English fluency is achieved through consistent speaking practice and mindset transformation rather than memorizing grammar rules or vocabulary; learners must shift from being passive English consumers to active speakers by forcing themselves to speak regularly, accepting mistakes, and building confidence through repeated communication practice.

How 5 of My Students Started Speaking English with Confidence in 90 Days
Added:Over the last three months, these five completely different English learners transformed the way they speak. Angelie deleted every English recording she'd ever made because she was afraid of being judged for her mistakes. [music] Owen's hands were shaking, literally shaking before his first [music] English call. Sephur couldn't form a full sentence and was stuck at 82 for years.
Arnot understood everything [music] but couldn't speak fluently and confidently. Daniel barely spoke English for years and three months later he was speaking with native speakers face to face for hours. Today every one of them [music] speaks English with confidence and none of them got there by studying more grammar or memorizing more vocabulary. [music] In this video I will show exactly what changed for each one of them and how you can apply those same principles yourself. So, in the first episode, we covered how I went from the quiet kid in my entire school to getting paid to speak English. And then in the second episode, we covered the full system that I used in order to become this English speaker, this fluent English speaker that you're watching right now.
>> Awesome. And in the third and final episode in this series, we're going to talk about how Jo has helped other five students become fluent in English under his guidance. and then we will talk about the system that we can help you implement personally to become fluent in the next 90 days. So let's start with our students stories first and then get into the system itself. Our first student was Arnod and he is originally from France. So Joel can you tell us his full story?
>> So Arnod is very interesting because he used to know a lot of complex words. He memorized a lot of complex words, but he was never able to actually speak them.
He was able to speak a little bit of English, but it wasn't enough for him to actually strive at work. He wanted to get better opportunities. He wanted to meet new people. After working with him for so many weeks, I understood that he is a guy that likes to connect with people. And because his English was not as good as he wanted to be, he wasn't able to actually feel comfortable jumping on calls with people and even connect with people. I remember that he was asking me if I had a trick to approach people in the street because it was very hard for him to approach new people and he always want to meet new people. As many English learners, Arnad was also memorizing words for years and he wasn't able to actually express himself because of that. So he was always nervous when it comes to having a conversation with someone. He wasn't able to actually have a conversation with someone because he was extremely nervous because of that passive vocabulary. So he had to transform that passive vocabulary into active vocabulary. And I remember the first time that he joined our community, I think he found an opportunity to speak English finally. Even though he was speaking English sometimes at work, it wasn't enough. He wasn't feeling comfortable speaking English there.
especially because the people that he was having calls with, they were at a beginner level and he wanted to do more.
He wanted to take to the next level and I I think that after he joined our community, he was able to have that. But it took some time for him to actually jump on the first call. But once he jumped on the first call and he actually forced himself to jump on that call and have a conversation with someone from another country, well, he was able to understand exactly what he had been missing this whole time. And I He's a guy that loved Thailand. He used to travel there every single time. So once he connected someone from there from Southeast Asia, he was extremely excited and he understood that okay, I've been missing this for a long time and I just forced myself and I just jump on a call and it wasn't that bad. It was actually great. And he told me that on our calls after he had that first call with a community member. every single call that he was having with me, we were working on that and I was convincing him that if he joins every single call, if he joins the group call, if he joins a call with a community member every single week, he was going to able to break the limit leave once and for all and he would be able to communicate in English really effectively.
So after that first call, he was able to jump on a bunch of calls week after week. And slowly he was breaking his limiting belief that if he make a mistake, if he shows his accent to someone, people are going to laugh at him or he will get judged. But that was not true at all. It was just in his head. And I feel like most English learners know that. But still, they need that extra push in order to break that cycle. And I still remember the first moment that I saw real improvement in his English. He was on a call with me and he started speaking faster and he start to express words more quickly and I realized that okay, it's actually working or not. all that process, all those calls that you jumped every single week is actually giving you a lot of progress. And I remember that he was super happy because his whole life he has been only memorizing vocabulary, learning grammar rules and he wasn't effective because even though he had learned so much and so many words, so many grammar rules, he wasn't able to actually express himself the way that he wanted to. And after jumping on so many calls, he was actually able to do it once and for all.
