Claude Video is INSANE!Added:
Claude video is insane. And I mean that.
You can now type one command inside Claude, describe the video you want, and Claude will write the script, build the scenes, animate the text, add a voice over that sounds like you, and spit out a finished MP4. No editor, no timeline, no camera, just words on a screen and a real video on the other side. I've been testing this for the last few weeks, and the results are wild. So, in this video, I'm going to show you exactly what Claude can do with video right now, how the new Claude code video skill works, what the Higgs field connection unlocks, what HeyGen plus Claude looks like, and how to actually use this stuff to grow your business without learning to code.
Stick with me because the last part is the biggest. It's a workflow where Claude builds a whole campaign, the script, the avatar, the voice, the edit in about 10 minutes. And I'm going to walk you through it. Let's get into it.
So, first, what is Claude video? Here's the thing. Claude is not a video model.
Claude doesn't paint pixels. Claude doesn't generate footage from scratch the way Sora or Veo do. People hear Claude video and they think, "Oh, it's just another text-to-video tool." It's not. Claude is the brain. Claude is the director. What Claude does with And this is the part that flipped my thinking is sit in the middle of every other video tool out there and run them for you.
Claude writes the script. Claude calls Remotion to build the scenes. Claude calls Eleven Labs to make the voice over. Claude calls HeyGen to make the avatar. Claude calls Higgs field to animate the images. Claude stitches it all together. You just describe what you want. Claude does the rest. And that changes the game because every other video tool on the planet only does one job. Sora makes clips. Eleven Labs makes voice. HeyGen makes avatars. Motion makes animated scenes. Before Claude, you had to bounce between five tabs, copy stuff back and forth, and pray the tools talked to each other. Now, Claude just runs all of them. Let me show you what this actually looks like. There's a new toolkit on GitHub called the Claude code video toolkit. It's free. You clone it, run one command called {slash}video, and Claude walks you through making a video. It asks you what kind asks you the brand, asks you the scenes, then it builds the whole thing. Quick pause before I show you the next part.
If you're watching this and thinking, "Okay, this looks amazing, but where do I start?" That's exactly what we do inside the AI Profit Boardroom. We've got a 30-day Claude video roadmap, step-by-step. Day one is set up Claude code. Day two is install the video skill. Day three is your first 30-second promo. By day 30, you've got a full video system that pumps out content for your business while you sleep. Four coaching calls every week with people building Claude workflows right now.
Members in there, a bunch of them are already using this exact stack, Claude code, Remotion, ElevenLabs, Higgsville, to make videos for their clients and their own funnels. Link in the description or go to aiprofitboardroom.com.
Okay, back to it. So, how does the actual Claude video skill work? Let me break it down in plain English. Skill is just a folder of instructions you give Claude. Once it's installed, Claude reads it every time you ask for something related. So, when you type {slash} video, Claude already knows the rules, knows your brand colors, knows your fonts, knows your voice, knows the scene types. Just builds. The toolkit ships with three main templates. Sprint review videos with demos, stats, and voiceover. A composable scene-based version. And product demo with dark tech aesthetic, stats, CTA. You don't have to use those. You can tell Claude to make any kind. A landing page video. Hook for TikTok. Talking head explainer. Product launch ad. Customer testimonial.
Whatever you want. The cool part is the brain underneath. Claude writes a JSON file that maps out your video as beats.
Hook beat. A problem beat. A stat beat.
An insight beat. A CTA beat. Each beat is a scene. Each scene has its own animation. Then Claude takes that JSON and turns it into a real video using Remotion, which is a tool that lets you build video like a website. Code in, video out. You don't need to write any of that. Claude does. You just say, "I want a 60-second video about my new offer. Hook it with a stat, end with a strong CTA. Claude builds the JSON.
Claude builds the scenes. Done. Now, let's talk voiceover. This is the part that broke my brain. Claude can clone your voice, not kind of sound like you.
It sounds like you. You record a few minutes of you talking. Eleven Labs builds a voice clone. You give Claude the voice ID. From that point on, every video Claude makes can be narrated in your voice without you ever opening a microphone again. Imagine that for a second. Imagine you record one weekend.
