Wannabe Gangster Thinks He Can Outsmart The Cops (He Can’t)Added:
What y'all got me to tell you for? Your grandparents are both dead. They have both been murdered violently and you got blood on you. Yeah. This is 24-year-old Jordan King and he just walked into the interrogation room thinking he can get away with killing his grandparents.
>> Why not to make it seem like I did something to my grandparents? Man, I didn't do [ __ ] to my grandparents. I love my grandparents and you tell me my granddaddy got beat with something. What the [ __ ] I'm going to do that for? If anything, I'm going to beat somebody about my granddaddy. And what I've got is I've got your grandmother who's dead and I've got your grandfather who's dead and you've got blood all over you. I I believe that you killed your grandma and your grandpa.
>> killed nobody, man. I ain't killed nobody. Is y'all going to let me go quick? No, I'm not letting you go.
>> [sighs] >> On February 22nd, 2024, deputies were called to a home in Pensacola for a welfare check. Inside, they found 77-year-old Clayborn King dead in a pool of blood and 76-year-old Andrea King in another room with injuries to her neck.
Jordan, who lived with them, told police he had left the night before [music] and had been wandering ever since. But as detectives began digging into the timeline and questioning Jordan, things didn't add up. There were bloody barefoot footprints throughout the house and signs someone had tried to clean up before leaving. Now sitting in that interrogation room, Jordan tried to explain what happened, but what he didn't realize was that the truth had already been left behind inside that house. Y'all treat me like like like a criminal like I did something wrong. You picked me up off the streets and my feet were scratched and I ain't do [ __ ] Who am I talking to? I can tell you child left from there. Can I see them? I did.
I'll let you know. Can I sit down in the seat?
I still have rights. Since I haven't been charged with anything, so I'm asking you, can I sit down in the seat, sir? I still have rights.
[clears throat] I'm about to decide what y'all do here.
Clay King, what's something going on?
Yeah, something's going on. Um, how long you lived with them? All my life. Since I got out of prison, I don't know in between. I probably stayed with them.
Okay. And you said all your life have So, you've been with them like >> grandma and grandpa.
>> So, before you went to prison, were you staying with them, too? Yeah, somewhere.
I don't know. I stayed with my mom. My mom passed away, but it's always going over there. I got you. I got you. When did your mom pass away? February 23rd.
Is something wrong with my grandma and my grandpa? Yeah, there is something wrong with your grandma and grandpa. Um, they've been found dead. What?
>> So, they've been found dead in the house.
Um, and so we need to talk to you about it. So, I mean, especially with you living there. What you mean they found my daddy dead? How did they die? How was it when they found them dead in the house? They were both murdered.
Murdered? That is correct.
So, we need to talk about it. We need to talk about that and and figure that out.
So, when's the last time you saw your grandma and grandpa?
>> and my granddaddy? When you saw my grandma and my granddaddy? We found them today. When's the last time you saw your grandma and granddaddy?
Last night. When last night? When I seen I told my grandma I told my grandma I was going for a walk around Fox Run and I went for a walk and I just kept going and I haven't been home since. So, tell me about this. Like kind of walk me through what happened.
>> on. Hold on. Hold on. How did they die?
They're murdered. When you say murdered, what you mean? They were shot? We're still working on it.
We're still working on trying to >> got me to what y'all got me to tell you for? Man, that [ __ ] is crazy at all.
Damn. Well, and the bottom line is if you weren't there, you have nothing to worry about, right? But the bottom line is we have to figure out what happened.
You live there and you're not there now.
They're both dead and all we want to do is get answers to find out what happened. I can't tell my I can't tell my daddy that I'm having problems with people in the streets doing the gang activity. I'm telling her and and my granddaddy on a daily basis what's going on and they won't believe it. And they won't believe what's going on. My stepdaddy has a full understanding of what's going on. Well, tell me.
I'm I'm here to listen to you. I want to know what's going on cuz I want to figure out what happened to them. I mean, this is this is your grandma and grandpa. You've been with them your whole life, right? That's what you told me. Man, this [ __ ] wild as [ __ ] man.
I don't know what Man, I left at 6:00 last night. The last thing my grandma said was all right, be careful. You know to call when you come back. She gave me $10. I told her I was going to walk up to Tom's phone and I just ended up going to Fox Run and cutting up.
>> Where did you stay last night? I stayed nowhere. I $10 ain't going to give me enough for no hotel room. I got that, but you had to Did you just walk around all night?
>> around literally all night. You can you can ask the Dollar General lady. I came all the way where I was at. The Dollar General where I was around where the officer picked me up at. I walked all the way over there. Okay. Getting out [clears throat] of prison, I can just walk. Jordan began by claiming he hadn't been at home at all the day his grandparents died as that night he was out all night walking around. Yet if that was true, CCTV would have captured Jordan somewhere, yet there was no sign of him.
What you supposed to move? Head [ __ ] ass. What the [ __ ] you can't say [ __ ] to me. In the car.
>> Listen. Listen. [ __ ] shut the [ __ ] up. Now, imagine seeing so much more.
Well, that's why we went all out and decided to create channels in every niche which are still based on true crime for you to enjoy. I mean, who doesn't like seeing people's reactions like these? I had to tell on you. I want to cry. Oh my god.
Hey, Jesus. From no commentary to just [music] interrogation because I know some of you guys hate that. But that's not the end. We really enjoy what we are building. So, we have an exclusive Patreon community where they get firsthand [music] access to anything we post and all uncensored footage and images. And some of the things are truly horrifying.
