Constitutional rights such as freedom of speech and press protect individuals from arbitrary arrest, but these rights have legal boundaries; while citizens have the right to protest and express opinions, they must not engage in behavior that constitutes a legal nuisance or violates public order, and the distinction between inappropriate conduct and illegal conduct is crucial in determining whether law enforcement actions are justified.

Nancy Guthrie you can’t handle the truth
Added:again. Okay, it's a little bouncy. We're almost in DC White House trip for the fights UFC 250 and we're going to be talking about Nancy Guthrie a little bit while I'm on this ride. Um, it's a little bouncy.
Road's a little bumpy, but I'm gonna give you guys a few minutes to jump in. I'm sure my notifications didn't go out because I just went live from my phone. So, as you guys come in, make sure you let me know that you're here and all that good stuff. All right.
So, we have seen a circus sideh show the last few days.
Okay. I see you guys.
What is up? Make sure y'all hit the like. I only see nine likes on this video. There's like a hundred of you in the room already. When I'm on my phone, I can see who likes it and who don't.
So, if you don't like the video, I know who it is. All right. Hey guys, we're just right outside of DC and you know, it's it's like 9 40 here, 950, something like that. So, we're about two hours from Alex going to court and we're gonna find out what happens. So, I told you guys, you know, I would stay up with you guys and and figure out what, you know, what's going to go on with him. So, I should be at my hotel by the time he goes to court.
Um, we're going to see how it goes for him today. Now, I'm predicting [clears throat] that they they'll probably give him a bond. Some people are saying that he may not get a bond because he's out on bond and he's kind of violated that bond by catching another charge.
But I I don't know if that's true or not.
But I cannot believe that man went back out there, you know, no one Sheriff Nanos was looking for any reason in the world to arrest YouTubers.
So, I recommend to all the YouTubers out there, stay away from that place. Stay away from Nanos. He's looking for reasons to lock people up and put you guys in jail. It's the same thing I told Tucson. I was like, Tucson, man, they're looking for any reason. Don't go near the jail. Don't go near dancies. Don't do those things because they're gonna try to find any reason. you seen really in honest that fact is yes Alex has bad behavior but he hasn't broke the law right so his arrest is really a wrongful arrest now when he started to resist that is breaking the law but really they didn't have a valid reason to arrest him right so is this resistance gonna hold up. Well, I mean, I know it's going to hold up in court today because today is just about, you know, giving him a bond or, you know, a preliminary and set his court date, right?
So, but when he goes to court, if you think about it, technically, your constitutional rights protect you.
Freedom of speech, freedom of press.
Now, this is where it gets tricky. Is the average person a journalist? That's where the argument comes in.
>> Where does the neighbors rights come into play?
>> Don't they have a free right to live in peace?
>> No, >> they don't.
>> No.
>> Oh, okay.
>> No, don't. Yes. After 11:00, there's noise ordinances that say you can't disturb the peace. But how is it bothering the neighbors if somebody's sitting in a lawn chair on the side of the road? If there was an old lady that got abducted and they don't know this guy and he looks a little bit scary and he's making sounds and playing them really loud and peing and and >> well, if he's doing that, they need to report that.
>> They did.
>> What I'm saying is they need to report it and they need to come out there and issue him a citation for, you know, being noisy, right? But to come out and arrest somebody at that moment that he was out there, he wasn't being noisy, >> right?
>> It was stemming from the other stuff. I I can agree that he has a right to stand on the street. Um I can agree that he was probably taken in at his house originally because I mean technically he wasn't even there at that time. Like which exact incidents are they charging him for? We don't even know.
>> But this last time where he cleared day got the notice and got the citation and got arrested.
>> Yeah. But here's the thing.
>> I mean, >> my thing about that is it is it a fair law >> that this law >> life's not fair.
>> Life is fair. That's why we have the Constitution. We're going to the White House right now, right? To celebrate 250 years of America. Your constitutional rights are they're they're they're graved in st they're etched in stone, right? you. Every American has these same rights. Even if you come to America, you have these rights. And and these rights can't be taken from you.
