How to build over 100 tractor engines per day

[00:00:01]Welcome to be the press channel. Hi, I'm La. I'm H. And there is big industrial robot tightening some PS on diesel engine. And where are we?

[00:00:10]>> We are here in Aqua Power again in Linavore.

[00:00:14]>> So it's a city called Nokia. This is about half an hour from our work own workshop and they manufacture diesel engines here. And on the first video of this series, you saw how the cylinder blocks and Wolf heads are made like machinet. And today we are going to show how these are put together from all the parts. And as you see, it's super nice and modern factory. And they make different sizes engines. And these are used in different types of machinery stuff like tractors, excavators and many things more. And we don't only show the assembly, we also show how they are tested on brake dyno. So really interesting video and lot of robots.

[00:01:09]>> Hannah likes robots and I like the engines. There is everything for everybody on this video. So let's go have a look how it's done. We are here at the start of the production and with us we have Pavo, production manager, >> senior >> senior production manager. And Pavo is going to explain everything that happens between this and the second warehouse where are the readymade engines waiting to be shipped out.

[00:01:39]>> Almost everything. Yeah. Uh but the parts come through the doors.

[00:01:45]>> Yeah, we are >> Yeah, sorry.

[00:01:47]>> Yeah, we are now at the re reception area. All outcoming materials are coming from those two doors and then storage to the pilot warehouse.

[00:02:00]>> Yeah. Are there other parts than the engine blocks and the wall engine heads are that are made here or is there other parts that are made locally?

[00:02:13]>> Yeah, we have some pipes and hoses and also gear wheels which are produced in our factory.

[00:02:20]>> Yeah. Yeah. That we haven't filmed. If you haven't seen the engine block and engine heads machining video, go watch that first and then come back here. We have videos also from those.

[00:02:37]>> Oh, yeah. The forklift. It lifts like sideways, so you don't have to like >> have such a bike.

[00:02:48]>> And I also heard that uh the person doesn't really drive it. It's automatic.

[00:02:55]The person just puts push the button and gives the permission for the forklift to go.

[00:03:09]>> So, does all the parts go first into this or do anything go straight to the like automated box? All material goes first to the pallet warehouse and then we split smaller parts to the pallet warehouse and bigger ones to the picking area.

[00:03:34]>> Yeah. So those go into this.

[00:03:37]>> Yeah.

[00:03:38]>> How how many boxes are there? How many slots? There is 24,000 slots for pallets and operated with 44 automated robots to deliver KT boxes to the outside.

[00:03:58]>> Yeah. 24,000. That's a lot.

[00:04:03]>> That would be a large spill in local warehouse to buy 24,000 boxes. M >> Ah, here we see the robots. They're they go quite fast.

[00:04:22]Those are like the lift lifts like this.

[00:04:41]>> This has been used almost 6 years right now.

[00:04:45]>> And all pickings are made through this warehouse through the T. Somebody has to order the part to be there or is it automated that when the block comes through door then it gets the right part for the block. The warehouse knows how much material there is inside. If the one material storage value goes down, it automatically delivers order for the insiding more materials.

[00:05:24]>> Yeah.

[00:05:24]>> And for picking our production queue make automated orders for materials.

[00:05:31]>> Yeah.

[00:05:33]So nobody has to think about >> Yeah.

[00:05:36]>> what to do. It just like flows.

[00:05:38]>> Yeah.

[00:05:39]>> They're just automated coming.

[00:05:42]>> It's almost hypnotic how they are coming.

[00:05:44]>> How this used to be done before this.

[00:05:47]Did you have similar system or was it like handpicked or >> we we have had handpicking area where is similar KOT boxes but the material picking was done by walking through the aisle and taking materials from the boxes.

[00:06:10]>> This benefit of this is it's mainly speed or less space or It's the accurance. We get the right parts every time. The speed, the uh tact for the picking we manage because there's no walking through the aisles and finding the right parts and also the storage area because it's up and down space.

[00:06:42]>> Yeah. All used from floor to ceiling.