And that made me extremely happy because I realized again and that the idea of jumping on calls and finally speaking in English consistently, the idea was reinforced in my head again that that is actually the secret and the truth. So then after working on that, after overcoming that fear and getting comfortable speaking English, after 10 weeks, he started speaking even with native speakers. And he was even able to jump on even more calls at work, he was more comfortable. I would say that he was pretty much free from that grammar garbage because his whole life he was just used to memorize those grammar rules. And once he understood that the real secret is to actually speak way more than you think you need, he finally broke out of that cycle, out of that bubble. And now he speaks with native speakers all the time. He jumps on calls, I think, every single week.
and he's able to work more comfortably and more freely because he uses English at work and because he can express himself way better, he also works better.
>> And what would you say were the three biggest lessons that you taught Ar when you started coaching him and helping him with his English and which out of these three lessons actually helped him the most?
I would say that the first one was that he had to change his mindset in order to become fluent. He had to become an English speaker instead of just being an English learner forever. So that was the first thing that I think helped him a lot. Second, I told him that grammar rules are not something that you study.
It's something that you immerse yourself in and you learn naturally because that's how I did it and I don't suffer with grammar anymore. It's not a problem. I can just talk and I don't even think about grammar anymore. So once he understood that grammar rules I are not that important because he had been learning that grammar rules are extremely important his whole life since school. Once he understood that it was not a problem anymore is not something that you need to focus on. And then third, I told him that confidence compounds. So you don't wait to become confident. You don't become fluent in English or good at English before. You become confident before and then you become fluent. And in order to become confident, you have to force yourself to jump on calls every single week, every single month, or even every single day.
And once he understood that that was really the thing that he had to focus on, he started to jump on calls every single week. And once he started to jump on calls every single week, that's when we started to see a lot of progress. So I think the most effective thing that I taught him was about how he needed to speak more than he actually thought he did because when we started working together he didn't understand how effective this was how speaking was the most important skill and I think most English learners they think that listening is the most important skills because when you go on YouTube and you consume content a lot of people say that listening is the most important skill, which it is, but until a certain point, once you get to an intermediate level, once you understand a lot of things and you don't have problems with listening anymore, then you have to change. You have to change your mindset. Now, speaking after that is the most important one. And if you don't change your mindset, you're never going to be able to become fluent.
Because if you have the mindset that listening is the most important skill in speaking, you just can't do it sometimes. You will never develop good speaking skills. And that's the thing that are not learned that I will never forget is that speaking is more important than listening. Especially at the point that he was it was extremely important that he understood that speaking was more important than listening. And once he understood that he was able to make a lot of progress really fast in just one month.
>> And that was the story of Arnod. And I really love the things that you were teaching him as well. So these things they were exactly the things that were missing for him in order to unlock fluency. And when would you say was the moment that he realized that now he is a speaker not just a consumer of content or not just a learner of English because I'm pretty sure throughout these 10 weeks there was a moment a specific week when he shift his mind mindset entirely.
Yeah, I would say after the first call that he had with a community member, once he understood that, okay, there's nothing to fear here. If I jump on a call with someone, they're not going to judge me because they are learning a skill just like me, especially because he was in a safe environment. He was jumping on calls with people that were doing the same thing as him. So that was not a problem anymore. After he understood that, okay, if I jump on calls and talk with people, I can become fluent in a few weeks. That's the realization that pretty much broke the limiting belief that he had for so many years. And once he broke that limiting belief after jumping on calls with so many people, that's when he became an English speaker. That's when he changed his identity and he was able to realize that okay speaking English is the most important thing and I have to speak every single day if I wanted to become a fluent speaker. Absolute cinema. And now let's talk about our next client. His name is Oven and he's originally from Taiwan. And the thing he was struggling with was just him consuming hours and hours of Netflix, podcasts, YouTube videos and stuff like that without any real speaking practice.
As a result, he didn't have any real meaningful progress when it comes to speaking and he was suffering a lot in life. So can you tell us about first of all how he started learning English, how he started learning English with you, >> why he wanted to become fluent and what happened when he actually did?
