This video analyzes Sarah Boone's motion for clarification regarding her visitation rights and financial obligations with her former husband Brian, highlighting how incarcerated individuals often struggle to understand court orders and how communication barriers (such as limited phone calls and tablet messaging) create ongoing conflicts. The content demonstrates that court clarification motions are legal tools used by inmates to seek specific details about visitation schedules, payment plans, and communication rights, while also exploring the psychological impact of incarceration on children who must navigate complex emotions about visiting their incarcerated parent.

😳SUNDAY FUNDAY ‼️What Sarah Boone Has To Say About Her NEW Motion! 🔮Tablet Text to Lil Man 🥴& MORE追加:
Hey, welcome back. Welcome, welcome. I have been waiting for you to make it to class. Woo! I'm so excited. Are you ready? We have a plethora of emotions to evoke in us today.
Sigh. Number one, we are going to find out what Sarah has to say about the motion she filed, why she filed it.
We're breaking down tablet messages, calls, top tier comments, and we have another prison letter. Oh, the drama. We are about to talk about so much drama. Just figure out what's what and how many. So, make sure you gather your ducks so that you can get them in a row. Oh, the things that I could tell you. The things that I could tell you. Let's get this party started.
>> I've been trained to be beaten up once and then for my life to be ended on the second time. I will be here taking notes with all my straight A students. Let's get this party started.
What can you put in a bucket to make it weigh less? A hole.
I hope you smiled. Just wanted you to know I'm still thinking about you always and have been trying to call but no answer. You must be having a good time.
Yay. Have you set up your computer yet or waiting to do at home? Still leaving tomorrow? I'll call you again, hoping you answer. Either way, I'll TT Y L.
Love, love, love, love. Wink forever and ever and ever.
Please add funds, Brian. Switching gears right to former husband. Please send pictures. Please order packages. x 2, please order hot meals. x* 2, please see previous emails. You've not responded before or during your quote unquote vacation, so I do not know without asking. You make me feel ashamed and embarrassed either way every time. So, please give me the courtesy of a response so I can know what to plan on and leave you alone, not having to feel that way, especially during the holidays.
Please do not make me have to call you, especially about commissary due today and all of my other inquiries about and request having time frames to order and complete and I've asked for repeatedly.
Please cooperate and start the year off cohesively and effortless.
Thank you.
Okay, we've reintroduced pretend judge, fish soap, a multitudinous amount of things, and now it's only right that we reintroduce Mrs. Walker. Eli and Kim.
Eli and Kim. Eli, his last name is Walker. Let's put those two together and see what the neighbor, Miss Walker, possibly Eli's relative, had to say.
That's the devil.
And they're just so sad. They was good people and they was drinking.
>> Neighbors say Sarah Boon and her boyfriend were known to drink inside their East Orange County apartment, but no one expected what happened. Pearl Walker learned from her daughter.
>> She said, "Mommy, somebody got killed or murder." I said, "Really?" I said, "Oh my god, Marlene." And so she said, "That's what happened." I said, "It's them two people that drinks all the time."
>> And an arrest affidavit says Boon admitted to drinking and zipping the suitcase as a game of hide and seek >> float up the damn stairs. Now Sarah has just been arrested for taking George's life, her live-in boyfriend that she met at Mold Dunes, the local bar. Take a look at how she looks at this attorney.
her first attorney as she explains her charges. Does anyone know what happened to this attorney? Was she just a standin? It looks like Sarah is ready to fire her already, right? And I have a treat for you. You know, we always spot something different when we watch these videos. And I spotted the dog Penny, one of the dogs, one's blind and one's deaf, in the window. Stay tuned.
The state asked the court to consider all the facts in the arrest affidavit, including the cell phone videos obtained by the digital forensics investigators and which document the events that occurred and the statements made by the defendant during those events.
From the Orange County Sheriff's Office of a deputy walking Sarah Boon and she's handcuffed. Now she's waking up in jail facing a secondderee murder charge after her boyfriend was found dead inside a suitcase. Investigators say Boon and her 42-year-old boyfriend Jorge Torres Jr.
were drink.
>> Okay. Where are my people at? One.
Number one. Did you spot the artwork?
There we go. Yes. And did you spot the dog? H. Right there. Right there. You spot the dog. He's in the window wondering where's George? What's what and how many? Why is this happening?
Sarah changed so many people's lives overnight. And let's get back to the Orange County jail where she was residing and all she could think about is her medical snacks. It's Christmas at LOL. It's the holidays. This is Sarah's f second Christmas and she's trying to live large, baby. She wants to keep up the facade of this wellto-do woman. So, former husband has to do his duties, but he's getting tired of it. He's on vacation right now with his son and she is continually messaging him and his son know that in these messages you will not hear any remorse any regret only anger and demands.
You know you would think she was in a relationship with former husband prior prioristically to going to prison the way she speaks to him. Do you guys think how many of you guys think she and former husband maybe had a thing still going? You think he was still light her cigarette, pour her wine, pop her cork on the handle?
