[00:00:05]Like you know, to make sure that the insurance agreement is in effect, these conditions has to be satisfied, meaning if you have a policy, the both insured as well as insurance company have to follow certain conditions for the policy to be effective. Say if there is a loss, the condition could say that the customer or insured should report the claim within 30 days. If not, the claim will be invalid. Similarly, if you have a insurance company, if you are going to cancel a policy, there should be a you know, prior notice of certain number of days. So those conditions will be very clearly documented in the condition section, so that both insured and insurance companies have to abide by that condition, so that the policy will be effective. If one of the parties is not going to follow, say example, insured is not following it, then the claim will not be accepted by the insurance company. Thank you.
