Modern college football has become so transactional that coaches are forced to engage in unethical recruiting practices (tampering) to compete, creating a cycle where those who try to do things the right way are disadvantaged, and the NCAA's failure to address this systemic issue has created an environment where fear of losing drives coaches to compromise their integrity and the mission of developing players.

Coach JB Reacts To Pete Golding CLAPPING BACK At Dabo Swinney's TAMPERING Allegations!Added:
Oh, Miss Pete Golden was talking about tampering accusations from Clemson head coach Davo Sweeney, saying, and I quote, "I'm not going to sit up here and say whatever we did or what we didn't do.
Was it right or was it wrong?" But, you know, when you go through what we went through and what we're seeing day in and day out, some things you feel like shouldn't matter that they're making a big deal about. Uh >> he goen said uh you know he's told old miss confidants that the NCAA knows he's willing to take down competitors if the rebels are hit with tapering penalties.
Um he's basically he basic he pulling out a Nino Brown. He said mother if you take me down I'm taking all y'all down with me. I'm leaving here with something. So you want to you want to hunt old Miss Pete Golden. Everybody want to talk that talk and and walk that walk. We gonna walk it all the way. So do what you want to do ina. But I'm I'm coming. balls. So, um, listen man, tampering has been going on for a long time and and especially in today's game, in today's era with the payforplay and he's right that Old Miss didn't start this [ __ ] and and it's not going to stop with them either. The fact that we're sitting here and and and we're trying to point the finger at at Golden and Old Miss like like they're the only ones doing it. I don't like that. And I don't like the fact that all these other coaches out here crying over spilled milk and and and and mad and this that and I know JB going to have a little bit of a different opinion because I think you talk about this before and I get it.
Listen, I'm not saying taming is good but everybody do it. It's kind of like baseball in the steroid era. Steroids ain't good but everybody doing it. So [ __ ] it then. And we all doing we all cheat. We all cheating. So it's fair play in in in this game. So that's wrong man homie. But go ahead.
I I'm just tired of these [ __ ] dry snitching on each other.
>> Yeah.
>> It's kind of [ __ ] made that all of them are talking about each other now. I'm just be honest. I gotta be honest. Uh it's just starting to become ridiculous.
Like one guy's advocating for 40 playoff teams because he don't want to be fired.
The other guy is talking about pulling out of the conference or the NCAA.
>> Uh the other guy's talking about [ __ ] what he did and and and if I did do it, so what? That's basically what this [ __ ] just said. Like >> you sound like OJ, if I did it. You remember you wrote the book If I Did It.
>> Like this shit's getting ridiculous. Uh at the end of the day, I think they forgotten, they have forgotten the mission statement of what coaches are supposed to be about. And listen, it's all in fairness to the coaches who are trying to do it the right way. The NCAA has pulled the rug from underneath them as well, though. So it's not as easy as it sounds. Oh, just do you. Be professional. Do the [ __ ] you're supposed to do. still mentor and and fundamentally coach your kids and teach them how to do right and wrong on and off the field. Blah blah blah blah blah.
That is no longer the case. You can't do it no more. When it becomes transactional, I saw a picture yesterday video of a of a kid, a young man out there flossing with some cash in his hand like a [ __ ] IG model. He had a bunch of [ __ ] on him. He's out there with the [ __ ] uh his new Bentley or whatever the [ __ ] car he had. He had uh he was showing some [ __ ] chains, some [ __ ] He not even playing nowhere and he's in he's in the portal.
>> Damn.
>> And I'm sitting there thinking when you becomes transactional as it has. You giving 17 to 21 year old kids who come from nothing all this money at once and you expect them to not do that is actually the ignorant part. And that's the NCAA's fault. Period. Point blank.
like you've created this monster and now you're not going to ever be able to get it back unless something dramatic happens. And then even if it does dramatically happen and you pull it from underneath and you make it go back kind of like it was, then you're going to have a revolt. You're going to have some [ __ ] like, "Oh man, the homie got paid and now I don't get paid no more." Like, you're going to have a big old issue, dog. So, I don't know how you fix this.
I don't care. Maybe start with getting a commissioner of football, which is asinine to me that they don't have one.
Uh maybe start there and you start over and that's how you ease it in. Oh, we're going to do a commissioner now now. And then you make that commissioner start being the hammer and start kind of taking over and then you have to blame him. If you have to blame him, blame him. And then that's maybe how the NCAA gets away with it because you know that the judge and executioner. You know, they're always going to wipe their hands clean of this. So they go get a commissioner now. He's the [ __ ] And then you start to pull money or start to change how it's worked or how it's done or formatted. I don't know how what you do, but this snitching and [ __ ] on each other on me is ridiculous because to me it tells me that you're in stretch lines trying to steal players. You're in [ __ ] their homes lying on coaches.
