequences if you talk sideways out of your mouth because you're so used to being online and you don't think consequences are real. Now, the judge has set the bond at $1.25 million. And Dalton's reaction says it all. He's cooked.

A deadbeat, cloutchasing criminal with an attempted murder charge facing upwards of 25 years in prison and in the process you shot yourself by accident. I do want to say a couple of things. Allegedly, the person that you shot hit you first.

[00:40:51]But is anyone surprised? Chud is not convicted of anything yet. He will have his day in court. But I want this situation to remind a lot of small creators trying to come up. The juice is not worth the squeeze on some of this content. Chud the Builder, Johnny Somali, Vitali. If you can't capture an audience without trolling and harassing people, it might just not be for you.

[00:41:22]just the and that's one thing that I have been asking regarding this type of ragebait content cuz it's it's not just rage bait like it is dangerous and it's that IRL I hate even saying that but IRL antagonistic like potentially criminal which yes this part is criminal but speaking um in a general sense criminal behavior where you are just disrupting people's lives potentially hurting people and just being a menace to society and it's like now your name is out there as this every single time someone Googles you see this, you have a criminal record, which he already did, but like regarding this, and it's like, is it worth it? First of all, no amount of money is worth it in my opinion when it comes to that. But were you making that much money like for this? I know damn well you're not getting brand deals. Even the My Pillow guy wouldn't be doing this, right? He wouldn't be sponsoring this [ __ ] and he'd be sponsoring a lot of weird stuff, but even he wouldn't do that. So, I know you're not getting sponsors. You got banned from kick which good god. So starting over in terms of monetization cannot be easy. I assume that you aren't really making that much. Like how little do you value human life or just life at all when you'll literally almost commit me censoring myself for what? Some attention from weird people and not even that many people who are watching your streams and then also for like hardly any money. Not saying like it would make sense or make it any more justifiable if it was more people normalish people and like millions of dollars. Obviously not.

[00:42:55]But it's like how little do you value life that you are willing to trade it for this? Like you really just want to go hurt people that bad? You really just want an excuse to commit these crimes and these horrific acts? Like that's weird. I bet this man just smells like the lowest of tides. I know. I know. So, we've heard from a lot of content creators and not even content creators, sometimes people on the internet who just tend to make videos. But, I think it's important to hear from an actual criminal defense attorney, especially because a lot of people are confused regarding the First Amendment and freedom of speech. Since freedom of speech and the first amendment protects you from the government, not from the court of public opinion, and not from consequences, from your job, if this weirdo even has one, because let's be honest, all of this is jobless and frankly golden nugget behavior, if you will. So, let's go ahead and listen to this criminal defense attorney, another great name, Bruce Rivers. Love that. And the merch that he has in front of him is amazing.

[00:44:54]It has to be reasonable under the circumstances where another person of reasonable prudent uh reasonable prudent person would act the same way and the amount of force used has to be proportional proportional to what the force that was used against him. And but I I he's going to be convicted on one of these. Um probably not attempted homicide because I don't think he was trying to kill the guy. Um, but employing uh a firearm during the commission of an aggravated felony or dangerous felony, I I think I think that that could pose a little bit of an issue for him. So, I hope you're hope you're bologoney sandwiches to your liking cuz you'll get plenty of those while you're sitting there eating your veggie loaf.

[00:45:34]>> As of filming this, Dalton has not posted bond yet and he is still sitting in jail. He did have another bond hearing yesterday though, the 21st. Now, there have been updates, but let's go through people's reactions and the hearings and stuff that have happened and the updates and all that that have happened in chronological order up until right now, Friday the 22nd at like noon.

[00:45:54]Okay. Now, like that criminal defense attorney said, his, you know, main potential defense could be self-defense.

