Leaving the scene of an accident is a serious criminal offense that can result in jail time, even when the driver was not at fault, as demonstrated by a woman who was charged with two hit-and-run incidents and sentenced to 6 months of probation, a 4-hour driving course, and $397 in restitution after fleeing two crash scenes and lying to law enforcement about the circumstances.

Do you have any guns on you? Any weapons? No.
>> No. Nothing. No. No. My son is He's at school.
>> Were you in a >> What's been going on today?
>> Um, well, this lady freaking like was driving crazy and she was like, she like rear ended the crap out of me. And I >> She rended you or >> No, I she breaked me and I rear ended her.

>> Okay. Did you Did you see her car?
>> Um, yeah. It was like a blue SUV.
>> Okay. Did she leave? Cuz it looked like she was leaving.
>> No, she stayed.
>> Okay.
>> And I guess you hit a semi-truck, too.
>> Do you remember hitting the truck?
>> Like when I pulled out? Yeah, a little bit. It like hit me and then Okay.
>> I was trying to like leave. Like I just wanted to see if my car was okay and I wanted to get away from her because she was acting crazy and I didn't know what she was going to do. Like I was in fear for my life if I got out around her >> because she was like throwing signals up at me, like rolling the window down, like freaking out, doing the whole thing.
>> And it was like >> at, >> you know, >> I just didn't feel like safe getting out and being there with her at that moment.
And then I just really wanted to check on my car.
>> So why didn't you stop and call us?
>> I was just I just wanted to check on my car. Like I didn't know what had even happened. And obviously I knew I would be in trouble because you know I'm not supposed to do that. But like I was I was just really scared. I'm sorry. I've never >> Tell me about the semi though.
>> I didn't I didn't even Okay. So like the semi just like kind of bumped into me a little bit. Like I didn't hit the >> Worst thing you can do when you're crash is live the scene of an accident. Never ever live in the scene of the accident.
I'm sorry. Poor.
>> Poor excuse.
>> Um insurance for this car.
>> You told they told the security guard at Riverwood that you hit him. You hit an animal.
>> So you already lied to that person. Now you're lying to us.
>> I'm not lying to you.
>> Yeah, you are >> about what did I lie about to you?
>> Saying you're feeling unsafe and this that and the other. The law The law screaming at the law. The law. The law is what? Well, the semi guy isn't lying.
So why you stop stop for that?
>> Well, this >> So I messed up. I'm sorry. I >> Yeah, I'm sorry. Well, you're going to jail.
>> Huh?
>> What?
>> It's your fault.
>> What? I have a kid. I have a child.
Wait, wait, wait. I have a son. I have a son. I have a 4-year-old son. What are you guys doing?
>> No. I can't I can't I've never been to jail. I've never What?
>> What? Are you serious right now? Is this really happening? Like, this is serious.
>> Two hit and runs.
Two hit and runs. Two.
>> He hit me.
>> Two. No, two.
>> So, is she getting anything? Cuz she break checked me. Is she Is she in trouble?
>> So, >> she was driving erratically. Is she in trouble?
>> Oh, two people driving erratically that you hit.
>> No, the the one lady. You already lied.
You already lied.
>> What?
>> And you fled. What happened? And And you And you And you lied. And you lied to who?
>> You lied to who? The gate guard. You said you hit an animal. Where's the fur?
Where's the >> I said I hit an animal previously because I had hit an animal previously.
>> But not and then I said it got worse because >> we're staying out here in a secluded area. No.
>> Who's the insurance company for your car?
>> State Farm. It's my mom's car. It's not even my car.
>> Okay.
>> So, we're going to have you take a seat in the back here. Our patrol car.
>> You have anything on you? Is there any way we can like like what what can I >> make better decision when you hit the first car?
>> Yes, sir.
>> She's already started lie too many times.
>> Oh, yeah.
>> Um, >> we need someone to go back to that accident.
>> Yeah. Yeah.
>> But we saw the car, so we're like, "Fuck, we're not going to let it get away."
