[00:00:01]Hello everyone. Welcome back to more grading uh YouTube essays. And um before starting real quick, I want to talk like just real quick. Thank you guys so much for the support. I I I never imagined anyone would actually give a [ __ ] Um as I'm making this, I'm sitting at what 16,000 views for the first one, just under 4,000 for the second one. So um yeah, thank you. I I I I never imagined it would actually care. So thank you for that. all the com most of the comments have been really nice and um was really supportive. So, thank you guys so much.

[00:00:38]Um but on that note, I do have some sadder news. Um I actually don't. Okay, real quick. Uploading probably going to be irregular. I'm trying to get a job. I know, disgusting. And I do have classes, but um I do have to address some of the allegations I saw in the comments.

[00:00:57]I do work for Israel. I am a MSAD agent controversially. The other two people I covered were also MSAD agents. I don't really know how that works, but um Israel was heavily involved. The CIA, um ISB, [ __ ] IPI, I M6, I don't know the rest of them. Um so yeah, I do apologize for that. Uh, but if you can look past that little fact, then um I think you'll find that these videos still have a lot of merit. Anyway, okay, into actual serious stuff. Um, in terms of grading, I saw a lot of people confused about my grading scheme. I'm going to be honest, the total value really doesn't matter. When I write like minus 10 or whatever, that's not me like being like, okay, out of so and so points. No, the number is just like how severe I think it is. And you can disagree with it. You know, if you think something is more or less severe, you know, feel free, but like the actual total number, I'm going to be honest, this doesn't really matter. So, don't take this as like an actual like proper grading. I'm not smart enough to like quantify this.

[00:02:11]So, and I saw other people asking, "Are you debunking? Are you grading something something?" Um, I'm not looking to debunk anything. I really don't give a [ __ ] about debunking. I'm going to be honest. Um, the way I view it is more like how a defense attorney works. They don't have to disprove anything. They just got to poke enough holes into the prosecution.

[00:02:31]So, I'm really here to just expose flaws. Hopefully, you guys can learn from it. If not, at least be entertaining. I hope I'm entertaining.

[00:02:40]Um, and on future news, I might upload some other content. I don't know. This is a hobby first and foremost. So, I'm not like dedicating this to anything. I like this series. This has just been a lot of fun to do. I'm doing this because it's fun and also because I see a lot of people are learning from it. So, I might try some other content. Maybe not. We'll see. Anyway, okay. I think that's everything I wanted to talk about before we start.

So, this is responding to the allegations by Tor Lton and uh it's been up re-uploaded by Apology Archive, which real quick shout out. Um, if if you're bored and you need to like laugh, [ __ ] go check him out, bro.

[00:03:27]This is an amazing idea and this guy deserves support. Anyway, moving forward with that a little bit of context. So, Tor Lton, um, I imagine a lot of people probably don't know him. He was big on like kick on streaming I guess and I guess on YouTube streaming. Um anyway, that doesn't matter. Uh this guy named like Chickens Ninja exposed him for um recording minors on like Omegle and stuff and then like pressuring them into sexual acts. So and he had a lot of evidence for it. So, Tor Lton, who is being accused of this sexual deviency, this is his response video.

[00:04:10]Now, I understand the topic is different than the previous two. Um, I'm not trying to be a political channel. I don't want to be a political channel.

[00:04:19]I I mean, I'll still like racist [ __ ] Yeah, I'll do that. Just My next video idea is um Oh, boy. Get ready for that one because that video is I don't just get ready. Okay. But um so some people might be thinking, well, this isn't really an essay.

[00:04:41]I'm going to counter that. This is an essay cuz he is making an argument. He does it terribly. But as we'll see, there is an argument being made. And in fact, because he never states it, I'm going to state it for him. He's trying to like disprove the claims like surrogately or aggregate that that's like he never actually addresses them but he is trying to disprove them which you'll see. So for the purposes of this this is an essay and we're going to operate with the thesis of these claims are not real.

[00:05:57]Um, again, he's dealing with some very serious accusations and um, okay, like like people are accusing him of selling child porn, child sexual assault material. Let's just be honest, that is what he's being accused of, of creating and then selling child sexual assault material. That's that's the newer term.

[00:06:20]So, the tone of this video needs to be really [ __ ] serious, right? Again, there there's from what I understand, the evidence was pretty strong against him. Like, he he lost his job and everything over this and he got kicked off social media.

