This video discusses a federal judge in the 11th Circuit who was involved in a sexual scandal with a police officer in her chambers during working hours, highlighting the disparity in how judges are held accountable compared to regular citizens. The speaker argues that while he was imprisoned for years for making a distasteful YouTube video, the judge who committed a sex crime in her chambers only received a private reprimand and apology letter, demonstrating what the speaker perceives as double standards in the justice system. The video also explains the federal court hierarchy, distinguishing between district court judges (trial level) and appellate judges (11th Circuit), and discusses how jury instructions can affect criminal convictions.

Hold On… Was That My Judge?本站添加:
All right, today we're going to take a little break from all the AR-15 videos and explaining everything because a story just dropped across my lap. Well, I shouldn't say just dropped across my lap. It dropped across the lap a little bit ago. Anyways, there was an 11th Circuit judge that got caught up in a sex case. Um a lot of people were like, "Hey, CRS, what's going on with your judge? How come she's caught up in a sex case?" So, that's what we're going to be talking about in today's video. Before we get into that, sorry.
Don't forget to shop on only tacticalfans.shopify.com.
That is the merchandise store that supports all of this.
Um MSNBC did a hit piece article on me and they got this channel completely demonetized. So, your guys' support there is honestly what keeps all this going. Thank you. I honestly couldn't do it without you. If you're thinking about shopping there, here's a thank you in advance. I have plenty of survival gear there, firearms stuff, just all types of crazy cool things that you need. I pick all the things that you would want if you follow this channel. So, if you go there, I promise you'll find something.
So, let's get into the story. TO THE DIGITAL BOARD OF KNOWLEDGE. A COUPLE DAYS ago in my inbox, my emails just started blowing up like, "Hey, CRS, wasn't your judge just involved in a sexual scandal?"
I was like, "What?
You got to be kidding me.
Howard?
Did Howard do that?" So, I started digging into it and we're going to talk about what I found today.
All right, so the scandal is uh for 2 years a federal judge was having an affair, having sex with somebody she wasn't married to. Uh this was a high-ranking uh police officer in the chambers.
Uh >> [laughter] >> during working hours. So, it got pretty bad. The law clerk that ultimately reported it said she could hear moaning and kissing. Let that sink in for a second. Out of all the sexual acts you can do, don't get me wrong, kissing does not completely quiet. You know, it can be a little sloppy, a little bit hot and heavy, but generally speaking, kissing is not very loud. So, that means if she was actually doing what they said and it comes OUT SHE WAS.
>> [applause] >> OH, YEAH.
LIKE HOW LOUD THAT WOULD be if you could hear her kissing through the walls?
Which leads me to the next point. Uh there's no way that this law clerk didn't complain to her or make some sort of off comment. So basically it means that she has a fetish with forcing people to listen to her. And it's all this whole power thing, which makes sense if you're a federal judge because you would basically have unlimited power to completely destroy his life. So going in something where you wouldn't normally have power and forcing someone listening to you get intimate. That is a whole fetish in its own. We're not going to talk too much about fetishes in this video because then this video will get a little bit weird.
>> [laughter] >> So just understand that like this was a deliberate act. It could have been What would you even call it? Not sexual harassment? Probably sexual assault. Cuz I mean it would be no different than forcing somebody to watch. I mean it's on the same level, same scale, same fetish, all of that.
Anyways, and then so this store clerk rats her the That store clerk the law clerk rats her out and she denies to investigators and starts blaming on the law clerk like oh I I disciplined that law clerk because she wasn't showing up on time and her her her clothes were a little bit too casual. So she's making that all up. Liar, liar, pants on fire.
Well, turns out that that was actually a lie that she said all that because as the investigation happened apparently they had this whole team come in and found semen stained pillows and other things where like it was to the point where you just couldn't deny it anymore.
So was this my trial judge? My trial judge was by was done in the middle district of Florida by judge uh Marci Merth It's a Spanish name. We'll just say Judge Howard. Uh she's actually the chief judge in that particular area.
Uh many people assume that that this was a part of the auto key card thing. No, it was not actually my trial judge. This was an appellate judge. So, you have your district court judges, right?
And then you move up through the levels.
So, your district court judge, they're the one that you go to trial for. And now the superior judges on top of that would be your three-judge panel, your appellate judges. That's where this person was a part of. And then on top of that would be the six-judge panel. And then you have the Supreme Court, which is the ultimate, you know, law of the land.
They swing the big dick. So, this was not a trial judge. This was not a district court judge. This was an 11th Circuit appellate judge, though.
And not just any appellate judge, it was the one next in line to become uh what do you call it? Uh I can't think of the name of it. The the the leading judge.
So, who are my appellate judges and was it one of them? I have Chief Chief Justice William H. Pryor.
Uh he's the presiding on the panel. Uh he's the chief judge. Then uh Judge Nancy something or another. And then Judge Elizabeth L. something.
None of those were it.
