The South African Human Rights Commission has taken Operation Dudula and Jacinta Zuma to court for stopping illegal immigrants in hospitals, despite the Commission's own 2019 inspection of Kliptown documenting severe human rights violations including inadequate sanitation infrastructure that the Commission failed to address against the City of Johannesburg. This highlights a perceived inconsistency in how the Commission applies human rights protections, prioritizing enforcement against civic activists while neglecting documented violations of citizens' rights to basic services.

BREAKING NEWS: Jacinta Zuma & Other Operation Dudula Members Taken to Court by the Human Rights.Added:
Hi everyone. So, um the Human Rights Commission has uh taken me to court in my personal capacity, taken our lawyer to court, taken March and March to court, and some of our members as well as Operation Dudula. And um they have cited us as respondents because they are saying that the police need to arrest us for stopping illegal immigrants in hospitals who are here uh for all kinds of reasons besides emergency health care.
And um yeah, ideally the South African Human Rights Commission that's supposed to be protecting our rights to uh life and making sure that the law is being upheld is the very same commission that is now wanting to aid and abet illegal immigrants in the country instead of um making provision for them to be deported and taken back to their countries of origin. So, we're calling on all of you South Africans who are available on Tuesday to please join us at the Durban High Court. That's where we're going to be uh appearing.
And uh we want to make our voices heard.
We've been saying, we've been crying, we've been going on all platforms trying to be heard because the country can no longer take care of all these illegal immigrants. None of our resources are capable or are even budgeted for for so many people who are not South African citizens. Therefore, we call on all of you are available on the day, please, please, please do join us. But also, if you're not, we need you to help us make as much noise as possible about this issue so that people know what we are going through as a country that is overburdened, that has its own people being put in the backseat just so we look good to the rest of the world. Mind you, we no longer have aid coming to South Africa to take care even of refugees. So, this is our own money that's now going to take care of everyone else.
And I'm just going to say it in Isizulu.
And on Wednesday, Durban High Court the South African Human Rights Commission but they will not see what they will not do again.
South Africa about busy South Africa South Africa Durban High Court on Wednesday South Africa and and near and far South Africa and Nina you're always on your phones South African, please see South Africa >> [clears throat] >> immigrants South Africa South Africa South African South Africa South African Human Rights Commission >> Yo, fellow South Africans, we are in danger.
And I'm saying this because I am very pissed off and very angry.
Because this government, or whatever they call themselves, decided to open a case against Jacob Zuma saying she incited violence.
A woman who stood firmly with families and with kids who were denied access to a public school.
What has this country become though?
This concept of human rights must be written down clearly.
Because in every nation the people who originate in that nation take first priority.
Let's be honest and be frank, whether you are from Nigeria or Zimbabwe.
The people who originate in that land take first priority.
You cannot have a school that has over 600 immigrants that have rights and access and comfortability.
Then you have over 66 kids that cannot be accommodated because you have to make space for 600 students.
Then that cannot be right. Go to Nigeria, go to Zimbabwe, go to whatever country you come from, the citizens of that country are the first priorities of that country.
Before anybody else is given rights and priority.
So this woman stands by these families, supports them, and fights this system that is so arrogant and so wrong.
Then a case is opened called inciting violence.
Then >> [clears throat] >> we might as well leave South Africa and leave South Africa for for for foreigners, because clearly we don't have rights in our own country.
This cannot be This cannot be tolerated.
In fact, maybe let's open a case against the government.
Maybe that would make sense. We open a case against the government because what they are doing is wrong.
What they are applying is wrong. If it means the constitution must change, then let it be changed.
If it means leaders must change, let them change.
Because the people that must sit in offices of authority must prioritize South Africans above anybody else.
Then we can accommodate everybody else when South Africans are living a life of true freedom.
>> Citizen participation remains essential in any democracy.
However, legitimate public concerns must never be hijacked by opportunists seeking to incite violence, loot businesses, intimidate communities, destroy property, or spread hatred.
We have seen elsewhere how quickly lawful civic mobilization can descend into lawlessness when discipline and leadership collapse.
That must never happen in KwaZulu-Natal.
No individual or organization has the authority to enforce immigration law outside the framework of the state.
No grievance, however genuine, justifies vigilantism.
No frustration should become a license for the poor people.
Our message is simple and firm.
Criminality has no nationality.
And justice cannot be selective.
As the provincial government, our response will remain intelligence-led.
>> I came across Jefferson Mangobese.
Um Zoom's post on on on social media.
And she posted that the South African Human Rights Commission is taking them to court. That's Jefferson. It's Operation Dudula.
