[00:00:00]Hello everyone. My name is Kaylee and today I'm going to be giving you guys my nighttime routine. So, I have a lot of steps in my nighttime routine and I've been very into taking care of myself, my skin, my body, a lot of that stuff. So, I just want to share with you guys what I do. The first thing I do is laser hair removal at home. I know that sounds really scary, but I've always been scared to go to an actual like laser hair removal place because I just feel like first it's really expensive and you have to go several times. Second, I'm scared for other people to see my private parts and stuff like that. Like I'm just a nervous gal. And third, um it hurts like a And this one has like a cooling feature so it doesn't hurt as bad. The first time I ever tried it, I was low-key scared because I only heard that it hurts really bad and it like feels like I don't know a hundred like needles in you. So, here's a video of me doing it for the first time. Oh, I'm scared.

[00:01:05]Oh, and yeah, I was actually surprised. It did not hurt at all. So, yeah, I just wanted to share with you guys. I've only used this for like a week and a half, and honestly, here are the results so far. They're actually insane. Like, I feel like I don't have to shave every 2 days how I used to. I used to shave literally so much. like my hair grows back so fast everywhere and also it's helped my bikini line a lot. I honestly saw a lot of comments saying, "How do you get your bikini line so smooth this you like air 10?" I'm telling you guys. So, I'm going to show you guys how to use it and all the cool features on it. So, it also comes with this baggie with a mini shaver because you do want to shave off the hair before you actually use it because it's supposed to like go into your follicules and stuff and, you know, stop them from growing.

[00:01:58]And then it also comes with safety goggles because it is very bright and it can burn your eyes and they're lowkey fashionable. You could like flip them in and then boom.

[00:02:10]Like you could lowkey rock these, you know? So, I'm going to show you guys all the settings now and show you how cool it is. And guys, I've saved so much money and embarrassment from going to those laser hair removals because I don't know. I'm scared to even get wax because I just don't want anyone looking there. So, it has a power button right here. This noise, it's cooling the top.

[00:02:33]Like right now, it's like literally freezing so it doesn't hurt as bad.

[00:02:36]There's a fast mode and it's like an autoglide. So, you could literally get like your whole body done in like 10 minutes. So, first step is shaving.

[00:02:44]You're not going to have a lot of hair to shave off if you use this consistently, which is, you know, the whole point to not have any hair grow back. There's a mode called SHR, probably my favorite mode. There should be up to about four flares when you use it, and it has up to 26J energy. It eliminates the most stubborn hair. This also has a skin safe detection. It detects skin tones, which auto adjusts the power to which it stops flashing if the skin area is too dark. We're going to move on to my legs. But I am telling you guys, on my bikini line, I've literally anytime I shaved, I would get like razor bumps. I would get ingrown hairs, like all of that stuff. Very itchy, not comfortable. And with this, literally all of that has stopped. We're going to move on to my lovely legs.

[00:03:29]We're just going to, you know, shave off the little bit that is left. And honestly, I would have thought this would take way longer for your whole body, but it genuinely does not. the glasses go back on. You know, safety first. For safe application, activate high energy mode. This energy will get lower when you use it on intense skin tones. I recommend this device so much because it saves you so much money and time. [00:04:28]Anyways, the next step is showering, obviously. But you guys cannot go in there with me. But I'm not going to wash my hair today because I do have a hair appointment tomorrow. I'm so excited.

[00:04:38]But I do take off my makeup before I use the Neutrogena eye makeup remover with just these little cotton rounds or whatever. And then I just realized I got back from like a B&B for my friend's birthday and I left my shampoo and conditioner in somebody's bag. I'm so upset right now. But good thing I don't need it today. But I do use the K18 shampoo and conditioner. Oh my gosh. Literally, I am all about repairing my hair even though I just said I have a hair appointment.

[00:05:12]You know, we're still going to try to keep it as healthy as we can, but I'm just super excited for a change. But yeah, I'm just going to take off my makeup and then hop in the shower and I'll come back to you guys for like my skin care and all of that jazz. So, I would say I was going to do an everything shower, but you know, the laser hair removal, I don't need it. I don't need it. So, I'll come back to you guys when I'm done showering. I just hopped out of the shower and before I do my skin care, I put this mask on. It's 3 minutes on the red, which I think it helps with like collagen and all that, and then 3 minutes on purple, which helps with like acne scars and all that stuff. So, you just hold down this button for a little bit. This one's so cute. It's like teal.

[00:06:03]I look really scary right now, but it's okay. While I am laying down in this, I'm going to be writing in my journal.