Why else would he just take this verbal abuse? It's verbal abuse. While she's verbally abusing him, she's saying that he's doing it to her. And you know what's funny? He hasn't even responded to her to verbally abuse her. Just like the whole parental alienation, he's alienating me, your honor, when she's the one that committed a crime and left and went to prison. How could he alienate you when you pretty much alienated yourself? Christmas has passed. It is almost New Year's and Brian still hasn't answered or conformed. He hasn't conformed to her Amazon demands.
Hot meals times two. Why didn't you order, Brian? They just came without calling my name. And because you will not give me confirmation numbers to ask the rep. I again have nothing for New Year's nor Christmas.
even after asking over and over and over and over starting December 6th. Today is the 27th and you couldn't find 5 minutes to order, but keep telling me you would and were going to. Are your holidays complete? Even marrier knowing you did nothing, nothing. So I could have anything, anything again?
Why are you continuously lying to me about everything? Everything. everything lying about everything like a hot meal.
It's just a hot meal that you permit me to have only about two times a year, not even for Christmas. Question all capitals, but keep telling me you would and were going to.
How many times How many times did you want me to ask? Not even a hot meal for Christmas. Thank you, Brian.
Shout out to Mandy. I think it was Mandy that said, "How is Sarah reaching out to Brian on this tablet? Is it a text? How does it come across?" Good question, Mandy. It comes across through a app, the Securest app that you download and communicate to talk to inmates, right?
So Brian had to at one point download this app. Nonetheless, there is zero communication between them. So Sarah is essentially having a conversation with herself.
Multiple a multitudinous amount of conversations with herself. She's arguing with herself, yelling at herself, frustrated with herself. But she has spoken to Brian on the phone.
That's how she says, "You told me you were going to do it and you didn't do it." They speak on the phone, but as far as the tablet, he refuses to answer or respond. Reject. So, while Brian is washing his butt with the bedet, 2 minutes later, Sarah emails him, messages him again, and says, "Hot meals times 2. Correction. Today is the 30th.
I've been asking since December 6th. How out of all the days in between you would not and did not order after telling me you would and were going to. Why?
So, this is really burning her up. It's burning her up that they've come. Shout out to Officer Rodriguez, your honor.
She's going to have to wrap it up.
They've come and called names, called and everyone has lined up and gotten their hot meals, their Christmas meals for Christmas, and Sarah didn't. I bet she was telling everyone that she was going to get them. But if you notice, she says hot meals times two. Was she ordering for her and someone else?
H, she's not having a very merry Christmas. Now, remember previously prior on our last episode, she was in a panic, frazzled, fractious, telling former husband how he needed to send these photos, photos, photos, photos of the dogs. The little doggy in the window was so cute of the dogs. Oh, I wonder who fed them and took care of them while she was away.
former husband on top of packing up her home and getting everything together.
Did he get the dogs together and give them to the Fontaine, the people that are on her visiting list that take care of the dogs? Someone had to take care of the dogs. H Now she is waiting for the photos of the dogs and they have to be postmarked by January 1st for uploading live. This is the last time she will ever be able to get a physical photo. Everything else is going digital. It's a new age, baby.
January 1st, 2024. Inmates are no longer able to have physical photos. So, she is going nuclear on Brian daily waiting for these photos, but she never gets them.
Spoiler alert. On top of that, no hot meals times two. And as we're about to hear, no package. He's gone cold turkey on her. Remember, he was showering her, sprinkling gold all over her. Now he's gone cold turkey. She messages him. And this is New Year's Day, January 1st, 2024, the day the photos are due.
Envelope in mail. Did it come?
Is the subject you stated earlier on the call I was forced to make from your obsolete communication you were going to finally respond, but as usual, nothing. Can you please please please check the mailbox to see if my Christmas envelope came from little man? I mailed over a week ago. Common courtesy and cooperation is greatly appreciated, especially after having to wait still for everything. I gave you a list of December 6th, including a very overdue video visit with my son. Also, it is important to me from the amount of work I put into making everything for him like I always do. Please, please respond to everything.
Oh, she has her nerve, doesn't she?
Common courtesy and cooperation is greatly appreciated, especially having after having to wait for her list, her Amazon list of different of fish soap.
Oh, Sarah. She has her nerve standing in her pile of [ __ ] that she's created for herself and she's demanding that this man while he's out on vacation enjoying trying to give his son a bit of normaly.
Can you imagine how he's been treated at school since this happened? as you can you imagine just both of their lives upside down and this is what's important to her. That was at 911 a.m. New Year's. So now at 9:55 she's still flailing around the facility wreaking havoc and she's decided to reach out to Brian's son.
Happy new year question or just new year. I'm praying you will help. Oh, I'm getting fractious.
Okay, we'll start over because you know what upsets me or makes my blood boil, gets my ducks out of a row is this kid hasn't even responded to her. So all of this aggression and anger that she's spewing out and neither one of these guys have responded to her. It seems like they're just trying to have a good day. A good day. Just like George was.
Happy New Year question or just new year. I'm praying you will help make it a happy new year.
I keep trying to call you on your phone and still it goes directly to voicemail.
I really do not want to call Brian as I've said in the past many times. I was hoping you would actually listen and care and make an effort just simply to have your phone on and charge so I can talk to you. Why? Why, little man? It's not like I'm asking you to grow a third arm or lasso the sun. just answer your phone. I hope one of your resolutions, if you have any, is to be nicer and respectful to your mom and to understand my feelings. My Yes, I have feelings and how much you crush them by not caring.
simply carrying enough enough to plug in your phone.