>> No, I agree with you. No, I agree with you.
>> That's why I'm like I started beandering that way and I'm like, I'm going to start going 1018 to try to catch it.
>> Yeah.
Can you explain?
>> Are you available to come to my store?
>> I'm just really confused right now. I really need someone to just be like levelheaded with me and just explain.
Please, >> you can run all the tests you on me. I'm sober. I don't have anything in me. I don't I'm not on anything. Please.
>> Do you have anything on you? Do you have any firearm? Any knife? Anything?
>> Anything? Nothing? No. Nothing at all.
>> So, listen. This is what I'm going to explain to you. The first time when you hit a vehicle that you leave the scene of a crash, that's pretty bad. Then you get another one.
>> But she hit into here.
>> She's coming. I already call her.
>> Wait, what?
>> I'm going to jail.
>> Yes.
>> Yeah, you are.
>> They're hit and roll.
>> What? What? Like what does that entail?
>> Like what is We'll be there with you all the way up when you get to jail. You have to talk to a judge and >> she can for transport.
>> Yep.
>> And then you guys should finish the >> um >> Did you want to wait here with this car while we go back there and finish >> the Is the lady who did this in any trouble? Cuz she literally break checked me. She was driving erratically.
>> How do you not believe? Is there traffic cameras? Go check the traffic camera out.
>> Listen, I don't believe you. You already lied. You lied to the gate guard. You lied to me and two different people.
>> Why? Let me ask you a question.
>> Accident.
>> Why do you see me?
>> And you turned down here to hide from them.
>> I didn't even see them. I came down here to try to check out my >> You had the lights and sirens.
>> Lights and sirens on. Hang on. Let's go behind these.
>> I don't have a lot going on. I'm not looking around to see if there's >> I can seriously have That lady should >> It is happening. I mean, like I said, you should have never left the scene of your car.
>> That lady should be in trouble, too, because that's not >> So, we're going to put her in your car.
You're going to just transport her?
>> Can I like Can I call somebody? Like, what?
>> Yeah, we'll take care of D. Uh, your your purse. You want that to go with you?
>> I kind of need it. Yeah. What is But where's it going to >> So, well, it's going to go with you to jail.
>> Okay.
>> Yep. And I get to like keep it on me and everything or take it?
>> They're they're going to keep it in your property and then when you get released it'll be given back to you. So I'll grab that for you. She's going to search you.
Okay.
>> All right.
>> I'm just going to grab that.
>> I'll be right back. Her her purse.
>> Yeah. Yeah.
>> Yep.
>> I'm going to go with a toe for >> fix the strap.
No, they have to >> I didn't do anything like dangerous.
out of Connecticut showing on a red Chevy Silverado 2014 expiration 2027.
>> Yeah, I mean it could be medical but uh Whatever from the vehicle yet.
>> Come on. No.
[laughter] >> She's got to go down there anyway.
Flashlight.
>> I think she said 12:05.
>> I think.
>> Where is she? She's here.
>> Yeah.
Hey, get her phone number and current address her crash report.
>> Who's the owner of the vehicle?
>> Jennifer Williams.
>> This is your mom.
>> Here, I'm going to grab your phone. That way we can get you.
>> I got it here.
>> Um, since you can't use your hands, what what's the >> And what's mom's name in your phone?
Mama.
>> Mom. Okay.
Mom.
>> You said mom.
>> Ma. Ma. Mama.
>> Oh, mama. Okay.
All right. I got 9 for one.
Um, at at the jail, they'll let you write any phone numbers out of your phone. Okay. So, you'll be able to do that here in a couple minutes. Um, what we're going to do is we want to ask you a little bit more about what happened, but we just have to read your rights. Do you have your card with you?
All right. So, >> Kaylee, you have the right to remain silent.
You have the right to any right to you. Do you want to talk to me about what happened today?
>> Just need some air. It's really hot.
>> Hey, can you throw your car on?
The AC?
>> Yeah, AC.
