And kind of both of those can prove difficult, you know, labor can go on strike, it can cost, etc., etc. And the land can let you down. And capitalism now really disdains that kind of investment. You know, that that kind of investment where you make profits by investing in the real economy is regarded as kind of you know, silly thing to do because actually you can make a lot more money just from speculation.
