[00:00:00]I didn't read the file. I do I don't read the file. We have a number of cases every day. I don't read every single case unless we're going to resolve the case or we're setting it for a trial or for preliminary examination.

[00:00:13]I saw the the charges I had sent defense I didn't know who the defense attorney was probably leading up to that day. I I shared discovery and we sent we adjourned it to review the file. Both defense counsel reviewed it. I've reviewed it and now we're back today after reviewing the file and upon reviewing it I've noticed these uh um these events that transpired in this case.