[00:06:46]>> Yeah, that's true. You can't have like 10 m tall ladders and climb to big stuff. That's right. That's for the >> And that's why you have those shuttles.

[00:06:55]>> Yeah.

[00:06:56]>> Space shuttles.

[00:06:59]>> Okay. Interesting.

[00:07:00]>> And here we have just the small robots.

[00:07:04]They look like food delivering robots, but they are delivering parts. Does that warehouse to like tell put these items to this cart and send it away?

[00:07:15]>> Yeah, it it tells which card which material goes but not which rack. So there is some personal skills that they have to learn in which shell in that carry they put materials.

[00:07:32]>> Yeah. So they are in the right order when you start to build the massive.

[00:07:35]>> Yeah. So the first needed isn't behind everything.

[00:07:42]>> Okay, let's go have a look how the carts move on the floor.

[00:07:46]>> This is where the magic happens.

[00:07:51]>> So is this like waiting area or >> Yeah, this is paletting area where the bigger parts are picked for the certain station carry. There is one kind of items on one carry at with the automated robot. It's delivered to the special place on the line side where the material is needed and already materials in carry is queued by the engine queue.

[00:08:21]So there is always right material for the assembler.

[00:08:25]>> Hello. Do the robots work with machine vision or is there some like uh magnetic lines for them or how they know where to go?

[00:08:35]>> They have this radiator that they scan the area. There is specific places in building structure which they know and with those they locate themselves and note their own position on the map. But also those are looking what is in front of them and wait when the space is clear.

[00:09:04]>> Yeah. So they don't bump into things like vacuum robots.

[00:09:07]>> Yeah. They're a bit smarter than that.

[00:09:10]>> No, it came and pick up the stuff.

[00:09:15]>> Oh no, it both. Okay, there it's both.

[00:09:21]>> We use this robots because these are silent.

[00:09:27]>> You don't hear anything.

[00:09:28]>> Yeah, that's true.

[00:09:29]>> When when they are moving and also we don't need those forklifts with the manpowered driver because there's always a risk when there is human operated that they bump something or miss something.

[00:09:45]Those are very efficient and also we don't need that driver. He can do something else in this area.

[00:09:52]>> Yeah. And those are really really careful robots. They are waiting.

[00:09:57]>> What >> I was about to Let's follow the robot.

[00:10:06]>> Uh oh. I was saying that they are really really careful also. They are and patient. They are waiting their turn if somebody is on the way like we have been.

[00:10:24]>> Okay. The robot the robot seems to go to the start of the line. But you have two lines. It's like engine blocks and like wall of heads here.

[00:10:35]Assembly line starts where the cylinder blocks are. But we have this separated assembly line for swinder heads. Yeah.

[00:10:43]>> So they come with the like is there there is already like the walls themselves and springs and stuff like that is already >> Yeah. It's already preassembled on the main area.

[00:10:54]>> So do they put just like rockers and stuff like there >> only valves and val springs and those blocks which need to glue?

[00:11:04]>> Oh okay. Let's go have a look on the actual cylinder block line. I think that's the most in interesting >> interesting part here.

[00:11:21]>> So you have mixture of like different types of engines after each other. It's not just same one type for the whole day.

[00:11:29]>> We do 150 different kind of engines.

[00:11:34]Most uh those basic groups we have seven different type but at the end of line there is 150 >> different wheels of material. M >> the start of the production is already made at the main area machining when they are starting with the plugging >> go through in the box >> and already when they start they're doing then our production queue is freezed nothing can be changed and the picking orders to the logistic >> mage over there >> okay so there goes the cylinder tubes that's All the blocks use cylinder too.

[00:12:19]So or some them like just bare like block material in the cylinder.

[00:12:26]>> Those older engine family engines have those liners and the new newer is without them. It's like normal engine in cars.

[00:12:39]>> Yeah.

[00:12:40]>> Without liners.

[00:12:41]>> What is the like main reason to switch to from liners to without?

[00:12:46]Biggest reason was the dimensions of the engine. We get rid of two or three cm from the >> block size and then we can fit that engine every hood of tractors.

[00:12:59]>> Ah are tractors cramped nowadays is there like lot of stuff under there?