[00:06:34]So, the tone should be serious. Like, this should be genuine. Um, so to to kind of explain what I'm gonna my main critique of him, let's say I'm making a video addressing allegations of creating child pornography. Um, I probably wouldn't open it by parading another apology video, especially when I don't apologize in it. So, just off rip. And again, this is just how severe I think it is. I want to give minus three. Why? Because this tone thing is gonna return. So just just just get ready for that. This this guy is like actually branded.

So this is about to be an uncomfortable like minute. So again, while these clips are playing, just remember what he is trying to address, the creation of child pornography and selling it.

[00:09:07]He's flirting with women in the the we haven't even [ __ ] hit the two-minute mark in a video addressing allegations of sexual misconduct and his examples of how funny his videos are, which still doesn't [ __ ] disprove that you're a sexual deviant is look at me flirt with these girls.

[00:09:30]So, so the tone is just [ __ ] completely destroyed.

[00:09:33]I'm doing minus nine because there's three clips. Um, and I'm really uncomfortable right now.

[00:09:39]I I might speed this up in the video cuz it's it's it's long. It's long and it's terrible. And um, let's just continue. Just this is it only gets worse.

[00:10:12]His thesis is he's going to be raw and what do he say? Raw and straight to the point. Um again, what we're going to see what what he actually is trying to do is disprove these allegations and improve his character. make it seem like that he's this great genuine wholesome 100 Reddit chungus person and that he would never do these things. So, I don't know why he doesn't say that. Instead, he's like trying to give us like this dubra like I'm just raw and real, man. I'm going speak from the heart. Um, you're being accused of like something that puts you on the sex registry. So, I don't know if being raw and straight is really the best idea right now. So, but yeah. So, again, this is why with the thesis, I'm going to write it for him. these allegations are not true. My character is better than the other guy has said because if we don't get that sorted, this video makes no [ __ ] sense. It already doesn't make [ __ ] sense. But anyway, let's continue.

What the [ __ ] We're not even We're barely two minutes in and already I'm like, I I want to [ __ ] strangle him. Um how does having a girlfriend completely absolve you of the accusations of creating child pornography? Um the the the answer is it doesn't. In fact, what you might not know is a lot of [ __ ] sexual predators are married and have like a wife and kids.

[00:12:59]So this is not only is irrelevant, it also if anything, it only puts you in the demographic that's more likely to be a sexual predator. So like looking at it from a scientical and uh statistical, I don't think scientical is a word. I apologize. uh statistical lens, you actually have only pushed yourself further towards a population that does do [ __ ] like this. So, and I want to take off like too cuz again I I get what he's trying to say. I have a girlfriend. Why would I ever like be sexually involved with minors? I have a girlfriend.

[00:13:39]That like that's not like the rule. It's not like oh well he was dating someone so like he must be fine.

[00:13:46]Timothy debatably one of the hottest men in humanity.

[00:13:51]Would you agree? Let me know in the comments. Guys, please. Chickens fans are mine. Why would an alleged Joma predator stream? What? He's doing predatorial behavior allegedly quote unquote on stream for four consecutive years all the way from age 16 to 20. Okay, so now another R word.

[00:14:16]I saw people complain about my handwriting. I'm using a mouse. I saw people say typing. I have more fun doing this. Um, so another his reasoning is I streamed it. Why would I stream illegal activity?

[00:14:32]Which on service level you're like, oh that makes sense. And so you think about it. Well, that doesn't disprove that you didn't do it.

[00:14:39]How does the fact that you streamed it make it untrue? It doesn't. It doesn't because you can still do it, which you did with allegedly he did and stream it publicly. And as we're going to see, it gets [ __ ] even more degenerate and in my opinion illegal. I mean, it's already illegal, but even worse legal. So, his reasoning here falls flat when so far his two things are, I have a girlfriend, so I have a girlfriend. I would never be, you know, a sexual predator. And I stream this stuff live. I wouldn't be a sexual predator. Why would I stream that, you know? But again, that that doesn't mean that you didn't do it, and it doesn't prove that he didn't do it.

[00:15:26]But at the same time, we're talking about sex crimes, which already offbat don't [ __ ] make sense. So, I'm going to I'm going to take another two off.

I mean, I know some people said, "I need to put music on in the background." I just don't know what music I would choose. Um, but I'm going to tell you, if I was making a video about this, I would not choose like royalty-free like Like, no, no, no, no, no. I wouldn't. I mean, I wouldn't I already [ __ ] like defeated. I'm already defeated. Um, let's just uh >> Can you hear me good?

So like the reasoning doesn't even make sense. It doesn't matter what the majority of your content is. What matters is that you engaged in this behavior at all. That's what [ __ ] matters. So again, like for reasoning, I'm going to take off three cuz that's really [ __ ] stupid. This doesn't disprove that you didn't do what people are accusing you of.

