The video effectively exposes the alarming fragility of aging infrastructure and the public's cognitive dissonance toward systemic risks. However, its reliance on hyperbolic "Chernobyl" analogies leans more toward sensationalist fear-mongering than constructive policy critique.

CHERNOBYL 2.0 SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA - PEOPLE AREN'T WORRIED THEY'RE AT DISNEYLANDAdded:
It's Sunday, May 24th, 2026. Thanks for tuning in today. Absolutely stunning day. Uh we're getting a nice little rain today. We really need it. Uh garden has just like grown overnight with this rain and now we're getting a little bit more right now. Just got back from the gym.
Wanted to shoot this video and uh go over some of these articles with you and just kind of share this beautiful weather that we're having down here.
It's just absolutely gorgeous.
Everything is so green. But um I want to get into some of this this news uh today and I want to talk about the war. I want to talk about inflation prices of everything going up. And I do want to talk a little bit more about this uh chemical uh this chemical tank um in Orange County, California that this does not look good. 50,000 people evacuated and it's almost like we're I mean it almost looks like we're going to have a mini Chernobyl type event take place in Orange County, California. And it's just amazing that it's not getting more news and hopefully they're going to be able to um lessen uh the disaster uh do somehow. It would seem like wi with the the the the the minds that we have out there, the technology, uh the brains that somebody would know how to diffuse this chemical tank uh in Orange County, California.
So, I want to talk about that. If you're in Orange County right now, please leave a comment down below. People are beginning to to smell this chemical.
People are getting dizzy and you know, they always tell you like, "Don't worry, it's not, you know, that bad right now.
If you smell it, don't worry. It's not, you know, it's not going to do any harm.
It's going to have you'll have no health um uh reaction to this. Um I I just don't believe any of it. But anyways, we'll talk about that in a minute. But I want to get into this first article from CNBC today. Trump says Iran negotiations proceeding in orderly and constructive manner warns against rushing. So no hurry. Um to me, this is all about not rocking the markets. this is they they don't want to see volatility. Uh and so a 60-day extension to the ceasefire would allow markets to uh settle down, continue to go up. Uh basically put this on the back burner, out of sight, out of mind, and the markets can continue to go up. Uh Trump did say that time is on our side. I totally disagree and I'm going to call no matter who the president is, I'm going to call it the way I see it. I will never agree with uh one person 100% of the time, but we got to hold people accountable and I got to call it out here. We we don't have the time. He says time is on our side. We don't have the time. Um households right now in this country don't have time.
Gas prices are soaring. People are hurting. Food prices are are going up every day. People don't have time.
They're running out of time. Time. Trump says that we have time on our side. The American people say they're running out of time. They have no more time. Some people are out of time. What are your thoughts on this? Do we have time? Plus, what is this costing us? $2 billion a day roughly to be over there. Do we have time to be spending this kind of money?
Imagine what $2 billion a day would be doing to your communities right now.
What you could be doing, what it would be doing uh if that $2 billion a day was going to the average household. Maybe they could eat a little bit better. uh maybe they could, you know, uh pay their utility bills. I mean, I just think the money is always going in the wrong places. But, uh this will be great for the stock market. I'm sure uh this week the stock stock market will love this because now it doesn't have to worry about this back and forth, this pingpong game that, you know, one minute the war is on, it's off, it's on, it's off.
Negotiations are getting closer. They're not. Uh they're getting closer, they're not. It just goes back and forth, back and forth. And it's just like the the boy that cried wolf. just goes on and on and on to where people just don't believe it anymore. That's that's my thought on that. Let me know yours.
Americans are paying $2 billion more for gas this Memorial Day weekend than they did last year.
Uh this uh on marketwatch.com, exactly what I just said. Um did you feel the pinch this Memorial Day weekend? Uh or have you felt it so far?
Um I think a lot of people probably have. Uh me personally uh was not planning on going anywhere.
Uh I just really, you know, for me uh with the holidays, you know, back in the day, I used to love to go to Havasu and Parker and all that, but you know, now I just uh I'm just kind of a home buddy and have no ambition to being around massive crowds of people at this point in my life, but that's just me. But uh did the gas prices affect your Memorial Day or is it affecting it right now?