[00:06:10]I've been getting a plan because usually I just do things very last minute and it's really bad for me. Really bad. And I'm just trying to, you know, make a change because if you don't change anything, then nothing's going to change. You know, you could only do that yourself. So, you know, I'm very motivated right now. So, I've been writing down everything that I want in life and just have been praying to God to give me discipline and all that stuff and just thanking him for, you know, getting me up every morning because it's been tough. But I know he has a plan for me and I'm not going to stress, you know, it's all in his hands. But I am going to be writing in this. So, I will come back to him.

[00:06:56]I just want to read what I wrote because I feel like a lot of people need to hear this. I wrote, "Today has been a good day." Literally earlier today, I wrote, "It's been a very stressful day. Just so much." And you know, I change that around cuz I can control what happens.

[00:07:12]Yes, things do happen, but I can choose if I want to dwell on it or if I want to just take it and, you know, move on from it with things that you cannot control.

[00:07:23]Because if you stress about things that you cannot control, nothing's good going to come out of that. Oh, now is it going to turn purple? It's purple now. Okay. So yeah, if you can't change it at all, if it's out of your power, don't stress on it because what is stressing going to do about it? Absolutely nothing. You know, I learned that from a very wise man.

[00:07:48]But yeah, three more minutes with this and then get my skin care on. I'm going to just put my hair in a braid because, you know, I'm getting my hair done tomorrow. So, I'm just super excited for the day tomorrow. Okay, now that that is all done, I'm going to just put my hair in a braid because my hair needs to go back now. Um, I can't find my hairbrush, so I can't even brush my hair right now.

[00:08:11]And that's a big reason why I took my extensions out. I loved my extensions, don't get me wrong. Okay, I have to use this big scrunchie. But yeah, don't get me wrong. I love extensions, but I feel so free. Like I've been in the water like these past days and I was just thinking about wearing extensions and oh my gosh, I'm just so so happy I don't have to wear them. Guys, I lowkey mastered my skin care routine like to get such a glowy face. I am breaking out a lot right here. I think it's because I've just been stressed. But you know, it's okay. We're not stressed anymore.

[00:08:43]We're not stressed anymore. But anyways, I use this Purto Purto pur purto. Purto um ninamide 10 retinol serum. It's so pretty. Look at it. We're just going to shake that up right here. Right here. Right here.

[00:09:02]Right here. And honestly, after this, I genuinely don't really do much. I just, you know, kind of bed rot and, you know, phone rot. I'm on my phone until I don't even know what time. But I am gonna try to go to bed as early as I can because I just want, you know, to fix my sleep schedule because it's been really bad.

[00:09:22]Like, I've been going to bed so late recently and it's just not good for you at all. You need sleep. Look at what my mom literally got me. It's so cute.

[00:09:34]It's this whole thing full of all of my products and PR that I've gotten. It just keeps going. Like, I'm obsessed.

[00:10:07]Pop that down. So yeah, I just take some, put it on. It definitely makes my skin feel very hydrated, and that's what I need cuz I honestly used to have really oily skin, but then out of nowhere, my face got really, really dry.

[00:10:21]Maybe because I've been really like I've been on Tininoing cream, and that's probably why. But we're just going to blend this in. Look how glowy my face is right now. Oh my gosh. I feel like literally look at that. Insane.

[00:10:40]I feel so clean. Like sometimes low key I still get that like kid feeling when you don't want to shower and then like you just run the water and act like you're showering. I get that feeling still. But when I do actually shower, I feel so clean. I love it. I love it.

[00:10:55]Honestly, I hope that just wasn't me because I feel like I would get a lot of hate for that, saying I'm not clean or whatever, but I feel like that was like a universal experience. I don't know.

[00:11:05]And then I go in with this babe lash serum. My eyelashes have been growing so much since I've been using this and not using lash clusters anymore or lash extensions or anything. Um, the only time I've used them recently after like two whole months or like even three was when I went to LA just for Camp Pooch because I was like I kind of just or honestly like the whole time I went, not going to lie because I don't know, I just felt like I wanted to and I was like, okay, it's like a special occasion. I'll wear it. But I have not put them back on since. I just feel again so free, you know, without the extensions, without the lashes and all that stuff. I just feel clean and free.

[00:11:48]Don't get me wrong, I love it so much.

[00:11:50]And maybe one day I'll go back to it, but as of right now, I just want to feel free, you know? But now I'm going to go in with the Tatcha lip mask. It's like a jelly. Like, it's so cool and it's so nice on your lips.