How often do you leave the house and not come home?
A lot because I just got out of prison.
So, I like to get to walk. So, it's hard for you to sit still or >> It's not hard for me to sit still. It's just I like to go out. I guess somebody else come pick me up. I just go out with them or I just go for a walk or some [ __ ] like that or just sit out there on the front porch and smoke a Black & Mild with man. So, why didn't you go home last night?
>> Cuz I was just walking. By the time I went down there, I already told my grandma I was going to try to get a hotel room. How often do you stay in a hotel? A lot. She she got me a lot of hotel rooms. But she didn't go get you one last night, right? Mhm.
How come she didn't go get you one last night if that's what you were going to do? Because I had I had $10. I told her I was going to try to get a hotel room in Key West, man. Well, you and I both know you ain't getting a hotel room with $10.
>> Key West, man, I know a little girl used to work there in 2018. I got arrested. I had to give her $5 and she actually gave me a hotel room for $5. I had the longest police chase from Beauty Chantilly. And I went on the run with a warrant and when I seen her, I was like, man, this is I need a hotel room. What can you do for me? So, I'll write you give me the money. And so, I was going to go there and see can I get a hotel room for that cheap cuz you know the Key West Inn which I think it's called something else now, but in the road I came on, I just saw Motel 6. It was way down there. But you can ask the lady at Motel 6 did she see me. So, you don't stay anywhere last night. So, what did you do? Tell me what you did today.
Well, I was walking long when I was walking back.
I'm I'm I'm calling my grandma. I'm calling my daddy.
I'm calling people trying to see what's going on. Can they pick me up and give me a ride? I'm calling.
Well, nobody answered the phone.
I didn't know I was a suspect. I didn't know I couldn't be no suspect. They're my grandparents. Well, I mean, you live in the house and you're not there when this happens.
And to be honest with you, I got another concern. When they brought you in today, you had blood all over your face. Oh, what they talking about blood on my face? I had blood on the back of my heel from from my shoes being tied that I had size nines. Mhm.
So, what's interesting is is your your granddaddy is beat pretty bad.
What you mean he beat? There's a lot of blood.
A lot of blood all over that room. What you mean there's blood? Blood all over the room. That's what I said. How many ways can that mean? Can someone mean that? I don't know, man. I just got to say that I don't want to hear that [ __ ] man. About my granddaddy, man. You told me he got beat. You not coming at me like I had something to do with this [ __ ] man. I ain't I ain't You told me blood on my face. I ain't got no blood on my face.
>> You did have blood on your face and you got blood on your feet.
>> Okay. And you know what And you know what else? There's bloody footprints all through the hallway. Man. Back and forth to your bedroom.
Okay, so man, one Back and forth to the bathroom. One thing I know for two things for certain, I ain't do [ __ ] So, whatever y'all going to do, if y'all going to charge me with something, charge me. If y'all going to let me go, let me go. But my grandparents are dead.
Well, I get that. You love your grandparents to death which is why I think something bad happened and I think you made a mistake.
Who made a mistake? You. What you mean you think I made a mistake? Just what I said. If you love your grandparents, What What then that tells me you didn't do this intentionally. Intentionally?
You think I did this?
>> Oh, well, I absolutely think you did that. One thing I know for two things for certain, I ain't do [ __ ] to my grandparents, man. Then then tell me who would. Then tell me why someone would do this to your grandparents.
>> It was the gangs. Tell me. You you keep saying that, but you won't talk about it.
But you want me to accept that. And what I've got is I've got your grandmother who's dead and I've got your grandfather who's dead. Now, what you saying is And there's blood everywhere in the house.
>> you got emotional, right? And you got and you got blood all over you. So, you got to understand how that looks from my perspective.
>> ain't got no goddamn blood on me, man.
And you coming at You got blood on you.
Where did I believe this from? And it's going to sound crazy when I say it. And I'm going to bring this up which I really don't believe that it is. Should anything come up with you saying towards me, I was injected with a neuro swarm while I was at Santa Rosa CI illegally. That's AI technology. Every time I try to speak on what's going on, people try to make me like I'm crazy.
People try to make me like I don't know what I'm talking about. I don't want to talk to you like you're crazy.
You know what that is, sir? I want the truth.
>> know what that is?
Tell me about that. The detective was taking a very direct approach with Jordan, >> [music] >> especially since it was Jordan's uncle, the one who called the police, who told them to look for him as the person responsible. And in this moment, investigators showed Jordan the writing found on the wall, something that would be difficult for him to explain away.
You just said neuro swarm to me. That's written on the wall in your bedroom.
Man, I wrote that like four days ago.
What?
They killed my family. Man, it was so much [ __ ] going on in that house. Many people breaking in and out of the house.
It was so much [ __ ] going on in that house, but days and days and days. Man, I got a neuro swarm illegally implanted by government. These people have been trying to kill me for money. People are doing all type of [ __ ] to the house. All type of [ __ ] to me. Like, man, that [ __ ] crazy. AI is artificial intelligence Who's Who's these people?
>> Hey, the government. The government doing this [ __ ] cuz man. Why you? Why is the government targeting you? Cuz I was talking about [ __ ] I shouldn't have been talking about on the door when I was at Santa Rosa CI. These people have artificial intelligence on my phone. And when I go to talk about certain things, they would just cut the app completely off my phone.
They got me on my phone with what?