>> Yeah, Owen is a very interesting guy because he was a police officer before he started working with me. He already had a very good level of English. He was able to communicate. He was able to speak, but it wasn't enough. He wanted to level up his English even more because he wanted to achieve great things in life. But first he didn't know why he wanted to learn English. I asked him why a few times and he wasn't able to tell me. So every single week we were we were working on that to see if we could actually find the reason why he wanted to become fluent. And at some point we we found we found a reason and it was pretty much freedom. He wanted to be free. He felt like he was stuck in Taiwan for a long time. And in his mind, he thought that English was going to be a tool, an asset that he could use in order to become more free in life. And that was true. English was actually going to be something that he could use in order to be more free in life. That's why he quit his job as a police officer as well because he was feeling stuck. He was feeling like he was doing the same thing every single day and didn't he didn't want that for his life. So he decided to quit and he wanted to start a business. He wanted to be free. He wanted to travel the world. And once he realized that, he also realized that he needed English for that. So as I said, he already had a very good level of English, but it wasn't enough for him to actually achieve what he wanted to achieve with that level of English. and he didn't have a lot of people around him to speak English. So once he joined the community, he was able to have that environment, he was able to have so many people around him that was doing the same thing that was learning English, learn the same skill as he was at that time. So once he had that environment, the only thing that he had to unlock was confidence and the willpower to actually jump on calls with people, jump on or group calls in order to develop his speaking skills. But before he joined the community, he wasn't speaking English at all. Even though he already had a good level of English, he wasn't speaking English. So after he joined the community, like I said, he had that environment. So he had to jump on a call for the first time and it was not easy.
Owen told me that his hands were literally shaking before joining the call. He was extremely nervous. He didn't know what to say. He didn't know what to to speak about with that person.
But still he forced himself to actually do it. And that was the milestone that pretty much made him break his limit belief once and for all. And that was the turning point for him. And once he actually joined that call and once he spoke English in that call, he became a different person. And after that call, he started to change his mindset. He started to understand that okay, if I want to become fluent, if I want to get to that level, well, I have to speak.
That was the turning point for him. That was the moment that he started to become an English speaker and stopped being an English learner. And week after week, we were working on that. And he was jumping on calls every single week. He was joining the group calls every single week. He was speaking in front of 15, 20 people in English every single week, which was crazy because he was not doing that. He wasn't even speaking with one person. Now he's speaking every single week. He's jumping on calls every single week. He's socializing with people. He is not nervous anymore. and he suffered with perfectionism a lot which we worked on as well and we were able to break the perfectionism. He doesn't care about making mistakes anymore. He doesn't care about being judged anymore and that was one of the biggest things holding him down at that time. So that was pretty much destroyed in just a few weeks because he was committed. He wanted to change. He wanted to become a different person and he changed his identity completely in just a few weeks because of his discipline because that he actually wanted to change because he wanted to achieve freedom. He wanted to be free in order to travel the world and to actually do something meaningful with his life. And even though being a police officer provide him with a lot of good stories and amazing experiences and I know that he was grateful because he worked as a police officer for 10 years or even more. But he wanted to do something different. He wanted to do something different with his life. And once he actually became fluent, once he actually was able to communicate and speak with so many people in a comfortable way, that's when he saw his goal closer than ever before because he actually chose the right path after everything that he had been through learning English, trying to memorize words, trying to memorize grammar rules, which was not effective at all. So after going through that for just few weeks he was able to change his identity and he became a different person is amazing to see.
>> And then our other student her name is Angelie. She had a pretty similar story or a pretty similar outcome of her story. I would say she started jumping on calls with native speakers and native speakers started noticing how she improved her English and how effortlessly effortlessly she could speak English on calls and um in daily conversations. Can you tell us more about her story because she's originally from India but then she moved to Canada >> but she didn't have many opportunities to practice English there. So how did you help her specifically?
Well, she had a lot of opportunities, of course, because she was living in Canada, an English-sp speakaking country, but she wasn't able to take advantage of those opportunities. That's the biggest difference.
And she moved from India to Canada.
Actually, she moved from India to Israel first and then from Israel to Canada.