>> Oh, I mean it's on.
>> Is it?
>> Oh, the window's not open.
>> Well, get your air.
>> Oh, the back.
>> Do you smoke cig I'm sorry. Do you smoke cigarettes? No.
>> All right. So, uh, do you want to talk to me today?
>> You don't?
>> Not really. No, cuz I don't know what's even happening. Like, I don't know what to do. So, I don't know.
>> I mean, >> like we talked to you and I'm sure you know uh you hit a car >> and then you hit a semi truck also and you left both of the city.
>> So, why do you leave? That's that's what we found.
>> I'm so scared. Like, I've never been in an accident. I've never been in trouble.
I've never been in anything.
>> All right. Let me let me ask you this.
Let me let me ask you this. What made you think that you lived in the scene of a scene that you allegedly were saying that somebody hit you would have been a great idea?
>> Listen, once I left, I knew that it was a bad idea. I was like, I should not have done that.
>> But it had already happened and then it's like once I left, you know, >> why why do you made a left turn in here when you saw the license and you saw him? Cuz we saw you.
>> I swear to God I did not see them because I was so worried about how my car was driving. Why did you come in here then?
>> Cuz I was just trying to like get like away from everyone. I pulled into that and then there was people and I was like I just don't want to deal with people right now. So I just came into like a more secluded area to just like like that just happened. Like I feel like I'm in shock. I don't know. Like I've never been in an accident. I've never been like anything. So it just like it all happened so quick. I don't I honestly >> I completely I do get it. I do. But living the scene of a crash is never is never a good idea. Never at all. Because what? Like as right now, what do you think that that's making me think that you're the one of fault, right?
That you were the one who who hit the other car.
>> Well, I did hit the first car, but it was her fault for breaking me like that.
>> So, why did you leave?
>> Oh, I was scared. That's all I can say is I was scared.
>> Where did that happen? The first the first vehicle that you hit, like, where did that happen?
>> I don't know what road it was. It was just right off 776. It was It was like past the bridge like this way or before the bridge.
>> I think it was before.
>> No, it all happened so quick like that.
I'm just like >> I don't know.
>> How do you hit that car?
>> Cuz she break checked me like Okay. So, I started off like I was just driving normal. I was just trying to go around her and then she started like like screaming, freaking out. So, then I just got behind was like, "Okay, whatever."
And I just rode behind her and then she's like screaming at me through the window like yelling at me and like all this. And so then I was like, "Okay."
And then she like went that way. So then I went that way because I was like, "What?" Like what do you mean? She went like >> like she went and then I like like she was turning but I was turning there too.
So I had to go that way too.
>> Oh, she was making a right turn into >> She was making a left turn but I had to make a left turn as well. And so I was just going like I was behind her that whole time. like we had gotten into it and then she was still yelling at me through the window. I was still behind her and then I guess we ended up both needing to go the same like way. So then she went and then I went and then when she went to go she like slammed on her brakes and break checked me again. Like she had already done that down there.
>> So she did it she did it twice.
>> Yes. Like once on the main road and then once when we were like about to turn, but then when we were about to turn, she like slammed hard and she even looked out the window and laughed. Let me ask you this. Let me ask you a question. Let me ask you a question.
>> How fast were you going when you hit her?
>> I don't know like however fast she was going because I was behind her.
>> If you have to estimate in speed like >> maybe 50 that's how much it was on the road.
>> What about the second car? The second trailer.
>> Thought it was just cuz I wasn't looking. Like I was so stupid.
>> When did that happen?
>> You don't know? But it wasn't right there. Yeah. Like it was like the crash happened right there and >> you were to go back on the road because I was just like what I wanted to check my car and so I went to like go out cuz I didn't want to be in the >> in the middle you know.
>> So when you hit that trailer when you hit the second trailer >> did you hit the trailer on 776 or was it was it 7 how fast were you going?
>> Probably not fast at all. Maybe 30.
>> Maybe 30.
>> Yeah.
>> Okay. Did you didn't stop, right?
