Episode one. Let's get into it, boy.
Oh, this about to be good. Recreated by Percy and the Beast Productions. Yeah, we watched a I think the last one was a recreation.
>> This My name is Charlie S. It's July 4th, 2022. It's been 49 years since that horrible event that forever changed your island.
>> Dang, 49 years.
>> I have tried my hardest to forget those sad days. I can still hear their screams as I relent their deaths over and over again in my mind.
>> Dang, >> I am 84 years old. My time is almost up.
I just need to tell this story one last time.
>> Bro is 84.
>> Elderly ancient.
>> I'm living lonesomely in the city of Liverpool, England. My wife Rachel many years ago and I never really got a chance to say goodbye. I suffered from Alzheimer's disease and with my memory rapidly declining, I need to write down my story as soon as possible. I had my journals in a lock safe, but time has not been so kind to them. So, I have no choice but to write it all down based off my memory and help from my journals, from the pages that I can still read because you all need to know the truth about what happened all those years ago.
>> Look at his face.
>> I remember it like it was yesterday. It was 1973. The month was March.
>> How do you remember like it was yesterday if you got Alzheimer's?
>> Beautiful day in my opinion. The grass was green. The sky was a bright blue without a cloud in sight and then paint sparkled in the sunlight.
>> Okay.
>> Hey.
Hey.
>> I've had this journal for a long time, and at first when my wife got it, it became more of a paper weight than anything else. But I decided to bring it out now since there seems to be something going on here.
It's so cheerful for a video that everyone's going to die in.
>> Railway signed an agreement for this new nuclear power plant to be built alongside the branch line leading to Brendom.
>> Imagine your name being Topham Hat >> to put it near the most beautiful >> and you wear a top hation that's going to majorly affect tourism around here and that's probably why the big man contract to take nuclear waste and from the mainland. He's got to regain that money somehow. Anyway, besides that, nothing's changed.
>> Nuclear waste.
>> Diesels have also been coming more and more. My eye hurts down while steam engines rarely take the trains.
>> It's a damn shame that those engines didn't have a place like soda to stay.
>> Tough.
I get to explosion.
>> Edward's doing fine and he's got a similar opinion to me about the power plant. It's going to be an eyesore, but he does like the idea of doing more work.
I'm writing this while we wait for the all clear of Wellsworth. So, I'll keep this book in the cab if we spot anything else going on.
>> Okay.
>> Well, as I said, something strange happened. I'd write about it, and it seems like I was right.
While I was talking to Leonard about how his son's birthday went, we could hear the sirens blowing in the distance. At first, we were terrified. But lucky for us, Edward needed to go light engine back to Napford to pick up his next train.
We threw Edward's throttle and we puffed down the line, seeing multiple firefighters speed past us when the line met the road side by side. Dang. The sirens were coming from the power plant.
Jesus, I hope that >> Oh, the nuclear one as soon as possible.
>> When I got home this evening, I turned on the emergency alert system was a drill in case there was a containment breach. Got to say if they needed to do a drill where they had that many fire trucks, I don't think that plants a safe thing to have on this island.
>> Oh, they're lying. They're lying. Why would They're not believing that was a drill.
>> God damn it. I knew this would happen.
Okay.
>> Something's definitely about to go down.
It's too rest of our passengers to board the train. Meanwhile, unknown Sumeo Sydney, things were going wrong at the power plant. What was that? Thomas lower.
Wait, what does that say? Lower Suttery.
Oh, Sutery nuclear power plant.
I was trying to read it off of the wall.
There was a big old text with it right there.
>> Jacob, >> what's the matter?
>> Dennis just arrived and is ready to take the goods train.
>> Is his train shunted? Yes. Duck shunted it about an hour ago. He's long gone by now.
>> Good. Also, what time is it?
>> Oh, it's 2:33.
>> Thanks. I can't wait to get out of this dump.
>> Something about go wrong.
>> What in the world is that? Legos.
>> What the hell?
>> Hang up. What's going on?
>> No time to explain. Sound the alarm.
>> I'm on it. Is that not Legos? It is not Legos. That's definitely not Legos.
Yeah, it's about to blow up. I was like kind of mesmerized. I'm looking like what's going on? Like look at that.