Since I got out this time in LA, if I get if I get x-rayed with microscopic technology in my foot, I can guarantee it'll come back that I got a nervous worm on my foot. Tell me more about this nervous worm. I ain't talking about no goddamn nervous worm. You talking about my grandma and my granddaddy dead. And that [ __ ] right there was over in 4 days ago. Okay. Well, the bottom line is your grand your grandma and your granddaddy are still dead. And if you think this had something to do with it, I don't want to try to figure that out. Cuz right now what I've got is I got your grandma [clears throat] and granddaddy dead.
>> Okay. I understand >> I understand that you got my grandma and granddaddy dead. But I ain't have [ __ ] to do with it. You talking about blood on my face. I feel it's my nervous I feel it's my nervous worm. Cuz it's a nervous worm on my foot. Hell, y'all wrote that on the wall when I'm when I'm hearing all type of weird [ __ ] going on in the house.
>> told me you wrote that on the wall 4 days ago. Now you're saying I wrote it on the wall. No, that's what I just said that I wrote it. I never said you. You don't You ain't going to do that, sir.
That's what it sounded like you said.
>> I'm not trying to go back and forth. Why you trying to argue with me and what find out and make it seem like I did something to my grandparents. Man, I didn't do [ __ ] to my grandparents. I love my grandparents. And you talking about my granddaddy got beat with something? What the [ __ ] I'm going to do that for? If anything, I'm going to beat somebody about my granddaddy, man. I'm not doing them. I don't know what happened.
Tell me more about this nervous worm. I mean these people that sent the robots I had a problem with, man. I was going I was beefing with the water.
Donald Levins and these people actually injected with this in my foot. And when I got out, I tried to get x-rays for it.
They said I needed medical. I wrote the FBI three different um letting them know the situation. My name I wrote three of those. Every time I finish it and hit accept, it just shuts out on. These people watch and monitor me all day for months at a time. Artificial intelligence can make videos pop on your phone. Like dude, man, this [ __ ] crazy, dog. And when I go to talk about this type of [ __ ] it'll make it seem like something wrong with me or they'll just put me in the mental health ward.
Nobody's actually going to try to see what I'm talking about. My step father knows what's going on.
This [ __ ] crazy, man.
>> And I'm not trying to make a scene.
That's it. I'm trying to get you to tell me about this. I'm not worried about this [ __ ] Can you just Can you just let me know right now that you'll help me get a x-ray for my foot and what's going on?
So what's in your foot? Tell me about that. A nervous worm. Okay. Tell me more about a nervous worm. I don't know what a nervous worm A nervous worm reads your mind. It allows you to talk to you. And that's the sound crazy because if you look it up online, it's actually a thing, sir. And Why did they put it in your foot? Why not in your head?
Dude, I mean it's something that I guess can hit your nerve and um tap straight to some of your brain. Okay. I mean you do have nerves in your feet that connect to your brain. I guess I could see that.
So what is it you know that would cause somebody to put this I don't want to talk about this [ __ ] no more, man. You talking about my grandma and my granddaddy dead. All I got, man.
But if it's connected I I mean What you mean connected? Here's the problem It ain't nothing about being connected, man. If I need a lawyer, I ain't talking about nothing else. You trying to make it seem like I did something So you want a lawyer?
Is that what I'm hearing?
>> You coming at me like I did [ __ ] That's how you trying to shoot at me, man. I did 5 years in prison, right? And I've been in the county jail like three times. At what point in this conversation have I not been straight with you? I've told you your grandparents are dead. I've told you you came in with blood. I told you I'm trying to figure out how those two things are connected if they are connected.
>> I'm glad that you actually told me what's going on cuz they actually didn't want to tell me all the way from the Carter Hill. Okay, so you let me know what's going on. That [ __ ] don't That [ __ ] ain't good, man. I don't care nothing cuz you told me, man. My grandma and my granddaddy dead. You talking about my granddaddy got beat? Yeah. I'm telling you facts. Yeah, I know you you telling me facts cuz you're the police.
Yeah, I know that that's a fact. But then that [ __ ] crazy if you trying to direct it at me. Okay, you want to find out why I went What happens when it's your granddaddy's blood on your face?
What you mean what happens? It's not my granddaddy's blood on my face. There ain't no blood on my face. There was blood on your face. Man, if that lady tell me about the blood on my face, that lady set me up. It's not no blood on my goddamn face, man.
Okay. Well, there's photographs of blood on your face. And when that blood comes out to be your grandpa's, I mean you understand how that looks.
It ain't going to look like that. It ain't no There ain't no way that could happen.
Cuz what I'm trying to do is get an explanation from you.
Cuz some of the things that you're saying are interesting. And I want to know more about it. Jordan continued denying, yet slowly evidence was starting to pile up on him. And it was only a matter of time before it was too much to deny. What I keep telling you are facts. I keep telling you that your grandparents are dead. And I keep telling you that you have blood on you.
And that it You were the only person who lives in the house.
And that's how it looks. I'm just being straight with you. I wasn't in the house when this [ __ ] happened. For one, what I'm trying to tell you. Well, how do you know when it happened? What do you mean how I know when it happened? Couldn't have when I was there. So that's when it happened. I wasn't there when that [ __ ] happened. I didn't have to do no [ __ ] at all to my grandparents. You talking about blood on my face. That [ __ ] ain't going to come back. If anything, it's my grandparents. And it ain't with no blood on my face in the first place. There was blood on your face. So how did the blood get there? So instead of instead of This is why I said cuz things like this happen. Due to me having this nervous worm on my foot, and these people know what's going on. Because last time I was in the office they were [ __ ] with my trays, had me third serving trays, and all type of [ __ ] And and making little jokes about it. Walking past myself doing like this cuz the [ __ ] they put in my [ __ ] trays would smell like [ __ ] nasty. So I just stopped eating that [ __ ] man.
