[00:00:08]Ryan Upchurch looks like he's lost um part of this lawsuit here. The verdict is 17.5 million million dollars in this defamation case. This is a case where uh we'll get into it in the live stream.

[00:00:28]But this is kind of like F and A F O for him and maybe other people that go around falsely accusing, making false statements maliciously and intentionally, in my opinion. And I was even mentioned in the family's lawsuit and I heard that I was even mentioned during the trial.

So there could be more damages or more the number can get higher above 17.5 million. Maybe he will you know, appeal and who knows where that's going to go, but this is a huge huge deal. I don't know why the news stations, besides this one local station, isn't talking about this. Maybe tomorrow they will.