They can't be. No matter if you like it or you don't like it, you know, you got to thank God for your constitutional rights because everything I say, people ain't going to like. And if they can arrest me for every time they don't like something I say, >> I'm thankful I have my constitutional rights >> and we can't >> it's not so cut and dry.
>> It's just not because if you were sitting in front of somebody's house every single day or every other day and making a scene and causing arguments with the neighbors and playing loud music and peeing in a tent and having pizza parties and it was going on for four months at a time.
>> I'm sorry.
>> None of that's illegal now. But if it's bothering the people that live in the neighborhood and they complain, >> it don't matter if it bothers them. Life ain't about what you like. [ __ ] you know, this there's a lot of stuff that bothers me. I can't arrest people for it.
>> We have different things.
>> I don't like blue cars. I [snorts] lock up everybody that drives a blue car, you know? I don't like people that walk their dogs down the street.
>> That's not the same thing.
>> They scare me.
>> Compare that. You can't compare the two things. We got neighbors. They got pit bulls. I don't like them pit bulls walking down the street. That scares me.
Them dogs are 300 damn pounds. So, should they go to jail? That's what I'm saying. You can't pick and choose like that, right? Alex did something dumb, but he's still being wrongfully arrested.
>> I don't agree. The first time, yes, maybe he could have argued it and he had the chance to get a lawyer and argue it, but now that he's done this, >> oh yeah, he's messed it up for himself.
I don't think he's done because I think in the long run if he hires a good lawyer, he can beat this. He can beat it.
>> Now, if they would have charged him with assault on the police officer, that would have been a little bit worse. But since they didn't, and it's only resistant, >> I can't believe how many people looked at the video, watched it in real time, and saw him clench his hands together and freaking ball up, and they all still say he wasn't resisting.
>> Oh, he was definitely resistant. There's no doubt in my mind that's resisting arrest.
>> It just makes me really feel like I'm not on the right planet where I belong cuz you literally clear as they see it and you have such vision that you're >> But here's the thing. Here's the thing.
You can't arrest somebody for nothing.
If if the arrest was illegal, then his behavior is fine. You can't wrongly for arrest somebody, right? And he and he was clearly not breaking any law. It ain't against the law to be an [ __ ] If it was or a disgusting person, there'd be so many people in jail.
>> Did you watch the video? He had a confrontation with that one named the gentleman.
>> Yes, I seen that. But that ain't against the law.
>> She called him in and whatever happened from there. Like, we don't know the stipulation. It could be wrong, but ultimately like he shows his fate. He's a grown man. So many people pacifying him and acting like he deserves like $10,000. Well, the cash app is gonna stop and cut off at $10,000. You guys don't >> He doesn't need to be given gifts and freaking patted on the back for his bad behavior. He'll never learn. He's 54 years old.
>> I agree on that. But what I'm saying is the fact is he hasn't broke the law.
>> I disagree.
you know, it's he has constitutional rights that protect him. You know, like I said, I'm a strong believer in the constitution. You know, so are you when it comes to your firearms >> and so am I from standing on the street.
There's a time when enough is enough and you're >> But what is that time? What is that time? when the neighbors are tired of you sitting there and >> who is to say who when what when what neighbor is complain who cares who cares >> I mean >> there ain't no time limit on how long you can stand on a curb that's crazy >> you can't take people if you take one right from people next thing you know they're going to be taking all your rights from you >> agree >> we're going to DC white house we're on our way to the white house baby for UFC 250 which is taking place this weekend over the weekend. Uh tonight is the press conference, right?
>> So, we're going to the press conference tonight. Tomorrow is the meet and greet and with the fighters. So, we're gonna go meet the fighters tomorrow.
>> And the weighins on tomorrow. We will be at the press conference tonight. The weighin's tomorrow. Zack Brown's playing. Okay.
>> I'm pretty sure I don't.
>> And then the fight is Sunday. It's gonna be a million degrees and thunderstorm supposedly.
>> Jack Jack Osborne won tickets also.
>> Oh, cool.
>> Um, so anyway, you know, we're going to see how that plays out today if he gets a bond or not.
>> I got a bond.
>> I think if they want to really set a true example, they wouldn't give him a bond. And >> that's not constitutionally right. He's got to get a bond based on his charges.