[00:13:04]Yeah, there's lot of X house things and because of the visualization of tractor they need to be more >> uh car likes.

[00:13:17]So the dimensions uh on the hood is a lot smaller.

[00:13:26]Do you use lot of like custommade tools for assembly work here or Yeah, I think we we're going to see one one tool which is I did and made with my our assemblers >> to install cylinder liners.

[00:13:50]>> Yeah. Do you have >> do you have own workshop for uh making and trying out different tool designs?

[00:13:57]>> We have two two guys working with our tools.

[00:14:01]>> Yeah, >> that's amazing. That's so good that the uh >> assembler.

[00:14:09]>> Yeah, that's so good that assemblers can like uh affect the tooling and uh the getting ideas how things should be done.

[00:14:22]>> Yeah, >> whatever.

[00:14:27]>> Yeah. Okay. What else happens here than just the like cylinder linings?

[00:14:32]>> We put some smaller parts, some those screw plugs and then we assemble engine to the AGV carrier.

[00:14:41]And >> so that's the orange thing.

[00:14:44]>> Yeah.

[00:14:49]So they are a bit like the smaller robots but they just move the whole engine and not the car.

[00:14:54]>> Yes.

[00:14:56]Only for rotating engine for the better assembling station for the bigger parts and also up and down for ergonomic things.

[00:15:10]>> Yeah. So it goes up and down and spins.

[00:15:13]>> Yes. It's bit like the like modern welding table but on wheels.

[00:15:17]>> Yes.

[00:15:28]And now the robot is installing installing the shaft there.

[00:15:37]What is the main reason to automate this? It looks quite simple. Yeah, it simple.

[00:15:43]It's heavy.

[00:15:43]>> Yeah.

[00:15:44]>> If the manpower is used for installing it, there is always ergonomic risk.

[00:15:52]>> And also with the robot, we can be very detailed and making not harm that it will hit somewhere during the assembly.

[00:16:04]>> Yeah. Does it has like are the bearing surfaces are there is there like there is brass or something like that softer material?

[00:16:11]>> Yeah. Yeah, >> it's like don't want to bump into that with like some anything.

[00:16:16]>> Yeah, they actually look really heavy. I I like forgot that it's not like car engine that you are making. That's probably like like 300 lb or something like that. It's it's heavy.

[00:16:31]And the second robot is uh uh tightening the like bearing bolts. Yeah, it's doing only the tightening. There is big torqus at those screws >> and that one main assembly thing in engine and we want to be confirmed that every every screw is in the right tors.

[00:16:55]>> Yeah. And the robot looks really sturdy.

[00:16:59]>> Yeah.

[00:17:01]Smaller robot can handle also that thing. But because we want to be almost service free and accurate with those big torqus, we use little bit bigger bigger robot for that.

[00:17:17]>> Yeah. So it doesn't bear out in like 10 years.

[00:17:20]>> Yeah. It's going to last longer.

[00:17:26]Here you have some like co-working robot or is that the like technical term?

[00:17:31]>> Cobalt.

[00:17:32]>> Cobot. Yeah.

[00:17:34]How about that one? It has like bolt gun on its hand and it looks that's not like very heavy duty robot. Is it like low torque application so it can handle that? Yeah, it's a little bit low torque and there was little bit more work for assembler in space station with the new engine models and for the balancing the line that was one one thing to use cobalt for that >> we can free assembler doing another thing >> and also in that case there is certain tightening order for the screws robot is always doing >> unscrewing in same order so I'm not the only one when I'm like tightening like car bolts I was like what was I doing before this bolt I always mess them up so >> I'm not the only one so is it like that if some production cell is bit slower than others then you try to automate that more to get more speed >> and also find find those critical points where we need confirmation that there is no possibility for the human error >> oh yeah that that's that's clever also okay here is like human operated tightening deal. What bolts you are tightening with that with those crankshafts?

[00:18:53]>> Oh yeah, it's the crank cranks bolts.

[00:18:55]>> Yes.