Will you make sure it was on if blank called and that must be a a young lady in his class or a classmate or blank another young lady or anyone other than me. So it looks sidebar. It looks like she's taunting him a bit like, "Hey, if X, Y, or Z called, would you not answer?" But you're not answering for me. Kind of like, you know, guilt tripping. You know what I mean? Kind of thing.
If you are choosing not to talk to me, I wish you just man up and tell me so I can stop looking like the fool you are making me out to be by calling just to be yelled at, called names, or hung up on. If you have anything to say to me or care enough to include me and share your life, just be honest and say, say so.
You are my son. I am your mom forever.
No matter what, where, when, why, no matter anything.
You can, you can't delete, erase, blot out, omit, change, or remove. Stop being mean to me and not caring. I'm already going through so much. Then to be disregarded and spat on by you is unspeakable and for no reason.
No reason.
Do you delight in making me feel worse?
Question. Does it make your day knowing you make me cry and feel worthless to you? Question. Who am I to you?
Question. Really ask yourself that.
Punching bag, daily joke, unwanted friend. Question, question, question.
That's how you make me feel.
Know that, son.
I can't make you care. I can't make you love. It's your choice. Yours only.
New year, new start, new everything.
Your choice. Don't forget about me. Love always. Who am I? She's talking like this on the phone to them. In contrast, this is how she's talking to the third rail. Shout out to the third rail. She's crying a river to them. Check out the difference.
>> It's crazy how like nobody's actually come to see me yet. It's just crazy. And I'm still trying to wait to see if Brian actually wrote uh submitted his because he had until June 12th and today's the 22nd and I've not received any confirmation that they've been approved and just like me and talked yesterday and he's like, "Mom, I want to come see you at least once a month." And just like it's just crazy to me. Hm. It's no wonder she hasn't gotten any visits. Still, currentically, she doesn't sound very inviting, does she? In particularly to former husband and his son H.
Peter either. Obviously, she begged and begged him to come call after call and he never went either. Reject.
Now, Christmas has passed, New Year's has passed, and Sarah hasn't got any hot meals, times two, any panties, thermals, all of the things she's required for her stay there at LOL. Uh, fish soap, himnels, all of the things that she listed, Brian got none of it. He didn't even respond to her. Keep in mind at this time he is supposed to be paying her $1,000 in alimony or putting it into an account, a fund. And it just kind of warms my heart to know that and she wasn't getting it. Well, he just cut it off. You know, he had done so much other stuff for her, but I'm rambling. I'm rambling.
But you know, you know what I mean? Even the dogs. Now that I think about it, when we saw the dogs previously in the video, someone had to take care of the dogs. They didn't float up the damn stairs. Someone took care of them. And I'm pretty sure that someone was former husband.
As he packed Sarah's town home up, her little life, all of her art work, even George's items, he had to pack them and gather them. Clean up that mess. Clean up. and arrange for the Torres family to pick up George's items.
Will we see Sarah thank him in any of these messages?
Let's see. He didn't respond yesterday on New Year's. He's on vacation, quote unquote, as she says. So, the next day on January 2nd, bright and early in the morning, she goes to message him and guess what it's about? Brian, where's my car? question.
Let's go ahead and start this project regarding my car and see how cooperative honest you are. New year, new start, right? Question. I need to prepare for how I am going to approach the situation depending on the outcome and need to solidify prior.
Please respond to my inquiry in writing as I have attempted to do with everything I am still trying to figure out, resolve and conclude with you for almost 4 years now. By not responding to me in any form, phone or messages proves you are lying, manipulative, a disrespectful person. I know you are and have been since being married to you and especially now that I am quote unquote behind bars and helpless.
It is all recorded via phone calls and your avoidance of my replies in writing backs up my proven points, Brian, of everything.
Laugh all you want.
Laugh all you want and as you always do.
So Brian, please provide an update at your earliest opportunity. She gets nasty and nice.
Laugh all you want as you always do. So Brian, please provide an update at your earliest opportunity regarding the I'm so sorry I'm fractious. regarding the whereabouts of my car. I've had three different people, including my brother, drive by your old house looking for it as you stated and have been for months was still there. It is not. Before you moved to Gainesville, you stated to me, even promised, quote, you were going to take care of my car being safe and for me not to worry about it. You stated also, "It is not your responsibility, but continuously told me, quote, I'm working on it." You never gave me a straight honest answer but kept telling and reassuring me my car my last ultimate resource which I have explained to you numerous times and how important it is to me and especially that is my that it is my only means to be able to see my son 150 mi away. You still have not provided me information where I am still wondering, needing to know please and to date. Your last response was still I'm working on it. Where's my car, Brian? Question. What's the status of anything regarding my car? Question.
>> So, and our tablet. Um, I've been asking for probably like 2 days now about a particular quote regarding um, my car and she sends me everything but what I'm asking her for. I'm trying to send you another section. I never asked her to send them to you, but for whatever the reason she decided to, she sent them to you. So, you're you're driving and can't even see it anyway and she's and she's not answering. So, I'm trying to send you a my property section, but I can't because she for some reason decided to send you the information. So, uh I wanted to tell you that number one, please. And then also, our tablets have not had Wi-Fi for the last hour. So, I can't even send you anything. Um my sections that I have finished, so I don't know what I'm supposed to do.
