I won't go rely up on the internet buzz and the rumors and stuff that flies up on the internet. I went and got the paperwork for myself. And here's what this how the story goes. [00:00:24]Now, before we begin, we know for a fact that Holly and her team of lawyers are trying to paint Romica out as the aggressor in the past aggressions of phone calls and all that stuff. But you listen to um witness number two.

[00:00:38]The confrontation seemed like it was started by Romica, but it seemed like he said Romica got back in her car and then let's see what happened. Just listen as we as you looked in that that witness number two. And then I'm going to explain at the end why Holly in trouble.

[00:03:22]Interview of 8 September 2024 at HRS time.

[00:03:27]Stated that earlier today, as he was leaving the house and walking to his car with his baby mama Quadaja Johnson, with whom he has a 6-month-old baby, his other baby mama Romeka Blackmon, with whom he has a 6-year-old child pulls up in a car and a car runs up on Quadaja Johnson.

[00:03:43]Stated that Quadaja Johnson has a restraining order on Romeka Blackmon because of previous threats to her well-being.

[00:03:49]Stated that Romeka Blackmon double parked her car and blocked in their vehicle.

[00:03:54]stated that both women begin arguing as he is putting the baby in the car.

[00:03:58]stated that he then proceeds to move the vehicle of Romeka Blackman that was blocking their vehicle so that they could leave.

[00:04:04]stated that as he is moving the car, Romeka Blackman runs up on Quadesha Johnson. Quadesha Johnson has a gun in her hand and is telling Romeka Blackman to get back.

[00:04:14]stated that he then heard two shots and saw Romeka Blackman shot in the face.

[00:04:18]stated that Quadesha Johnson put the gun down after the shooting.

[00:04:22]This concluded the interview of Bartel Clyde.

[00:04:26]Now, even though this is a summary, his story just is not is not adding up.

[00:04:33]Because if you listen to Holly's, it seemed like Romeka was this vicious attacker. Just listen to her account of what happened.

[00:04:41]Interview of Quadesha M. Johnson, F1/31 DOB, 1994. 9280 Senate Dr. Apt. 2B Destin, 60016.

[00:04:52]RD advised Quadesha Johnson of her Miranda rights at 1109 hours with Det. Farrell present.

[00:04:59]Quadesha Johnson agreed to speak with RDs and stated the following. Quadesha Johnson stated that was the father of her child and that they had been together for about 2 years. Quadesha Johnson stated that her and son was 6 months old and was in the back seat of her car when Romeka Blackman pulled up on them. Quadesha Johnson stated that she has a restraining order against Romeka Blackman and that they had been trying to serve her since December of last year. Quadesha Johnson stated that she got the order of protection against Romeka Blackman because of continuous and numerous threats that Romeka Blackman made against her and her family and friends and her grandmother.

[00:05:36]Quadesha Johnson stated that Romeka Blackman had been harassing her since she was pregnant starting in October of 2024. Quadesha Johnson stated that and Romeka Blackman have a 6-year-old child together. Quatasia Johnson stated that she felt the threats from Remika Blackman were credible and that she feared for her life and that the blood on her clothes was that of Remika Blackman. Quatasia Johnson stated that Remika Blackman was waiting for them outside of House today. Quatasia Johnson stated that lives right there where the incident happened. Quatasia Johnson stated that she wanted to talk to RDs about the incident but first wanted to speak to her lawyer. This concluded the interview of Quatasia Johnson. [00:06:29]September 9th, 2025 at 1028 hours, RD along with Det. Farrell relocated to 2600 S. California, Chicago, Illinois 60608 Leighton Criminal Court Building.

[00:06:43]RDs met with Judge Revanda Doss number 2383 who approved and signed two search warrants number 25SW09940 and number 25SW09941 for victim Remika Blackman cell phone and offender Quatasia Johnson cell phone. September 9th, 2025 at 1500 After this next first we're going to listen to this next witness who who tells what they seen while getting off the bus. This unknown witness, let's listen. Related that she was riding the 21 bus from her grandma's house to State and Cermak to meet her boyfriend before her dentist appointment. Related that while on the bus she heard arguing on the street and she looked to her left and saw two females, one with red hair and one wearing a black sweater along with one male who had long dreads all arguing. Stated that the male was slamming the car door on the female with the red hair who was standing on the car door frame of a white car. Related that she was on the on the phone with her boyfriend and was telling him what was happening. Stated that the male was telling the female with red hair to get in the [ __ ] car. Just get in the car.