>> Okay.
>> No, I showed up, but I stopped right down the road right there. I just didn't want to be on the main road. Like, I literally stopped on the first. That's why I was in that like community.
>> All right. So, another question. So, the deputies are inventorying the car because it's going to be towed. So, they said that they found a part of the car, like where your wheel is, the part that goes around the wheel. That piece is in the back trunk. Do you know how >> that guy helped me at the gut community?
>> Okay. So, was it like hanging off?
>> Like like hanging from the car and then you just like ripped it off and put it in the back.
>> He did. Yeah.
>> Okay. Who the what guy at the gated community?
>> Security.
>> Okay. He ripped it off for you and then put it in the trunk.
>> Okay.
>> Why is that? Okay.
>> They were just wondering why it wasn't why it was back there.
>> And which community was that? Um I I honestly I don't know. Riverwood or something. Riverwood. Yeah, I think I don't know that. I don't know that area.
Well, >> okay. Um >> so like I said, the moment that you tried to like come over here and try to hide from us, >> I wasn't I was literally just trying to like was it going to be making it anywhere?
>> That's not what it looks like for us.
>> I know. I'm sorry. Like I I really honest to God did not see. Have you ever called 911 before?
>> No.
>> You never called 911? I get it that you were scared, but leaving the scene of a crisis is never a good idea, like I said before. Um, >> it doesn't look good at all. And then we have this lady complaining of injuries.
>> Oh my god.
>> I get it that you were trying to make a turn or she was trying to make a turn, but the moment >> she breaked me and made me slam into her.
>> I I get it. I get it. But the moment that you engage on a I don't know visual conversation with her or anything else, that's when road rage starts. So, uh that's that's where we're at right now.
>> She started it with me though is literally what happened. Like I even >> All right. So, I'm going to call like you said uh the other deputy say we're going to inventory your vehicle. It's going to get towed. I'm going to call your mom and let her know what's going on. That way she's aware. Uh when you get to up to the jail, they're going to allow you to get couple phone numbers out of your phone. That way you can make calls if you wish over there. Uh do you have any questions for me?
>> So um what's going to happen?
>> Are you going to jail?
>> Like can I go home tonight?
>> Uh I'm not sure to be honest. I I wouldn't think so. Or I don't know how quick they can get you in. I I can talk to her about it.
>> All right. I'm going to do the inventory.
>> We'll talk on the way down.
>> Thanks. Harley, >> what's her name and how old is she?
>> I'll send you a picture. Is that okay?
Uh she's uh >> and Kaylee.
>> Kaye, she should be in the call.
>> Perfect. I'm going to just drive down that way. Make sure you >> All right.
So about the part, she said that some some security guy at ri somewhere in Riverwood uh helped her like the attaching it from her vehicle and put it on the back.
>> So you got to get a stable problem.
>> Was that when uh was that So the Riverwood guy helped her tear that and is that when she was like, "Oh, I hit an animal."
>> Yeah, >> probably.
>> Yeah.
>> You said do an interview with her? I >> Or after you do the >> She doesn't know who the guy is.
>> You will.
>> You will find out. Yeah, we just go there and find out. Ask them who you talk to this lady.
>> All right.
>> Do you need help? Go do the >> Thank you.
>> Oh, yeah. Go ahead and do the toe. I'll work on inventorying it.
>> I want to say she maybe her mom works at Chase.
>> Keep finding a bunch of money envelopes with no money in them.
>> Should I call mom and let her know what's going on?
>> Yeah, after do the toe first.
>> 37.
Adam Robert. Yes. Maybe do a little R.
Are your lights on? Fine. All right, that's fine. One more tag. We'll just slowly get up into that med behind this car cuz southbound, we're driving north right now, right? Southbound is that way. Runway does come back on here. Which way? Okay. No, it's it already. Uh, it's going down. Yeah, it's down there. So, let's make people get all the way in.
Probably not supposed to know how they hit an animal. I don't know. I don't think a turn. That's it. Make a left on Cornelius.