Oh, that train's dead. That train is 100% dead.
>> As a shattering explosion boomed in the distance, the sky went dark and this hoops cloud was visible in the distance.
Me and Sydney were scared beyond belief.
We couldn't comprehend what was going on.
>> That That train is a million% dead.
>> Out of the cab window onto the roof to see what was going on. What he saw was terrifying.
>> Dang.
>> Sydney scampered back down as the passengers cleared the platform faster than I all screaming. They need to calm down.
>> The shock wave would be coming fast. The guard blew his whistle. We released the brakes, hit the regulator, and pulled the whistle for dear life, hoping to subject in the signal.
>> That ain't going to be enough, man.
>> Out of the station at speeds we've never gone before.
>> Imagine they left people there. By the way, >> thank God he was because without him, we would have been killed. He switched the points and shortly after we heard the honking of a horn in the distance.
>> DANG.
BIRDIE CRASHED his way through the level crossing and sped alongside us.
>> Yo, Birdie, calm down.
>> Cut short by the sounds of tires screeching and metal crashing.
>> Yeah, Bird's dead down the line as his wheels pounded the rails fusely. We soon saw Donald going the opposite way, pulling smoke. Yeah, Donald's dead, too.
Yelled for him to grab us, but it was too late.
>> We found out later that he didn't make it out alive. Neither did William or Colin in his cabin.
>> Dang.
>> We proceeded to push the old engine as far as we could. Steam erupting from his valves and gauges. We prepared for the worst. That is crazy.
>> The shock wave finally hit us and Jesus it was strong.
>> It was strong.
>> Where did you get that image from?
>> The coaches to shatter and rock them side to side. Edward's pony truck and derailed because of some jam.
>> Oh, this isn't even Thomas. This is Edward.
I'm thinking this is Thomas.
Well, jokes's on me.
>> We soon arrived at a carriage shed. We decided to give ourselves a chance to calm down, rest, and think for a moment while also checking over Edward and the passengers to see if any were in >> They're 100% dead.
Everybody in that range dead. If they're alive, it's all fraudulent.
612.
Where are they going? Are they going back?
I'm be honest, I'm not going back somewhere that had a nuclear explosion.
That's not happening.
>> After staying at the carriage shed for about 3 hours, we made it safely to Napford and huddled everyone into the station buildings and offices.
>> Okay, so we're in a different town.
>> The entirety of Brendan was hit by the explosion and the death was known. I hope that Leonard got out of there alive, but that's a sl >> Leonard is dead. Stop worrying about Leonard. Leonard is gone. He's not coming back.
>> Evening. I'm Dr. Stuart Bailey. I've worked for the Atomic Energy Authority.
I've worked for the AE for 10 years.
Three of which I spent at AE Winfr near Dorset. I'm joined by my colleagues Dr. Middleton and Dr. Dolby. Both of which are >> Who was that?
at about 2.
>> Oh yeah, that is nasty to look at, bro.
>> That is nasty.
>> Look at Thomas is currently operating.
The plant is currently running on backup power.
>> Bro grew a extra eye problem.
>> The amount of radiation vented or >> what even is that at all? Ew.
>> Teams from the Atomic Energy Authority have been dispatched to take radiation reading.
>> Sadly, earlier this afternoon, Dennis was dispatched to the pl to collect a goods train headed to Timoth. From the information we know, >> oh, I told you he was dead.
>> Until further notice.
>> I told you he was dead, dude. We urge the citizens of Western Serto to stay in their homes until the state of emergency is lifted or in order to evacuate. Man, >> I tried to tell you he had to have been dead dead.
>> Yeah. Say goodbye.
That's insane, dude.
I love how that was like told and like a completion of the story. You know, I I'm I'm not always the biggest fan of like slower series that you really get to the good stuff at the end, but I think this one was done very very good. Like it was a very good story and it was told very well. Um yeah, them trains them trains got they got dealt with and not in a good way at all. That's That's horrible, bro. Bro's face was just like, "If you guys enjoyed this and you want me to continue to check out more Thomas the Train horror videos, I know that's been a big thing on the channel literally from like the start of when I became bigger.