[00:18:58]>> Is Is there any tracker on that that can make sure that it's like >> not yet but it's coming. Ah, we are testing the coordinator but there is little bit uh hard to find the origgo for the axles because the engine can be in different level.

[00:19:23]>> Yeah.

[00:19:23]>> With the assemb.

[00:19:26]Oh yeah, that's >> he he wants to make the height ergonomic for him and then we can't tell exactly which level the handle should be when do tightening because the engine can be >> and we have to find way to locate the engine level to the tool level.

[00:19:48]>> Yeah. Then also some mass in vision system might be bad because it's might be not 100% accurate. So, it's it's a tricky problem, >> but it's coming.

[00:20:00]>> Yeah.

[00:20:01]And then you install the cam shafts.

[00:20:07]>> These are also hand hand installed. Is there like >> Yeah, >> looks quite heavy also. Is there some like to help it?

[00:20:14]>> We have here lightener where we install cam shaft >> and with this It takes most of the load away.

[00:20:26]>> Yeah.

[00:20:28]>> If you are wondering where everyone is, there is a coffee break now going on. So that's why uh rocks are staying.

[00:20:52]Why this use gears when cars use mostly chain or belt?

[00:20:56]>> Mostly because of the power of the engine. The torqus inside the engine is bigger and also the used RPM in engine is more lower.

[00:21:07]>> Yeah.

[00:21:08]>> The gears handle better that kind of forces in low RPM.

[00:21:14]>> Yeah. Low speed, high torque because it's the everything is quite large here.

[00:21:19]more torque and also might be that I I think this would be because they use same thing on some like motorcycle engines >> and they are like really good. I think it might be just too expensive for the cars.

[00:21:31]>> I I think so >> because >> this this doesn't broke the chains and belts broke >> break.

[00:21:38]>> It's already starting to look a lot more engine.

[00:21:43]>> What are these? They look bit like flywheels but looks bit bit like thin and skinny for fly.

[00:21:49]>> It's kind of dumber which make vibration from the engine away because there is heavy flywheel and another side of engine we need some mass >> to the other side of engine.

[00:22:00]>> Ah so it's a like dynamic balancing thing.

[00:22:03]>> Yeah. Yeah.

[00:22:05]>> That's like complicated.

[00:24:20]>> After first team, the first parts which are assembled is flywheel housing and flywheel.

[00:24:30]So it's it it assembled manually but the tightening is done with the robots because this is one quite a critical tightening of engine because mostly in tractors the engine block is one part of the body or chassis of the tractor and if that tightening is not done Will the tractor can broke a half?

[00:25:00]>> Yeah. You don't want that.

[00:25:02]>> No, that's one what we don't know what.

[00:25:07]>> Yeah, but robot does it. So it's like it's it's >> with heavy torque. Many >> pools.

[00:25:13]>> Wagons are always also having a coffee break. They are having coffee from the lines.

[00:25:21]>> Yeah, you are charging them here. Yeah.

[00:25:27]So there isn't separate charging area.

[00:25:29]People just plug them in when they leave for the break.

[00:25:32]>> We have two stop and go charging points for these carriers on that line. But to confirm that the battery >> is having enough energy for the full production day during the breaks we charge them.

[00:25:54]What happens around around this area? H there's the oil pump at least that's appeared.

[00:26:00]>> Yeah, after flywheel installing we installed the oil oil pump and the oil sump.

[00:26:15]>> Yes. And the pressure pipe goes to the engine block.

[00:26:23]>> Is there any anything like uh different on like lubrication system on engine like this compared to car engine like oil pressure amount of of the flow or >> no no big difference little bit more oil flow. Yeah.

[00:26:40]>> Because bigger engine >> of course >> and pressure is quite similar.

[00:26:46]Has there been also such a sense on like oils for engines like this as on the car side that the thinner oils and longer servicing intervals?

[00:26:56]>> Yes. Some kind of same kind of things oils are developing fast and also bearing materials needing different kind of oils.

[00:27:10]Does it affect your work here that they are changing the oils or is it just like oil companies are doing the research and making their products better and you don't have to change that much here?

