70% of AMC volume sent to dark pool Would they allow this in Amazon Google Meta? Of course not

[00:00:00]This is not financial advice, not legal advice. This is just my opinion on the AMC data that they're putting out, and this data is readily available for anybody who wants to just Google it. Okay? It's not top secret information, but you guys know that I believe that this data is being manipulated. The purpose of this data is to support the narrative of the bad actors that control our stock markets. Every single day they manipulate AMC. The evidence of the manipulation is overwhelming.

[00:00:34]Yet, the SEC, the DOJ, and the FBI, they sit on the sidelines and practice willful blindness while the biggest financial crimes in the history of the market goes on on their watch. Guys, listen.

[00:00:49]The bad actors that are naked shorting AMC are in deep trouble.

[00:00:54]Okay? Because every single day they need millions of new counterfeit AMC shares to cover the old AMC shares to keep the Ponzi scheme going. And I know you guys going to say, "Well, AMC added like 140 bi- million new real AMC shares to the float." Yes, that is true, but that does absolutely nothing. In my opinion, and this is just my opinion, it's not enough. It's not enough to help the naked short sellers. And you want to know why? Cuz they created billions of counterfeit AMC shares. So, another 140 million, that's like putting a teaspoon of water in the ocean. That does not help them.

[00:01:41]Every single day they going to they're going to continue to need to create more short positions, a lot of them counterfeit, in order to cover the old short positions to keep the Ponzi scheme going. Anyway, the AMC volume volume, it crashed back down. It's 18 million 666,658.

[00:02:02]Of that, 70% guys, 70% of that went to the dark pool. So, these guys found 13 million 82,340 AMC shares to send into the dark pool.

[00:02:16]70% of the float in the dark pool. Yet, the SEC, the DOJ, the FBI don't see anything that requires an investigation.

[00:02:26]You think they would let 70% of meta, 70% of Google, 70% of Apple, 70% of Amazon go into the dark pools? They would not allow that. If that happened, there'd be a joint task force set up to go over the bad actors who did that. But, because AMC is majority owned by retail investors, pension funds, and institutions that follow the rules, our regulatory agencies and our law enforcement agencies practice willful blindness to the overwhelming evidence of fraud and corruption in the play. I mean, it's absolutely crazy.

[00:03:05]And then, the short volume, 29.77%.

[00:03:11]So, they found like 5 million 500,000 new AMC shares to short into the market and manipulate the price. Yet, somehow nobody's asking, "Where did they get those shares from? Where did they originate? And where did they get them from?" The The bottom line is this.

[00:03:30]In order to keep the AMC Ponzi scheme going, they need new counterfeit shares every day to cover the old counterfeit shares, or the entire Ponzi scheme collapses and everybody knows it. And that's why they are terrified of a tokenized stock market, because a tokenized stock market Yeah, I mean, I'm not saying it it ends the naked shorting, but it puts a big big damper on it because we're going to be able to see everything that's going on in real time. Instant settlements, no more FTDs, and that scares them because a lot of these big these big dogs on Wall Street, their whole business model is based on creating counterfeit shares and selling it into the market. That's why you have billions, hundreds of billions in shares sold not yet purchased. That business model is coming to an end once the Clarity Act is passed and the entire stock market is tokenized. Okay?

[00:04:34]And if I'm a betting man, I'm going to tell you this.

[00:04:39]They're going to try to tokenize the companies that are majority owned by retail investors last. They're going to be fighting not to tokenize those companies because it's going to expose the counterfeit shares and the need for new counterfeit shares to keep the Ponzi scheme going. And on top of all that, they claim they can cover all their AMC short positions in 2.97 trading days. So, they're saying by Wednesday, by Wednesday, they can close out all their AMC short positions and just walk away from the play unscathed.

[00:05:21]I mean, it's absolutely crazy and the short interest is 16.24%.

[00:05:27]It's probably a hundred times that when you count all the counterfeit shares that they've created and shorted into the market.
