This video analyzes the case of Chud the Builder (Dalton Eatherly), who was charged with attempted murder after shooting a Black man in a courtroom, and received a $1.25 million bond. The speaker argues that individuals who spread racist content online and engage in violent behavior should face significant legal consequences, noting that those who complain about economic hardship but readily bail out racist individuals demonstrate a contradiction in their values. The speaker emphasizes that legal accountability serves as a necessary deterrent to prevent individuals from abusing their freedom and engaging in harmful behavior.

Judge Sets Chud the Builder, Known for Posting RACIST CONTENT Online Bond at $1.25 MillionAjouté :
Willie D. Live.
>> What's up, family? Let's talk about an uncivilized mut.
Chud the Builder, known for posting racist content online, has been given a bond by the judge for his attempted murder case.
How much?
1.25. $25 million.
I ain't got no problem with that. Salute to the judge. Should have made it 10 million, 100 million, something along those lines. Reason why I say 100 million because the univilized muts who support him, they're going to bail him out. Oh, they're absolutely going to bail him out. Those univilized muts always find money to support something racist. It's like they broke. They always complaining about the economy and gas prices and well, we can't afford this and this and this is high and taxes and everything.
But boy, let something racist happen.
Let one of these univilized must harm somebody and they come running with their tongue hanging out. Yeah.
Check this fool out, fam. You're going to find this extremely extremely exciting and entertaining. Check him out in court.
>> So, bail's gonna we're gonna have a bail.
>> I'm gonna I'm gonna set I'm going to set just a bond right now after we have our bail hearing. and then I'll let you make all the arguments. We can go through all the factors in the statute and see if that gets amended up or down. Okay.
>> Yes, sir.
>> Look at the black cap staring at take his eyes off. Check him out.
Watch Ted De butler when he hit 1.25 million. Watch this.
>> I'm on set initial bond at 1.25 million.
1.25 million.
>> Closed his eyes.
He closed his eyes. We got to see that again. Not Mr. Badass. Hold on. He closed his eyes.
25 million based upon the fact of how many people were in the courtyard. We're here at the courthouse and the seriousness of all these felonies and his bond status.
>> Okay.
>> Yes, sir. So, uh, the 26th at 9 o'clock, I'm sorry, the 21st at 9:00 for a bond hearing and then the 26th at 9 for preliminary hearing right here. Does that work for everybody's calendar?
General, does that work for the state?
>> Yes.
>> All right. Just for the court's information and and Mr. Finley state is going to request and file a source hearing uh when and if uh there's an attempt to make bonds.
>> Okay. Is there any objection of us taking all those matters up at the bond hearing on the 21st?
>> No.
>> Mr. Finley, do you have any objection to doing it that way?
>> That's the most efficient way. I think >> Judge, we'll try and have everything lined up for the >> Okay.
All right. Anything else, Mr. Finley, from you today?
>> No, sir.
>> All right. From the state. Okay.
>> That'll that'll conclude these proceedings today. Okay. We'll >> be in recess.
>> Recess. Keep your seats.
>> So, you know, I often times draw parallels uh in regards to situations and circumstances.
And the one I want to make today is actually one that involves myself here.
You know, Ch the Butler did not have to go through this. He could have been at home relaxing. He could be at home chilling. He could be, you know, attending to his child, the one that he does claim, right? He could be doing anything but sitting in a jail cell waiting for uni civilized muts who he don't know to give him some money basically charity right uh he could be doing a lot of things but he wanted to go around and intimidate people and spread more hatred in the perhaps the greatest hatred uh country of all times. This is a country that is full like on on hate overload instead of Chud the butler trying to make people's lives better.
Trying to be a beacon of hope, beacon of hope, a light at the end of the tunnel, so to speak. He decides to be the doctor of doom. You know, he wants to be a dark cloud everywhere he goes.
Nothing but spewing hatred and negativity.
Had to get it from a man in his papy because you don't get that type of hatred overnight.
