[00:01:35]Here's the deal. I bought the Steam Controller now exactly one week ago. I got it on release day with the expectation that I was going to get it and be able to unbox it, review it, and use it for gameplay. Here we are a week later and it's not even close to being delivered yet. I'm like, man, I'm kind of feeling defeated. Valve really really slowboat shipped this thing probably like discount cheapest way. Isn't that kind of lame? They couldn't rush the shipping honestly. Like I'm kind of disappointed. So I'm just stuck waiting until it arrives. I apologize to those of you who were hoping that I was going to do like a a a quick review of this thing. I can't review it till I have it.

[00:02:12]What I'd like to do quickly a couple quick updates on content. Yesterday I put out a highlight clip on this channel, the SP Gaming. If you haven't checked it out yet, it's a pretty interesting story about this game Mixtape that the entire industry is a buzz about. It's actually a 3-hour like game, an industry plant, and I covered that in my highlight video. I certainly hope that you will check it out if you haven't. It's trending to have around two views today. It looks like it like eight more hours it'll probably hit two views. Two views in a day is okay. With these highlight videos, what I'm really trying to do is get engagement back on the channel, get people to find the channel in the algorithm. I mean, I'll be honest. Out of all the highlight videos that I've done in the last month now, one video made me money. It was the Crimson Desert review. And you want to know how much it made me? $5.

[00:02:57]Woohoo. Right. Every other video has been a big investment. So again, if you like that video, leave comments on it, share it with others. If you get people to know that I'm doing that kind of content, that will benefit this channel.

[00:03:09]It's been many years that everyone kept asking me, "Why don't you do that kind of content?" Well, now I'm doing it. But now I think you're starting to see what I've been talking about all along. These videos, even though they're well edited, even though they hit on topics people want to see and hear about, they still don't really catch on big because people steal my content immediately and re-upload it everywhere. It's hard to get attention on my real content. It just is. It's hard. It's me investing a lot of money right now into having this editing done. Please watch the videos and share them. People have asked for this kind of content for many, many years and said, "Oh, that's the reason why your channel isn't doing well. All you do is raw gameplay and streams. You don't do what everyone else does." Well, I'm literally doing it now. I do need your help in order to get these videos, you know, watched and and and visible in the algorithm. I don't know what else I could possibly do. I mean, we've got the titling that's supposed to be the titling that can be seen in the algorithm. We've got thumbnails. We've got the right length. Like everything in the video is exactly the kind of thing that you would see get 10 to 20 times more views than what the videos are getting, but they don't get it. Well, why? Cuz it's on DSP Gaming. That's not right. It's funny cuz they claim that the algorithm is, oh, it's equal to everyone, but it's not. It totally isn't. And everyone knows that. This is how you don't play. Would take my gameplay and put it in a very negative light. So, Phil sucks at every game he plays. It would only highlight the negative parts of my playthroughs. It's become the surrogate, the substitute for actually watching my real content. These people are instantly stealing, which is illegal. There's no legality to what they're doing. There's no legal protection. It's not fair use. When you're instantly stealing, you're actually uploading before the person creating the content can make their own highlight or upload. That's illegal. And they're doing it every day. And people just got used to that. People stole my content for five, six straight years.

[00:04:53]And it's become that's the methodology now. You want to see Phil? Just go watch the person who stole it first. They're in the algorithm, right? I'm a stupid jealous hater as usual, right? No, there is no way to claim the videos and get income. Asmin Gold was completely incorrect when he stated that back in November during our interview. There's no claim tool. There's a copyright match tool and that's it. There's no claiming tool whatsoever. There's nothing like that in any dashboard or anywhere. It just doesn't exist. There's no claiming tool. Anyone who says they have it is lying. It doesn't exist. Okay. Hopefully over time the channel will eventually have one of these videos hit the algorithm in a big way. Like if one of these edited videos were to get 50,000 views that would then lead more people to the channel to watch similar content.

[00:05:39]But you need to get that one video that somehow hits it right to get people to start watching the other content and come back. And we really haven't had that. You know, taking a look at the videos again here. Let's take a look at them. When Crimson Desert first came out, I did my initial review and that actually blew up with views and got 11 views. It definitely outperformed most videos that I do. Then the video about mouse pi only got 2.4 views. It seems like gameplay is never really going to do better than a few views. Like gameplay just doesn't do it anymore. And then this is the one from last night, which again, I'm happy that it even has any views, but this is exactly the kind of video that getting 50,000 to 100,000 views on a video. Saying exactly the same kind of stuff, same kind of edit editing, but mine gets eight views.

I got paid dramatically less than I usually make on YouTube because of the trolling last month. Yeah, I lost a lot of revenue. I didn't get the super chats I usually get and a bunch of people did not reup their memberships. How many mobile game blue box pulls did Phil do today? So, I basically need to raise as much in tips as possible. Why? I got all these bills I need to pay that I need to raise tips to pay cuz I don't have the usual money I would have from YouTube to pay them, which really, really sucks. If you don't tip, all this is going to come apart. I'm going to lose my home because you're not doing something to help.

The problem was I failed to complete the stage. So, today I did get to the boss a couple of times, but he pretty much just stomped me.

If you take a hit, you're done. You have no health. What's the point when it kills you with one hit? What the [ __ ] Oh my god.

Today, we actually started off with a bigger audience and people got bored with the game and left saying, "This game is too repetitive. We don't like it." At first, people were impressed by the flashy graphics, by the big boss fights and the bullet hell visuals, and after about 10 hours of it, they got bored and said, "We're not coming back." We definitely had dwindling uh engagement and support.

It also looks like the delivery person is a dummy and doesn't know how to open the gate despite the fact they have instructions.