No, we don't.
>> What's going to keep him from getting a bond?
>> He was already out of bond.
>> Oh, >> yeah. They don't have to give him a bond.
>> And then what? He'll sit there until his court date.
>> Then he sits there till his court date.
>> Wow.
>> But I'm thinking since there's such minor charges, >> right? Like I said, that's not >> he'll probably get a bond unless Nan talks to the judge, right? And and you got to remember this too. Nanuz this happened yesterday when Nanuz was at home. He can review that tape and they can still charge him with assault.
>> Yeah, they can charge him for assault up to a certain time for today.
>> Yeah, that's what I'm saying. They don't have to hit him with the charge right then. They can hit him. They can draw up the charge, show the video to the DA and the DA can go, "Okay, that's assault.
We're gonna classify that assault."
Because it was a sergeant that hit the ground.
I can never tell the difference.
>> Look at that. I can't tell the difference.
>> You don't think he's getting out? So, so many people have mixed, you know, mixed thoughts about this.
A lot of, you know, you know, >> I mean, I can agree that he should have had the right to stand on the street, but at the same time, I could also agree that he pushed it too far and just did things that were unacceptable and He made a scene. He made freaking um comments to neighbors just walking by that were derogatory. He >> will go back there tomorrow.
>> No, I don't know.
>> I promise you he would.
>> I I don't know.
>> He thought he was protesting. Come the [ __ ] on.
>> You know, everybody talking about protest the sheriff's office. I ain't see nobody out there protesting.
>> That was the funniest part of yesterday.
We were listening and uh that one channel you liked your friend or whatever. He's like, "Yeah, LET'S GO ALL PROTEST TO THE SHER." I'm like, "You're 20 minutes away, dude. Where are we going? What are we doing?" Still live this morning.
>> Well, I don't see a bunch of people protesting.
>> Talk is cheap, [ __ ] >> Talk is cheap, says PJ. Talk is cheap.
I mean, I get where pe I see both sides of it, right? I see both sides of the argument >> and that's where people start saying you're talking out both sides of your face because you can agree somewhat on both sides and that's not how life is.
Sometimes it isn't just black and white.
>> Well, here's the thing. It's not illegal. It's inappropriate. Being inappropriate is not illegal. Okay? You can be you can do dumb things and it's and be a terrible person, but that don't mean you're breaking the law. I'm I'm talking strictly law here.
>> Okay. So, what's the exact law that he broke that they're claiming that he that you don't think he broke >> being a you don't think he was a nuisance? Have you watched him?
>> All of them together.
>> Yeah. All of them did bad things. But yeah, anybody with a camera is a nuisance. So, if I walked out there today and I pulled out a camera, I deserve to go to jail.
>> If you're out there with your bullhorn, >> I don't have a bullhorn.
>> You have a bullhorn?
>> Why would I be out there with a bullhorn? I'm just saying >> why would you pull your piston out?
>> No, I would go to the store and use the bathroom.
>> Like, I'm saying you're you're >> Well, but what I'm saying if I was out there just holding my phone today, you're saying I deserve to go to jail?
No, I'm saying that if you had your piss hat and your bullhorn and your speakers, >> he had a piss bag. He had a [laughter] piss bag.
>> Original stuff was from the one time and the other time after that they showed the video. I'm sure they have the evidence for what they're charging him for from the original time. This next time, this time he got charged for freaking nuisance. Okay. Yeah. I didn't see him being a nuisance right then or there.
>> Okay.
>> Right. Then what? Then why arrest him >> for strong army?
>> For strong army who?
>> I mean, clearly it's not right. But when have you seen >> I'm just saying it's not legal. And if you arrest him, you're you're illegally detaining that man. You're illegally arresting him. So if he fights back illegal arrest, that's really technically not resistant.
A good lawyer could fight that and beat this.
>> He should get Alan Jackson then.
>> He should get Alan Jackson. He didn't back over nobody. [laughter] >> He resisted.
>> I don't even think he could drive. Can he? Can he drive?
>> Probably not.
