Civil lawsuits filed by individuals against public figures can serve as the foundation for criminal prosecution, as demonstrated by Cassie Ventura's $20 million civil suit against Puff Daddy, which was settled within 24 hours but then used by the United States Attorney in the Southern District of New York to build a criminal case against him for RICO violations, sex trafficking, and prostitution charges.

There is a chance that uh funny blue jacket um could end up with a criminal a criminal case. I don't know what the charge would be.
Um I don't want to start saying things spectacular things and uh clickbaitish things.
Um but this is why I am saying what I'm saying.
A woman that worked for him, it could turn into a criminal case. a woman that worked for him for 12 years.
Monnique Mayers, she's the plaintiff against Curtis James Jackson II. Curtis Jackson 50 Cent 5th and 50. They need to put funny blue jacket underneath here. He's the defendant.
She filed a federal civil suit against him.
And in that federal civil suit, she alleges attempts to circumvent and skirt federal bankruptcy laws.
She alleges fraud and deceit.
um threats on her life.
And and the reason I say this is because and I believe Mo'Nique.
I believe Mon'nique.
I believe her because she does not mention anything sexual in this 67page document.
Nothing of her and funny blue jacket ever having sex. Um, she doesn't mention that he took the kitty cat, that he tried to take. She don't mention nothing about [ __ ] nothing.
No type of sexual relations between the two. Her thing is specifically workrelated harassment, intimidation, threats.
So I believe her.
The reason I say Oh man, excuse me.
Oh man.
Ah, I worked out already today. I did 1,000 jumping jacks.
I did thousand jumping jacks, thousand mountain climb. Well, I did 500 jumping jacks, 500 mountain climbs. The reason I say that is because that's why I look as good as I look.
The reason I say that is because Cassie filed the civil suit against Puffy for $20 million.
He settled it within 24 hours.
Then the United States attorney in the Southern District of New York took that civil suit that Puff settled and that became the basis and the foundation for their criminal case against Puff.
What precludes the United States attorney in Atlanta, Northern District of Georgia, from doing the same thing with Monnique Meers's civil suit if funny blue jacket settles.
Now there's Cassie civil suit. Cassie uh is a piece of [ __ ] She ratted on Puff. She got on the stand and she pointed at Puff and said Puff took the kitty cat from her.
uh that she felt like a um SCEX worker that he traffked her.
Her civil suit was full of lies.
She's a liar.
Cassie Ventura. Cassandra Ventura.
Cassie is a liar.
Her civil suit is replete with misinformation and flatout lies along with her attorney who filed that civil suit, Doug Wigdorf and Meredith Fire Togg.
And what's that other dude's name? Some other dude.
They deliberately lied on that man.
Cassie wrote in her civil suit that Puffy firebomb kid Cuy's car.
That was a lie.
Because when whoever dropped that Molotov cocktail, they cut a hole in his convertible top. They dropped the Molotov cocktail in the driver's seat and it burned the seat.
And when the Los Angeles Police Department came out and the Los Angeles Fire Department came out and they did fingerprint tests and they did a DNA wipe, the DNA of the person that did that whose DNA was on the car was a female, not a male.
And at the trial, it came out that the Los Angeles Police Department and the Fire Department destroyed the DNA evidence that they took for whatever reason because it would have exonerated Puff from that allegation. But that allegation is in Cassie civil suit that that he did that.
There was no photos of Puffy ever at Kid Cuy's house. No security camera video, no fingerprints on the door, no eyewitnesses, no nothing that Puff was even at that man's house.
But Kid Cuy himself, he came to the trial, lied, said the man was all in his house, opened up his Christmas gifts, put his dog in the bathroom, and then Capricorn Clark with her lying ass, she committed perjury on the stand while suing Puffy for $10 million underneath wanted to [ __ ] Puff. had a crush on him, was jealous of Cassie.
She lied. Said she was kidnapped. They all lied.
You know how I know all these details about the case. Puffy case. You know how I know? Cuz I was there.
I went to the trial every day. You know where I was at?
was back there in the back on the 24th floor in the overflow.
I was in the overflow in the back. Sat in the back to the left in the overflow.
Cassie then put in her civil suit on page 19, paragraph 102, that Puffy hung Briana Boglin off the balcony on the 17th floor.
Cassie said it was at a hotel.
Cassie said it took place in September 16th.
September 26, 2016.
This what Cassie said, which was a lie cuz her and Puffy were together in Harlem on that day while they were doing the Bad Boy reunion tour. She was in Harlem. They were staying at the Trump International ordering room service.
Nicole West Mullen put the whole room service bill up on the screen.
Then Bana Boglin got her lying ass up there. She was suing Puffy for 10 million and said that oh no, he didn't hang me over the 17th floor balcony at a hotel like Cassie said. It was at Cassie's apartment and Cassie saw it which was a lie.
Because Cassie and Puffy was on the east coast. How the hell could he be in Los Angeles hanging somebody off a balcony when he in New York?
And Cassie and Briana were texting that morning, five minutes before Briana took the stand to testify.
This is what went on.
So, so Cassie is a piece of [ __ ] She's a liar. and you watch what happens to her. See, you can't do wrong and it turn out right.
And because you have a windfall of money does not make it right. You can't do wrong and get right. You can't do right and it get wrong. You can't. The universe don't allow it. You watch what happens to that girl. Just keep living.
So, the Southern District of New York took Cassie's civil suit and turned it into a criminal case against Puff, a Rico, SCX trafficking, and a uh prostitution joint. Man, that my coffee cold in this cup, but it's still better than yours.
So, what would preclude? Why wouldn't the United States attorney in Atlanta not do the same thing to Funny Blue Jacket?
Stay tuned and see. I believe Mon'nique.
I believe her.
It's just I believe her.
I believe her.
I believe her cuz she ain't talking about no type of sexual escapades between her and uh my man Funny Blue Jacket.
Peace.
