[00:00:00]Good morning, Las Vegas A's baseball fans. Today is Monday, June 1st, and we are down here at the site of the Las Vegas A Stadium, and they have lifted the first roof truss. It is 6:17 in the morning, and I got here as soon as I could. I didn't started at 6:00, but this thing is up and is going.

[00:00:24]So, we've got a bunch of people down here. They're waiting. They're checking it out. But this is happening now.

[00:00:34]We got a live stream we're doing as well, but I had to get I had to get this thing started so you guys can see this thing go in action. So, apologies for being out here a little late, but at least we're up.

[00:36:02]You know, I've, you know, throughout my career, I've been in management positions and and g and honestly, at my age now, I would do things very differently. And what he's doing is exactly what I should have been doing day one, which is not sitting up in the office, not watching this, not reading about it from your guys who tell you what's going on, but getting down there, actually out there into the boots on the ground, talking to the guys, shaking their hands. I mean, talk about a morale. My morale is lifted.

[00:36:42]But forget about that. I I I don't even know if he's doing it from I mean I can seriously this is his money and he's watching it and he's he's I mean he's seeing what's going on. I mean it's you know yeah you could say okay he's not really doing anything they're d but there's a certain I don't know you guys can believe whatever you want but this is a spiritual thing going on right now. This is a big building. These are iron workers. Uh, this is massive, massive movement going on and and this guy is down here, boots on the ground, and I love it.

[00:38:00]And what we're watching is we're watching them build a stadium, a $2 billion stadium. And I went over last night, I don't know if you guys heard, I've got a channel on X, JediRich_, and Jedi Rich. We do a we do a weekly podcast with with some Vegas locals to find out what's going on in Vegas and the big stories and obviously one of the biggest stories was um Caesars being sold, you know, to to to Fertitta. Um then the second thing was the Vegas Golden Knights making the Stanley Cup playoffs three times in 10 years as an expansion team. And then the third thing on the mind was that this project now has a contingency plan in place if bal cannot cannot come up with the funding for the entire project. So if bal can't do their their portion of it, it doesn't matter.

[00:39:00]This thing is still happening. So for all the naysayers out there that were saying, "Well, that you know this project wasn't funded." You were partially correct.

[00:39:24]You were partially correct. But what you weren't corrected was that it would somehow stall the stadium.

[00:39:31]They they they put a contingency plan in place.

[00:39:35]And there's Mr. Fischer, I believe.

[00:39:56]But anyways, he put a contingency plan in place. So, we know that the state that that this will be ready for the the 2028 season.