Just take it real slow here. I'll get our central vehicle just turned on a tornado. Check these side roads. Back on the line in disconnected station in Van Djk Central. I don't.
Is there anybody else in the vehicle?
No. Is it just you? No, this is my son's balloon. It's my son's balloon.

It's your fault. What? I have a kid. I have a child. Wait, wait, wait. I have a son. I have a son. I have a 4-year-old son. What are you guys doing? No, I can't. I can't. I've never been to jail.
I've never What? What? Are you serious right now? Is this really happening?
Like, this is serious. Two hidden runs.
Two hidden runs. Two. He hit me. Two.
No. Two. So, is she getting anything?
Cuz she break checked me. Is she Is she in trouble? So, she was driving erratically. Is she in trouble? Oh, two people driving erratically that you hit.
No, the the one you already lied. You already lied. What? And you fled. And you and you and you lied. And you lied to who? You lied to who? The gate guard.
You said you hit an animal. Where's the fur? Where's the I said I hit an animal previously because I had hit an animal previously but but not and then I said it got worse because I were staying out here in a secluded area. No.
Yeah. Who's the insurance company for your car? State Farm. It's my mom's car.
It's not even my car. Okay. So, we're going to have you take a seat in the back here. our patrol car. Um, you have anything on you? Is there any way we can like what? What can I make better decision when you hit the first car?
Yes, sir. She's already started lied too many times. Oh, yeah. We need someone to go back to that accident. Yeah. Yeah.
See, but we saw the car, so we're like, [ __ ] we're not going to let it get away. No, I agree with you. No, I agree with you. That's why I'm like I started meandering that way and I'm like I'm going to start going 10:18 to try to catch up. Can you explain? Are you available to come to my stop? I'm just really confused right now. I really need someone to just be like levelheaded with me and just explain. Please, you can run all the tests you on me. I'm sober. I don't have anything in me. I don't I'm not on anything. Please, do you have anything on you?
Do you have any firearm? Any knife?
Anything? Anything? Nothing? No. No.
Okay. Nothing at all. So, listen. This is what I'm going to explain to you. The first time when you hit a vehicle that you leave the scene of a crash. That's pretty bad. Then you hit another one.
But she hit him. I'm sorry.
She's coming. I already call her. Wait, what? I'm going to jail. Yes. Yeah, you are. They're hitting roads. What? What?
Like what does that entail?
Like what is Well, we'll be there with you all the way up when you get to jail and you have to talk to a judge and she can 235 for transport. Yep. And then you guys can finish the tier. All right. Um, did you want to wait here with this car while we go back there and finish the test? Is she is the lady who did this in any trouble? Cuz she literally break checked me. She was driving erratically.
How do you not believe? Is there traffic cameras? Go check the traffic camera.
Listen, I don't believe you. You already lied. You lied to the gate guard. You lied to me and two different people.
Why? Let me ask you a question.
accident. He's Why do you see me with And you turned down here to hide from them. I didn't even see them. I came down here to try to check out my lights and sirens.
Lights and sirens on here. Let's go behind these. I have a lot going on. I'm not looking around to see if there's I cannot believe this is seriously happening. That lady should It is happening. I mean, like I said, you should have never left the scene of that lady should be in trouble, too, because that's not So, we're going to put her in your car. You're going to just transport her? Can I like Can I call somebody?
Like, what? Yeah, we'll take care of D.
Uh, your your purse. You want that to go with you? I kind of need it. Yeah. What is But where's it going to? So, well, it's going to go with you to jail. Okay.
Yep. And I get to like keep it on me and everything or take it? They're They're going to keep it in your property and then when you get released, it'll be given back to you. So, I'll grab that for you. She's going to search you.
Okay. All right. I'm just going to grab that. I'll be right back. Per purse.
Yeah. Yeah. Yep. going to go in with a toe for the strap. Okay. No, they have to I do anything like dangerous. Out of Connecticut is showing on a red Chevy Silverado 2014 Toronto. The expiration 227 is negative valid. Yeah, I mean it.
