According to arrest documents, that envelope included a check for $47 to pay that bill. Police say David Moses got a hold of that check though, then went to the Wilson Bank and Trust in Antioch to cash it. Metro Police say the amount of the check had been changed to $1,400.
MMPD used bank surveillance images to confirm Moses as their suspect. Moses is charged with felony forgery and theft.