>> I think he wrecked his mama's car. I don't I don't know. But he asked court this morning and if it goes bad, this is them clearly sending a message to everybody else. I don't think they can continue to push it any farther because then it's like they're really violating people's rights like you said and I don't think this particular gentleman is going to learn and so either they're going to put their foot down or they're not but either way it's just going to keep getting worse and all the people that do YouTube videos or that even live stream from scenes are going to look at like clowns cuz this whole he definitely doesn't handle himself a professional or appropriate manner like you would see like you know everybody wants to claim that they're media then act like media >> that work right >> right then act like media if that's what you want to be if you want to be a independent journalist you what most independent journalists ain't like f this f that blah blah blah everything's a cuss word or a racial slur or anything like that you you got to handle yourself in a professional manner and then when they come and arrest you, you can be like, "Ban, I didn't do anything. I I haven't done anything inappropriate."
And what about like when they came out there and ticketed Tucson? Tucson ain't been out there acting crazy.
He hasn't done any he never had a skill like move on that the way they did that because that article and the sheriff statement came out an hour before all that went down. So it they put out an ordinance for that neighborhood that they could.
>> Yeah. But didn't give the people time to even know there was an ordinance.
>> I know. But technically there is one. So I guess >> I can see I can still see declaring certain people a nuisance.
But to say everybody with a camera and as a YouTuber is a nuisance.
>> Well, the news camera out there. I mean, I get it, but at the same time, it's like I I choose my battles wisely, and I just don't agree.
>> I would say that if you're acting in a in a professional manner, you got every right to be out there recording and filming, right?
>> The cactus.
>> The cactus, right? If the neighbors don't like it, they don't have to engage with them. it. The houses ain't close together, so where they're at, there ain't really no neighbors. Sue Ellen has to come down the hill to pitch at him.
>> Yeah, I know. She's old, >> you know. So, poor lady's old. She's >> What neighbors are they disturbing? The ones that live a [ __ ] mile down the street. That That's what what gets me.
Like, I don't think their behavior is appropriate. I'm just saying their behavior isn't illegal.
and that if it's not illegal, then there's no right for them to be arrested.
And it it is what it is. Like there's a lot of things in this world people do that I don't like.
That don't make it illegal. Okay?
Just think all the people that we don't like on YouTube. Can we get them arrested because we don't like them?
>> Some people try.
>> Some people try. Um, and if here's the thing, if they release him and he goes back out there, he will have to be the dumbest person on the planet.
>> He thinks he's standing up for your rights.
>> Yeah, but he >> and you know, the way you talk, it's like encouraging, >> you know, because I wouldn't suggest he go back out there, right? Not at all.
Because they're going to keep arresting.
>> They're violating his rights. According to what you said, >> they are.
They are they are technically violating his rights, but you don't want to fight the system because you can't win. And and you got all these people pumping him up telling him to do that, right?
Because there's a certain YouTuber with arm sleeves and jazz hands.
>> He posted that the guy might have had a heart attack. That was crazy. Why would you even post that anywhere?
>> Yeah. And then he posted the video of it, monetized it, >> right?
>> I mean, we knew that. I didn't hear him on the phone with any of them trying to tell him how to >> Yeah. He's over there making money off them and going to jail.
>> It is what it is.
>> Like that is like And they think that dude's their friend. So, >> and he's the one that said the day before he knew somebody from back.
>> Yeah. And that's >> Didn't he stop like I mean I guess he can't >> I mean you can suggest to the guy >> he might have. We don't know what he suggested.
>> Don't do that.
>> He might have suggested >> he might have. I doubt it.
I seriously doubt it, but he might have.
That I hate them Tesla trucks. They are the ugliest things ever.
>> It really looks like car that everybody drew when we were little.
>> We're right up here on DC, your nation's capital.
What is it? Happy birthday, America.
250 years.
[snorts] But anyway, you know, that's what made me think when I was riding here. I was thinking, you know, we have a constitution. People need when you take an oath like Sheriff Nanuz to abide by the constitution. He he swore that when he became sheriff, that he would obey the constitution.
And city ordinance does not trump your constitutional rights. That's what all those uh sovereign citizens say anyway.
>> [laughter] >> citizen now.