And of course because she was living in an English speaking country the whole thing is different because most people here they were living in a non-English-sp speaking country but she was living in an English-sp speaking country. So I had to do some changes and I had to teach her some different things in order for her to actually break out of that plateau and become fluent once and for all. So she already had a good level of English. She was able to communicate. I was able to understand her. She was able to understand me. But her mind was going blank a lot mids sentence. And that was making her suffer a lot in every conversation. I remember that the first recording that we were supposed to have, she was panicking. She didn't want to do it because it wasn't something normal for her. It was something completely unusual. Even though she was living in an English-sp speakaking country, she wasn't speaking as much English as she needed to. She was working at a job, but at that job, she was working with some people from her own country or some people from other countries that didn't speak English fluently. So, that affected her in a negative way because she wasn't able to communicate with a lot of people in English or people that had a better level than her in English at her job. So every time she was going to work, she knew that she was not going to be able to speak English as much as she wanted to. So like I said before our first call, she saw my video on YouTube and she knew that I was fluent in English. So maybe because of that, she was kind of nervous and she was panicking and she wanted to reschedule.
But I told her, "We're not going to schedule this, okay? We're not going to schedule this. We're going to have that call because that's how you overcome your fear. that's how you become better.
And she joined and it was great because she realized that there was nothing to fear. There was nothing to be afraid of.
And there was another thing very interesting that happened after that. I asked her to send me a video so I could give her feedback. That's what I pretty much do every single week with my students. And she recorded that video.
There was a lot of mistakes, a lot of grammar mistakes, a lot of vocabulary mistakes. It wasn't perfect at all. She sent me that video. But before I saw the video, she deleted because she was extremely afraid of what I would say.
She was afraid that I was going to judge her or something, which is crazy because I was there to help her. I was a person that had to see everything, all the mistakes, everything that was wrong with her English. I was a person that needed to see that and she deleted before I saw it. So, it was a big issue that we needed to fix right away. So, I just told her, "Hey, I'm the person that need to see your mistakes. I'm the person that actually need to see your English so you can actually improve as fast as possible. If you mask this problem, if you cover your problems, your mistakes, and everything, how can I actually give you the best feedback possible for you?
You're not going to become fluent if you don't accept that." And once she understood that, every single video she sent it to me after that was way better and she was just pretty much free because I was the person that had to see those mistakes in order for her to improve the most. Her goal was actually to make the least perfect video possible for me to actually give her the best feedback ever. So once she understood that, okay, I need to record videos that are not perfect at all. So Jon can actually give me the best feedback so I can improve my English. After only two months, she was speak English every single day. She was jumping on calls more than ever. She was speaking with native speakers. Native speakers that she was not used to speak in Canada every single day. And they were literally telling her to her face, "Hey, your English has improved a lot. That's amazing." And she was extremely proud of that.
So just in two months, not even three months, in two months she stopped translating. She stopped pausing mid-sentence and she just started to express herself much more effectively and even native speaker she started to notice which is crazy.
>> Awesome. And were there any other benefits that she got from becoming fluent in English in her personal life?
For example, of course, native speakers started to notice how she started improving her English and how she started speaking better English as well.
>> But was there any other benefits maybe like tangible benefits for her?
>> Yeah, I would say she became more disciplined. I think that she was always a very disciplined person. But to tell me that she saw one of my YouTube videos and it was about how I used to wake up really early in order to go to work, but I started waking up even earlier to practice English. So, after she watched that video, she started waking up even earlier, 4 a.m. And I was actually really surprised because 4:00 a.m. is extremely early. But she was doing that and she was consistent with it. She was able to wake up every single day 4:00 a.m. and do what she had to do. Like every single action step that I give it to her, she was doing it. She didn't miss one action step. Throughout the process, she became more disciplined.
She went from an English learner that spoke English sometimes to an English speaker using active vocabulary, using new words, expressing herself the way that she actually wanted to express herself in just two months, not even three.
>> That's amazing. So, she achieved results even faster than other students. And honestly, for me, waking up at 5:00 a.m.
was was a big struggle. I can't imagine a person waking up at 4:00 a.m. It's crazy. Yeah, I'm a morning person. I'm a morning person, so it's very easy for me to wake up 4, to be honest. But I wake up 5 most of the time.
>> That's crazy. Yeah. I mean, right now I'm waking up at like 9:00 a.m.
[laughter] >> most of the time, sometimes even later.
And yeah, I mean, I would say waking up earlier is important and it's an aspect of discipline. Of course, not everybody wakes up that early, right? But it just shows commitment and that's one of the ways you can show commitment and discipline with your actions. Yeah.
