[00:00:00]You know, I would expect a guy like Tim Miller to get behind Shapiro, but he's coming out here and, you know, uh, calling out Shapiro with this pretty lengthy and substantive rebuttal. He says, "I'm sorry. I like Shapiro, but can we just be real? Nobody is being silenced."

Here he is eating [ __ ] pizza for some reason. I I don't understand why Politico does this. Like, let's uh eat pizza while we talk and awkwardly pretend like we're [ __ ] you know, hungry for this meal while we're having a conversation. I I just like it always annoys me >> in a weird house that obviously nobody lives in.

It's just like all right, I don't really get it. I know it's supposed to like humanize them and make it seem more relatable or some [ __ ] like that, but either way, Josh Shapiro not a very relatable guy in my opinion. And here he is really digging his heels in. This screenshot says it all. Really digging his heels in on an issue that you'd think he'd be smart enough because we've talked about this. I I even predict that people like Gavin Newsome and Kla Harris are going to pretend to be more against Israel than we know they are. Like I think they're going to come to that conclusion just because it's the politically savvy thing to do given the mood of the base and given how much public opinion has shifted away from Israel. I really do think we should expect to see like Gavin Newsome, you know, calling for us to like stop arming Israel or like, you know, some some [ __ ] like that that again we shouldn't actually trust him. We know he's a Zionist. Uh, but they're still going to pretend because it's a primary and they have to say what people want to hear.

[00:01:50]Apparently Josh Shapiro is not even willing to do that, which in a sense is kind of admirable because it's like if this is what you actually believe, then I'm glad you're not just [ __ ] lying for votes. But it's also total political suicide in this moment. And it's just wild that given the opportunity over and over and over again to edit his stance uh to make it more palatable to the base, which increasingly [ __ ] hates Israel, he just refuses to do it. And not only refuses to do it, but continues to play the [ __ ] victim. and act like it's anti-Semitic to even probe these uh topics of discussion. Yeah, let's watch >> lines in your party. We saw it play out in this this primary here in Philadelphia in which Apac, which historically was a bipartisan group that supported pro-Israel candidates, came in and helped the candidate who w up coming in third place, I think, and and and lost. Has Apac now become in a Democratic primary at least an anchor around some of these candidates?

I'm going to make this a broad statement, not about the race here in Philly. I think it's been used cynically by some uh to try and silence certain voices, to try and say that certain people participating in politics shouldn't count or should be viewed to in a toxic way. Now, do I agree with every political decision they've made, every endorsement they made? Of course not.