But this type of [ __ ] that happens when these people actually have technology that can do this to people and they don't want these people on the streets to see about what's going on.
Man, every time I go do something out I get threats. This is I doing this. It's illegal Man, this [ __ ] illegal as [ __ ] they doing. If I get a x-ray, which not how I'm going to do it when they cool people in the county jail, they just going to [ __ ] it up and probably make it look like something else. But when you going through with the police, this type of [ __ ] they do, man. I did not do anything at all to my grandparents at all. I told you what time I left. I told you where I went. I'm not talking about that [ __ ] no more, man. I'm not talking about that. It's not even a debate for me to go back and forth talking about doing something to my grandparents.
Hell, no. I love them people to death.
I'm trying to find out what happened to my grandparents, man. Me, too. Yeah, that's what we have in common. That's what we need to do cuz I damn sure ain't do it. You sitting here accusing me. I love them people, man. I just told you I had problems and had problems with people on the street. That's all it could be. What And why would those people come in and do that to your grandparents? Gang problems. This is the type of [ __ ] that goes on. What gang problems? I can't I'm not at See, that's the See, that's where we get to every time. You don't want to tell me about it.
You want me to accept it and you want me to believe the things that you're saying, but you don't want to talk about it.
Am I being detained? You are absolutely being detained.
Okay, how long am I being detained? Am I being charged? That is a strong possibility right now. I don't know how.
You got blood on you.
You You were the only other person who lives in the house. You were not present. Your grandparents are both dead. They have both been murdered violently. And you got blood on you. Why the [ __ ] open the violence my grandparents, my family? It's my grandma and granddad. Hey, [ __ ] happens between people, man. Man, I ain't had no goddamn blood on me, man. I ain't had no goddamn blood on me, dog. Like I get it. Like it >> [clears throat] >> I could see Like I could see a scenario where you're talking about this and your grandparents Would Would your grandparents listen to you about this stuff when you talk about it? Hell, yeah. This is my grandparent. I understand you. But I'm just wondering if maybe they got tired of listening to it. And they pushed back.
>> into it. Just what I said. What do you mean my grandma and my granddaddy? These are These people love me and I love them. I can come I can come talk to them about anything. But clearly something happened. Yeah, clearly something happened. If my grandparent dead, I don't I ain't have nothing to do with it. If that's what y'all trying to insinuate, man, this [ __ ] I'm not trying to insinuate it. I point-blank told you that I think you had something to do with it. And I'm asking you for an explanation of how you didn't. Because again, we're looking at the facts. And I've got blood that I guarantee is going to match your feet from your grandpa's room where he's at to your bedroom to the bathroom and then out of the house. And you say it's a guarantee?
If so, if you guarantee that and it does come back that's what it is, which is not because I don't know what the [ __ ] you talking about. I ain't got nothing to do with that. That's my granddaddy. That's y'all playing games. Because you having knowledge that I have I'm not playing any games. I'm telling you what I have.
I mean what? And I'm being straight with you. So you keep saying I I'm insinuating No, I'm not insinuating. I'm point-blank saying I I I believe that you killed your grandma and your grandpa. I ain't killed nobody, man.
Okay. I ain't killed nobody. Is y'all going to let me go cuz No, I'm not letting you go. What you mean you're not letting me go? How am I going to let you go? Man, I ain't do [ __ ] to nobody, man.
It's easy to say that, but the evidence looks a little different. You crazy as hell, man. So what? I'm being charged with this?
Potentially. Man, hell, no, man. I will let you know when I make that decision.
So let me go where? Murder.
Two counts. Man, you tripping, man. My grandparents? Yeah. Yeah, your grandparents.
What's your name, sir? Martinez. What's your name, sir? Mark Little. Little? I told you that when I walked in. Hey, look, I ain't do [ __ ] This is my grandparent, man.
I would not do no [ __ ] like this. These are my family. My blood. No forced entry into the house. What does that mean?
Man, they got a code They got a code on the door and they leave the door unlocked. Who only knows the code?
Nobody knows the code, but if you leave the door unlocked Doors unlocked. My grandma leaves the door unlocked all the time. I'm not saying that's what happened, but you talking about no forced entry into the house. It's easy to say that. Problem is I I think something happened.
I think something happened yesterday between you guys.
I think there's been stuff going on for a little while.
I think they're concerned with some of the stuff you're saying.
Y'all trying to pull this [ __ ] on me, man. Y'all got the wrong person, man.
Y'all got the wrong person. If you going to charge me, which I know you probably ain't because I definitely didn't have [ __ ] to do with it. Or if you going to let me go, let me go, man. But man, you talking about blood on my face. Yeah, there's blood on your face. What the What's that shoe you wear?
I wear size 9. They're only 2. You're talking about all this stuff being on your phone, people messing with your phone.
I can I can actually look in your phone and figure that out. That happened.
You're not going to tell the truth. You know that You probably know people in the FBI. Oh, I You not going to You with these people, man. Yeah, I'm not I'm not a huge fan of people in the FBI, so I mean you got to worry about that. We got that in common. Jordan had actually been serving a 5-year sentence for armed robbery and had only been released a short time before this. Throughout his life, he had been involved in gang activity, robberies, and street life.