[00:46:01]And they could possibly, again, I'm not a lawyer, could possibly say like, "Oh, well, we shot him in the stomach and the shoulder, like not like upper chest or like head or something like that, right?" Which also, one could also argue, well, you also shot yourself in the elbow, you turd, so clearly you're not that great with a firearm. But let's get more into that little self-defense tidbit, shall we?

[00:46:21]>> Shut the builder. Self-defense has just gone out the window. So far, we've had two people claim that you cannot take a weapon into Montgomery County courthouse, even to check it in. There's nowhere to check it in, let alone you can't take one into a courthouse. This person says that the parking lot is far away. So, what I'm understanding is Chud left his hearing cuz he was at the courthouse for a hearing at 1:00. He left, went back to his truck, grabbed his thing, and started walking around outside the courthouse. My guess is he saw something. What did he see? A black man.

[00:46:57]What else would have triggered him? So, he walked back. He had plenty. All he had to do was get in the car, drive off, call his ex-girlfriend, and say, "Hey, I have been screwing up. Please don't change the last name of my child. Let me take him out. Let me take you out. I want to turn my life around." He didn't do that. He didn't do that. He saw a black man and just shortcircuited it.

[00:47:18]And now he's where he's at. He still hasn't even got a full bond hearing. I'm pretty certain when his full bond hearing happens on the 21st, they're going to pull bond cuz he committed he he's already proven he can't hang out on bond. He doesn't deserve it. So, I don't see him getting a bond. And if he does, it's going to be even more. And there's going to be stipulation upon stipulation upon stipulation to his bail conditions.

[00:47:45]I don't know how he's going to get out unless it's actually cash that's not from him. Now, going further into the self-defense type of thing, again, not a lawyer. This would just be my understanding or like what I could think they could use to argue against the whole self-defense claim, right? And that would be, hey, just like, you know, his entire digital footprint. Now, this guy's dancing in front of this, which is annoying. Like, get out of the way, please. But it says the prosecutor when they read Chud the Builder's Twitter page. And from what I can see, it says, "Series finale is a chimp on the pavement and you monkeys rioting when I walk free. Stay tuned." And someone commented and said, "Delete." And his response was, "No, that's awful." And now again, since I'm not a lawyer, let's hear from another defense attorney.

Hopefully, we'll develop more facts in this case and we'll know. If he didn't provoke the fight, then provocation is not an issue here. But when when you look at this guy's clips, it looks like there's a lot of conduct that a normie jury would characterize as being provocative conduct. One of the many like side quest thoughts that not even really side quest because it is still on topic, but one of the many things that I'm thinking of like during all of this and like the effect, not necessarily that it would have on like society, but I would really hope something like this, and it probably is going to, but I really hope that it doesn't discourage people, specifically white people, from using their white privilege to stand up for injustices like this sweet boy was doing. Obviously, we don't know anything about him. he could be a horrible person or you know have dead puppies in his basement. We don't know but in this specific isolated incident which it is a reoccurring incident that's wonderful.

I don't want to you know put myself in danger and that sucks obviously like that really does suck but I just really hope that we get to the point as a society where like people stop giving this type of person attention. I think the first step would be demonetizing all of it into making it to where they cannot like I guess if like you get reported enough or something like that you can't be monetized because obviously when it comes to freedom of speech yes people are silly though and don't understand that like yes freedom of speech but that pertains to the government as we already heard and as I know but a lot of people you know are confused about that sounded like I was just saying like I'm the only one who knows that's not the case that's not what I meant but I just think it's super interesting that like people try to say like oh I'm being sick censored by, you know, social media and like, oh my freedom of speech and you're censoring me and blah blah blah. And it's like, yeah, they have their own terms of services. You are posting on their app, on their platform. They are a business. They can censor whatever they want. No, that isn't impeding on your freedom of speech. You can, unfortunately, still go out on the street corner and scream profanities and your opinions and stuff. However, that doesn't mean that other people also can't use their free will and punch you right in the wiener because what you're saying is offensive or rageinducing, right? And of course, yes, it shouldn't result to violence and those people, you know, should also be held accountable.

