So we all know you know hypertension is very much neglected >> [music] >> disease. So it's a silent killer. Recent survey also says that one in four patients come with high BP. So the main reason is being there are no much symptoms with [music] patients coming with high BP. So many of the patients they come just normally coming to the OPD and this and we check the BP and the BP is slightly high.
