Do you feel like you've been carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders?
Okay, my dear.
For today's Reiki session, I'm going to help you pluck pluck pluck away some of that weight.
And I'm going to help you help yourself to release some of that burden.
So, welcome to your Reiki treatment.

So, the first thing I'm going to do is to do a little bit of gentle clearing.
Because what I'd like to do in this session is come in and really help you to release, lift off some of that burden.
But often when we come into these sessions, especially a session like this, that I really want to be there to support you if you're actively triggered, like if you are in an emotionally uh you know heightened state so that you can come to this video as a resource.
And so what sometimes we have to do just scratch your your head a little bit, your subconscious mind is we have to kind of release that external layer, that film that's kind of collecting a A lot of other energy, other people's energy, maybe other beliefs, maybe to-do lists or the sense of what you what you need need to be doing should be doing.
We're just gonna release some of this external stuff.
Maybe it's even the external stuff of a conversation that you just had.
Maybe it's you're having a hard time closing the door on the day or allowing work to stay behind.
and instead you feel like you have to bring it into this moment, allowing it to be drawn forth in your mind, your to-do list, the unfinished work. So, we're just going to clear that using the salelonite wand to clear any of that baggage.
Baggage.
Baggage from the day. Clear and glance.
Clear and cleans. Clear and glance.

Clearing glass.
If you don't shift, then you're always going to be in this state of being on. The on switch is going to be on. And what happens if you leave an on switch on all the time?
They'll run out of batteries.
So, we want you to be able to fill your tank.
You're not meant to be on all the time, my dear.
You're not meant to constantly be go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go I'd like to do here is just to give you permission to shift into a different mode clearing and cleansing ideas about what that might mean about you.
What it might mean about you if you aren't on go mode all the time.
Just giving you permission to maybe turn it down by 10%.
Turn it down by 10%.
Whatever that means for you.

Now I'm going to use some of this rosemary incense from the pure incense go. I feel like I fluffy um inspired by nature.

Rosemary is such a a beautiful essential oil. I love using rosemary for focus and clarity, for memory recall.
If I am studying for something or trying to learn like I'm trying to not I'm trying and take that out.
I am learning French and have been on my French journey for several years.
And I'm sure I will be on that journey for many, many years. Um, but also let me know if you want me to try doing a Reiki session in French cuz I know a lot of you really liked it when I spoke in French in the last video.
Um, and I think it would be fun and maybe that way I could improve my French when it comes to, well, just in general, but I could improve my French when it comes to Reiki terminology and like spirituality and ASMR.
So, let me know if that's something you would want me to do.
And then I could I think that would be fun.
I like to use beautiful essential oils when I'm studying my French because it helps me to remain alert and focused but not in an anxious way.
still very soothing and calming.
So, what I'm going to do with this rosemary, that's gorgeous. Oh my gosh.
Is I'm going to just gently invite some release.
I don't want you to feel stressed.
I don't want you to feel stressed.
I don't want you to feel overwhelmed or weigh down.
That's such a lovely gentle burn. You could just have this like, you know, placed inside of like an abalone shell or an incense holder and you could just allow the smoke to prance around.
It's lovely, lovely, lovely and gentle.
So, what I'm going to do here is just start to clear and cleanse any energy from the day or the night.
Any energy that feels restricting, that doesn't feel free.
The longer I've been on this planet, the more I'm starting to realize that if you just breathe and observe and you just allow instead of trying to squeeze things and control them. Control them.
But instead, you just open yourself to the power of observing and allowing things. usually work themselves out.
So just try it the next time you feel really like tense, like you're, you know, having a hard time being in the flow.
Just try to say to yourself, what would happen if I just let go a little bit?
And so many of us, I used to feel this way. I still do sometimes feel like if we let go and if we're not working so hard and if we're not trying so hard then things will fall away. They'll dissolve.
If we don't hold things together, everything will fall apart.
And part of the beauty of life is that it's a ride and you're on this beautiful journey.
If you knew the exact route and destination, it wouldn't be any fun.
So the fact that you are present for this incredible experience means that when you go through moment by moment the story of your life unfolds for and with you.
And you can collaborate with the universe with that energy. You can be in this stance.
Instead of feeling like you have to hold everything, cuz you don't. You don't have to hold everything. Okay?
Just try letting go. Letting go. Letting go. Let go. I know it's hard, but just try to let go. Let go. Let go. Let go.

My mind can rest without having all the answers.