And there's a list there.
And we all know why um the Human Rights Commission will take Jefferson and Operation Dudula to court.
But when I read that and and read the comments, um I was a bit shocked and and a bit angry.
I'll tell you why.
Earlier this year, I wrote an article um about the non-flush chemical toilets that are found in in Kliptown.
And for those who don't know Kliptown, um Kliptown is part of Soweto.
Uh it's a it's a historical place in in in our country. Specifically, it it has a rich political history.
Um that's where the Freedom Charter was was adopted Uh back in 1955, right? And later, the Freedom Charter became the foundation of of our our constitution.
As I was doing some research on the article, I then found out that in 2019, Human Rights Commission went to Kliptown to conduct their own inspection.
Now, the inspection, you know, came after people living in Kliptown complained about um poor infrastructure, complained about sanitary lack of sanitation, um complained about a whole host of issues. And in 2019, Human Rights Commission goes there and does the inspection.
And when they're doing inspection, there are key things that they found out.
Number one, they found out that what's happening in Kliptown, it's sheer human rights violation. They even went to the point of saying that >> [snorts] >> that people living in Kliptown use bucket system to relieve them to relieve themselves.
Let me cut it correctly tell you.
I know about it, and I've seen it.
Women, specifically women in Kliptown, majority of them don't use the toilets because they allege that they get infections when they use these non-flush chemical toilets.
The commission went there, did their own inspection, and they drafted a document, they wrote recommendations, and in their recommendations, there are a couple of things that they they recommended from the city of Johannesburg. There's information that they wanted in order for the commission to start with the second phase, of which was to investigate this whole case. 2019 Guess what?
Nothing has happened. Nothing moved.
Nothing at all.
But the commission is able to take um Operation Dudula, Jacinta, and others to court.
But they cannot take the city of Johannesburg and the Gauteng government to court for the sheer human rights violation.
And and and the breach of promise because a lot of politicians promised people living in Kliptown.
They have They have But the commission I don't know if they saw it fit not to fight for people living in Kliptown.
They didn't.
They didn't. From 2019 up until today.
The Human Rights Committee, the South African Human Rights Commission, have done absolutely nothing.
Absolutely nothing.
But they can take Jacinta uh Operation Dudula to court.
And and we know why. It's because of this whole clinic thing and and and and and and schools thing. This thing happened this year.
This year in a space of a couple of months.
The commission can act decisively.
But they choose not to act decisively to fight for the rights of the citizens. The worst part, the commission went there for inspection.
But hey, they just fold their arms.
Human Rights Commission is selective.
It's selective and that's why I'm angry.
That's why I'm angry that how can they able to take Dudula and Jacinta to court, but you can't take the city of Johannesburg. You can't take the Gauteng government to court.
This really, really infuriates me. I've done I'm going to share I'm going to share uh the link to the article that I wrote on the comment section, and I'm also going to share the link to the interview I did um at PowerFM specifically about this.
If you would ask them, if you would ask the the the the the South African Human Rights Commission why they >> Jacinta Zuma has been taken to court.
Some say she has been arrested by the Human Rights Commission.
What are you guys expecting South Africans?
This lady is fighting for her country she and then human rights in South Africans is arresting her.
So, the thing is that I I want to really, really understand something because you South Africans sometimes you guys really get me confused.
Are you guys supporting her or you are not supporting her?
Some of you came out and complained that oh, March on March you guys don't really vibe with them because it's just as if it's association of people from Zuma speaking people.
They barely speak English. They don't communicate their message. But Operation Dudula is more organized. But all of a sudden now, March on March is getting the upper edge, and now the Human Rights Commission is suing all of them to court that they have been mistreating people.
And to be honest, some of the videos that I have watched.
I saw some flogging.
I don't know how true it is.
Because one thing about social media, people can twist information. We don't know how long that video is.
I saw some flogging, some harassment, a lot of things was going on there anyway.
But, my question is that South Africans, you guys really need illegal immigrants out of your country. Because if you do, that is what Zenzile Hannah Groep are trying to do.
They are trying to fight for their country because right now the government is adamant. The government is not paying any attention.
So, these people now have decided to rise up and fight. So, why suing her to court? I know sometimes she sounds some kind of ways rude and the rest.
Maybe that's her own nature. That's how she talks, but suing her to court, dragging this whole thing, making social media media see her as the demon. It doesn't really make sense. So, my South Africans, what do you think? Please leave your comment on the comment section and let's be respectful, please.
So, I'll see you on my next video. Bye for now.