[00:21:20]I went live every single day of the year for four consecutive years. Now, the thing is what Chicken showed you is like a video that's manipulated to the maximum from a perspective that he would like to showcase on the internet, which content creator to another. I've seen his videos. He's mostly scaring 12-year-olds.

[00:21:42]Now, my cup of tea, content I like to watch, but to each their own.

[00:21:56]So this is a what he just did is a preterio which is when you mention something by saying that you won't mention it and um so I'm just going to put that there. It's also ad homin. It's a type of ad hominin. Um the famous example I can think of is Cicero used it in court when he's like I'm not even going to talk about how this guy uh his mom is a [ __ ] So like this is really just like it's it's basically like ad hominin. He's not making any points. He's just trying to personally attack chickens, which is the guy that made the first video. I'll try and link it below to try and damage his character so that the argument seems less likely. But this doesn't actually disprove his argument. All it does is come off as a backhanded passive aggressive way of hurting the other guy.

[00:22:48]Doesn't disprove your argument. So I'm going to give minus two. He does this a couple more times. But also, and you know, your word of the day, preito, it's Italian. There's other words that mean the same thing. I'm not going to n they say that his content is good or bad because to each their own, seriously. But for this guy to manipulate the edits and just make it look like what it's really not, I think it's quite literally beyond illegal. Could be sued for defamation.

[00:23:19]Um, defamation is not illegal. In fact, it's protected by the First Amendment, at least if we're talking from a criminal perspective. Um, civily, yeah, you can sue for defamation. But that's a little point, but just to kind of reinforce, he doesn't know what the [ __ ] he's talking about. So, quite frankly, literally sickens me. Guys, do you remember what they said about Tate few years ago, like a year ago, right? What did they say about the Tates? They said that the tates are human traffickers and now it's former Lin is an alleged predator. Like really?

[00:23:54]>> Again, so this is this is going to be both relevance and reasoning. He's bringing up the tape brothers. I'm going to give minus three cuz it's it's stupid. Again, you can disagree with the numbers. I I just won't put that out there. Um the for context, the Tate brothers, Andrew Tate and is it Tristan Tate? Um uh the they they were on trial. It's still ongoing. An appeals court blocked it, but they're still working it. I don't [ __ ] know. Over in Romania that, you know, they're accused of trafficking women.

[00:24:27]So to defend himself against allegations of creating child pornography, he's bringing up people who are currently ongoing legal battles for human trafficking.

[00:24:40]Not the greatest evidence. and also not really relevant to disproving these claims. And again, reasoning, he's basically saying, "Well, these people did that, but like now they're saying I did that." And it's like, well, first off, it's not even disproven that they didn't do it. And secondly, whether or not they did it doesn't [ __ ] affect if you did it either. We're talking about your behavior, not other people's behavior, your behavior. So, I'm going to take off five for reasoning because this is like one of the that's genuinely like what a [ __ ] middle schooler does. I don't think it's what aboutism. Maybe it is what aboutism, but like this this is like [ __ ] like elementary school level reasoning.

[00:25:26]Think about it. Why would an alleged predator stream himself allegedly doing predatorial behavior for 10 hours a day, for 4 years, for 365 days a year, for 7 days a week? What a hero.

If your girlfriend doesn't like your wife, she's not the one.

[00:26:49]You're just kind of throwing [ __ ] at the wall and being like, the tape brothers and then I had a girlfriend and then I stream and I streamed on Hanukkah on Thanksgiving, guys. I mean, come on. I didn't do that. And then here, check out this cool epic meme I got from Reddit.

[00:27:03]Um, the the tone of this video is just ruined from like the very beginning and it only gets ruined even more.

That that that Oh my god, this just makes you look worse.

I really don't. I'm I'm I'm going to be honest. I don't. So, I'm I'm taking like too off of relevance cuz what the [ __ ] does this have to do with disproving your allegations or proving that 90% of your videos are fake? It doesn't. You're just [ __ ] gloating necessarily like to do for the rest of my life, which is why I chose to step down, launch my own fans.

[00:30:09]There's no coming back from this genuinely. Like you you would have to restart like just scrap this video. How the [ __ ] He edited this. He edited it edited ed edited it. [ __ ] whatever.

[00:30:22]He edited it. I'm sure other people looked at it. Signed off on it. Then he looked at it, watched it. He had to mix the audio. You know, I'm still learning to do that. Throw in the [ __ ] memes and the clips. And after all that, which I don't know how long it took him, but it probably took him a bit of time. He watched it and he's like, "Yeah, this is it. This will show them what's up."
