Uh if you want to get out of the self of trauma, you have to become present.
And when you are truly present, that is what opens the gates of the heart.
Because to be present means to invite in all of the energies and information that you will be present to when you're not censoring or limiting your presence, right? So, presence is a state of total vulnerability.
So, the self of trauma is never going to agree to be in a state of presence, at least not more than a second or two, and then start thinking again or having an itch somewhere or some other distraction from presence.