>> I don't know.
>> Got what?
>> They have no Wi-Fi and I cannot send you any of my sections.
>> Oh my god, you guys. I love when Peter says, "What?" It's like he's pulling the drama out of her. You know, you heard her, Pete. You just want to hear it again for the call. I love it. Now, what's crazy as we are headed back down this road to LWOP, Sarah is such a time waster. She had all of these people doing all of these going on futitionless missions and she didn't even use any of this in family court. The car wasn't even mentioned. I was waiting for her to mention the vehicle and she never mentioned it. Now, there was a bit of back and forth about the vehicle. In my mind, since former husband probably purchased the vehicle anyway, Sarah could have told him like, "Hey, you're going to have to drive up and down to visit sometime, so you might want to keep that extra car on hand just in case. You know, I know it's going to be a lot of strain traveling and I do want you guys to come and visit me on holiday. So, you know, just in case, keep my car, too, as a backup. That's an excellent mother. What do you guys think? Instead, she wants him to keep, store, and keep her car until she gets home so that she can use it to travel.
And shout out to Australia. Australia was in the chat fighting for her life, telling people, "Hey, he owes her for this car. He was responsible for it."
Futuristically, we have come to the understanding that no, he didn't owe her anything.
Keep in mind, this is during the time they are in the thick of it. They all think they are fighting some sort of evil force in former husband. You would think he was the bad guy, right? You would think he was the one that was prioristically in a relationship with her before prison. She wasn't even with him. She was in a whole a totally new relationship.
Okay, I'm rambling. Back to the car. The entitlement is real. Sidebar, shout out to Christy, our girl who communicates with Sarah. Well, Sarah communicates not by choice. She doesn't like Christy and she despises anytime she gets a communication from Christy. Well, Christiey's going to write Sarah again.
She just let me know. When Sarah received her last letter, it was on the same day as the final judgment. So, she wasn't impressed. She was more entertained by the final judgment. She was distracted. So Christiey's letter didn't get the justice it deserved, the attention that it deserved. Sarah said, "Huh, Christiey's going to have to get up early in the morning and get on the laptop looking for jobs if she wants to impress me. So that's what she's going to do and I will keep you posted."
Christy says, "Danielle, oh, she didn't think that was enough. I'm going to write her again." And you know, I said, "Send it to me as soon as the ink is dry, please. Thank you." just so that we can share for research purposes. Of course, it is hilarious seeing those two go back and forth. Really quick, let me tell you, just in case if you don't know how Christy and Sarah met each other, Christy wrote Sarah a letter. She wrote her reaching out to her as if she was a fan. Put her star on the map, right?
Sarah had Australia do a background check like, "Hey, who is this chick that wrote me?" Australia found out who she really was because her handle used to be her first and last name, which is the same way HMO did a background check on Christy. Yes, he did, too. Some of you guys were there in his chat. He thought Christy was Australia, so he did a background check on her as well.
Those two have a long colorful history, too. That'll be another story time.
Everybody thought Christy was Nicole. So she does a background check and Sarah's like, "Hey, I know who you are. I've had someone look into you and you have been on Facebook talking crap about me, but you're writing me like you're my friend." And this is the crazy thing.
Sarah told Christy exactly this. If you met me in the real world, you would probably have me babysit your grandkids.
You'd think I was an upstanding member of society, but since you've met me in this situation, you think that you can play with me? So Christiey's like, "Oh, I'm busted." And she goes after Australia like, "Hey, mind you, this is all in chats like Facebook, Reddit, wherever they see each other. They're she's like, "Hey, you told Sarah who I was. You checked into me." So, they had their back and forth and ended up becoming friends. Nicole's like, "Hey, mate, you know, I just looked up a name for her. No malicious, no malician, but I like how you get down. Let's have a Dr. Pepper and hang out on the back porch." So, of course, Sarah wasn't happy about that. She's like, "What?
You're friends with the chick that was trolling me?" But Nicole's like, "Yeah, she's pretty cool." You know? So, they still talk and Sarah of course can't do anything about it. And Christy just ever so often when she hears a call or an email or something crazy from Sarah, she writes her like, "Hey, it's me again."
And they start dancing with the dogs as you've seen in the emails that Christy has written to Sarah. Now, that's just in case you've ever wondered like, "Hey, how are Christy and Nicole friends and Christy can't stand Sarah and Nicole is well, her unpaid intern?"
No malicious, no malicious. Shout out to Australia. Oh, question. Have you ever, no judgment zone, have you ever written an inmate, even a family member, a friend, or a highprofile inmate like a K I L L E R E R? Have you ever written Sarah after sentencing? A few of you were writing Sarah a lot, but she would not respond.
That just shocks me. It makes me think that she would just be jumping at the chance to get another assistant, but now she's very paranoid. Can you imagine?
Kind of like everyone you meet with a smile being your friend talking to you just to turn on you and hurt you. Kind of like she did George. Pretended to love him, lord him over under the guise of having a good day and hurt him. Oh, no matter how much she makes us laugh, she did a monstrous thing. She's a monster. It's terrible. It's terrible.
