[00:00:02]Welcome to the channel. Yes, it's your girl Carol here. We're in the van and I just went to one appointment and we're on our way to another one.

[00:00:12]Um, so everything's going good.

[00:00:14]Everything looked good on the x-rays.

[00:00:17]Um, my shoulder's kind of bothering me from the >> [laughter] >> Uh, walked a long ways today with the walker.

[00:00:23]Um, they're going to keep me on the um, what they call global restrictions. Um, cuz where I had the um, those long screws in there before, there's holes there.

[00:00:38]Um, the hip replacement itself is in place and it looks really good. But um, my incision clean as a whistle. I'm not bruised up over there.

[00:00:49]Like I didn't know what to expect, honestly. Uh, I got the window down a little bit, starting to rain on me. Anyway, um, yeah, um, so I'm going to get a bone density test.

[00:01:05]Um, uh, I'm not sure what all, but I go back in another 3 weeks and then I go back in 4 months.

[00:01:16]Um, so because of the where I had the um, those uh, pins in there, the screws or whatever, those that has holes in my femur.

[00:01:32]And um, the body has to, you know, heal that itself. So, whether it'll be shots or oral, whatever it'll be, that I get, um, that'll build that up. It'll help my body build it up. And um, so yeah, I'll find out more when I go to my family doctor, which is where we're on our way to now.

[00:01:57]Um but my arms are so sore. By the time I get done, I'm going to look like Popeye.

[00:02:04]>> [laughter] >> Because it's a lot. It's a lot putting all your weight, you know, on your upper body. I had good upper body strength from before. It's like I said, the them knuckles.

[00:02:19]Maybe once I get straightened out here, I'll be able to take good care of my knuckles.

[00:02:23]I have some good oils and stuff for it.

[00:02:26]Anyway, so just real quick to let you know, I have a ton of things.

[00:02:33]I know, I mean, maybe you'll want to see it, maybe you won't by now, but I've got my uh two FabFitFun boxes. I've got my Ipsy Ultimate.

[00:02:45]Um I've got a whole bunch of cards and um friend mail. Um some for my birthday, some get well.

[00:02:55]Um so I don't want to miss opportunity to thank each and every one of you for your prayers, your well wishes, and just being there.

[00:03:07]Um Vicky, Miss Jackie Russell, you and your beautiful voice and your hymns have uplifted me when I felt hopeless.

[00:03:21]But it really has. And all of you that have emailed me and Nana from Louisiana, bless your heart. Licia, mhm just the back and forth uh texting and messages and some of the other um uh openings openings by buying spaces I'm sorry.

[00:03:50]Um you guys I know um a lot of you have kept comments going or like with buying spaces, she's been watching um my past videos and things.

[00:04:03]And so, that really helps. If you guys don't have anything to do, if you have an extra few minutes, maybe you can go back and watch some older ones. But, don't go back too far because I am definitely a clown.
