I'm trying to improve on that, but through therapy because my I I did search out So, my therapist that I was going to for long-term, and then my therapist that I am currently seeing, I did I did search therapists who have experience with borderline personality disorder. We do a lot of cognitive behavioral therapy and dialective behavioral therapy to not necessarily undo my thinking, but the thinking patterns that I have, how to improve them and and change them into a healthier what into a healthier way of thinking.