We were talking about cases that just like forever will haunt us. And shout out to Jenzelle. Jenzel said Jodie Aras, Betty Brderick died in prison. Rest in peace, Betty. Shout out to Dandy Die who just did Betty's marathon and she died right after that. Good job, Dan. Jenzel list, Jodie Aras, Betty Brderick, the Menendez brothers, Susan Smith, Robert Durst, Jeffrey Dmer. She says that some Jodie was one that got me really into true crime. I watched her entire trial and was just so fascinated that this idiot took pictures of herself by accident as she drugg him across the floor after she unalived him and really thought that putting that camera in the washer would erase the pictures.
Oh my god, in the chat some of you were mentioning I mentioned Ed Gain. He always gets me. a Charles Manson. Just so many cases that are forever, ever embedded in true crime. I myself have watched plenty a plethora of trials.
I've never gotten as intimate with a trial as Sarah's. Oh, she's a sight to see.
This is forever. Wanderer says, "Hey, wanderer. Sarah Boone's delusion still fascinates me. She has no friends. No one. Her family avoids her. Even the people who pied her or wanted something from her have disappeared. Oh, no one from her former life has visited her. No former inmates. Where is Christina?
She's sentenced to LWAP life without parole. And still, still she cannot see that she is the common denominator.
Everyone else is at fault, not her. It's wild to see her continue on in her way.
And shout out to Michelle Fornier 1410 down there. Michelle, I absolutely love you too. Know that.
Yes, Sarah is insane. And I'm so happy that we all have each other to as a support group to watch. My family and friends stopped wanting to hear about Sarah long ago. Long ago. How about you guys? Have you shared anything Sarah Boon related with your family or friends offline? Like in the real world with the real humans, have you shared anything about Sarah? Do you tell your friends, your family about this crazy lady in the suitcase or do you keep it to yourself and just share with us online? Have you told your husband, your wife, your kids, your friends, co-workers, you know, does anyone else in your life know about your Saraboon obsession?
Know that. Okay, we have stranded all the way down to Mold Dunes. Let's head back to the back porch and get a medical snack so that we can see what Sarah has going on. Now, we left off at her complaining to former husband about where's my car? Let's play this game and see if you'll be honest. The nerve of her. It surprises me that former husband didn't cut her off cold turkey long before this. But then again, like he said, he tried to divorce her. He divorced her and then she moved down the street. Uh, she became the neighbor from hell. She went from the wife to former wife/ neighbor from hell. Barefoot neighbor from hell. Brawless neighbor from hell who stayed in the negative.
Speaking of negative, how many characters do you think Sarah used to write to Brian to remind him that he's told her over and over again that he's going to order her something, but he hasn't. As we are scrolling, it's over 1 minute scrolling that she just wrote this again and again. Look at this.
Look at this, you guys. It's no wonder he didn't re and she's basically having this conversation with herself. Shout out to Mandy. She's talking to herself essentially. Look at this.
>> No, I'm telling you this um which is one of the things I wanted to talk to you about on the phone was um I've been getting extreme hate uh messages on my tablet where people, you know, cuz I can't I don't have an opportunity to decline anybody. They just show up on my tablet. And this one lady where uh she is she idolizes and because speaking so much hate against me. This woman has been speaking it against me also and just really awful awful awful awful things that she's been saying. So I'll delete her. She puts herself back on there. I'll delete her six, seven, eight more times and she keeps putting herself back on there over and over and over and over and over again. have to understand like people have no habits whatsoever, you know, uh any etiquette whatsoever in here. It's just >> reject. Let's get on our bully pull pit.

And a big shout out to my light crew, my top tier commenters, and of course, everyone who is sharing the videos, letting everybody know we are on the back porch enjoying each other's company, not laying a hand on anybody.
Please. Thank you, your honor. Now, let's get into this letter from our fellow straight A student that talks about a child that has went to visit the prison.
right on par with what we're talking about right now. Are you guys ready?
Let's go. And shout out to you guys who have been sending the letters. I'm going to start reading them on our Patreon.
You guys have been sending a plethora of letters. I love it. Thank you. I love you. I love you, Danielle. I'm 36 years old now, married with kids, kids of my own that I'm very proud of. And most people would probably assume I moved on from my own childhood a long time ago. But after watching your recent episodes about Sarah trying to force visitation with her son dot dot dot, I realized something. Some children never fully recover from having a parent sent to prison. And honestly, your last episode about Sarah writing the judge trying to push her former husband in parenthesis into bringing their minor child to visit her had me completely out of sorts. Hey, I know a straight A student when I see one. Shout out to you guys.
I know people online love to argue.
She's still his mother. She still has rights. The child should decide. But when I watch Sarah talk about visits so casually, almost like it's owed to her, I get angry.
Oh, we have a straight A student giving us insights from prison life.
I get angry because I was that child sitting in the prison visiting room trying to carry emotions way too heavy, way too heavy for my age. My father went to prison. Before my father went to prison, we looked like a completely normal family.
Regular neighborhood, some vacations, nothing fancy. birthday parties. A mom, my mom packed lunches with little notes inside. She did her very best to give us a normal life. My dad, he worked hard every single day. He wasn't some monster.