Over time, he began experiencing paranoia, something that would soon play a major role in this case. What is a lie?
>> The blood's there. So give me an explanation for how the blood gets there if it's not grandpa's blood.
It ain't going to be my granddaddy's blood. I got a cut on the on the back of my heel with one of them tight ass shoes that my my my skin could peel back on.
You see that [ __ ] Yeah, well, I see it. I see Yeah, you're right. You got a blister, but that's not going to get blood on your face. And that's not bleeding. But what I can tell you is there's dry blood on the bottom of your feet. I I see it. Dry got on the bottom of my feet? There's dry blood on the bottom of your feet. Get Put your Put your foot up on your leg. I'm not doing none of that, man, cuz I don't know what type of games you playing.
>> I'm not playing a game. I'm just going to show you. All I'm going to do is point. Now Now I know you don't believe that I can sit in this room and make blood appear on your feet just by pointing at them. I know you're not going to say that.
>> can say what you want. Say what you want, but I walked around barefoot yesterday. I didn't have no socks. Okay.
Let me see your feet.
>> I'm not doing that, man.
>> Put your feet up.
>> You're not going to make it look like no type of way I'll be in it and in this room.
>> I'm not trying to make >> While I'm on camera. I'm not trying to make you anything.
>> That camera recording. Yeah. So So then I can't do anything, can I? How am I going to do All I'm asking is look at your feet. That's all I'm asking. Cuz when you just put your foot up there, I can see there's dry blood on it. All I'm going to do is point to you and show you what I'm talking about. You know what else I see? I see blood right there on your pants. It's right there.
And maybe that's blood.
>> Man, that's not blood, man. Look here, man. That's >> Let's stop. All right.
>> tell Come on, man. You know I be telling you I be playing games, man.
>> I'm not playing a game.
>> Blood. You always talking about blood.
Swear to it. I ain't do [ __ ] Swear to it. You ain't going to come back and tell my granddaddy [ __ ] You talking about blood, blood, blood. Man, I don't got time to play, man. Cuz you talking about my granddaddy and my grandma being killed. Yeah?
>> You like you said that, blood. Huh? Just lift your foot. Lift your foot up.
>> I'm not doing none of that [ __ ] man.
Lift your foot.
>> doing none of that, man. Yeah. Cuz you know there's blood on the bottom >> You know there's blood on the bottom of your feet.
>> Okay, well then You know that. Because you walked around in the damn house with it. You know there's blood on the bottom of your feet. And all we're doing right now is playing games. And I'm trying to get to the bottom of it and figure out what happened to your grandparents.
>> What's What's also interesting, Jordan, is when we told you that we found your parents or grandparents dead, you said you found them dead in the house. We didn't ever tell you where we found them. They not going to be They not going to be nowhere else. How did you know that? You guys not expect I left.
You weren't there.
I left at 6:00. They don't go out and drive after 6:00.
My grandma and my granddaddy old as hell. I know my grandparents, man. They going to be at the house watching Westerns and cooking. And look look how fast you were ready to jump off this mine.
Cuz you acting like I did it to these people. Say what you want to say and say what you want.
>> You did do it to these people. These people? That's your grand parents, man.
There's blood on the end of your foot all over the house.
Yeah, that was the case. Yeah, that's what I said. And that's a fact. And you And you left And you left bloody pants in your room.
And whatever. You trying to make it all this [ __ ] up.
>> Okay, I'm making all of it up. My grandparents? Yeah, your grandparents.
Why would I do that to my grandparents?
Because I think they got tired of listening to you. And I think that pissed you off because they got tired of listening to you.
Your Your grand Your grand Your grandma's already tried to Your grandma's already tried to put you Get you Baker Acted. She's already tried. It all is They came here for my uncle. We We don't get along. Man, that's [ __ ] man. My uncle and my mom done already raised me up. And my grandpa raised me up.
>> And I think they've had enough of you. I think they'd had enough of you pulling your crap.
>> not true. And I think that they probably you guys got into an argument about it.
>> keep thinking it. You can keep thinking here and there. Talking about Talking about how you can say what you want.
Well, what I'm What I'm going to tell you is the way that the way that your granddaddy was beat, that's somebody that knows him. How the [ __ ] could somebody be beat? How the [ __ ] If somebody got a problem >> But cuz But because a gangbanger that comes in there What the What How would he be ain't going to take the time ain't going to take the time to sit there and pound somebody to spray blood all over the room. Man, did my granddaddy like that? You coming to me like I did it, man. You got me [ __ ] up, man. You might as well just go and do what you want to do. Charge me. Put your hand over. That's my beat. That's my blood. I guarantee that come back my blood. I'm sitting here rapping in my room, beating on the table with a spoon.
That's going to come back my blood.
>> Okay. All I ask you is how it got there.
That's all I ask you. Beating on the table with a spoon. I broke the spoon.
Okay. Got a glass spoon. That going to come back my blood.
>> A glass spoon? I've never seen a glass spoon. It was a glass spoon I was using to eat my own Reese's Peanut Butter Peanut Butter fast. And it was about this long. And the spoon was about the size of my thumb. Where was that you were eating at? And you talking about I'm going to talk about anything. I didn't even see that. You pointed that out.
>> spoon, yeah. Okay. And you know what that is? My blood.
>> When was that? Probably about like 4 days ago. Okay. If it was blood, which I know it wasn't my blood, my brother, that [ __ ] not going to come back. I did nothing to my family, man. You ain't going to make it seem like I did it.