So, as loud as he is, I'm getting there, fam. Let me cook. as loud as he is, as opinionated as he is, as belligerent at as he is, as uncivilized as he is, he looked rather civilized standing in that courtroom today, right? Yeah. It's like he finally found a stroke of civility. Like, how did that happen?
often times uh when people are allowed to uh exercise their freedom uh sometimes they get out of pocket with the freedom.
They stretch that freedom and they they do things that are counterproductive.
For example, for a while when I was younger, you know, I was on probation all the time. seemed like I stayed on probation, right? Every time I do something, I I end up getting some type of catching some type of case. Then I end up I finish it. While I'm on probation, I'm doing well, right? I'm minding my business. I'm taking care of business and I'm because in the back of my mind, I'm thinking I can't get caught up because if I get caught up, I'm gone, right? So, I'm I'm behaving like I got some damn sense.
The moment I finish that probation, I'm back to wilding out. So, I realized that after a while that I have to have a fear of something. See, when you're on your way out and you're doing anything you want to do, when you have that freedom to come and go, you have free will.
uh sometimes uh you know you can let uh that freedom uh go to your head and you can take it for granted right so I realized that uh when I have that sentence hanging over my head I would be a little sharper you know I would be a little bit more cognizant of my actions because I didn't want to get caught up so perhaps Chud the butler needs something to fear so he don't get himself caught up and people like him too because it took all of that. It took the incident involving him shooting somebody. In case you don't know the story, he shot a guy, a black guy in front of a courtroom. Uh he claims that the black guy was challenging him, making fun of him, pointing at him and all this stuff. So he walked up to him, he stepped to him, and then they get into a fight and he ends up shooting the guy. And then also uh uh incidentally uh accidentally shooting himself, right?
So he shoots himself in the arm, right?
So he didn't have to do none of that. He didn't have to go through any of that.
But he was wild and out so bad that it had to come to a head. Sooner or later something bad was going to happen and something bad did happen. But now that he has the courts on his head, now that he is involved in legal proceedings, now he wants to act like he got some sense. Now he wants to be respectful.
Now he wants to be in close proximity of a black man and not be disrespectful because that black cop that was in that courtroom wasn't playing no games. She was looking at him like this.
Now, couldn't have been me.
I would have made contact.
I would have taken him in that room and I would have handled my business at the very least.
I would have rewarded three or four inmates.
No, I'll take about two two buildings. I would have rewarded some inmates, you know, for taking the trash out.
Yeah, I would have done it. I would have done it. You can't put me ever in charge of people like that. Oh, I'm going to make him pay. Well, I do him dirty. I do his ass dirt. I would have him acting like a monkey. Yeah, since he like to call black people chimps. I would have I would have been in one of those holding sales.
I'd have had him crawling on all fours.
Crawl like a monkey. Make the temp noise. Yeah. I would been throwing them bananas and everything. Yeah. And I would have filmed it like one of these YN put it on Instagram. I would have done that.
But yeah, I would have done it. Yeah. I Man, I man I put belt the ass when they when they get out of line, fam. I don't play no games with him at all. Yeah. So yeah, he's lucky in that regard. But boy, boy, imagine him in jail right now and how he's behaving. I bet he's behaving like a star citizen. Yeah.
Right now, I can guarantee you he's a model inmate because see in the free world, the free world and this and this jail world, that jailhouse world is totally different.
All of them switch it up when they end up getting caught up in jail. All of them all of a sudden become nice guys.
And when they don't, they get their head knocked off. Cuz sometimes they'll come in there and let's say they're drunk.
Sometimes they come in, they be drunk.
Like when they first get in, they're drunk and they come in there with that rah rah rah. Next thing you know, ding ding fries and shake. They laying out on the floor. You got to hit the button.
and they running in there scraping them up off the floor and go put them in another tank. Try to put them somewhere by themselves so they won't get uh further dismantled.
But what say you, fam? Drop a comment.
I'd love to hear your thoughts.
No more talk.
