They need uh and you can't be understaffed. more people working,  more um money going to their training and their, you know, their capacity to do stuff. Just  absolutely amazing. I respect this man and I think he has a very very sound um proposal. He wants  more staff. He wants to increase his capacity and he named every single person who helped him by  name. He did not forget them. He showed gratitude.
