I just arrived in Munich.

I just got my smallest car.
Uh some kind of Seat or whatever it is.
At least here is a small car play.
2 hours drive and I will be there.
Okay, let's start.
I haven't slept all night.
And to drive in Germany without sleeping it's not so easy.

I have been here once.
Last time on summer when I was competing, I stayed exactly the same room.
I really like it.

The view is so amazing from here.

One of the best gym where I have been.
The atmosphere is so [snorts] nice.
So many equipment.
I even don't know how to use them.
It's crazy.
Today it's no training for me. I just came from the physiotherapy plant. It felt so amazing.
But tomorrow I start training.
And yeah.
They will do some bicycle and easy stuff.
What a dumbbell collection.
That's crazy.
Every strongman, every powerlifter dream gym it is.
And this is the famous deadlift machine.
I have a never tried.
But let's go to the powerlifting area as well.
It's really good.

Today just warm up bicycle little bit and I will just work out 1 hour because it's open today only to 12:00 and I just woke up 2 hours ago got really big breakfast after this kind breakfast wasn't possible to come so they were training Today I will just do some other exercise and just moving my body.
Tomorrow will start work again and I really have really big hopes for this place.
These two days what I have been here it's have given me so much hope.
Uh just do session with physi- and it's have released my pain a little bit.
It's more comfortable to walk.
We have big plans but I will talk about this I think after week when I'm done here because I've said I got back motivation to pull 500 next year in Eisenhauer competition and uh at minimum new master record first 480 but I must get my goal 500 then I would be happy then I could say I have done everything in the deadlift I have break every dream.
This is the only goal what I still want to go.
About strongman, I can say finally strongest part is over for me.
Uh it's so hard to do that but my body is is totally out from strongman movement. It's not possible to physically.
Uh I haven't talk talk about much about my situation but my body situation right now it's really bad.
I have surgery time September they want to change my shoulder.
First one then rehab then they want to change second shoulder implement they want to do put it uh maybe they want to replace my knee as well but that's why I am here.
I don't want to replace my knee.
Uh there is one possibility I will get answer next week we will visit some doctor.
Is it possible to do half knee replacement?
If it's working for me it's depend what condition my knee is and if it's this kind uh situation it's helps then we have plans to do that operation.
They said it's no limit to lift 500 with half knee but if I need all all knee replacement then we just don't do that. We keep training hardly smartly what is the most important and no more stupid mistakes what I have used to do like uh no more squat for me never ever.
Uh I will replace this with total other exercise and [ __ ] I'm positive right now and motivated.
These two days what I have been here it's so cool.
The atmosphere this gym best in the world and the help but excuse me I really appreciate it's it's so so important for me.

And I think it's coming long long year and many many videos how I will get to the 500 and believe me I will.