>> No, I'm just saying.
>> I mean, you sound like one because like, well, clearly they made an ordinance for that neighborhood and whatever they deem to be [ __ ] a nuisance. Like, just don't go there. Why is it so difficult?
>> Yeah, but can't you put a label on what you consider a nuisance?
>> They should have, >> right? Anybody with a YouTube camera, is that what the nuisance is?
>> And that's what you battle when you get to court. You don't go back there and then wait for that. I agree. You battle that in court.
adults behave.
>> That's what I would have done is I would have tried to battle this in court would have gotten dropped because you're right constitutionally they didn't define what nuisance was. They didn't freaking outline the the >> there's no signs out there that don't say don't be a nuisance.
>> Right.
>> Right.
>> But now that he's gone again overboard and over the line in my opinion he's not going to have the chance of getting all that >> have 13 felonies. I I'm hoping today that, you know, even though he done something stupid about going out there, you know, playing with the fire because, you know, if you play with the fire, you're going to get burnt. And he damn sure got burnt. He got burnt bad.
>> He likes to sit in fire apparently.
>> Yeah. Yeah. And by the poop.
>> I wouldn't have did it. I wouldn't have did it, but I ate him and he he did it.
So, I'm hoping he gets out today.
>> I'm sure. and he learns his lessons to stop playing with the police because you you know listen you can beat a wrench in the system if you feel like sitting jail every day. But eventually if they keep arresting you they're going to give you no bond and then they're going to make your court date 90 days away and you going to sit in jail for the next three months to to be then when you get to court they just going to dismiss the charges.
>> Yeah.
>> And you just sat there for nothing.
>> And you just sat there for nothing.
That's the scary part of it. And if people keep encouraging him to go out there, oh, they're violating your rights. They are, but fight it in court.
Don't fight it in front of Nancy Guthy's house.
>> It's disrespectful to that lady.
>> So, you know, I encourage them to fight it. Fight it, right? But fight it the proper way. Don't be a big dumbass, right? If you gonna fight, go hire a lawyer. Raise money to hire a lawyer.
fight it that way. But all this has done is taken away from Nancy because all this money that's being raised to pay to get people out of jail could be being raised to get cadaavver dogs, to get searchers, get equing rent helicopters, whatever you need to, you know, if you're going to spend thousands of dollars, why spend it getting an idiot out of jail when this could go to something good to help find Nancy Guthrie? Because it's is is this helping anything at all?
I would say hell to the n. It ain't helping none. If anything, it's hurting because now people are looking silly.
People ain't taking the YouTubers serious and there's still nobody searching for Nancy Guthrie but a handful of people. I'm sure all that money could go to resources to help find Nancy to bring Nancy home. Right?
There's real searchers out here. There's real people that have cadaabver dogs.
There's real people trained in this type of stuff. And we don't have any of that looking for Nancy, right? You don't if if there was a pot to reach in and say, "Okay, here. Let's pay these professional people to come out and search. Let's let's pay these people to come out with cadaabver dogs." You could search just as good as any police force and and continue to search. But nobody wants to do that. They want to turn it into a damn soap opera instead of finding Nancy Guthrie.
And that that to me is like that ain't good. That it just ain't good. You could be hiring private investigators, real investigators. Oh, there's the monument, guys. Look, that's the Washington Monument.
So, the press conference tonight is at the Lincoln Memorial, right?
So, yeah, we're going to the Lincoln Memorial tonight for the presser, but we're in DC now. Here's Macy's.
So, listen.
If they ask me nicely, I will go speak to Trump. I'm right here by his house and I'll be like, "Trump, get my man Criminal Network out of jail.
[laughter] We trying to make Arizona great again."
Okay. We're trying to make Arizona great again.
What can you do for me? What What can you do? Right. I'll go check knock on Cash Patel's door and be like, "Yo, listen. We know who did it." Allegedly.
The man is in jail for not hating the crime. Y'all need to go arrest Nanos.
He's locking people up for nothing, right? He's the one that needs to be in jail. We all know this, okay? That he's the one that needs to be in jail.