However, uh by statute, this case is this uh a charge is enhanced and if you don't have any prior convictions, it's a mandatory six-year sentence at 100%. Count three is a assault with serious bodily harm 3913102. It's a C felony, carries a range of punishment 3 to 15 years in state penitentiary. Count four is reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon, also a C felony. 3 to 15 years in state penitentiary. And then we already saw my favorite clip before when the judge reads off what the bond is set at and it's $1.25 million and you just see that big old turd face go and it's like yeah what' you think was going to happen? Awful.

Dalton created a give send go campaign asking for $100,000 and it appears that he set up this fundraiser before he shot Joshua which is really confusing. Now he has raised over $267,000 as of right now. People supporting him are gross. And as this Facebook user said, if you donated to him, you are a colossal loser. And that's true. truer words. I don't know if they've ever been said. Now, let's watch this video. It's by the person I just referenced that said that he's a colossal loser, but he does say GoFundMe instead of give sin go. But it is important to understand that Dalton does not have a GoFundMe. He has a give and go. And there's of course a reason why he went to give sin go instead of GoFundMe.

Let's get into the details of this GoFundMe. This is like the mission statement of this fundraiser where he says that he lost his last job because BLM activists targeted him over his jokes and opinion. I'm not quite sure where the punch line in the Chud the Builder jokes are. Like, is it is it when he says, "Hey, n word." Is is that the joke? Or is it when he says, "I'm gonna kill you. You're out." Is that the boots? Then he goes on to say that after he lost that job, he started his small family business. And again, to be clear, the business, the the career, the job that you do is just dressing up in a Halloween costume and picking fights with people. Yeah, seems like a good cause. Now, Chad goes on to explain that his new small family business has come under attack for mild jokes and unfiltered thoughts. And yes, sometimes I use the nword, but I thought it was edgy, harmless humor. He then goes on to say that he's received death threats that scare him so much it shakes me to my core. So, is it is it a mild joke and a harmless thought when you say the series finale is dead on the pavement rioting while you walk free? Out of sheer necessity, I was fired from my previous contracting job after BLM activists targeted me over words I shared online, jokes, and opinions they twisted to end my career. But now that dream is under attack, not for the quality of my work, but for what I say online. For that, hundreds of people in my city are slandering my business, spreading lies to tear down everything I've worked for. The hate has escalated to a horrifying level. I've received death threats so vile that they shake me to my core. Well, clearly they don't shake you enough to make you stop doing this and acting like this. But you shot an unarmed black man in front of a courthouse. Like, what are you doing? My god. people threatening to grape and murder me and even targeting my innocent two-year-old son with unspeakable cruelty. I doubt that is happening. If it is, that's disgusting. But also, this person is almost everything I've read here is a lie. So great. Hearing these threats against my little boy break my heart and keeps me up at night. In the midst of nightmares, a spark of hope emerged. I went viral on Instagram, gaining over 23,000 followers who connect to my story, my resilience, and my refusal to be silenced. People are beginning to stand up for American ideas and values. This country was built on the built by black people and indigenous people being ripped from their land.

He started his GoFundMe, it seems like after he went viral and then he was fired or let go or whatever and then started his own business. And seems like every time he like does something gross and gets attention, then there's a significant bump. And right after the shooting or right after the arrest, rather, which is right after the shooting, there was that huge spike in donations. It was almost up to $200,000. It's wild. That is so crazy. That's so crazy. I really just want to believe that like it isn't people who think the same stuff as him.

[01:02:00]I would hope that it would be the type of people who are just ignorant idiots, but that just see a headline or and are like, "Oh, he was defending himself and now like, you know, he whatever." And it's like, uh, that's not what happened, though. You want you want to believe that it's people that just don't have all the information that's available and like who don't know the truth because the alternative is horrific. Now, after this gained a lot of traction, obviously people were outraged and the district attorney did plan to block Dalton from using that money that he had raised.