>> And Angelie actually reminds me of our other student. Her name is Sephur. She's from Turkey and her English level was A2, even lower than for our other clients. So, can you tell us J how you helped her improve her speaking spoken English because she started at an even lower point and it was even more difficult for her to become fluent in English.
Yeah, I remember the first call that I had with her. It was extremely difficult because she wasn't able to understand everything that I was saying clearly.
So, I had to repeat myself multiple times.
>> And same thing with her. She needed to repeat herself multiple times in order for me to understand her. And it was a very difficult interaction, but I just had to get used to it. And she also had to get used to it. And it worked, you know. Call after call, we started to make progress together. Week after week, I was able to understand her more. She was able to understand me even more. I didn't need to repeat myself multiple times anymore. And before she joined the first call with me, she was going to speaking clubs. I I would say every single month, not even every single week, but every time she went to speaking clubs, she would avoid speaking because she was extremely shy. She didn't want to speak in English because she thought people would judge her or make fun of her.
>> So she was always quitting and starting again, quitting and starting again. So she was never able to be consistent with the whole process. That's why she also never achieved a very good level of English because she was never able to be consistent with the whole process. But after joining the program and after I started working with her, she understood that okay, I've been listening to English pretty much my whole life. Now I need to change this. I I need to change my mindset. I need to actually speak for the first time in my life. I need to start speaking every single day, every single week. And when she understood that, she was able to change her mindset. And she started to make more progress every single week. She started jumping on calls with other people, not only with me, but with other people. And that was a complete new thing for her.
She wasn't able to do that at all. So, she started to follow the action steps.
She started to follow the plan that I created for her. And week after week I was able to understand her more. She was able to understand me more. She was able to speak more clearly. And I remember the first call that I saw she was actually making a lot of progress.
It was extremely satisfying to see that because she was one of my first students and the first time that I saw that she was making real progress, I was so happy. It was just I I it was just so joyful and I was filled with happiness at that time because I had finally saw her progress in real time and it was just amazing. So before that call before I saw her progress for the first time in real time she was talking to herself all the time. She was going on walks and talking to herself out loud alone because she's from a small town and she was lazy. She wasn't able to wake up in the morning and practice English. But because I created a plan for her and because of this whole process, she was able to become more disciplined and she started to develop better habits. She started reading before going to bed. She started to develop the habit of talking to herself.
And after this whole process, she started to think in English more. She started to express herself better and more clearly. So comparing her English in the first call that I had with her to the last call that I had with her, it was just amazing. And our interaction was just incredible because now I could understand her more and she was able to understand me. I didn't have to repeat myself multiple times as I had to in the first call that we had. She was one of our first students and I was so happy to see her changing her life throughout the process.
>> That's interesting. And what's even more interesting is that our students, they not only got fluent English from you, they not only got confidence from you, but what they also have got from you was discipline. And that's very important.
And that's the pattern we share across all of our students. They started waking up earlier. They started treating their tasks and their routines more seriously and they started leveling up their English faster because they started sticking to their commitments which is amazing. And now let's actually talk about one of our students who was struggling with discipline a lot. His name is Daniel and he was a big procrastinator before and he didn't even want to become fluent in English at first and he he was struggling with it and he didn't even know what to do. Um cuz he was just kind of lost. But then when you started helping him with English, he figured out his real why, the real reason he want to become fluent in English and he started improving his English and he proved to himself that he can become fluent in English by sticking to his commitments.
>> Daniel process and whole story it's just amazing. probably one of the most impactful ones I would say because before working with me he didn't want to become fluent like you said >> he was just watching YouTube or just I don't know watching Netflix or some something like that for some reason he just found my video and he watched my video and he told me that he was like man I I like this guy maybe I should just try and and see what happens. So he joined the community and the rest is history. But his first contact with English was in school like me like Arnod like a lot of people similar to other countries in Germany they teach only grammar rules in school. So you're not able to develop speaking skills you're not able to express yourself in English.
So after school he never used English and he was still able to develop a very good level of English throughout his life but then he was stuck for years and he didn't care. He didn't want to make progress. He didn't even care about becoming fluent anymore. So he was not speaking English at all. He was not even consuming English before joining the program before starting working with me.
