Dua Lipa sues Samsung Electronics, claims company used her likeness on TV packagingAñadido:
Pop star Dua Lipa is going from levitating to litigating. She is now suing Samsung for at least $15 million in a copyright infringement case. The singer accuses the company of using her face on packaging to sell televisions without her permission or any payment.
The lawsuit also alleges that Samsung ignored repeated demands to stop using her image. According to the complaint, the photo was taken during the 2024 Austin City Limits Music Festival.
Samsung has not yet responded to this litigation.