[00:27:22]only we trying to find right oil but it's developing area >> business but right oil for the bearings what we want to have here and also how long it will run >> during the oil change period.

[00:27:43]>> Yeah. If this goes well, this video we can do a video about the like product product research and figuring out the oils and stuff like that, but that's going to be different video.

[00:28:31]Is there on the truck? Is there like other machinery that the belt uses beside the water pump? Does it have like any like pumps or anything else for the tractor or it's just the water pump for the engine and maybe some fan?

[00:28:48]>> Compressors.

[00:28:49]>> Ah, >> there's some hydraulic pumps in some engines and our condition compressors and >> things like that.

[00:28:57]>> Yeah. So, it designed to do like more than it does just for the motor.

[00:29:03]>> It looks quite heavy duty and big belt for just a water pump. Yeah.

[00:29:09]And it's a long belt.

[00:29:11]>> Yeah.

[00:29:13]Which goes which direction it keeps going there.

[00:29:18]>> It's still quite simple looking.

[00:29:21]>> Yeah. The base engine is now ready. Just the cylinder head >> over the engine and base structure of engine is ready. And now we really can start model it for the customer.

[00:29:40]>> Nine. Nice.

[00:29:42]>> Yeah. Here it meets the cylinder head.

[00:29:46]Yeah, we have two separated cylinder heads in this old old engine model. And because of the line tack time, we can put so many different parts at the one tact. We use this pre assembly line for cylinder heads >> and make the bigger bigger conclusion for the intake manifold, ext.

[00:30:17]Yes. Are the accessory manufacturers for example like inex stuff and stuff like this are the same companies that produce car parts like >> Yeah.

[00:30:28]>> Yeah.

[00:30:29]>> And all full parts is coming from the same producer to confirm that they are composed together.

[00:30:37]>> Yeah. I can say as an like uh person who has studied lot of hydraulics and also digital hydraulics these are really complicated and fancy things the inactors because it's a wall of like when when the piston is just in the right spot it opens really fast don't ask how m fast I don't remember like really fast and then it stays open just the right amount and then it goes closed again and it also with really high fuel pressure. So it's like these are like really really hard to manufacture and like deop people >> develop develop.

[00:31:20]>> Yeah. Yeah. That I that I remember from my studies that everybody were like drooling over these could we have also this good hydraulic walls not just for like other applications than just the foil foil injection.

[00:31:37]Yeah, >> that's close to your heart.

[00:31:40]>> Yeah. Yeah, that's maybe maybe someday I buy a couple of those and do something with them.

[00:31:45]>> You can sleep with those.

[00:31:47]>> No, I'm going to make like water faucet or something like that that works with those.

[00:31:53]>> Oo, that robot has very many nosles.

[00:31:59]Yeah, we use multi-pindle tool for the tightening the cylinder head. In this newer engine model, we have to tight all screws three times to get sure that one piece cylinder head is lined fine and there is no any pressures in the parts.

[00:32:24]>> Yeah, that's that's important. when it's so long that it's >> I used to have >> fivecylinder Volkswagen van and the head broke from that. It snapped in half >> and then the diesel started to leak into the oil and it was like trash after that. So it tightens like all the part bolts on top of one cylinder in one hole.

[00:32:50]those four spindles, screws, four bolts at the one time and there is about 20 >> Yeah, >> 20 bolts.

[00:33:00]>> Yeah, >> that's a lot of those bolts.

[00:33:03]>> Yeah. And three times every bolt.

[00:33:05]>> Yeah, that that would be a long long long task with the torque friends and by hand and >> Yeah, >> 100% I would miss like at least couple PS.

[00:33:16]>> Yeah. And that would be like super boring. No one wants to do Oh, now they're going.

[00:33:23]>> How this is coordinated when there is like lighter time trying to keep people out.

[00:33:29]>> Yeah.

[00:33:29]>> But then the robots will pass.

[00:34:40]>> Yeah. that the screw goes to right spot.

[00:36:15]How long do you think that it would take from me to build such a production cell and program everything?

[00:36:23]>> Maybe 100 years.

[00:36:25]>> I was about to say like I could do this in like maybe two years.

