[00:02:50]Uh thank you for taking the time. Thank you for your team taking the moment. Uh it was an absolute honor uh to visit you in Hanoi in Vietnam. Uh historic trip for our country, for me personally, for our department uh to be there, and we intentionally wanted to come visit Vietnam in my first year as secretary.

[00:03:10]On behalf uh including on behalf of the President of the United States, who very much uh values your friendship, your commitment to peace, and your partnership with the United States, which I think our countries have taken to a new level uh under this administration. So, uh I pass my greetings and thanks from President Trump. Uh and it's an honor to be able to spend time with you again here today uh in Singapore. So, thank you, sir.

[00:03:36]Uh I also want to relay our appreciation and thanks for your commitment to the board of peace and the international stabilization force in Gaza.

[00:03:45]Um Vietnam stepped up at the front right away, willing to contribute to peace, uh and that is acknowledged. And we are we are very grateful for that. There also have been a great stabilizing entity here in this region. And our increased partnership on trade, but also on defense, is a is a meaningful commitment to peace and stability, to a balance of power in this region that maintains freedom and prosperity and free commerce. And I think we we have a lot of ways we can build upon this partnership, which our defense teams have talked about with your leadership and the leadership of President Trump, but I think demonstrates to the world that two countries who just a few decades ago had differences look at the world today with mutual respect and respect for sovereignty and our people, and commit to new paths forward in partnership and peace, which certainly the United States is committed to a normal relationship now.

[00:04:48]And I and I also want to thank you for your commitment in working with us in bringing remains back of our service members from that conflict. And also, we reiterate our commitment to work with you the same with yours, who we can help missing and unidentified as part of the ongoing process of of healing the wounds and bringing our countries more closely together. So, thank you again for that visit. I'll I'll never forget it, and maybe we can get back there again sometime soon as we deepen our partnership on on many levels. So, thank you, sir, for your time and for your commitment to this relationship. Thank you.