When that [ __ ] come back, my blood.
Which it wasn't no blood on my feet cuz I'm walking around sweating hard as [ __ ] all day, walking home.
Called and asked him Called and asked my daddy can he call my grandma to come pick me up. Trying to see where she is.
Like, come on, man. And you saying that 24 >> That's That's convenient. At 24 years old, these the only people I had Yeah, but But we do stupid [ __ ] when we're angry.
I'm not doing no [ __ ] like that. That's not stupid [ __ ] >> And that's the thing.
>> That's not stupid [ __ ] That's That's the thing. That's not stupid [ __ ] That's that's There's nothing but pure anger. Jordan had a very visible blood platter on his joggers and on the bottom of his feet. Yet he believed just simply denying that would help him. And the detective knew at this point all they had to do was test that blood and this whole argument would be pointless. So he decided to bring up another argument, one that Jordan would struggle to explain.
You know what I You know what I find even more interesting, though? You talk about how you love these people. You talk about how they're all that you had.
But when I told you they were dead, your reaction was nothing.
You lying, bro. No, I'm not. You can run that camera back, man. I sure can. Well, damn. So two damn seconds. I don't give a [ __ ] how you feel about how I feel about my grandparents, man, at all. Like I know I love my grandpa.
>> Oh, I think you did. I I I have no doubt you love your grandparents, but I think that I'm not going to get mad. I'm telling I think they pushed you to a point >> I'm a 24-year-old grown man. I'm not going to get mad.
>> Mhm. And do And do whatever it is that you Then Then who would? How the [ __ ] How the [ __ ] I'm supposed to I'm beefing with a lot of people. My My daddy knows that. You No Nobody Nobody you're beefing with would have gone in and done that.
>> you know that? How the [ __ ] would you know that?
>> Because nobody Cuz I >> know Do you know who Open Florida?
Because I know nobody's going to take the time to do something like that. What the [ __ ] you mean take the time to do something like that?
>> They They going to shoot him. It's simple and over and done with. What did they do? I've already told you. What did they do? Cuz you making it seem like you talking about blood sprayed over here and take the time like they meticulously What the [ __ ] they do to my grandparents? I want you to describe it to me what they did to my grandparents.
Your granddad [snorts and clears throat] was beat to [ __ ] He is not even recognizable in the face right now.
There is blood all over his bedroom.
There is blood sprayed up the wall.
There is blood sprayed across the floor.
I don't know, dog. There is blood all over him.
>> [clears throat] >> Your grandma, she wasn't beat, but you already know. You got me [ __ ] up, man.
Talking about what I already know, man.
I ain't got time for these tactics that y'all be on, man. [ __ ] that, man. If you going to charge me, whatever it is that you you trying to make it seem like I did, you got to sit back there and laugh, man. I know I ain't did [ __ ] Mhm. Yeah, but that's what I'd say, too. I know you cared more about your grandma than you did your granddaddy. That's why you didn't beat her up.
>> What the [ __ ] type of sick [ __ ] that is, man? Man, I love these Man, these my grandparents. You love her. She took care of you. She found your rooms, didn't she? She paid for your rooms.
>> Listen, man. I just said one thing about my grandma finding rooms. You just want to bring that up. That's how you don't know me and my grandma and my granddaddy and [ __ ] man.
>> you. You just throwing out all type of [ __ ] I've got a guarantee.
>> [clears throat] >> You trying to make it seem like I would not do no [ __ ] like that to these people, man. Well, what And that's And that's >> nothing.
>> what's fascinating me is like you weren't Like it wasn't Like what happened to your granddaddy was savage.
Like straight up. I would not do no [ __ ] like that. But But But That was gentle. Man, what the [ __ ] man? Listen. What the [ __ ] they did to my grandma? You know what they did? Cuz you did it. I ain't got time to play no more. You want to tell me about my grandma, I'm going to cut it off right there. See, cuz you do care about her.
You don't Hell yeah, I care about my grandma, man. We going to cut it off right there. Whatever, man. Listen. What about your granddaddy? Hell yeah, I care about my granddaddy, too, but he don't want to tell He told me what happened.
You made me tell you. You told me. What you mean I made What the [ __ ] You said You tell me what happened to my grandpa.
You tell me what it looks like. So don't Don't sit there and go I did it. You made me do it.
>> completely switched up. That's not even what we were talking about. We can replay the We can replay the tape. It's okay. Replay the tape, man. I ain't did [ __ ] So what makes you feel like I did something? What makes you feel like you can charge me with something today?
You're covered in blood. You live in the house. The bloody footprints lead to your room. You got blood on the end of your feet.
>> There's blood on your feet. There's blood on your face. There's not blood on my feet. Then what is it? Blood on my face. How the hell it came from me?
Answer the question. What's on your feet? What's on your feet? What the [ __ ] you mean what's on my foot?
>> Dirt. Black.
>> That's not dirt.
>> Black, man. That's Okay, that's black, but all this >> Man, that's that's Man, that's not blood, man.
That's not That don't look like blood.
That's black It sure does. Man, this [ __ ] come off. And do like this. Look, get your little piece of paper. This is dirt, man. This is dirt. That's not blood you looking at. Stop doing that for that camera cuz you know that camera can't see that. That is straight black soot from me walking in the mud like I just told you. Can you get your paper? I don't want you playing games with that camera. That is definitely not blood.
And he can see that. What color is that?
What?