[00:36:31]might be tight.

[00:36:35]>> This is this is bit smaller. What what this is going to tighten it will tighten the valve cover for the newer engine model because of the plastic material and big structure. There is also critical to make it right order >> that we don't broke that cover and lots of screws. Tighten it two times every screw. So, lots of work to do.

[00:37:05]>> Yeah.

[00:37:06]>> With robot assembler can do something else.

So, >> it's constantly moving when they are uh building it. It's still little there is still a little movement.

[00:40:58]>> Yeah, it's continous moving. Yeah, >> there is some kind of heat insulation around the exhaust and dur >> is that to keep the like whole engine bay cooler or what's the main function?

[00:41:15]>> Uh because we want that it doesn't variate. Yeah, >> we use those there is always same same temperature >> and also because there is something in the tractor which comes close to the extra manifold.

[00:41:35]>> We want to cover that our heat is not damaging >> anything in tractor >> and all the emission and stuff like particle filters and stuff like that they are always after the turbocharger.

[00:41:51]starts to look quite quite ready.

[00:41:53]There's a lot of stuff already attached.

[00:41:56]Yes, it's now almost ready engine at this side when it's having exhaust manifold and turbocharger. It's more bigger heat and that's why the engine side is clear. There is no fuel lines or electric cables on that side of engine and on another another side is more full fillet.

[00:42:25]>> Yeah. So if you don't have to put it this on the hot side, you don't put it on the hot side.

[00:42:29]>> Yes.

[00:42:32]>> Okay. Where they go after they are like completely assembled. Is there any like quick test here to make sure that it doesn't leak or leak? Yes, we have quality gate in the end of line. We take a leak test or all three liquid areas fuel, oil and water to compare the engine is good good for hot test.

[00:42:58]>> Yes. So you are just testing with pressurized air.

[00:43:01]>> Yes. And al also we have checklist for all kind of engines to check that the critical materials or assembled things are done right.

[00:43:13]>> Yeah. You mentioned hot test. Is it like brake dyno or what's >> Yes, we have electric dyno six six pieces of those and every engine is tested on the >> let's go have a look on those.

[00:43:33]>> And here here is the engine that's just been tested and they are taking out. So we can have a look on the area.

[00:43:46]>> Yeah. Never because there's always risk that something collapsing the engine some liquids might come through. Yeah.

[00:43:55]>> What is the most common like thing you found out here?

[00:43:59]>> Little leaks.

[00:44:02]How about the liquids? I assume that they are shipped without the oil.

[00:44:07]>> Yeah.

[00:44:07]>> So what are you are using now when you are testing them?

[00:44:10]>> We have rotating oil in a hot test that we are filling preheated oil to the engine and after tested we take that oil out and filter it and check that there is no particles in oil.

[00:44:27]also with glame thing.

[00:44:30]>> Then you don't have like air filter on the engine. You have filtered air coming from the hose.

[00:44:34]>> Yeah.

[00:44:35]>> Stuff like that. So it's just just for the engine, not the like >> Yes.

[00:44:39]>> lot of stuff around it.

[00:44:42]>> Yeah. It's almost sounds like race car stuff to have like ready heated oil to go in. So it's it's ready to go.

[00:44:50]>> How about does they uh test the motors like in very cold places or stuff? Yeah, we have that kind of lap >> in our I have heard there is some some uh problems sometimes with diesel motors and cold weather.

[00:45:09]>> Yeah, we we we found out I think different manufacturers. I found out that if you use your truck tractor so little that you have still a lot of summer diesel and then you only put little bit winter diesel that doesn't work and when it freezes up it doesn't melt anymore. It's like wax on your fuel system and then you have to like clean that out. It's a lot of work.

[00:45:33]>> Yeah. Let's go have a look. If we found engine that is running, we can see it through the windows.

[00:45:44]Now I assume that it's not as exciting as testing like race car engines. These don't like spit flames and explode there. Just like >> running quietly.

[00:45:54]>> Yes.

[00:45:55]Here is engine running on the to say on the left or left or right right side. It's so quiet it's hard to say which which side is running. Here you can see also some like monitoring screens.