[00:07:49]While the female with the red hair was yelling at the other female wearing the black sweater saying, "You stupid [ __ ] [ __ ] I just dropped off my kid." like wanting to fight her. Stated that the female wearing the black sweater was standing on the sidewalk by a small black car and the female with the red hair was in the street by the car. Stated that she gets off the bus with her baby walks down the street and asked the street to get closer to see what is going on because they were all still arguing. Related that she now observes the female with the red hair inside the white car and the male in the street in between the white car and the black car where the female wearing the sweater was standing. Related that the female who was wearing the black sweater was now standing in front of the white car yelling at the female with the red hair who was inside the white car calling her a stupid [ __ ] Stated that the female with the red hair then exits the white car and yells to the female in the black sweater calling her stupid [ __ ] You want to fight? Stated that the girl in the black sweater then runs away back to the sidewalk by the black car. Stated that the male snatches the female with the red hair by the waist and begins hitting her and as she is trying to get away, he puts her in a headlock. Stated that she calls 911 and observes the female with the black sweater run around the car and grab a gun from the passenger side of the vehicle. September 9th, 2025 at 10:54 hours Det. Carroll received a phone call at listed related to Det. Carroll that he was representing and that they would like to come in and speak with detectives about the shooting of Remica Blackman. Det. Carroll arranged a meeting at Area 3 Detective Division located at Ave, Chicago, Illinois 60618 on September 10th, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. September 10th, 2025 As of note, that's the key. This witness is the key.

[00:09:42]Because it seemed like Romika got out of her car, start arguing, but it seemed like she had retreated back to her car when Holly began to become the aggressor and begin to start the name-calling.

[00:09:58]She got out the car belligerent, talking crazy, Romika did.

[00:10:04]She got back in the car. She said when she after the boyfriend got in between them and she got back in the car, that's when Holly became, "Oh, you're not going to leave. We're going to finish this. We're going to finish it now." And that's when it became a homicide in the first degree. Now, let's listen to what her mother and why we and why we wanted to say they wanted the foams, cuz this is what they're trying to use, Holly and her mother. Let's listen.

[00:10:33]Related that she learned about Romika Blackman about a year ago, right? After her daughter Quatasia Johnson got pregnant. Related that she remembers last Thanksgiving, Romika Blackman tires while her daughter Quatasia Johnson was there. Related that Romika Blackman was upset that and Quatasia Johnson were together and that she was pregnant.

[00:10:52]Related that Quatasia Johnson related to her that Romika Johnson would call and threaten her by saying, "I'm going to beat the baby out of you and [ __ ] that baby. I'll make him eat Related that would receive calls from Romika Blackman who would tell her that she was going to beat Quatasia Johnson's ass and her old ass owls. Stated that she received a call from Quatasia Johnson on September 8th, 2025 at 0906 hours. Related that Quatasia Johnson stated to her to come get my baby. I shot at out on me. Stated that she hung up the phone and had her brother pick her up so that they could go to Chicago and pick up the baby. Ted that they arrived at S house and that E was upstairs crying. Stated that she went to Quatajia Johnson's house, too, pick up some clothes for her because Quatajia Johnson was cold. Stated that Quatajia Johnson would keep a gun on her no matter what. Stated that Quatajia Johnson related to her that she was scared of what Romika might do to her.

[00:11:50]Stated that she spoke with This concluded the interview C a couple days ago, but only about the baby.

[00:11:57]Like I said before, all that gibberish about needing a protection order and all that.

[00:12:02]At that point, that Holly I mean that Romika got back in her car and Holly began to become the aggressive with verbally challenging her. She was pulling her back out with verbal confrontation.

[00:12:16]She wanted the violent confrontation.

[00:12:18]She knew she had the advantage and she took that advantage. Holly, you going to have a hard hurdle trying to get over this one.

[00:12:24]My baby, you going to want you going to need some help because you could have let her get back in that car according to the witness. Forget the wit- the statement that you and um um Carlos rehearsed.

[00:12:35]You could have let her get back in that car and just leave. That's when you became verbally aggressive. If you listen to that witness, I I got the whole case. You can't you It's hard to hide when you got the whole case.