[01:02:34]Now, per this article on Pop Rant, Pop Rant, what? Like, per this article on Tigerbe, one major issue appears to be how the fundraiser was originally described. Critics have pointed out that early campaign messaging focused on supporting Dalton and his family rather than explicitly stating that the funds would be used for legal defense or bail.

A separate legal defense fundraiser reportedly exists, but scrutiny remains over how each donation pool can be lawfully used. Now, the support for Dalton is disgusting, and a lot of those people don't know how anything works, and they're stupid and gross, and we need to look at their hard drives. And that's just my opinion. However, one of my favorite things is hearing jail house calls and things like that of people who are, you know, waiting for trial or people who were, you know, just it's like, wow, you really, why don't y'all know that these are all recorded? According to complex.com, his bond was initially set at 1.25 million, but has since been reset to $1 million as ruled by the judge. There's been extensive crowdfunding efforts from his fans, but the judge ruled that he won't be able to use any of the money raised after May 13th to pay the bond. During a hearing on Thursday, May 21st, which as we're filming this was yesterday, Montgomery County Sheriff's Office investigators presented findings in their investigation into the shooting, which went down outside of Montgomery County Courthouse. Surveillance footage showed that Dalton approached the victim, who was present at the courthouse for a child support hearing and showed them getting into a verbal altercation.

[01:07:04]Dalton, who was in possession of a selfie stick, walked away, but then reached for a firearm in his jacket after Joshua Fox approached him. Dalton told investigators that he was reaching for Mace, but footage showed him trying to pull his gun out of his jacket pocket. Who puts their gun in a pocket?

[01:07:28]Anyways, the firearm is clearly visible in the footage, investigators added. And his attorney, Jake Fendley, claimed that his client was placed in a headlock during the physical altercation that followed as he tried to pull out his gun. But lead investigator, Michael Weber, said the surveillance video does not corroborate those claims. Seven shell casings were recovered from the scene, and Fox was shot in the torso and one of his arms during the incident.

[01:07:52]Dalton, who suffered a gunshot wound to the arm, which investigators believe was accidentally self-inflicted. A search of the controversial streamer's property found that Dalton had an airline ticket to Istanbul for May 22nd, a bulletproof vest, ammunition, a rifle, and a shotgun. Seizure of his electronic devices showed that he recorded and posted provocative videos in which he directed racial slurs at strangers.

[01:08:18]Several of his videos showed him referring to black people as chimps and using racial slurs such as the n-word with a hard, very hard R. He has claimed self-defense in the incident. He was previously arrested in Nashville earlier this month for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and theft. Also, at his hearing, an individual by the name of Jake Lang was arrested during the hearing. Now, who's Jake Lang? I asked myself that same question. And uh let me tell you about this thin lipped a-hole.

[01:08:46]According to ajc.org, Jake Lang is a right-wing influencer, provocator, and a candidate in Florida for the US Senate Republican primary in August 2026. Wait, does that mean he's running against Josie? I think that I think that is what that means. Don't vote for him. Vote for Josie if you're going to vote for anyone for that. Okay, thanks. Ew, gross. Okay, I will sure as hell campaign just so this extremist doesn't get in there. And Jake Lang has gained some attention for his very much so extremist views. You know how we joke sometimes and we're like, "Oh, girl, where were you on January 6th?" Do you even have to ask yourself where this guy was? Not really, because he was one of the people that was pardoned by the president for what they did on January 6th. Yep. So, let's go ahead and see the clip from this hearing and what the Associated Press posted about it.

Um, I do love that it seems like Jake Lang was like trying to like do like a goosebumps walk away and like walk out like a tough guy after yelling and then the judge was like, "No, get him. Arrest him." I love it. I mean, obviously don't love like the situation, but love that because f you like that's not okay. All right.