That's what made this whole thing difficult for me. He loved us. He coached our little league, fixed things around the house, worked overtime constantly.
but he was also an alcoholic.
Eventually, alcohol destroyed everything.
Oh, sidebar. Shout out to my top tier commenters, my straight A students, the email crew, all of you guys who have been writing and submitting and sharing with us. Thank you. Thank you.
Eventually, alcohol destroyed everything. The night my life changed forever started at a family birthday party. Everybody was drinking. Everybody was laughing. Music playing. The adults stayed too long.
My mom didn't want my dad driving. I remember hearing them argue quietly in the kitchen before we left. But my father insisted he was fine. Quote unquote. He wasn't. On the drive home, he crossed over the center line and hit another vehicle. My mom and sister were hurt, but a person died at the hospital later that night. And just like that, our family became quote unquote that family, the drunk driver's family.
Neighbors staring, people talking, parents suddenly not wanting their kids at our house anymore. My mother went from being this confident, upbeat woman to someone who constantly looked exhausted and embarrassed.
Sidebar, this makes me think about what former husband may have went through.
You know, we don't often really think about or discuss the things that he probably went through. you know, just the publicity of it all and still trying to maintain some normaly for his son, right?
I watched her sit at the kitchen table, okay, late at night trying to figure out bills while pretending everything was normal for us kids, but I knew it was like shame moved into our house and never left. Then came the prison visits.
And Danielle, this is the part I wish people understood before they casually say, "Just take the child to visit."
There is nothing casual. Oh, I'm getting fractured. Sorry. There is nothing in all caps casual about prison visitation for a child. Nothing. Does Sarah truly not realize that or even care?
I remember sitting in that car feeling sick. I didn't want in all capitals to go. I was angry at my father, embarrassed, confused, but I also missed him. And that emotional confusion really messed me up.
A I still remember hearing metal doors buzz open and the smell of bleach.
Sidebar, shout out to Angela who also said the same thing. I remember that she said the overwhelming smell just makes me wonder if there's like a specific smell there in the prisons. Like probably cold and hard, wet, you know what I mean?
Okay.
The first time we went, my mom dressed us up in nice clothes like somehow looking respectable would protect us from humiliation.
Wow. You know, I never thought about that. Like the child how they might feel on the first visit or just anticipating, you know, the visit to see their parent behind bars for the first time. Just never thought about it from the child's point of view.
I can still picture it perfectly watching my dad walk out in those prison clothes.
Part of you loves them and part of you resents them for destroying your life.
Those feelings I've battled with for years. That's why watching Sarah Boone's situation affects me emotionally when I hear discussions about forcing visitation or court pressure or making a child responsible for maintaining emotional loyalty to an incarcerated parent. Dot dot dot I immediately think about the pressure I silently carry.
So here we have this person a full adult now with their own family and are still affected by their parent being incarcerated and just the outcome of the crime everything.
Wow. You know that person was literally in the car with their parent when Wow.
Shout out to my people. I love when we hang out on the back porch to eat.
Shout out to my people. I love when we hang out on the back porch and just have a good time having a good day.
Children should not have to manage adult guilt and they definitely should not feel responsible for Okay, we read that part. That burden follows you into adulthood. Even now at 36 years old, I still panic when loved ones drive after drinking.
Right. Sidebar, there should be no excuse now with all of the ride shares, Ubers, Lift. Just stay there where you are, you know. Yeah, there's definitely no drinking and driving.
I still hate conflict. I still overthink everything. I still feel embarrassed telling people parts of my childhood, especially about my dad.
And I still remember watching my mother slowly drown trying to hold our family together while carrying public humiliation at the same time.
Do I think children should always be kept away from incarcerated parents? No.
That's a good question. Sidebar, that's a good question. What do you guys think?
Is there a Is there an instance where there's an exception where children should go ahead to the prison to visit or should children just all around avoid prison visits altogether? What do you guys think? Have you ever titled, you know, it's just what I mean? She just seems like she is um entitled owed it.
Yeah.
But I do think people need to stop.
Okay. It says, "Do I think all parents of incarcerated children shouldn't receive visits?" And the answer to that was no. But I do think people need to stop acting like prison visitation is automatically healthy or emotionally simple for kids. Sometimes the child is grieving too. Grieving the loss of safety, the right the loss of normaly, trust of the parent they thought they had thought they had forever.
That's why your recent episode hit me so hard because I wasn't watching Sarah Boon as an internet story. A I was watching it through my eyes of the child I used to be.
Anyways, thank you for giving people space to talk honestly in your community. Yay.
And anybody else out there who grew up visiting prisons? Dot dot dot. I see you. Sincerely, a subscriber.
Okay, now for the part that we've all been waiting for, the motion. Sarah rocked our worlds this week with a motion for clarification. understanding.