It could be medical. Who knows? But uh whatever's in the vehicle yet. Come on.
She's got to go down there anyway.
Flashlight. I think she said 12:05, I think. Where is she? She's here. Hey, get her phone number and her address for crash report. Who's the owner of the vehicle? Jennifer Williams. This is your mom. Here, I'm going to grab your phone.
That way, we can get you.
I got it here. Um, since you can't use your hands, what what's the And what's mom's name in your phone? Mama. Mom.
Okay. Mom, you said mom. Ma. Ma. Mama.
Oh, mama. Okay. All right. I got nine for one. Um, at at the jail, they'll let you write any phone numbers out of your phone. Okay. So, you'll be able to do that here in a couple minutes. Um, what we're going to do is we want to ask you a little bit more about what happened, but we just have to read your rights. Do you have your card with you? Robert Henry.
All right. So, Kay, you have the right to remain silent. You have the right to anywhere. After having this right read to you, do you want to talk to me about what happened today? Just need some air.
It's really hot. Hey, Haley, can you turn your car on? The AC? Yeah, AC. Oh, I mean it's on. Is it? Oh, the window is not open. Will to get you the back. Do you smoke? I'm sorry. Do you smoke cigarettes?
No.
All right. So, uh, do you want to talk to me today? Not really. No, cuz I don't know what's even happening. Like, I don't know what to do. So, I don't I don't know. I mean like like we talked to you and I'm sure you know uh you hit a car. Yeah. And then you hit a Sami also and you left both of the seats. So why do you leave? That's that's what we wanted to know. I'm scared. Like I've never been in an accident.
Why? But it had already happened. And then it's like once I left, you know why? Why do you made a left turn in here when you saw the license tires on and you saw him? Cuz we saw you. I swear to God, I did not see them because I was so worried about how my car was driving.
Why did you come in here then? Cuz I was just trying to like get like away from everyone. I pulled into that and then there was people and I was like I just don't want to deal with people right now. So I just came into like a more secluded area to just like like like that just happened. Like I feel like I'm in shock. I don't know. Like I've never been in an accident. I've never been like anything. So it just like it all happened so quick. I don't I honestly I completely I do get it. I do. But living the scene of a crash is never is never a good idea. Never at all. Because what?
Like as right now. What do you think?
That that's making me think that you're the one fault, right? That you were the one who who hit the other car.
Well, I did hit the first car, but it was her fault for breaking me like that.
So, why did you leave?
Oh, I was scared. That's all I can say is I was scared.
Where did that happen? The first the first vehicle that you hit. Like where did that happen? I don't know what road it was. It was just right off 776.
It was It was like past the bridge like this way or before the bridge. I think it was before. I don't know. It all happened so quick like that. I'm just like I don't know. How do you hit that car? Cuz she break checked me like Okay.
So, I started off like I was just driving normal. I was just trying to go around her and then she started like like screaming, freaking out. So, then I just got behind. I was like, "Okay, whatever." And I just rode behind her and then she's like screaming at me through the window like yelling at me and like all this. And so then I was like, "Okay." And then she like went that way. So then I went that way because I was like, "What?" Like I was like so like like she went and then I like like she was turning but I was turning there too so I had to go that way too. Oh, she was making a right turn into was making a left turn but I had to make a left turn as well. And so I was just going like I was behind her that whole time. Like we had gotten into it and then she was still yelling at me through the window. I was still behind her. And then I guess we ended up both needing to go the same like way. So then she went and then I went and then when she went to go, she like slammed on her brakes and break checked me again. Like she had already done that down there.
She did it. She did it twice. Yes. Like once on the main road and then once when we were like about to turn. But then when we were about to turn, she like slammed hard hard and she even looked out the window and laughed. Let me ask you this. Let me ask you a question. Let me ask you a question. Uh, how fast were you going when you hit her? I don't know. Like, however fast she was going because I was behind her. If you have to estimate in speed, like maybe 50 60.