Leave a comment down below. Be curious.
CNBC, Americans are struggling with debt. They are entrenched in financial stress and price pressures.
Um I mean every everywhere you go, everything you read now is talking about this. Um it's just very um very almost unreal. But um you know what's interesting is going back uh to this disaster, this potential disaster in Orange County. Uh they reported that uh you know this thing's only a few miles away from Disneyland, Knottberry Farm, and they reported the parking lots were were packed. So people knowing that there's a potential uh for a potential for an explosion, a toxic chemical explosion, oblivious, just nah, we're going to go to Disneyland.
hopefully nothing bad happens. You know, uh they spend money on that. Uh they don't worry about the consequences of something like this happening. And you know, you read articles like this where people are struggling with debt a and price pressures yet. They're going to Disneyland, they're going to Knotsbury Farm. It's it's it's it's really shocking. Um, and and you know, just really quick too, one thing I do want to say going back to this this uh disaster in Orange County and and I hate to, you know, just talk about this the whole show, but you know, they blamed it on a faulty valve and I just wonder, you know, we talk about the percentages going up for an attack on American soil. Um there's been so many threats cyber uh cyber attacks and the threat of uh you know some type of terrorist act taking place in America.
What like we have these chemical tanks and chemical plants all over the country and all you have to do is you know have a faulty valve and they could they could explode. I mean, uh, do we have bad people watching this going, hm, you know, there's chemical tanks everywhere and if all we have to do is, you know, break a valve or whatever and you've got a ticking time bomb in your city, just um, we're so vulnerable. We really, really are. And wasn't anybody checking the condition of this tank uh, for this aerospace company? And I just wonder, you know, how protected are these things? How faulty are they? How susceptible are they to bad people getting in there and doing something?
You can poison the water, the ground.
Um, that stuff gets into the air. It's now outside of Garden Grove. It's all over Orange County. So, you literally can turn uh one of these chemical tanks into uh a Chernobyl 2.0. You really can.
And so, think about the devastation this can do to Orange County. Uh, if this thing gets into the air, it's going to be very, very bad. So, I just want to before I forgot, I wanted to talk about that. But, uh, going back to this article on CNBC, elevated prices on top of historic highs of consumer debt on credit cards and auto loans adding to this uh, you know, people I guess just never learn how many we have nearly 20% of this population um, that has a car payment, a new car payment uh, of $1,000 or more. Um, and so many so many people can't even afford a $500 or $600 payment. The average uh new car payment is $753 a month. Uh 2 million plus repos already this year. And we're we're being told that everything's fine. Don't worry. Go out there, shop, spend money.
Uh go to Disneyland. Go to Knotsbury Farm today. Even though there's potential for a toxic chemical explosion just a few miles away. See, this is another example of how oblivious and how people are just zombies and they just don't want to wake up. They want to stay in their own little bubble. whether it's a financial uh detonation or a chemical detonation, people just don't want to hear about it. They want to have fun.
They want to go to Disneyland. They want to go to Knberry Farm. They want to stay in their own little bubbles. These bubbles, one day, ladies and gentlemen, this financial bubble is going to pop for sure. I don't know about this one in Garden Grove, this chemical uh bubble, but if it does, you know, watch how fast the people are are running out of Disneyland. Watch how fast they'll be running out of farm. Um, Southern California chemical tank at risk of exploding as 50,000 residents are ordered to evacuate. Uh, this on CNBC. So, um, again, just to reiterate, how vulnerable are we with all these chemical tanks in this country? A faulty valve, that's all it takes. It could blow up uh, literally Orange County, California. It could turn it into a toxic dump. There's 34,000 gallons of toxic chemical uh in those tanks. If one of them goes off, it sets everything off. Um so hopefully uh we have some brilliant minds that figure this out how to cool this thing down, drain it uh and get it under control and minimize the danger. But again, uh don't go to Disneyland, don't go to Osprey form. Uh be aware of the danger. Uh you all watched the news yesterday, today the White House shooter. Um no longer with us. Uh he has been unalived, deleted, whatever you want to call it.