He had nothing to do with English. He was just living his life using his native language and like I said he was just watching YouTube and for some reason he even told me on our last call that he thought that a higher power might have sent my video to him in the right moment. And I was like yeah that's crazy man that's crazy that's really cool. So like I said it was just out of the blue he saw my video and he decided to go for it. He was committed. He was motivated. He was excited. He joined the community. And our first call, I saw that he was a very introverted guy. He was very shy. He didn't have a lot of energy and that was completely normal because that was his personality. So I understood him because I was a very introverted guy in the past as well. So I saw myself in him and I related to him even more than he related to me because he told me that he joined the community because he saw that I was a guy that struggled a lot with English and I was an introvert. So that's so that was one of the reasons why he joined the community and why he started working with me. He was a guy that wanted to prove to himself that he could do something uncomfortable for the first time in his life. And he didn't know why he wanted to become fluent. He just it was just an emotional decision that he made and he just went for it. He just took the risk. He told me that and he didn't know why he wanted to become fluent. He thought that he sounded good.
He thought that maybe one day would be important, but he didn't have a concrete reason. And I told him, "Hey man, you are really excited right now. You are really motivated and that's good, but at some point you're going to lose the motivation because motivation doesn't last. And you have to find the real reason why you actually want to become fluent." Because if you don't find that reason, you will give up again.
And he trusted me. He listened to me.
And we found that reason. And the reason that he wanted to become fluent was simply because he wanted to prove to himself that he could do something uncomfortable in his life for the first time ever. So that was the reason why he became unstoppable and he didn't give up. But at some point he was losing motivation even though he had found his why and he lost his discipline as well.
And that was specifically on week six I remember and he asked me, "Hey man, why am I feeling so bad right now? Why am I feeling so frustrated? And I just told him, it's just part of the process, man.
If you are feeling like this, it means you're doing the right thing. If you were not feeling like this, you were not doing the right thing. And he trusted me again. He believed in me. And I just told him, take a week off, don't think about English, and just come back refreshed. And he trusted me. He listened to me.
And after he came back, he was able to keep up with the process again, he was able to to not lose the momentum again.
And throughout those weeks after that week that he felt really bad, he was able to make a lot of progress. He even went to a Mr. and he talked to two native speakers for the first time in his life. A guy from England and a guy from the US. He talked to them for hours. his first time talking to a native speaker. He started to jump on calls at work more and more. He started to get more confident jumping on calls with people. He started to jump on the group calls that we have inside the community and talking in front of 20 15 people and all of that in just a few weeks because he was not even able to speak by himself in English few weeks ago. And it was just amazing to see his progress. He was a very introverted, shy guy just a few weeks ago and then in just a few weeks he was able to achieve so many things that most people take years to achieve.
>> What you said you mentioned weeks like not months.
>> Yeah. Yeah. Just a few weeks. It's crazy, right?
>> Well, I I cannot believe that. So, he went to a different country. He started speaking to native speakers. He got made two friends in English and then he also started speaking more English than he spoke in his entire life in just like a couple of weeks. I thought I thought it was months.
Just a few weeks. Just a few weeks. He started speaking with people from all over the world. He started speaking in front of 20 people. Imagine a guy, a very introverted, shy guy that wasn't talking in English at all, started talking in front of 20, even 30 people in English.
>> That's amazing.
>> Just a few weeks.
>> And it's just crazy. It's just crazy.
>> And what happened after that?
>> He just kept going and he started to achieve even more things. He started to talk with even more people. And I would say that in total, he probably jumped on more than 20 calls in just a few weeks.
It's just absolutely crazy.
>> This is absolute cinema, man. That's awesome. And honestly, all of our five students had the same thing in common, which is they were all struggling with procrastination. They were procrastinating, but they were specifically procrastinating on English.
They weren't procrastinating on their work or their career or something outside of their English. They were procrastinating on their English. And the reason why was because of their nervousness, awkwardness, and just them not having a clear system or clear action steps that they can follow in order to improve their spoken English.
And at English Achievers, we created a program designed to help native professionals go from overthinking every word in English to fluent and confident communication in daily conversations and work. And Jo is going to reveal this entire program and system for you right now.
So can you tell us who this program is for and who it is not for?
>> Yeah, that's a very important thing to understand because this program is not for everyone. So this program is for people that feel stuck, people that are ready to change their lives, people that are actually serious about becoming fluent in English and changing their whole lives. Not only becoming fluent in English, but also change their identity.