She needs Judge Jackson to give her some black and white. Well, she already did that, right? Gave her black and white details. But Sarah, she needs more details. She needs to understand and clarify these motions. She's trying to process this. She can't even fathom the fact that she only gets one phone call per week. Number one. And well, number one is her monies. Give me money. Give me money. Give me money. number 16 of her motion. And if you don't know what we are talking about this motion, she has new issues outside of the original previous prior motion for clarification that she sent Judge Jackson where the original was like, "Hey, I'm missing some money here, like uh thousands of dollars. You need to explain to me where these missing months are." Judge Jackson said, "Reject. We got no response from that. So now she has written her another notice for clarification motion and she is saying hey I have some more issues that you need to clarify for me. Now the one that got me you guys was D in her motion where she said confirm petitioner is an approved visitor. Clarify when first installment payment is due and the correct amount to be paid. Sidebar, she's saying that because in her previous motion, she said that she's missing money. So, she feels that there should be a whole new payment plan with her new thousands of dollars added. I know, I know, but this is just what she thinks. Okay. uh clarify when first installment payment is due and the correct amount to be paid after respondents me yes me after my pending motion is addressed. So she wants Judge Jackson to address the pending motion about the missing monies and then figure out when the first payment is due. You guys, if Judge Jackson wrote this a few months ago, I'm not sure, but Judge Jackson made it clear that Brian's first payment was due 90 days after he was an approved visitor. Well, we know that he's an approved visitor already. As Sarah said, he was approved in September.
So, what does that mean? His first payment should have been due already in December.
Then would that mean that he is uh late?
She would love to get him held in contempt. Oh, contempt of the court.
She's been trying to do that since the beginning of this >> compant with additional updated mandatory disclosure. Comes now the petitioner. Brian Cboon buy and through the undersigned attorney files the certificate of compliance with updated mandatory disclosure and states that the following documents have been furnished to the respondent pursuant to each cited rule. An updated financial affidavit is substantial conformity with family law form blah blah blah with filed se which will be filed separately.
Rule 12285e2 all complete federal and state personal income tax return gift tax returns and foreign tax returns filed by the party or on the party's behalf for the past 3 years.
Before I start reading this like I want you to know like it makes me sick to my stomach because of what a lie it is.
It's such a lie. gratefulness of the claim set in the foregoing certificate of compliance with updated mandatory disclosure and the punishment for knowingly making a false statement includes fines and or imprisonment. He supposedly signed it. Um, and with that being said, I know that because he has stocks, bonds, his IRA, and gifts from his parents, you have to do a tax reform even if you don't have any income for uh a job day before yesterday.
>> I don't know with that being that it is Sarah, I have to take this call. Can you call back?
>> Okay. Yeah, that's fine. That's fine. do your thing. Bye.
>> I love the way Peter was breaking her down on this call. He kept letting her know how foolish she sounded. Make sure you shout out to the third row. Make sure you guys head over there. I would say the Patreon, but I think P is kind of cancelling the Patreon right now and transferring everything to YouTube. So, we will have to do another episode about the third rail. Oh, the things that I could tell you. The things that I could tell you.
Right now, we have to discuss Sarah and her trying to throw former husband under the jail with this plot twist, new problems that she has figured out as she's been pacing in her little cell at the facility.
She's processing this judgment. She's been processing the fact that she gets one call and she wants to know where is her money. Of course, I went down under, shout out to Australia, just to see what's what and how many. And the call is one thing that's really bugging Sarah. Here on her motion, after the money, she goes on to E. Clarify which party is responsible for costs associated with the one weekly call and holiday calls listed as ordered by the court. She goes on to f clarify whether respondent is permitted to have reasonable additional telephone communication with her minor child if bears the associated cost. Okay, this right here Sarah can't process the fact that Judge Jackson told her she gets one call a week and holidays. That's it.
know if you we've seen previously earlier in this episode how Sarah calls over and over and over again text like crazy bonkers right Judge Jackson just neutralized her down to one call it doesn't matter if you can pay for the calls if you can pay for 20 other calls because we know that's what Sarah would do shout out to baby cakes 1966 baby says so she doesn't have the $600 $100 yet for the calls? No, baby, she doesn't. She hasn't received her first payment. That's why she's out of sorts.
She's wondering when is it due? And it's due according to the final judgment, 90 days after former husband's visitation is approved. That was approved in September.
Nobody cares. 42 says she wants it backdated to when Brian became a visitor cuz she wants him to be in trouble with the court so bad.
Retita 2336 says, "I hope that Brian sticks to the judge's orders and moves on with his life." Man up.
Politically incorrect says Sarah did not learn she is a lowife. M U R D E R E R who doesn't get to give orders to anyone much less a judge.
Little Miss Nobody said the footnote calculated the cost of the phone calls.
Sarah and that clearly implies you have to pay for your own phone calls now and for the rest of your life sentence.
Dummy. I knew she was going to try any way possible to see if she could weasle wrigle around some some free anything out of Brian. You've mooched off that man for too many years as it is. Sarah's free ride is about to be done.
Yay. Go Brian go. I am so glad he's losing that massive annoying financial burden and headache. know that now. I agree. In the real world, if an inmate wanted to make a phone call, they would pay for that phone call, right? Sarah, like she said in that call to pee. She knows he gets money from his family and he has this and that and she knows in her mind that he can afford to pay. It's just 13 cents a minute. So, she wants him to pay. One of you guys, shout out to my math people, calculated that Brian would be paying almost $400 or $500 a year if he paid for Sarah's calls. Oh, shout out to my email crew. Alabama in the house. Put your stars on the map.