That's how much it was on. What about the second car? The second trailer. That was just cuz I wasn't looking. Like I was so stupid. What did that happen? I don't know. You don't know. But it wasn't right there. Yeah. Like it was like the crash happened right there and you were to go back on the road because I was just like what I wanted to check my car and so I went to like go out because I didn't want to be in the in the middle you know.
So when you hit that trailer when you hit the second trailer did you hit the trailer on 776 or was it wasn't how fast were you going?
Probably not fast at all. Maybe 30.
Maybe 30. Yeah. Okay. Did you didn't stop, right? Okay. No, I showed up, but I stopped right down the road right there. I just didn't want to be on the main road. Like, I literally stopped on the first. That's why I was in that community. All right. So, another question. So, the deputies are inventorying the car because it's going to be towed. So, they said that they found a part of the car like where your wheel is, the part that goes around the wheel. That piece is in the back trunk.
Do you know how that guy helped me at the gated community? Okay. So, was it like hanging off like like hanging from the car and then you just like ripped it off and put it in the back? He did.
Yeah. Okay. Who what guy at the gated community? Okay. He ripped it off for you and then put it in the trunk. Okay.
Why is that?
Okay. They were just wondering why it wasn't why it was back there. And which community was that? Um I I honestly I don't know. Riverwood or something.
Riverwood?
Yeah. I think I don't know that. I don't know that area. Well, okay. Um, so like I said, the moment that you tried to like come over here and try to hide from us, I wasn't I was literally just trying to like I wasn't going to be making it anywhere. That's not what it looks like for us. I know. I'm sorry. Like I I really honest to God did not see. Have you ever called 911 before? No. You never called 911? I get it that you were scared, but leaving the scene of a crisis is never a good idea, like I said before. Um, it's it doesn't look good at all. And then we have this lady complaining of injuries. Oh my god. I get it that you were trying to make a turn where she was trying to make a turn, but the moment she break me and made me slim into her, uh, I I get it. I get it. But the moment that you engage on a I don't know, visual conversation with her or anything else, that's when road rage starts. So, um, that's that's where we're at right now. She started it with me, though, is literally what happened. Like I even All right. So, I'm going to call like you said, uh, the other deputies say we're going to inventory your vehicle. It's going to get towed. I'm going to call your mom and let her know what's going on. That way, she's aware. Uh, when you get to up to the jail, they're going to allow you to get couple phone numbers out of your phone. That way, you can make calls if you wish over there. Uh, do you have any questions for me? So, um, what's going to happen? Well, you going to jail? Like, can I go home tonight?
Uh, I'm not sure to be honest. I I wouldn't think so. Or I don't know how quick they can get you in. I I can talk to her about it. I'm going to do the inventory. Well, we'll talk on the way down. Thanks, Harley.
What's her name and how old is she? I'll send you a picture. Is that okay? Uh, she's uh and Ky K. She should be in the call. Perfect.
I'm going to just drive down that way.
Make sure you All right. So, about the park, she said that some some security guy at somewhere in Riverwood uh helped her like the attaching it from her vehicle and put it on the back. So, you got to get a stable problem. Was that when uh was that So, the Riverwood guy helped her tear that and is that when she was like, "Oh, I hit an animal."
Yeah, probably. Yeah. You said do an interview with her and or with him? With him after you do the she doesn't know who the guy is. No, you will. You will find out. Yeah, we just go there and find out. Ask them who who talked to this lady. All right. Do you need help? Go do the Thank you. Oh, yeah. Go ahead and do the toe. I'll work on inventorying it. I want to say she maybe her mom works at Chase. Keep finding a bunch of money envelopes with no money on it. Should I call mom and let her know what's going on?
Yeah.
After do the toe the toe first. The toe will be here. She was charged with leaving the scene of an accident.
She was sentenced to 6 months of probation, a 4-hour driving course, and $397 in restitution. Thanks for watching. Be sure to subscribe for more videos like this.
