[00:00:26]You got both the bedrooms upstairs there in the loft. It is a lofted cabin. The dimensions of this cabin is 6 ftx 32 ft on the front porch. And then the livable space is 14x 32 * 2 obviously because it's a two-story cabin or a story and a half I should say. This is a allwood cabin. So it is built with nothing but uh wood. As you can see here, you got these 4x sixes that are stacked all the way up. Okay? And that's what makes your exterior walls with the uh chinking in between to seal the cabin nice and tight to hold in your uh central your central heating and cooling when you're running your mini splits. Again, just a beautiful cabin. Again, this one is $79,000.

[00:01:13]Let me do a quick walk through here and show you what you get. So, the porch, like I said, is 6 ft by 32t. To the left of the front door here, you can see we got this screened in porch area. And this is super cool to hide away from them bugs. It does come with this swing.

[00:04:33]So, beautiful naughty pine floors. Got your naughty pine spindles here. go across the ways and open that up. And bam, there's your A-frame style uh bedroom on the other side. Okay, so again, this is privatized.

So you come downstairs, you'll notice there's a window here and we have this beautiful built-in live edge table with two stools on this side and two stools on this side and uh you've got your double pane vinyl windows. They're gray windows. And then over here, beautiful built-in Amishu built kitchen cabinets. Naughty pine.

[00:05:41]Again, we remember when we were out on the porch, I showed you that window. You already got your cutout here for your farm sink. You can either do a big single sink or a double. And again, look at those beautiful naughty pine kitchen cabinets. Um, there you already got your spot for your refrigerator. And to the left of your counter here, you got a spot for your fullsize stove or range.

That's what most people tell me they do like to do in this unit. And then over here, door number two, put you a tub, toilet, and sink. Make you a full bathroom over here. You can either do a tub or a walk-in shower. Okay. And then over here is this corner here is where people usually put their 200 amp electrical panel. [00:09:01]So, let's show you what you get for $79,900 in this cabin. Make it a quick tour for you here. So, we'll go. When you walk onto the porch, you got a big 6 ft by 32 ft front covered porch. Okay. And then, of course, this is a screened in part right here with your porch swing on it. This is a really cool little setup here. This way, you can kind of hang in here and keep the bugs off your back.

[00:09:30]Super cool little area here. So, this is actually the first time we did one of these big berths with a screen porch like this. And I think it turned out beautifully. Everybody seems to be liking it on the social media. So maybe we'll keep it as part of the the design to have this half screened in porch on this side. Okay.

[00:09:51]And then as you can see, you got your double pane vinyl windows there. You got your green shutters, which matches your green tin roof, which by the way is a 26 gauge uh metal roof. Over here, you can see you got your handcrafted wooden screen doors built by the Amish.

[00:10:10]Super cool, right? And then if you'll notice the walls is actually made of 4x6. Let me show you this real quick before we go inside.

[00:10:26]Solid walls going all stacked all the way up. Okay. Okay. So, you got your 4x six's, you got your chinking in between.

[00:10:34]That's what seals the cabin. So, when you're running your air conditioning in the summer, your cold air stays in and your hot air stays out. And when you're running your heating in the winter time, your hot air stays in and your cold air stays out. This uh is called log jam or chinking. This is what seals in between the the wood to make sure that your cabin is airtight. Okay. So, let's keep rolling here.

[00:10:59]So, when you walk in the front door, um, that door there goes straight to the back door. And then there's your steps to go up to the second floor.

[00:11:12]And if you look to the right here, this is your living room area. Okay. As you can see, we got a big old uh wood cook stove there. So, that is a wood stove used for heating and cooking. um that does not come with the cabin, but uh we just now became a distributor selling those wood stoves. So, more on that later, but uh we just kind of have it displayed in here as kind of like a showpiece. You know what I'm saying? So, um but yeah, this is the living room area here. And upstairs, there's two lofted bedrooms up on the second floor.

[00:11:45]So, what we'll do is typically I go down to I go to the kitchen and start that way, but today I'm going to mix it up a little bit. We're going to go upstairs first.

[00:11:55]When you go upstairs, you can see there's a catwalk here that connects bedroom number one to bedroom number two. And if you'll notice, if you if I stand here, right here, you can tell bedroom number two is already walled off and privatized with the door. But bedroom number one, we kept that open.

[00:12:11]Now, why did we do that? Just to show y'all that you guys have the option to either leave them open up top or leave them both closed or leave one closed and one open. It's up to you. Okay? Okay.

[00:12:22]So, you let us know how you want to do it and we can make it happen. Okay. So, let's keep it rolling here.

[00:12:30]When you come upstairs, you'll notice that first of all, I got a I'm I'm a tall fell. I'm 6'6 and my head ain't nowhere near hitting the top of this peak. So, it's it's very livable, very efficient, and it's a very nice design. Because me being a big fella, I don't want to feel squeezed and tight like a sardine anywhere I go. And this cabin, I still feel like I can stretch my arms out and it's a very livable home. It's very cozy, very comfortable, but very livable. Okay, so as you can see, you got your beautiful naughty pine floors. That's kind of a theme throughout all them naughty pine floors.

[00:13:07]And then, like I said, you can wall off that bedroom here, privatize it like that bedroom over there, or we can leave it open. It's up to you. So, this is what it looks like.

[00:13:21]Again, you can easily fit fit a full-size bed, a queen-size bed, or we can move this floor out to make it less catwalk and more bedroom and put you a king-size bed over there. Remember, we can always pull that out this way and shorten the catwalk and make the bedroom bigger. So, keep that in mind. That's also an option as well. Let me not yap too much over here.

[00:13:53]There's your window. And this is what it looks like over here. So, this is with the door closed in bedroom number two.
