And the way I would describe it is that for every 10 seconds of time in a game of AoE 2, if I'm unfamiliar with the economy, about 5 to 7 seconds is just spent kind of trying to get a grip. What's the current status? So maybe what should I do next? So maybe what should I do? which leaves only like you know 2 3 4 5 6 7 or 2 3 4 seconds for actually executing on things.

I watched him on stream and he was like, "Well, the reason it it's nice to do archer aggression is that if things are going south, you just walk away. Like they can't catch you with the skirmishers. So, you just walk up and then you just walk out and there you go."

[01:54:18]Um, I'm going to start doing that in the feudal age if I want to be aggressive or like on if I was playing on Arabia and actually had a wall off. I would probably not actually do much aggressive. I would probably go more quickly for Castle Age to apply pressure. So, in this game, I was like, "Oh [ __ ] I'm really wide open. I think I am going to try to go for early archers and pressure." I don't know. That's that's what I just decided to do as a means of protecting myself. I did a bad economy job. I think what I should have done is gotten the um market way earlier to tech up because like it's just so hard to get enough food I feel.

Maybe that's that. Second one. Um maybe I'm supposed to just Yeah. get 13 farms way earlier so that way I can support a bunch of um growth in food and work my way up naturally. Maybe the third one is like, hey, just rally everything to gold and then sell the and then just buy food.

So I basically have the um archers and the castles to like be a forward position that then in Imperial age that's when I would begin to go for a bunch of um light cav.
