[00:00:00]We see that those clouds are they look like fog to me, but what is that you know hovering over the city?

[00:00:05]>> They're low-lying clouds. Really neat though, it's specially very thick in that cloud deck closer that you are to Lake Michigan, but the farther inland that you are, we definitely don't have those clouds and that is also hindering our temperatures. So as you can see that cloud structure looking very ominous right now, but this is again just closer to the lakefront that you are at. So temperature 66° that's how it feels. The wind's out of the east at 13 mph. This is what we are tracking with your first alert weather forecast. So overnight tonight, tomorrow morning, scattered rainfall returns to the forecast, but by tomorrow afternoon, we'll have a clearing sky condition. Memorial Day on Monday, warmer temperatures do take hold. Now, we're going to be monitoring the potential for some light rain this evening and then more rainfall is expected as we look ahead early tomorrow morning. Right now though, we do have some of this light rain starting to approach to Cal County, but the rest of us holding on to dry conditions for this moment. I think once we cross over to about 6:00, we're going to start to notice some scattered rainfall, maybe an isolated thunderstorm. More rain though is expected for early tomorrow morning.

For tonight though, 50° for your low with those rain showers returning and then tomorrow a high temperature of 78° afternoon clearing and then Monday, we're going to be looking at 86 for your high, cooler though by the lakefront. For your 7-day forecast, our temperatures are again going to be in those upper 70s for tomorrow. Holding on to those 80s for your Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Temperatures do cool off though a little bit quicker on Thursday due to that system and then we're holding out into the 70s for your Friday and Saturday.