So, no, this person was not connected with my case in any way, shape, or form other than it happened in the 11th Circuit. And these are the judges I've had since September 11th, 2025. So, it's not like they did a quick switcheroo.
So, none of my judges were involved, not at the trial level or not at the appellate level.
I'm going to give you the name of the judge and I'm not the first one to put this out there. So, if it turns out not to be them, and I'm pretty sure it is cuz I've seen the evidence pointing to them. Like they had pictures cuz like one of the the sexual assaults or whatever, I'm going to call it that because I don't know any other words to put it in. Forced voyeurism.
>> [laughter] >> Anyways, uh they were talking about like, oh, uh at that particular party I had a martini glass and uh They found pictures of that particular judge at that particular party and that particular party like the the breadcrumb trails that they left in place were more than enough in my opinion to positively identify uh Eleanor L. Ross and she was involved in this like to the to the best of their knowledge.
Anyways, she was an Obama appointee obviously. Uh um she was next in line to become the chief judge and that was that was a big thing of her punishment is she wasn't allowed to become a chief judge when her spot comes up. So, that was another big piece of evidence on why they did this and this is why this whole case blew up.
Because all right, so in my case, right?
I made a distasteful YouTube video and I went to prison for years. They ripped my life apart.
Completely terrible. She had this happen sex in her chambers lying, setting herself up to where she could definitely be blackmailed or forced into a position to rule a certain way if somebody would got information of this. You know what she had to do? She had to get privately reprimanded and do an apology letter.
That's why the story actually blew up.
If she was like removed from the bench or something like that, nobody would have cared. But the fact is the standard is so different. Like like I said, I made a distasteful YouTube video and I went to prison. This lady forced a person into voyeurism that they clearly complained. I doubt that they immediately went and you know, complained to the higher ups. I'm sure there was at least one comment like, hey, um we can hear you in the back.
Can you please not do that because you're doing it during hours? She could have went to her house, got a hotel. She could have had sex in a million different places that would have been private. She could have did it in the parking garage. She chose to do it in her chambers and from what I understand the law clerk is like right there forcing everybody in that courtroom to listen to her.
So, that's a little bit crazy.
And with the whole apology thing, she complained that there was already too much information out there that could ruin her future when they already struck her name from all of this. That's why people dog That's why people got upset cuz like you're putting people away for years.
Years.
This could have definitely been twisted in a way to make it a sex case and make you a child molester cuz they could have been like, "Oh, there was the chance that this kid could have came in there."
A prosecutor definitely If this would have been in front of another judge, a prosecutor 100% would have pushed for this to be a sex crime and have you list listed as a sexual offender. Without a doubt, for any other normal person.
This person complained that her punishment was too steep. There was too much evidence out there that would link her and possibly mess up her future after she puts people away for years on lesser stuff. Again, I went to prison for years for making a distasteful YouTube video.
Now, you may be like, "No, AutoKeyCard, you No, it's Mr. CRS. You went to prison for years because you sold unregistered machine guns." Did you read the jury instructions? It had nothing to do with unregistered machine guns. It narrowed it strictly to did I or did I not make YouTube videos with two major jury instructions which, you know what?
I think we're going to go over those. I just so happen to pull UP RIGHT HERE.
JURY INSTRUCTION NUMBER ONE, the AutoKeyCard does not need to work.
A machine gun conversion device needs not to successfully convert A WEAPON TO FIRE FULLY AUTOMATIC. SO, WHAT ARE WE HERE FOR? I GOT MACHINE gun charges for something that doesn't even need to make a machine gun? Are you kidding me?
If the design is intended to do that.
No, the design was not, but that doesn't matter.
These commas and periods, they break up definitions. So, like, a machine gun definition has part that is solely and exclusively for converting a firearm to A MACHINE GUN, COMMA, NOT EVEN A PERIOD, COMMA, in combination of parts used for converting a firearm into a machine gun.
That's not verbatim, that's that's roughly what it says. Comma, THEY BREAK UP THAT definition and say these are qualifiers. So, when they write something like this and there's a period right there, that means this by itself is an instruction. A machine gun is a conversion device need not sex successfully convert a weapon to fire fully automatic.
IF IT IS DESIGNED AND INTENDED, which is [ __ ] to do that, it is a machine gun conversion device under the statute. So, they're saying even if it doesn't make a machine gun, under the statute, it's still a machine gun because they say so.
Number two, mens rea. This is knowledge of the crime. I got charged under conspiracy. One of the major elements of a conspiracy is you have to willfully break the law. They already have a back door for this. It's known or should have known. So, that that's already a back door they can slip through, but that wasn't good enough. Couldn't go through should have known. No, they had to add a jury instruction making sure that the jury knew that it doesn't matter whether I knew I was committing a crime or not.
They said it was a crime, therefore it's a crime, therefore it's a conspiracy.
The defendant The defendant knew the specific characteristics and features of the fire of the firearm that made it subject to regulation under the NFA.