That is who this program is for. This program is not for complete beginners.
If you don't have a strong foundation, you're not going to be able to go through this whole program.
Also, it's not for you if you have a lot of excuses. If you don't want to actually overcome those fears, overcome those challenges. This program is not for you. Don't even try to join because you won't be able to take advantage of all the information that we have here.
>> And this program is 12 weeks long. In 12 weeks, you will go from struggling with your spoken English to speaking fluently and confidently in real life situations.
In the first week, we'll create a completely personalized learning plan for you so you know exactly what to do, what to focus on, so that you can follow the step-by-step instructions and improve your spoken English fast. And then during weeks 2 to six, we will focus on your overall English things like pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary. And after that, weeks 7 to 12 will be all about communication. So we will focus on improving your communication skills so that you can become more confident and you can speak in all situations in real life. But the question that you probably have right now is, huh, but what's inside of this program? Like what's included inside of this program? So Joel, can you answer that question?
>> The first thing we have inside the program is one-on-one weekly calls with me. We're going to talk about your favorite topics. I'm going to look at your specific recordings and calls every single week so I can give you proper feedback. Feedback that's going to move you forward. Feedback that's going to make you improve faster. And I also going to tell you exactly what to fix, grammar mistakes, vocabulary mistakes, so you are aware of your mistakes and you can fix them as soon as possible.
And also I'm going to give you clear action steps that you're going to be able to follow and work on every single week before the next session with me.
>> H interesting. So onetoone weekly calls with you. Is there anything else?
>> So you're not only going to have one-on-one weekly calls with me, but you're also going to have extra group calls every single week. These group calls you can practice speaking in front of people, real people at your level every single week. So by week 12 a work meeting or a client meeting can feel really easy.
>> Interesting. But how many people there are on these group weekly speaking calls?
>> It depends. But usually five max 10 people, not more than that. So it's a very close group. There's not a lot of people. So everyone can practice a lot and it's very valuable.
>> Awesome. On top of that, we have our own AI tool specifically designed only for English learners. So, this is not DPT or Claude. You can pretty much open this tool any time of the day, practice speaking and get feedback right away.
So, you don't need to wait for someone to give you feedback. You don't need to wait for me to give you feedback. You can get feedback anytime. So, you're never waiting for the next call to improve. And the other special thing that is included is the English social circle system. We match you with other students who share your interests and levels. So you have real people to practice with outside of the program every single time. You don't need to search for people to practice with anymore. We match you with other people that share the same interestes and also share the same level as you. And then we have the 12week personalized English plan. You will receive a completely personalized learning plan made by me every single week. And this plan will be updated every single week as well. And the next one is going to blow your mind even more. You're going to have four hours of personalized video breakdowns made by me. So, I will watch you speak and record a personal video pretty much every single week showing you the exact moments where you stop, freeze, or lose your words, so you know exactly what to fix, how to fix. So, think about my YouTube videos, but only made for you.
>> That's pretty powerful. But what exactly are you gonna talk about in these four hours? Is it going to be like general grammar lessons just you explaining uh grammar and how to uh learn pronunciation or is it something more specific? What are you talking about in these videos?
>> Not at all. These videos are not grammar lessons or even vocabulary lessons.
These videos are personalized for you and will show you the exact path that you have to take in order to solve that specific problem that you're struggling with at that time.
>> But what about grammar? like what if we don't study grammar? How how does that work? You know, some people they need to study grammar and uh they need to stop making grammar grammatical mistakes and it just kind of doesn't make sense.
>> Yeah. So, for grammar, we have a specific system that destroys that.
Every time you speak, I'm going to give you feedback on your grammar so you can make sure you know exactly what to work on in order to stop making those mistakes every single time.
>> That's awesome. Is there anything else?
>> Yes. And I'm happy that you asked that question because we also have the visual progress tracker. Every single week you can see your speaking time and confidence going up on a chart. So you always have proof that you are improving. You don't need to wait for me to tell you you are improving. You can see it every single day. Even on the days it doesn't feel like. And what is even more surprising is that we have what is called the independence plan which is something that you get only after you finish the program. You will get a weekby- week action plan for the next three months after the program ends. So you continue making progress and you never sleep back to your old self. So you continue make progress month after month after the program ends.
