The state's attorney did indeed prosecute the charges with two counts of aggravated battery on a peace officer, a class 2 felony. Bond was set at $50,000 and she was held in custody for the following 10 days. Eventually, Jurica pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of obstructing a peace officer, a class A misdemeanor. And as such, she was fined $839, sentenced to 2 days in jail, given courtmandated anger management training, and granted probation.

[00:35:30]Unfortunately, after several run-ins with the law, and failing to appear in court, she is facing the revocation of her probation with a hearing held as recently as March 12th, 2026.