Black from walking in the dirt. Yeah, I mean I There is black on there, too.
There's There's more than just black on there.
It's okay.
>> NO, IT'S NOT.
>> IT'S ALL GOOD. MAN, y'all carried it here, man. See you What the [ __ ] going on, man?
Look at my face. But But But what I love But what I love love to hear about that is now all of a sudden the blood on your face came from this off the the corner of your lip. When you've been telling me the whole time there wasn't blood on your face. Now there's blood on your face that came from the corner of your lip.
>> Man, [ __ ] all that how you trying to make it seem like. I'm trying to make it seem like I do. Okay, so if you saying you got a picture of the blood, which I really don't believe. Okay, you said you got a picture? I've been picking at this [ __ ] all goddamn day, but the fuzz won't say it. Now all of a sudden you've been picking at your lips.
You got anything for now?
I'm calm down now. Man, I ain't got time for these old family guy ass games I be playing, man. About my grandma and my granddaddy, man. I love them, man. You talking about blood on the bottom of my foot. You You want to You You want to tell me I killed them.
What? Man, you got me [ __ ] up, man. I ain't killed nobody. I said you got [ __ ] up toes, so they going to match exactly with the footprints. Yeah. You don't have pretty feet, bro. You don't >> I I can tell you that. Which Which I The funny thing was is The funny thing was is when I was out there looking at the blood in the hallway, I'm like, "Those are some ugly damn feet."
>> That's yet another thing Jordan didn't plan well for. His reaction to hearing his beloved grandparents being brutally murdered was so calm. You'd see football fans react worse to their team losing.
And second, all investigators had to do was compare his foot to the bloody footprints in the house. Yet somehow none of that seemed to click for him.
Then it ends the argument. We'll go We'll go If you want to take some [ __ ] go You said you were going to check my phone. Yeah, I can check Yeah, I absolutely can check your phone.
>> Or do you need permission from me to check my phone? Oh, I'm going to get a warrant to check your phone. The only question >> Go look at my Go look at my text messages where I told my grandma to get inside. Now I don't even care.
>> Great. Do you Do you want to give me the passcode to your phone? It makes it easier for me to get into it.
>> [ __ ] no. I don't want you going in my phone and [ __ ] on there. All right.
Well, that's fine. I I got a lot of work to do, so let's move on. Cuz you're not helping yourself. Cuz you say you say things like check my phone and then I'm like, "I don't want you in my phone."
You just told me to check your phone.
>> I asked you a question.
I'm going to ask you a question. I'm just going to put it like this. You know what I did to my grandma? I really didn't do what you did in a certain circle how y'all supposed to do what we wanted. You came in and told my grandma and my granddaddy were dead in a [ __ ] up ass way. Man, you you trying to make it seem off the little [ __ ] that you might have heard or that you can feel off whatever you feeling off my mama.
Oh, you you and your grandma and granddaddy weren't getting No, we getting along great. And you making it seem like I did this [ __ ] up ass [ __ ] to my grandma and them. I'm not making it seem like I'm not making anything seem like the facts that exist make it seem like >> What facts? What facts? Okay, you say bloody footprints in the house. No, that's not all I've said. The blood on your face I'm not doing this again.
We're just >> ain't what I'm talking about. Cuz it's not blood on the bottom of my foot.
That's [ __ ] dirt. Blood on your feet, blood on your face, your footprints all over the house with your screwed up toes in the blood. You live there, you're not there when this happens miraculously.
There's no forced entry into the house.
Everything that happened to your grandma and grandpa personal. No gangbanger did that. Now that we've gone through all that again.
The only thing I have done is be honest [clears throat] with you. I'm still looking at you crazy, man. You going to understand some of this [ __ ] that was going on. I ain't going to lie, man. You going to understand some of the [ __ ] that was going on in that house.
>> Help me understand. That's all I keep asking you for is to help me understand.
Help me understand. I have given you nothing but an opportunity >> with you, man. I got a real problem with my [ __ ] gangbanger. I got a phone call.
It should be in the system about this thing [ __ ] People running in the house.
Tell me more about that.
>> It's in it's in the system. I don't like talking to you cuz you just piss [ __ ] around in circles and piss me off when you talk [ __ ] about my grandma and my granddaddy and what what it is you trying to insinuate that I did about my family. I'm not going to get into all that. Go go go go check Here's the deal. What you keep saying that I'm insinuating and spinning. I'm not insinuating and spinning anything.
I've been nothing but honest with you.
I've told you exactly what I've seen.
I've told you exactly what I saw because I'm trying not to [ __ ] with I'm trying to tell you the truth, okay? And I keep giving you an opportunity to explain things and explain all this stuff that you want to throw out, but never want to explain.
What? I don't want to [ __ ] talk to you because you said a whole lot of disrespectful ass [ __ ] that I didn't like about my grandma and grandpa. You trying to make it twist and seem like it's just certain [ __ ] involved me that I ain't have nothing to do with.
>> saying I'm twisting it. All I've done is recite facts to you. That is all I have done. I haven't twisted anything. Okay, you say it was blood on the You disagree with me. That's fine. I've already acknowledged that.
>> saying is just from just from a realistic mindset and you know these things that you're saying, right? And it's just not adding up. Okay, you say blood on the floor. It It's not blood on my foot. In the same spot that you said it was blood, I can take and do like this and make a little ball out of that dirt and put on yellow piece of paper for that camera. That's good for you.