>> And what's the guarantee? Our guarantee is called the real world speaking mission. So we wrap up 12 weeks with a real world speaking mission. We'll find it together. We prepare for it and we work with you for free until you complete it. And these missions can be something like give your first class in English without being nervous. Conduct your first confident sales call in English. Upload your first 10 videos on YouTube. Get a C1 in an English speaking test. And these are just examples. By the way, you can choose your own. By the way, that's my favorite part of this entire program, which is the real world speaking mission. So, as you can see, this program is designed to help you go from feeling scared to speaking English clearly and confidently in all situations in life. But a lot of people, they're probably thinking, hm, I think 12 weeks is not enough for me. Like, in 12 weeks, I cannot become fluent in English. It's kind of impossible. What do you think about Well, most most people watching this, they already have spent a few months or even years trying to become fluid. But it's never going to work if you keep doing the wrong things.
You actually have to have a system and you have to start doing the right things in order to become fluent. So, in this 12 weeks, that's what I'm going to show you. And that's how you're going to become fluent in just three months. If you try to become fluent doing the wrong things, you're never going to become fluent. it's going to take months or even years. So, if you do the right thing in 12 weeks, it's completely possible and I already proved it and many of my students already proved it.
But what if I don't have time for this?
Because you know a lot of people they have commitments. They have a lot of different tasks they need to finish every single day and probably they have I don't know how much time per day probably no time per day available on learning English and on this program.
>> Yeah. Well, most people already watch a lot of content every single day and they spend a lot of time only consuming. You don't need to spend three, four, five hours speaking, doing output, which is the thing that moved the needle. So you just need to do the right things every single day for an hour for 30 minutes.
That is the thing that is going to make you move forward faster and achieve those results faster. So you don't need five hours a day. You don't need 10 hours a day. You only need one hour, 30 minutes of the right things. That's how you achieve great progress in just a few weeks.
>> Great. But what if I tried similar stuff like this before, like an English course or like a coach or somebody who helped me with my English, an English teacher, but it didn't work for me.
>> Probably this is also not going to work.
>> My students thought that in the beginning as well, because most English courses out there, they only teach you grammar rules. They tell you to consume Netflix or YouTube every single day and you never get real feedback or real accountability. So when my students actually got real accountability, real feedback and a structure, a system that they could follow every single day, that is when they changed their mind and that's when everything changed. That was their turning point. And I'm offering an extremely personalized approach. That's why I cannot handle more than seven people at a time. And that is why the spots are limited. Hm. And the question is what's the next step? Like how can people join? What they can do to join this program?
>> It's very simple. You just have to DM the word fluency to me on Instagram. You will get on a call with me and we're going to figure it out if this offer is for you or not. And you thought that was everything. No, that was not everything.
I'm going to share with you now limited bonuses that will be only available in the next two weeks. So the first bonus is called never run out of things to say formula. It's just a simple structure that you can use in any conversation to keep it going past the usual small talk whether it's a client, stranger or a new friend. And then we have something called no mental translation protocol.
They are just simple exercises that you train your brain to think and speak in English directly without going through your native language first. So words come out faster and more naturally.
you'll need to translate every single time you speak. And then we have something called mistakes library. Every mistake you keep making gets saved in one place. So you can see exactly what is holding you back instead of trying to fix everything and fixing nothing. And then we have before and after recording.
Record your speaking on day one and again on day 85. So you have real proof of how much you have changed even when it's hard to feel yourself. I don't need to tell you every single time that you have made progress. You can see it for yourself.
>> Whoa. Wow. And we also get all of these bonuses. That's so cool. And the question is, how do I make sure that I keep all of them?
>> It's very simple. Again, just go to my Instagram, DM me the word fluency before these bonuses expire because they're going to last only for two weeks. You just heard about five people in your exact position break through in 12 weeks with the right system behind them. are not Owen, Angelie, Sephur, plus Daniel. None of them were special.
They just stopped doing it alone. So, message me the word fluency on Instagram at Jean Sales EA. Get on a call and we'll build your plan the same way we build theirs. Only seven spots left this month before the price goes up. That is why you have to stop waiting for the version of you that already speaks English and just go build it.
Can't wait to see you crushing it with me.