And go lock him up, right? And let me get this Corvette. Okay, let me get the Corvette. I ain't a big fan of white, but I would have it wrapped and put my face on it and put Dolly Vision all over it because I don't really like white.
It's just too plain for me. It ain't flashy enough.
It would need some LEDs and all that good stuff.
>> Was that dude pissing right here? Jesus Christ.
>> That's what I thought. He was pulled over on the side of the road pin.
That's them. There's Sheriff Nos when you need him.
>> That's Alex's brother we just drove past. He's pissed him right on the side of the interstate. He didn't have a P10 or nothing. Good lord.
That's the difference between DC and Arizona. It's liberal here. Super liberal. Piss on the side of the interstate. Right. He in traffic. He couldn't make it. What is he supposed to do?
>> Hold it like the rest of us.
>> If you got to go, you got to go.
I mean, like, >> I have to go right now. What am I going to do? Hold it like the rest of us?
>> Oh, yeah. So, you guys, let's take a vote. If you think Alex is getting out today, I want you to press one. If you think he's gonna stay locked up, press two. Okay? I want to see what y'all people And we only got 226 likes on this video.
>> Good lord, guys. How y'all going to do me dirty like that?
What did I say? One, he won't get out.
He will get out. Two, he won't. Okay.
Yeah, there's a lot of twos. There's a lot of people think he won't get out today.
[sighs and gasps] >> Boy, if he does not get out today, there is going to be a lot of people crying.
We gonna hear a lot of >> crying and we're gonna see a lot of 11 hour streams today.
>> They might actually protest. They might actually take that's what they should do. I mean, if they were smart, I I just think they won't do that.
>> They need to follow Betty's playbook better. The next building over from the police office, >> go to the wrong building's parking lot and scream at the top of your lungs.
>> Yeah. Yeah. Use Betty's playbook and go protest the wrong building. That usually works. I hear it. I hear it does wonders. Yeah, I hear it works wonders.
Um, that's the Lincoln Memorial right there with the round top.
>> There's what do they call that thing?
>> No, the pointed thing is >> obus.
Okay.
>> It's basically stands for a penis.
>> Oh, Lord. Shush.
>> [snorts] >> Um, yeah. We'll see. He has just a few more hours. See, it's what is it? 9:15 now.
Or is it 10:15?
Okay, it's 10:15. So, he'll be going to court in probably about an hour and a half.
>> Jesus Christ. At the freaking fifth roundabout. Take the fifth exit on the I can't drive in the city like this. Okay.
>> Well, guys, I'm gonna help PJ navigate.
So, >> the exit.
>> I'm going to get ready to let y'all go.
I will see y'all later this evening.
I'll probably go live from the press conference. [snorts] It is in at the Lincoln Memorial. So, it's outside. So, I should be able to go live with you guys from the UFC 250 press conference.
And when I find out what goes down with Alex, of course, I'll let y'all know.
Uh, like I said, I don't wish Jill anybody. He made a stupid decision though. He needs to start making better decisions because that was dumb. All right. But I don't wish jail on the man.
I hope he gets out today and I hope he stays his ass away from Nancy Guthy's house because he can do just as much good from home as he can from being out there. If he wants to do something, go search for that lady. And uh the same thing with all those YouTubers out there. Get out there and search Nancy Guthrie. You know, help this lady out.
That's that's the more of my rant today.
Um, they may take your phone away.
They're not taking my phone away. You can stream. This is outdoors. This is the first time they've ever done something like this.
>> America.
>> This is America. All right. We're in the capital of America. All right. We're in the capital of America. We're going to go talk to Trump and try to get Alex out. Okay, that's what we're doing. Let all the haters know Dolly's taking care of it. I'm going to make sure he gets a bond today. I'm gonna have Trump call the judge. Right. Me and Trump go way back. We friends. We met back before he was president. Ever president. I met him in downtown Norphick.
And uh shook hands with him. Talk to him for a minute. This is when he was on the apprentice. So me and Trump go way back.
I'mma tell him and say, "Hey man, I need a favor. Hit up the judge. Tell him to give Alex a bond and he'll be out before y'all know it." Y'all can thank me later, haters. All right. And uh I'll see you guys around. Peace.