[00:46:15]Yeah, you can see that the belt is slightly moving. That's the like only thing that you can spot that it's doing something. It's not very dramatical.

[00:46:26]So that's is that is it looks like is it six or five cylinders?

[00:46:32]>> Six cylinder. Yeah.

[00:46:34]>> What type of horsepower is six-cylinder model like that about like doing as a maximum? Here is a little bit more than 700 Newton meters.

[00:46:47]>> Oh, with like 2,000 RPM or >> Yes, little bit less than 2,000.

[00:46:56]>> Is this like warming up or like high stress test or what? What part are we in?

[00:48:42]>> I wouldn't I wouldn't wash. This is much much cleaner than anything where we like have our in. But perhaps if you want to paint them like really nicely, it's like has to stick have any grease or that.

[00:48:59]Is there multiple color options where I can get my engine if I order one?

[00:49:04]>> We have two options, black and gray.

[00:49:08]Most our customers is painting painting the engine with the tractor structure.

[00:49:15]Again, h did you hear the colors black or gray? That was that that's always when I'm playing car. Is it black or gray? That those are the two options.

[00:49:29]>> Only two options.

[00:49:30]>> It can be black or like light black.

[00:49:34]This is great.

[00:50:36]What type of paint is that? Is >> it's two layered paint. Two composite.

[00:50:42]>> With a hardener. And we have little bit voltage difference between the robot and the engine. So we can preserve that magnetism electric magnetism is taking care that paint is going to the engine.

[00:51:01]>> Yeah. So it's like pit thicker paint than on your let's say on the car body panels. This is like thicker epoxy paint. Yeah.

[00:51:14]>> Yeah. It just paints over the foil and oil filters and everything.

[00:51:19]>> Yes.

[00:51:26]>> Is there like IP rating for the engine?

[00:51:30]is like slightly waterproof or like is there like >> splash proof?

[00:51:37]>> Is there like in information what type of area it can be installed on customer?

[00:51:44]>> I'm not sure. I'm not sure. You have to ask from the development team that >> yeah I have to ask on the future video.

[00:51:52]It makes it look more durable when it's painted like that compared to car engine.

[00:51:58]>> After the painting, we install some parts which we don't want to wash or paint like generators.

[00:52:12]>> But this is like the last thing that is done.

[00:52:15]>> Then they're completely ready.

[00:52:21]How fast the paint cures? It's like fast because it's two component. One or is it take long time?

[00:52:26]>> It it's heated with the oven after paint shop.

[00:52:30]>> And it's about half an hour.

[00:52:34]>> So now if you touch it, it does it's not wet anymore.

[00:52:37]>> Yes. Yes.

[00:52:39]>> It's completely dry.

[00:52:40]>> Yeah. It looks wet because it's so shiny.

[00:53:52]>> And here in this patch area we collect one one patch of engine for the customer together ready to deliver.

[00:54:03]This goes quite fast from the previous video where we saw the like engine blocks coming inside here from foundry.

[00:54:13]>> Is it like it's under one week and it's ready here?

[00:54:16]>> Yes.

[00:54:18]>> That's quite fast.

[00:54:19]>> Yeah, that's that's fast.

[00:54:21]How long it does it take from uh from here until it's on some machine at the customer end? uh nearest customers these engines which are delivered today is assembled to tractor on tomorrow.

[00:54:39]>> So it's like from pair block to tractor in like two weeks that tractor is running.

[00:54:45]>> Yeah. On field.

[00:54:46]>> On field. Two weeks. That's >> Yeah.

[00:54:49]>> But that's that's important. It's like expensive machinery. No need to like have it laying around many months if you don't have to.

[00:54:55]>> Yes.

[00:54:57]That's a really many machines there.

[00:55:00]>> How many trucks it does it take every day to like ship?

[00:55:04]>> It's variating. We have those longer distance customers which we have one weekly loads and also in mid Europe customers two or three loads per week and the nearest customers load for every day.

[00:55:28]>> I think the sprayer >> with with the high thin wheels doing only those spraying >> for the fields.