You don't see anything red on the bottom of my foot. Then you saying, "Okay, I had something on my face." Which they going to swab and it ain't going to come back to my granddaddy [ __ ] Okay. That's for sure.
That's for sure.
So, one thing How can you dispel the [ __ ] up toes though? What do you mean?
Your toes. The the bloody footprints.
Your Which you know this. Your bloody footprints are all over Yeah, your toes.
The way they're all jacked up when you step. It's the same messed up foot.
We literally have a blood trail that goes What? One thing I'm so through with anything, dog. This some old [ __ ] up Yeah, it's easy to say it's easy to say it's [ __ ] up. It's easy to say it's [ __ ] up. It's It's easy to say that.
Who does it? It It benefits you to say it's [ __ ] up. Who does it? It doesn't benefit me a [ __ ] thing to sit me in that [ __ ] up with my grandma and my granddaddy [ __ ] me in that That's how I feel. Come on, man. I'm not going to keep going back and forth with y'all trying to make it seem like I did something to these people, man. You leave in such a hurry you don't even get your own shoes. You get your grandma's shoes. My grandma's shoes? You say you going to go in my phone and you'll see the same message. Okay, >> [laughter] >> you didn't give us the passcode. You didn't give me the You didn't give me the passcode to your phone so I can go into your phone. What? You keep saying go look in my phone. Go look in my phone. Okay, cool. Give me the passcode.
I'll go look in it.
>> I'm not giving up, homie. You When you go in there, damn sure ain't going to be nothing, you know what I'm saying? But, when you see that that ask you what it was which is What is going to say? Size nine what size shoe Air Force Air Force One or Nike slides size nine.
I'm used to a [snorts] prison size. I wore a nine and a half or a 10. So, I'm thinking the same type of thing for when I got out and they were just too small.
The detectives knew they would be able to prove it was him. Yet, they wanted to understand more about why he did it. I would love to get the person related to it. But, like I've already shared with you, I believe that that's you right now.
And until I have information to the contrary, that's kind of where we're at and that's me being real with you. But, let's do this. Let's let's quit this bullcrap for a second. You keep saying you love your grandma.
Tell me Tell me what you love about your grandma.
Tell me about her. Look Tell I don't know your grandma. Man, that's my That's my What you mean that's my family, man?
She raised me all my life.
You I'm not going to rat her out for what happened. Well, what did she do to piss you off?
What the [ __ ] type of question is that?
>> Every Every family Yeah, every The people you love always make you mad.
>> Why would you ask me some [ __ ] like that? Y'all not my homeboy.
Y'all not my homeboy. I want money for some more stuff.
>> not my homeboy. You not my friend. You somebody I ain't giving you no money.
You somebody here trying to figure out what's going on. So, if I if I can answer these questions and figure out what happened to my grandparents, I'll do that. And I just And I just >> to answer us about my relationship it was great.
It was great. Tell me All I've asked you is tell me about your grandma.
Tell me about her. She was the nicest lady in the world. I don't know anything about your grandma. The first time I ever saw your grandma was today.
And obviously she's not in a position to talk to me. So, the next person that can tell me about her is you.
So, tell me about her.
Man, you ain't my friend, bro.
She was She was nice.
She was loving. She always there for me.
And that that And that that that that that's what I'm going to say because you're not my friend. And you really don't give a [ __ ] about my grandma. Oh, I do. I very much care about your grandma. And I very much care about your granddad.
>> Okay, so then go get the And I think that what happened to them >> [snorts] >> was absolutely horrible.
I do, too. You And all I'm trying to do is get to the bottom of it. That's what you need to do.
Instead of sitting up there [ __ ] trying to accuse me saying that I got blood on my foot when it's [ __ ] mud.
>> Why Why are you so stuck on that?
>> Because that [ __ ] is [ __ ] crazy the way you trying to make it seem on camera. Oh, you got blood on your foot.
Show me that. And Hold on. Hold on.
Dear camera, we disagree about there being blood on his foot.
>> Is that a HD camera? I think it's blood on his foot. He thinks it's not. We'll wait for the scientific test.
Are you happy now? Can we move on? Yeah, but besides of it Can we move on, please? Well, I'm I'm done here, man. Cuz you just going around in circles saying stupid [ __ ] that ain't got nothing to do with what's going on, man. How is asking you about your grandma stupid [ __ ] Tell me that.
>> Cuz not not asking about my grandma, you keep coming So, what? So, what do you and your grandma and granddaddy argue about? What made your grandma Bro, what type of [ __ ] question is that?
What was the last question I asked you?
Tell me about your grandma. What do you like about your grandma? Man, I told you three things I like about my grandma. I don't want to sit here like you with my therapist or my homeboy and go over these types of things with you like But, it's important for us in a homicide investigation to understand our victims.
It helps us understand our victims. And I don't know your grandma. She was sweet. She didn't hurt anybody like Man, that [ __ ] crazy, dog. She don't deserve that, man.
By this point, the detectives were sick of Jordan's 40 IQ and decided to just get the forensics. Investigators had bloody barefoot footprints throughout the house that matched the shape of Jordan's feet along with blood found on his clothing and on the bottom of his feet. There were also DNA swabs and blood samples collected all over the scene plus a suspected weapon all tying the violence back to inside the home where he lived. He was the only person missing from the house when the bodies were found and he was later located nearby on foot which only added to the case against him. He was initially charged with two counts of second-degree murder and later indicted on two counts of first-degree premeditated murder.
There is no confirmed final sentence yet as the case is still ongoing.
