[00:04:09]A day after I net announced NDC's registration, I was here on this very studio. I was opposing it on the 6th of February. So, it is not about Obi.

[00:04:21]It is not at all whatsoever. What what's my business with Obi? What's my business with Kwankwaso? And when I I had these facts, I communicated to I don't have Obi's line to discuss with him directly, but I communicated to all those who have been close to Obi telling them to tell him that if they are considering going to another political party, there are other political parties to go in, not NDC, because this is the problem NDC is facing. And I sat down with Kwankwaso and I told him. And when I also called him a day or two before they moved in, I also told him that these are the problems that NDC is facing. But they refused. They went and entered. So, the fact that they entered does not mean that it has changed the situation.

[00:06:25]It is the same thing. The The judiciary has messed up and INEC refused to comply. I mean, refused to appeal to this and INEC became complicit.

[00:06:37]So, WE'VE BEEN ACCUSING INEC OF COMPLICITY IN SO MANY THINGS. WHY ARE WE NOT GOING TO ACCUSE INEC on this complicity? YOU KNOW, WE CANNOT have double standard. We cannot pick and choose what to oppose and what to accept when we know what is wrong is wrong and what is right is right. Thank you, sir.

[00:07:18]So, it calls to question the ability of the politicians themselves to be able to have foresight to see where the course is clear or where the course At what point did you discover there were cracks? Because this is what you're saying on TV and what has been written out. But, some people are saying, for instance, for Peter Obi, for instance, especially the APC are saying he he he shies away from contest. That that happened in PDP, for instance, in the People's Democratic Party. When he realized he couldn't get the ticket, he went to the Labour Party and it was easy for him. And then when there were issues in the Labour Party, now he went to the ADC. Now seeing the handwriting on the wall, perhaps now saying that, "Oh, maybe this contest may not favor me. How well as consensus of primary has now left." And then your principal has now been put in the same boat. Is this about litigation or inability to be able to foster some level of political maneuvering to get the ticket of the party?

[00:08:11]The vehicle is not available by the judgment. We didn't leave until there was a judgment setting a booby trap for everybody within the ADC. And this is why we are using this opportunity to to call on the remnants of our comrades still in the A in the in the in the ADC to come to NDC where we will have a level playing ground. We are all joiners within a day and where primaries would be held. And then particularly calling on former Vice President Atiku Abubakar to jump ship and come to the NDC such that there would be a level playing ground for everybody because all of us are now joining at about the same time such that there will be a free, fair, and transparent and level playing ground for contest to to to to get the ticket of the NDC. And whosoever refuses to do that means he's the enemy of the of of of of of Nigeria by refusing by by this by scuttling the unity