You're dirty macking everybody up.
You're salulting everybody's game. [ __ ] that we never used to do, homie. You you you would see [ __ ] made coaches do it, but they never got the kid. I I never I never got dirty maced and lost a kid.
And I never had to dirty mac one coach.
They real recognize real at the end of the day. The kid wants genuine. and he wants real. He don't want no fake [ __ ] talking [ __ ] behind another grown man's back in his house with his mama eating dinner. That's what they that's what the the the the shitty coach does. So, if you're that good and you're at a big time program like Old Miss or [ __ ] Tennessee or [ __ ] Florida, like why would you need to do that? To me, it makes it it's makes you weak. It makes you look weak as [ __ ] as a man. Um that's where I'm at with it. Because if you're happen to be that weak, Smitty, how do you call yourself a leader of men?
I >> I I don't understand. Is is actually an oxymoron. How are you a leader of men when you're out here backstabbing, dirty macking, talking [ __ ] about every other man in your profession? You're supposed to be the bigger man and go go do Nick Sabin [ __ ] Go do Pete Carol [ __ ] Go win. And uh I I don't see it, man. I think everyone's scared of losing. Um and that's what they're doing. And they're so scared of losing now that they making excuses pre. So they're p they're making excuses prior to going into battle because they already think or know they're going to lose.
>> And that's that's the craziest part about this whole thing. If you think about it macro-wise, this is what it is.
These [ __ ] are so scared, homie. They're more [ __ ] than the player.
>> Man, that's crazy. Let me ask you this real quick before we move on. And that's a serious topic. Have you ever dirty maced in the streets when it comes to like actually getting women ever in your life? Even as a young?
>> Nope.
>> You ain't You ain't never been like, "Man, that's >> you with that over there."
>> Never did that, homie. I I And I think it translated over to coaching.
>> Like, you know what I'm saying? Like, it it translated over to coaching. Like if you needed to like tell a girl, you know, like, "Hey, I know boy, little you not you, you know, you you not happy with that little wee wee. Come on over here." You know what I'm saying? Like if you had to do that, there's one time like I said, "Hey, now let me let me give you the let me give you the thing. We're in the club.
We was in this club, right? Long Beach back in the day. We was in this club. It was little my little sister."
>> Yeah. And uh and she was dancing on the dance floor.
I saw her peeped her.
>> Yeah.
>> Yeah. I was younger though. I was fly, you know.
>> Had the white pro club.
>> White white pro club.
>> The titanium with the football.
>> Yeah. Yeah.
>> Um fresh off playing, you know, in shape, you know, >> clean head, shave head, >> shave, you know, red chisel. 220. 220.
Yeah. 220 Air Max >> um sweats >> back in the day.
>> Tattoos yet or not yet?
>> Yeah. Oh yeah.
>> Ted up.
>> Tank top. Probably tank top on in the club. Yeah.
>> So [ __ ] all that. Be that as man.
Um she was dancing [ __ ] and I went over there and whispered in her ear why she was dancing with her buddy.
>> What you What did you say to her homie?
>> I just said give you know drop that zero. get with this hero >> and walked off >> and she and I said, "Come on over here.
I know you ain't have I said, "You look miserable." I whispered her ear. I said, "You look miserable." That's a long whisper, homie.
>> But no, that's what I really said. I said, "You look miserable, girl." And she looked at me and smiled and I KNEW IT WAS RAP.
>> That's hard. So, is that is that is that considered dirty macking then? Once at least one time, I guess technically.
>> Yeah, cuz I didn't Oh, boy. I didn't know him. [ __ ] him.
>> It's still Dirty Mackin though. No, it was just he was she was he was just dancing on the floor like it was just one of them things. I said, "You look miserable." She looked miserable and I I tried to save her on me.
>> Did you save it?
>> I [ __ ] that night.
All my pops on. Yeah.
>> Was it good or >> All right.
Waste of time on me.
>> You know, there's nothing worse than a whitewash sister as a white boy.
>> A whitewashed sister.
>> Yeah. She was whitewashed. She liked white boys. I could tell she liked white boys. And I and I always tried to avoid the sister that like white boys. I tried to take the white the sister from y'all because I knew that was a real sister.
She would [ __ ] she had ass. She wanted to she'll [ __ ] back. All that type of [ __ ] The white girl acting sister, she just sit there and I I never like that.
I didn't respect that. I needed the sister to talk [ __ ] >> You ever been in the strip club and like you're standing up and the girl's in front of you and she's like on all fours shaking her ass and then she like uses her heel. all fours >> and she like cuz she's on like the couch part so she's and she like uses her heels >> to like >> wrap around your leg and like bring you in.
>> Oh yeah.
>> You know what I'm talking about?
>> Yeah.
>> And like now you're like trapped >> and you you smell it.