Uh he was arrested in 2025. Believed he was Jesus Christ. Uh so it's always these people that are on the list but uh they're always on the list but they for some way somehow someway they always uh are able to commit uh another act of violence. Um we can not have this going on in this country. I mean it is looking more and more like a banana republic every day. I mean is it like every month that we're seeing something like this take place uh with this president? It's unbelievable.
Whether you like this guy, love him, hate him, don't care, whatever, this cannot be taking place in this country.
Now, they're talking that, you know, um uh that he was after uh Ivanka, his daughter.
And you know, just think about what this country would look like if something did take place and you know, something happened to the president or a family member. Um, look again, whether you love this guy, hate this guy, there is no place for this type of violence in this country. Uh, this would be one of the worst things that could happen uh to the United States of America. And I uh think it's uh horrible.
And I I would never want to see this happen to any president in in in this country. Whether I agreed with them, liked them, disliked them, didn't agree with them, whatever. uh there is no place for this type of violence uh you know in this country. This only takes us to a very very dark dark place and uh this country is already so divided. We cannot find this acceptable. This behavior is not acceptable. The violence is not acceptable. Um if you don't like them, vote them out. If you do like them, vote them. You know, you you vote for this administration. Um that's that's it. And you could say, well, the votes don't count. I I mean I don't know what to tell you but uh you know going around with violence and trying to take human life because you don't like somebody politically we're walking on very very thin ice. We we really are. But um anyway so I just you know kind of pondering all these things today as I'm sitting out here on the porch. Got a nice light little drizzle here and uh it just seems like you know the second half of this year is going to get very very bumpy. Uh I I I think it's going to be very interesting to see what the new uh Fed chairman does. Uh it's going to be very very interesting to see um how much longer this war goes on, which I think it's going to go on much longer. Um it's going to be very interesting to see what happens to Orange County, California with Chernobyl 2.0 uh in the backyard.
And what's amazing is all we can do is put a sprinkler on it and hope for the best. That's that's where we're at today in 2026. We have a giant sprinkler on this tank and hoping to keep it cool enough until we figure something out. It just I don't know. It just seems like there's got to be a better solution to resolving this. But I don't know. I don't know. I pray for the people in Orange County. Um some good people out there in Orange County and now they're going to deal with this. And now, um, Nuome is calling for a state of emergency.
And now they're going to want, uh, federal funds. Lawsuits have already begun begun uh, against the company. Uh, criminal investigations, all this. Uh, but at the end of the day, if you live there, it doesn't matter to you. It's already too late. You got to figure something out. You're you're, you know, you're sleeping in a high school gymnasium. You got your dogs, cats, you got to go to work, whatever. Um, and this isn't just in this one area. If this thing goes into the air, this toxic chemical can go anywhere in Orange County. It can go to LA County. It can blow down to San Diego. God knows uh how dangerous this stuff might be and where it's going to go if it hits the air.
People already complaining uh because apparently there's a leak. People are smelling the chemical in the air already. They're getting dizzy. They're getting respiratory issues, skin issues.
But they tell you, "Don't worry. It's not that bad yet." you know, nothing to worry about. That's You better worry.
When they tell you not to worry, you better start worrying. But, uh, pray for these people in Orange County. Uh, it's a a horrible Memorial Day weekend for them. Um, we'll follow up. We'll I've been I've been watching it, uh, throughout, uh, the last couple days on on, uh, the television, but, uh, we'll keep an eye on it. I'll check in with all of you tomorrow. Uh, be safe out there. Have a great Memorial Day weekend. God bless uh, our military, our troops. I I really wish that you were not being sent over to the Middle East.
Uh I think it's better that our military is here in America protecting Americans right here. We got enough happening right down at our own border. Um I just don't think the military needs to be in the Middle East right now. Um I wish those billions of dollars were going into the communities here in America, small businesses, our education system, um jobs, factories. billions of dollars needs to be flowing in into into these sectors, not into another endless war.
We just don't learn our lesson. Anyways, I don't want to rant. Have a wonderful weekend. God bless all the hardworking uh people of America. Thanks for tuning in. Talk to you tomorrow.