You guys don't forget. Let us know where you're watching from. Alabama cat lover from Alabama wrote us and said, "Danielle, with the recent Sarah Boone family filing, I noticed that no one is reporting that the cost of GTL inmate domestic phone calls dropped down to 10 cents a minute, which will Oh, I'm frazzled. Which will permit more medicinal snack money for Sarah Boone Pollson reject." So, the costs have went down right now. Sarah wants to know probably why she's asking the judge now. Hey, if I could afford to pay the costs, if I could bear the cost, if I could just do it, can I call more? No, Sarah, it's one call per week and holidays. I think this is what's happening right now. Sarah is getting her weekly call, but she's calling more on her own dime, but she's not getting an answer. and she's getting fractious because she feels like, "Hey, I'm paying for this call. You don't have to pay for it. I'm paying for it. So, why aren't you answering?" In her mind, one call meant, "Hey, Brian, you pay for one call and the other calls are on me."
She doesn't get that it's one call, period. And the thing is, she doesn't want to like schedule a call. She wants to just call sporadically through the day and get an answer for that call. And if she doesn't, then she wants to complain, but there's no one to complain to, which is why she's trying to get some clarification and understanding to, hey, if I could pay for these extra calls, can I have them? Are they allowed? But in my mind, just her asking the judge that, she knows. She just wants the judge to put it in black and white and say, "Sarah, I told you that you get one call." So that she can turn around and say, "Why? Why is this happening? I'm not a danger. Why are she wants the judge to explain to her why she only gets one call?" She doesn't understand that. She really doesn't. A lot of you were hoping that her rights were stripped away. But if in Florida, if a parent's rights were stripped away, they are given free legal counsel. So Sarah would be given an attorney and she would no longer be prosay. So it would be even worse. You guys, I don't know.
What do you think? Do you think she really doesn't understand this or do you think this is another way that she's trying to manipulate the court and former husband? Um, so how much I can tell you you well you guys think that like I'm a cool person already just waiting like Lana can tell you I mailed her some of my artwork.
There's things that you guys can do even greater for me.
>> Reject, are you guys still here? Are you guys still hanging out on the back porch? Oh my people. I love you guys. We just hang out and don't lay a hand on anybody and enjoy each other's company and I love it. Especially Sunday Fundays. This is my favorite day of the week. Switching gears, I went to hang out on Facebook just to see what's what and how many. And oh my god, you guys, shout out to the Sarah Boone suitcase group. You guys have been showing me so much love over there. Oh, Detective Koala, Paul Knight, Jesse, Doug, and Jennifer. Shout out to JM Kim 101077.
quite puzzled. My favorite. I actually have some more puzzles to share with you. I feel like you share my excitement with the puzzles.
All of you guys do. We get puzzled out.
Oh, shout out to I'm getting fra. Shout out to Jasmine. Jasmine sent me a $5 coffee to buy the little human a puzzle.
Oh my god, you guys. That was the first time that I've ever received a gift and it's for the little human. It just really warmed my heart. So, we're going to go to like the uh Family Dollar or the Target and get a puzzle and put the puzzle together and post some pictures for Jasmine and you guys, too. I can't believe that. That is so so sweet.
>> These puzzles and activities for kids that are like under five bucks, but The outcome is priceless. The children aren't just staring at a phone or a device. That's my goal. I'm rambling. It just warms my heart that all of my people around the world, you know, just tune in and care. We care about each other and love each other. And I just I love you. I love you. Back to Facebook group. Shout out to Paul. Paul sent me this fabulous photo of Sarah's head kin to Sukaroy head and it made my day. Know that? I don't know that you went up the stairs. Floated up the damn stairs. Shout out to Richard Trevino. Richard says, "I follow a Japanese creator on Instagram and she was talking about Ken Sugi, the art of replacing cracks with gold pottery on pottery." H Sarah brought Sarah stole this from George. You guys, oh, I was livid when I realized she stole that from George. Sarah bought up in her allocation.
She didn't even remotely pronounce it correctly. I'm bringing it up because she said she has an above level brain and she doesn't get a pass for anything. Yes, that's right, Richard. Make sure that you call her out for every little thing, every cintillaa of a mistake she makes. which might mean we have to get up early in the morning and get on the computer and look for jobs because she makes a ton of mistakes, right? Oh, speaking of mistakes, I have a ton of wine to spill with you guys about the third rail. I've been digging and digging and digging down the rabbit hole. And shout out to the Patreon members. You know, I'm a bleeding heart. I've been feeling so bad for you guys because P pretty much stopped posting in the Patreon and he's uh like he's collecting donations for the blue barn. He's collecting donations, but he says that right now it's going to be a slow month.
Nonetheless, we are going to do a little deep diving and just see what's what and how many what's really going on at the third round. So, make sure you guys are tuned in. Answer my call this week because we will definitely be discussing that. know that right now we are breaking down this motion family law where Sarah wants to get understanding about her one weekly call and her drama right her money give me money give me money give me money so and I told you guys how much she's having a issue processing that one weekly call >> I don't know just I haven't seen my my kid in over 2,000 days and counting I still you I >> if you made it this far, you know I appreciate you and I will see you on the next episode. Bye.
Say bye.
>> Bye.
Hey, hey, hey.