After that, every promo video, every explainer, every social clip sounds like you. You go on holiday. The videos keep coming out with your voice saying what you want them to say. That's not a future thing. That's now. The toolkit even has a {slash} voice clone command.
Record, test, and save a cloned voice to a brand. One command. Done. Now, let's add the visual layer. Beyond text and animations, Claude can pull in real images and real video clips. This is where Higgsfield comes in. Higgsfield is a tool that gives you one connection to over 50 image and video models. Nano Banana, Kling, Pika, Runway, Flocks, Midjourney Style are all behind the same door. When you connect Higgsfield to Claude Code, something cool happens.
Claude doesn't just make text animations anymore. Claude can say, "Hey, this scene needs a real product shot. Let me generate one." And it picks the best model for that exact job. Want a clean photo? Claude grabs Nano Banana. Want a cinematic 5-second clip of someone walking through a door? Claude grabs Kling. Want a stylized cartoon look?
Claude grabs Flocks. You don't choose.
Claude chooses. Because Claude knows which model is best for each shot.
Here's a simple example. Let's say I want to make a short video promoting our community to new visitors. Tell Claude, "Make me a 30-second video. Hook it with a question about how slow your business is moving without AI. Show three real benefits. Clear CTA to join. Use my voice. Add a clean background. Pick the best models for each shot." Claude writes the script, calls Eleven Labs for my voice, calls Higgsfield for the background images, calls Remotion to stitch it together. Saves the MP4. Shows me the file. Post it. Done. That's the workflow. That's what's actually happening right now in 2026. Let me show you another path. HeyGen. HeyGen is the avatar tool. You upload a few minutes of you on camera. HeyGen builds a digital twin. Then you type words and your twin says them on screen. Lip sync, facial expressions, all of it. In May, HeyGen released an MCP connector for Claude.
Claude can generate videos through the HeyGen MCP connector by sending prompts directly to HeyGen's video generation system. The integration allows automated workflows where text prompts become finished videos stored in your HeyGen projects. This is wild. You don't even need to be a coder. You connect HeyGen inside Claude. You say make me a 60-second avatar video about. Claude writes the script, sends it to HeyGen.
Your avatar reads it. Video shows up.
There's a workflow people are running where Claude searches the news, finds five trending stories, writes five scripts, and sends all five to HeyGen.
About 10 minutes later you have five videos and a log file. You didn't open an editor once. Five videos from one prompt. Think about what that means for someone running a small business. You sell coaching. You sell courses. You sell services. You need content. You hate making content. Every week you tell yourself you'll record more videos and every week life gets in the way. What if you didn't have to record? What if Claude wrote the script, your avatar said the words, and a video showed up in your folder ready to post? That's the deal now. Claude code paired with HeyGen skills skip that entirely. You write one prompt. Claude code goes and finds current AI news, drafts five scripts from what it finds, and passes each one to HeyGen to produce a finished video.
So, what should you actually do with all this? Three steps. All simple. Step one, pick one video task you do every week.
Maybe it's a short for social. Maybe it's a product walk-through. Maybe it's a testimonial. Just one. Step two, build the workflow once. Set up Claude code.
Install the video skill. hook up 11 Labs or HeyGen, make one video, get it working end-to-end. Step three, run it again with a new topic, and again, and again. Each time it gets faster. Each time you trust it more. By the end of the month, you've replaced what used to be a 3-hour task with a 10-minute one, and you're shipping more than you used to less stress, better quality. It's what this is really about. It's not about Claude. It's not about the tools.
It's about you finally having time to grow your business instead of grinding on the things that don't move the needle. Us thing, there's a window right now where most business owners haven't figured this out. Still hiring editors, still paying for stock footage, still spending their Sundays in Premiere. Once you learn this stack now, Claude, Remotion, 11 Labs, HeyGen, Higgsfield, get a year-long head start. That window won't stay open forever. If you want help getting set up, this is exactly what we do inside the AI Profit Boardroom. Daily tutorials walking you through Claude video step-by-step.