That doesn't say the defendant willfully sold the machine gun conversion devices.
It doesn't say the descent the defendant willfully deceived buyers or willfully did this or willfully did that. No, they said the defendant knew.
They're already labeling it that I'm already guilty of the specific characteristics and features of of the the firearm that made it subject to regulation under the NFA uh for regulation and transfer record recording.
So, they took away the fact that it has to be a machine gun.
So, I'm here not because it's a machine gun. I'm not here because I willfully broke the law. What's left?
What is honestly left?
I made a distasteful YouTube video. I went to prison for years because I made a distasteful YouTube video.
Very upsetting.
That That's what I'm talking about here.
So, in the 11th Circuit we have two completely different standards depending on who you are. And that's why the story went absolutely crazy because it's not just my case that's like that. There's hundreds of cases out there like that. Why does this person get special treatment? Why are they not prosecuted by the full extent of the law?
Anyways, my appeal is still pending. Uh it's under prior and then the other two judges, they were not involved. Yes, I know it's probably stupid to make a video like this and piss off the judges or whatever. But, you know what?
They've already destroyed my life. I'm not going to allow them to also silence me because of it. I'm not going to live under the life of fear. Yes, they could come and arrest me today and make up some trumped-up charges and use some crazy jury instructions to convict me and whatever these trumped-up charges might be.
That's just something I have to deal with. I I can't live under fear and I'm not going to allow them to throttle my First Amendment by scaring the [ __ ] out of me. I I just can't do that. I can't let let win. So, that's why I'm making the video like this.
Uh anyway, shows how federal judges um pri- pri- pri- put themselves outside of the law.
Uh so, what do you think is worse?
Making a distasteful useful video, making a distasteful vi- making a distasteful YouTube video, or forcing someone into a voyeurism? And remember, this is during hours. So, these are public courtrooms. An underage kid could have came and sat in one of the benches and been forced into listen to this jaw- to this judge having an affair.
Why this wasn't a sex crime, I don't know. Cuz if you would have done this, well, 100%. If you were in front of a judge there, the prosecutor would have made the point, "Look, at any time a minor could have come in. A minor could have sat on that bench. There's nothing stopping the minors. The minor could have heard from that point what >> [sighs] >> sex crime.
Plain and simple, sex crime. Did they get No, they had to write a letter saying, "Sorry that I forced you to listen to me having an affair because that's what I get off on. I'm sorry for that, okay? And you know what?
I'm also going to get reprimanded in private. I'm going to have my name stricken from the record so nobody knows this happened so it doesn't mess with my future." Well, you know what? We figured out who you are. And I hope it does mess with your future.
Will I ever get any kind of real justice? No. Will they ever get any kind of real justice? No. What kind of real justice would I like to get? Uh number one, the ATF agent that committed perjury under a sworn affidavit.
There's no way the prosecutor did not pull the phone records at the ATF office. There's no way. No possible way.
They completely autistically dug through my entire life. Why would they not pull those records?
So, therefore, the prosecutor knew I called the ATF agent AND STILL ALLOWED THE ATF AGENT TO commit perjury and say never talked to me. I had no access to those records. The shop phone I called from, they only went back 30 days. That's why we requested those records.
Yeah, they definitely looked at those.
They definitely seen my phone call to the ATF office exactly when I said it would be and still that ATF agent lied under sworn affidavit saying he had no idea who I was and we had never had talking.
The ATF agent that took the stand and then admitted to destroying evidence that could have exonerated my name and then faking the machine gun test.
Will he ever file or face any sort of consequences?
Absolutely not.
No possible way.
And he stood there on the stand. Yes, I destroyed evidence. I destroyed a whole bunch of videos of the auto keycard not working and I had to try a whole bunch of times to make it fire more than once with a single pull of the trigger. And yes, I also had to fake the test. I had to use these special primers so that they could detonate with hammer follow and I basically induced a malfunction by jamming something in the fire control of a normal AR-15 and that's how we got it to make this video after we tried several several times and it kept failing. Finally, this video worked out and that's what we're showing in front of the courtroom. He said all this.
Is he ever going to face any sort of criminal charges? Absolutely not.
Is the prosecutor ever going to face any criminal charges? Look, my lawyer and everybody can tell me all they want that she's just a radical leftist and truly believes that what I did was broke the law.
I don't see it. I don't think there's any way you could dig through the facts of my case and not come to the conclusion that I believed what I was doing was lawful.
And that is the key element to all of this. It doesn't matter if I actually broke the law or not.
What matters is did I believe I broke the law? Did I willfully engage in a plan, a conspiracy to break the law. I just don't see how you can look through the facts of my case and come to that conclusion.
And she still prosecuted me anyway.
Absolutely ridiculous. So, will I ever see justice for any of the crimes committed against me? Absolutely not.
Will that judge ever have any sort of justice committed against them for and getting involved in a sex crime?
Absolutely not. That's what's so upsetting about this. Anyways, appreciate you guys watching my videos.
