[00:00:00]And rain is here now, lots of events happening in the city we've been talking about, so will the weather cause some issues you think at least at some points during the day?

[00:00:07]>> Uh tomorrow, yes, especially during the afternoon and evening, so just keep in mind that as you're out and about, that's where you could run into some issues as it is a KDKA First Alert Weather Day and we are running the prospects of strong to severe thunderstorms that could push out damaging winds and large hail. You can't rule out rotation or heavy rain either.

[00:00:27]The chances of those, well, the heavy rain of course, but flooding is low. The chances of rotation are low, but not zero, so certainly things we have to pay attention to. Much of the region falls under the scattered strong to severe thunderstorm category, which means we are looking at the best prospects for these storms to develop essentially from northern Ohio through all of Pennsylvania, down into Western Maryland, Northern West Virginia, and Southern New York. So, pretty much everybody who would watch us here. Now, you get into tonight's later, maybe a stray shower or thunderstorm up to the north, especially early tomorrow morning. Again, this is not where we're looking for the severe thunderstorms.

[00:01:11]We're going to be at the coolest point of the day, which is still going to be in the upper 60s, but the coolest point of the day going on here, and this is where we would see maybe a passing shower thunderstorm until we get a little bit later into the day, mid-afternoon. This is where the storms start to kick up here at the peak heating. You have the humidity there, the disturbance, the cold front is dropping in. So, we'll be looking for some stronger type thunderstorms around 3:00-ish, essentially from Route 422 up around I-80. Those drop into town through about 5:00, 6:00.

[00:01:45]The first wave, there's a couple more back behind it that still want to cut through. And then once we get to closer to midnight, most of the showers and storms will be lined up to the south and finishing up before some fog starts to settle in, but that will not last too long into Sunday. Sunday, I think we shape it up nicely as we bring back some sunshine. So, again, if you're going out and about tomorrow afternoon, that is our first alert weather day. While the temperatures are the same, the humidity will be lower and the skies will be brighter come Sunday. So, Sunday's the better of the two days, but I know there's a lot of things going on both days. Just be very weather aware during the afternoon tomorrow.

[00:02:24]Tonight, I think the next several hours are going to be fairly quiet. Towards daybreak, we see that isolated thunderstorm chance. Warm temperatures overall 67° little on the spicy side and the humidity's going to be climbing up through the night. 83 tomorrow, but it's early storms that aren't going to be severe and afternoon thunderstorms that could feature the damaging winds and large hail. So, we'll be watching those storms for you as they are materializing tomorrow. Sunday, we shape it up 83° for the high temperature. Those mid-80s continue on Monday and Tuesday, even Wednesday with some storms there. The humidity ramps up along with the temperatures later next week and that is going to make for some of the steamiest conditions we have had yet this year on Thursday and Friday.
